I went in to get a pedicure and to get my nails fixed. I had went to a different place the day before and my nails turned out horrible. Kim was able to fix them and make them look amazing!! Kyle did my pedicure and I have no complaints! Thank yall so much for a great job!!

Went in with good expectations then realized how close they have pedicure chairs in there.Lady clipped my toenails and I saw it go into lady next to me pedicure bowl. Thats how tight it was. And the lady didnt speak any English so she didnt understand when I tried to explain. 1 day later my big toe is infected red and swollen.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!!I have been here too many times to be disappointed! The mom and daughter duo at the front aren’t friendly at all or welcoming towards customers. A couple of the nail techs are good, but most of the nail techs are super rough with you and always cut me. Quality has never been the best either. SANDRA and MIA are the WORST! I will never be back at this salon again and make sure I let my friends and family know, don’t go! Do not recommend period!

The most uneven nails I have ever had!! And Ive been getting my nails done 25 years. After $85 for a full set, Id imagine there would be a better nail technician. Got a pedi that wasnt worth it. $135 And a week later I have to start over 😶 This salon doesnt deserve a 3.5 star review..

FUNGUS!! This place gave me a fungus, they saw it and didnt care. After using a dremel file on my nail that has a fungus she wiped it on a towel and put it back with all the others which she did not clean. She asked if i wanted to continue and itll just grow out. Thats not how nail fungus works. This place is unsanitary and they know they are spreading it to other people. Ive only been here to do my nails so i know this is where i got it.

The nail tech was rushing and getting extremely frustrated with me because she kept touching my nails while still wet and having to redo them. After leaving and paying $31 dollars just to paint my nails I noticed part of my nail is not even polished. I will never go here again, over priced and not good at all.

My mom and I made an appointment at 4 pm, and I got there a bit early so I walked in to look at nail colors. They were very welcoming and nice and asked if I wanted to get started early. I got dip on my nails and they finished in 45 min. Very good quality and they look amazing! I left very impressed and will be going back for sure. I also like that they have COVID precautions, like taking your temperature before sitting down and having the barriers between you & the nail tech.

Im a regular, and ask for the same manicurist. Shes great. The place is very clean.

My wife and I really enjoy this location. We have tried a few others but, this location has a special big room with crazy nice massage chairs. So very nice and relaxing. The service is always very good. They offer you cokes or whine. They do great work.

The best nail shop! My nail tech knows me by name. They always welcome you! You get a nice cold drink. The chairs are very up to date. And if you wanna splurge you can go to a nicer chair and spa treatment. Definitely a girls night in the planning.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. I am never disappointed! They have a large selection of nail colors that are top-quality. Jen is my nail tech and she always ensures I am happy with my nails. I have not been anywhere else since I came to this nail salon. I highly recommend it!

I have to say this used to be my favorite nail salon Im not worried about the price but now I always feels rush and Everytime I tell the nail salon ladies how I want my nail I have to keep repeating myself and they try to argue with me and this happens already the last 2 times I have been there. And also one of the lady that works at the cash is sorta rude I would ask a question and befor I even finish she interrupts me. Which is simply rude and not good customer service.

This was by far the worst pedi Ive ever gotten. I felt I was being hurried to pick a color and my tech was not very great. The polish flew off as quickly as it was put on. I had my toes done for a day before the paint completely chipped. Aside from that, she didnt even cover my entire nail with polish. Honestly, I could have done a better job at home. I paid 35 and will never be going back. I not write reviews very frequently. I do it when I absolutely love a place or strongly dislike it.

I was in for my dentist appointment 2 business down this salon. Now because of covid we have to park in the back and tell me why??? they had a fryer? FRYING FISH outside that can not be LEGAL they can burn down the strip mall WHAT THE HELL!!

EVERYTHING IS EXTRA! And the staff is rough! The lady cut me twice, and didn’t even apologize. Just said I have ‘sensitive skin.’ Not to mention super expensive and they make the nails super thick. Also I got a refill, I expected it to be cheaper but they charged me the same as if they had applied me their own nails. Not to mention they gave my little cousin, chunky, super fake looking nails. My poor cousin was crying. Don’t come! Bad service, awful prices!

Jen is a great manager and with her husband Duke, they run a tight ship. I always feel pampered when Im there. Very clean and nice place. Highly recommend.

Mrs. Gen is the best by far. Super sweet and did an outstanding job. She had me cracking up the entire time and they stayed super late because we came in right before closing. I did NOT have a good Experience here Ive been getting my nails done for the last 16 years and I told the woman exactly what I wanted and she told me what looked better then when I asked her to do it the way I wanted her to do it she went about her business and kept doing them the way she wanted to Im 36 years old and I dont think I need sparkles on my finger nails unless I ask for them which I did not the only person That seemed helpful was Gen. She a did a amazing job on my daughters nehls so if you go to this particular now salon I would not ask for any body other than her. The woman working on my nails was towards the end and did not file them and left them a mess Im going to show you a picture....definitely not worth the money...esp. When I corrected her several times and all I got told was O know this looks better like Im a kid.

Go to this place too much, it cost me lots of money. The staff is very professional, nice complimentary drinks. Great clientele. Hightly recommend.I was only disappointed once about a year ago. When the pedicure tech put too much oil on my toes. When she painted my toenails the paint would not dry. All toenail polish just slid off within and hour of leaving. I work to much to go back and get it fixed.

The most painful pedicure Ive ever had. She used so much of the exfoliating stuff that one of my toes actually bled. I said something to her and she said oh Im sorry, I will try to work around it. she definitely did not work around it, putting other lotions and things on top of it which made it sting worse. Also cut my toes when trimming cuticles. All the while telling me to come back because shes the best at what she does and that everyone requests her. This place is over priced and has no respect for pain. On the bright side. It was clean. Will never go back here again.

This is definitely a place of hit or miss! Some of the technicians are surly and have BIG attitude when you dont want the top dollar full package service! Others are friendly, sweet and do the job they are being asked to do. If you find a tech you like chances are they wont be around the next time you stop in. Its a revolving door and you just take your chances. NOT the place to go if youre already stressed and need to unwind!

Loved my experience here! They were able to get me in and out quickly. Becky gave me a great shellac pedicure! Didnt hurt at all and my nails look perfect! I only gave 4/5 stars because customers cant leave a tip on a card. Tips are cash only.

Not really understanding the negative reviews. Ive been coming here since they opened. I like it. I always request Rachel, Duke or Tiffany for my nails and they always look amazing. My 10 & 7 year old girls love getting pedicures here because they have smaller spa chairs just for kids.

Rachel is great at what she does, Ive been using her for 3yrs. Never have I lost a nail. She will talk to you and carry on a conversation, shes awesome!

Do not recommend this place.. overpriced for the service you get. Everything cost extra money even if you want a different nail shape it will cost you $5 more. The full service should be included with the price. You tell them to do things certain way and they still do it the way they want.

I came here for over three years, and used to love this place. But now its terrible, my nails always looked like a toddler had done them. So I had to find another nail salon 😥 not sure if they changed management or what happened but it went down hill all of the sudden. And I kept giving them another chance, thinking it was just an off day. But the 5th bad experience in a roll was finally enough.

I took my granddaughter to have her nails and toes done. Our special day out went south quickly- First, they put a 6 year old in an adult chair, she couldnt even set back. I had to ask for pillows to be put behind her. Second, they told me to set on the other side of the room. I told her I was not leaving my 6 year old by herself. Third, when I set down beside my granddaughter they told me i could not set beside, because they needed to hurry and do her nails and then toes. I explained that we were in no hurry and that I wanted them to take their time. (I set beside her anyway!)I explained it was my granddaughters special day (Her 6th birthday). The nail lady was ruff and quick, more or less going through the motion, with no emotion. My granddaughter told the nail lady at least three times that she was hurting her. Then I would say to the nail lady not so hard, be easy, slow down but it did no good. When the nail lady was done with her feet, she said you set at table and walked away. My granddaughter, shrugged her shoulders at me, like what do i do now? I help my granddaughter out of the chair and over to the table. Another lady came over and i said just paint her nails and we are out of here.Bottom line, Do Not Take Your Young Child Here! They Do Not Understand The Value Of Time Together/Spent Together with love ones.Dont get me started on the ridiculous cost for a child to have her nails and toes done. Wouldnt have minded the $$$$$ money part if the service would have matched.An unhappy grandparent!!

Yes the salon is beautiful but the manager is awful and its over priced. The people that work there are awesome and most of them do a good job. I went for my birthday which is on national holiday and they offer 20% off for your birthday. I told them when I got there my birthday was tomorrow they said ok and told me to tell the manager. So as I was leaving I showed her my ID and she said oh tomorrow is your birthday. Yes, but its a national holiday. No you only get 20% on your birthday.... I used to go there every other week drop at least $200 a visit for over a year and you wont let me have 20% the day before my birthday? That wasnt the only issue I had while going there but it was the last straw.

I was not please with my visit this place is over priced I got the basic short acrylic full set with regular nail polish it was 35 dollars and the nail technician kept telling me to get the gel or shellac and she kept saying it’s better and I told her I didn’t want to do it we went back and forth about that for 5 minutes very pushy! my nails came out bumpy the acrylic is uneven I was aware that everything was pricey but when I walked in the store I thought to my self this place is beautiful and it would make you think that you would be getting the best nail service in the world! But I guess not don’t judge a book by its cover even if the cover is gorgeous lol if the manager reads this I don’t want to come back in get it fixed free of cost or low charge my mom and will not be coming back

The most AWESOME nail salon

While visiting a friend in Houston, we decided to get our nails done. We went to Nails of America on the same day of the Lunar New Year. They were short staffed due to the holiday, but the manager Tony was very attentive to everyone. Tony did my nails and they are perfect! I selected an SNS nail color and the finish is very smooth. The price was comparable to what I pay in Austin plus NoA also offers complimentary Mango and Strawberry margaritas.

Im not sure why this salon averages at 3 stars on google reviews. It should be 5! I went there for the first time today and was VERY impressed with the service. They even changed my toe polish after I mentioned the color was different than I expected. I offered to pay for a polish change since it was my mistake but they said it was no problem. They didnt make me feel like a burden! Everything is very clean too! Overall Ill be back. I was really impressed!

This place was a second choice after my favorite spot nails plus was way backed up. We walked in and it felt like I was in to a shark tank. All the ladies were bustling around pushing us to chairs and rushing us. No one offered a beverage... ok no problem I guess some places don’t do that. The lady did not really speak to me. Wasn’t rude but not nice. Ok I looked past that. The time came where she was putting the hot towels. She used 3 towels for my feet. I told her the last towel she used was burning my toes and could she remove it for a minute. She said “ the towel very small and you very big”.... I couldn’t believe that. As someone who is doing a service you would think that wouldn’t be something you would say to client under any circumstances. Also it was unnecessarily expensive. I don’t mind paying more for higher quality service but this was a poor experience. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

Save yourself the money and go get a better mani/pedi somewhere else. I was just rushed out bc they started getting busy. Very rude staff, once the pedicure was almost done the girl that was helping me realized she had a regular so decided to leave me and go help her. I didn’t mind it as much bc she was nice about it. However, the next person that came in to help me for a manicure told me bc 2 people are helping me the price will be $5 more now. WTH? Then the guy at the front desk was super rude. Overpriced and deceitful. I have gone to this NofA about 5 times now, always trying to give them another try. Each time the technician spent the entire session trying to upsell me or telling me how my choice wasnt as good for my nails as something more expensive. I will note I typically spend about $60 there for just a manicure, which I think is more than enough. And I know what is good for my nail. I give my nails a break from shillac or dip polish every 4 weeks so they can breath and have extremely healthy nail beds because of this.Twice the technician even tried to trick me into an upsell, attempting to use a product (dipping) that they said was pretty much the same thing I asked for (regular polish), but SUPRISE is $40 more and something I had already explicitly told them I did not want. One time they successfully changed my regular pedicure into a deluxe pedicure ($25 more expensive) by offering me a scrub that was from the deluxe package without mentioning that I would incur an upcharge.When you go in to get something simple, like a regular mani/pedicure, and they cant convince you to upgrade they dont do a very good job. All in all a negative experience 5 out of 5 times. I will say, when you get the top priced items they do a great job but you will be out of pocket about $100 which puts a damper on the whole experience.

Well it doesnt look like I will be going back the this place!! The guy doing my nails (refill) burned the side of my finger while he was using the filing tools (looks like a little grinder)-it started to bleed and he didnt even ask if I wanted to go wash it off-I had to tell him let me go wash it, which it wasnt bleeding that bad, but enough to go wash it off. What really pisses me off is that he didnt even suggest that he take any money off the total amount.REALLY ???? He could have at least said Ill knock off $5.00 or something. Think I will be trying the new nail place at the Grand Parkway-also Nails of America-maybe the people there will be a little more considerate.

I’m new to the Humble/Kingwood area and finding a new nail tech/salon has been difficult and draining. I rarely ever write reviews unless the place is really good or really bad and in this case, it’s pretty bad. I came in for the first time about 2 weeks ago for a pedicure only. The lowest price for a classic is $27 and the next best thing literally jumps to $47 for only a callus treatment added. I don’t remember the name of the lady that did my pedi unfortunately because she was amazing. Offered me a drink, made light conversation but not too much and took her time on my pedi. I thought I had finally found my salon. However today after work, I decided to come for another pedi and a fill this time. I didn’t see the lady from last time but I figured anyone would be just as good. Absolutely not! The lady doing my pedi just stared at me the entire time like she was judging me, pointed to a scar on my leg and began speaking in her language with another employee. She never offered me a drink and she finished what was supposed to be a 30 min pedi in about 15-20 min. Also the lady who was going to do my nails was so rude, told me she couldn’t do any of the 5 or 6 designs I had shown her, overpriced me, rushed me to pick a color and stood over my shoulder the entire time I looked and finally walked away and said “well just let me know when you’re ready” with an attitude. After I had finally decided my color (about 2 min later), I found that she had started on another customer’s nails. She never came back to me and about 2 min before my pedi was done, another lady came and asked if I was still getting my nails done. I politely told her no, paid for my pedi and left. I had never felt so small in a nail salon in my life. Never again will I return here. This nail salon got two stars from me. One for the lady that hooked me up the first time and the other for how nice it’s designed inside. Other than that, they don’t deserve a penny of my hard earned money.

I have never had an issue with the service or technicians. The reason I am giving them a 3 star is because they only allow cash tips. You cannot put a tip on your card when you pay. For someone who never carries cash, I always forget and have to run next door to Kroger to get cash. I believe this cheap the workers out of money because some people dont want to go get cash and come back.

I picked a little purple color for the powder and they bring out a pink and didn’t get color across the while nail.

I normally go here to get my acrylic nails done they are very good at doing acrylics but I went one day to get a mani pedi And I had a guy name tang do them for homecoming and my friend went with me and he made her sit on the floor I picked out a color for my nails and when he started to put it on I realized it was not the color I asked for I asked him and he said the other color was out but he still proceeded to put the nail polish on without asking me if it was okay. He didn’t even give me the full service for a pedicure. When he started to do my manicure I asked him to take my acrylics off he ended up just cleaning my acrylics and I said no I wanted them off he started to do deep breathing in an angry way. When he started to do my manicure he didn’t even fully get my acrylics off so they were still partially there and my nails were patchy, he then left me and went and did some other ladies nails so I had a different woman come in and help do it but then she left and I had another lady come in when it was time for me to pay he came back and she kept asking for a tip when I told him no. My normal acrylics cost $50 but my mani pedi cost me $63 . I was very disappointed with my service and I will not be going back here again

I called to make an appointment for my mom and when the guy couldnt understand the name I SPELLED SLOWLY multiple times, he put the phone down to help 3 customers (because I heard him helping them) and hung up on me 3 times. I called back every time trying to make an appointment for her. They wouldnt let me speak to one of the owners either. I was told the owners werent there. REALLY?! I find that EXTREMELY hard to believe. When I called the third time, a female answered and it took me SLOWLY SPELLING the nail techs name 4 times before she finally understood who I was talking about. If the guy had a hard time understanding who I was asking for (because that was what she told me), then he should have asked someone else to help him. All I asked for was an apology from the guy and I was told Yeah, thats not going to happen. Wow. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They used the electric nail filer directly on the top layer of my real nails. Left my nails really nasty looking until they grew out. I think they damaged my nails. The place looks really fancy and nice. Its gorgeous but the service is bad.

Got a pedicure here and the woman made me hold my feet in the air the entire time which was so uncomforatble. Any time I adjusted or let them drop at all, she would smack the bottom of my heels to make me lift them higher. It was the worst/most uncomfortable pedicure I have ever had. Nails looked good though.

Overpriced and terrible work. I got the acrylic with the gel shellac. In under 4 days the shellac peeled off of 4 nails. I will NEVER go back. I went back to fix one and the next day 2 more peeled off. All of my corners are now peeling. Im just going to a different salon..not even worth going back to complain and have them fixed.

Stay away!! I was using the NOA in the back of Kingwood before the flood, so after I thought I would try thing one...HUGE MISTAKE! They did my nails and the lady made them so thin that two of them cracked within 3 days. I then went back in and another lady “fixed” them, the whole time she was getting up, wondering off, looking confused and just a mess. Not even a week later my thumb nail was hurting really bad and felt swollen so I soaked the nail off at home only to find that I had an INFECTION!! I will never ever go back to this NOA!!

My mom worked there and just quit. The manager is the WORSE. Doesnt care about the workers need or anything. Very rude to the employees and customers. Yells at everyone in front of the customers too. My mom asked for a day off because it was an important reason but she said no why would you want a day off when you already have one day off in the week.
