I asked for a simple manicure and pedicure. They kept trying to upsell me. Did a lousy job. My cuticles were a mess. The toe nail polish was still on the skin. One coat of top coat. And they had lousy attitudes. Charged $45. I still have them each $5. I’ll won’t be returning. Too bad. It’s a beautiful salon.

I had a fantastic experience! I got the Sassys President, which is one down from the top service, and added gel. Kayla did an amazing job, took her time and paid attention to detail (I was there an hour and a half!). They even give u a free drink w/ champagne and custom cocktails (full bar). Totally worth the price. I will def be back!

As soon as I walked in everyone said hello Thi is amazing I loved the turnout of my nails and the entire staff is friendly the offered me beverages also. Honestly best service.

Decided to give this nail salon a shot after Christmas last year after searching for a new go to place for over 13 months.. Im so glad I did. I decided to go all in and get a full set with gel. As soon as they were done, I was 90% confident Id found not only my new nail place but also my new nail tech. 3 weeks later, as the compliments were still rolling in daily, there was no question. Their prices are reasonable and you get a drink and snack with your service.Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Vivian. Shes absolutely amazing.

I like it a lot it’s nice inside they give you cookies or drinks if your thirsty and the people are really nice and kind too I just had my toes done night sky blue and there so beautiful so yeah I gave them good report I like it and I’ll go back again someday

Went to them for my acrylics and had no issue but when I went in to get them taken off my normal manicurist wasn’t there. Another lady came in didn’t soak my gel acrylics but instead just started ripping them off with nail clippers. My nails were bleeding I was visibly in pain and telling her and she said my nails will be back to normal in two weeks and charged me double what I was quoted. My nails are still recovering and torn up...it’s been two weeks.

My daughter who is 13 went to this nail place TODAY and was quoted $30 from them to do her basic one color acrylic nails and was told to pay $45.00. While my wife was at their ATM machine, my daughter just paid it. Horrible and unethical to take advantage of a little child. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!

The customer service is “Top Notch”!! My nails are always perfect. Their customer service to their clients is always a top priority along with the quality of their nail skills. They also provide a CBD pedicure, and their prices are fair & reasonable. I’m so glad I found this place.

So nice and clean.. very friendly people and great customer service. Had my first manicure by a male and he did such a great job. They offer drinks and snacks off a menu and make your visit feel like you are at a spa... definitely my new place to get my mani pedicure!

Did ok with our nails (my fingers were covered in glue when I left), but pricing wasnt clear. There were 3 different prices listed for a type of manicure, and we were charged more than both prices listed. When we asked for a breakdown of pricing the explanation made no sense and didnt match any of the pricing listed. Wont be going back because of the unclear pricing and lack of communication.

Worst experience at a nail salon! Went there for a second time and they changed the prices and lied about their services and what they offer. Second time around, the arcrylics fell off of two nails after the first day and they were very rude about fixing them. They wanted me to pay for their wrong doing. They have horrible customer service and will ramble Vietnamese phrases in a horrible tone in front of your face. I will not recommend this nail salon for anyone.

Van did my nails ok. Nails were different lengths on opposite hands but they looked good. I got ombre. Took a long time for nails. Toes pretty and quick and offered drinks. I got coffee but they have full bar for those who drink

The environment was clean and super nice. The employees were all very friendly and made small conversations often, trying to get to know my mother, sister and me. The only thing is my sisters nails were horrifically ruined. The acrylics werent applied correctly and there was a massive dip where the nail stopped and the acrylics started. The nails were so uneven, it was unbelievable.

I came today with my mom and had an amazing experience, they serve drinks which is a plus too. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for ! Would most def recommend

Came in with a party of 4. ALL werent satisfied with their results. I have never been to a nail place where everyone in my party were unhappy with their nails. Including a girl seated next to us. I walked in with coffin shaped fingers and walked out with square shaped, I told the lady I wanted them shorter but I guess its my fault I didnt say coffin shaped. The lady who did my nails pretty much blamed everything on me, she said because I was napping she tried to ask me what shaped I wanted, my cousin next to me said she NEVER asked me. Haha ok. There was an associate 2 chairs from us she was very unprofessional. Her client wasnt happy with 1 finger, ONE finger lady. You couldve just fixed the poor girls finger but instead she laughed and just said she dont have to pay. And moved on to a different client. I hope all the workers are not like these 2 otherwise you guys will not have forever customers.

I give it 0, had a powder gel manicure done..three days later they started falling off. Went back the next weekend, that was the only time I was able to go back, told them about it and brought the nails that fell off with me so they can what happened, and I was EXPECTED to pay again. I requested they either do them again for free or give me my money back, they wouldnt do either. BAD customer service if u ask me. They should stand by the products they sell. Not only did I pay an enourmous amount of money to have it done, they could careless about the dissatisfaction of their client & I left with horrible looking nails and with three nails on one hand all five on the other hand fell off. I refuse to go back to a place that shows no concern about the product their sling nor there client who can bring them lots of business, no one I know will go back either. Proceed with caution, ask question & MAKE sure u get what u pay for,!!!!

Been waiting for more than 25 minutes and nobody came. It states that it opens at 9am and its already 9:25.

Very disappointed with what they did, way too pricy for what they did, that was something I could’ve done at home for a lot less money, I paid for gel and two days later had already ruined a nail, never going back there👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
