What a fantastic bunch of people! Dr Mathews was great and the staff people are just as great. Always polite and proficient. I was concerned getting implants at my age but it is absolutely worth it. They walked me through the process. They continued to be patient as I asked numerous questions and addressed all my concerns calmly and timely. Thank you all for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I switched to Aspen and I am glad I did. From start to finish was a great experience. I was not bombarded with paying for things I did not necessarily need. I felt comfortable and felt that the staff was very knowledgeable. I hope to continue going to Aspen Dental.

I’m usually terrified of the dentist, but the staff was amazing! They had great customer service from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. The work I got done was pain-free, quick, and I look forward to another visit!

Never going back again!!! 👎 My husbands wisdom tooth was causing him horrible pain, he went to get the tooth removed but walked away with cuts all in his mouth?!? Unfortunately I’m stationed overseas right now so I couldn’t help guide him to a proper surgeon/ dentist, but man…this is bad. He still can’t eat or talk right due to the amount of pain he’s in and once he went back to the office to see if they could help him, Dr. Christopher Matthew confirmed he had cut his cheek “for surgery” yet refused to help him in any way. I had all 4 of mine removed by a different doctor and didn’t get cut on my cheek once? And for him to not stitch up the mess HE made is so unprofessional and rude. Leaving patients to just be in this much pain. Not okay, definitely Going to file a lawsuit.

I’m needing extensive dental work and I wanted to get a second opinion on some of the procedures my current dentist is proposing. The entire Aspen Dental staff were friendly but also very professional. I found Dr Mathew to be thorough and open to hearing my thoughts and worries. What is still amazing is that all x-rays, the exam, and treatment proposal - were free! I highly recommend everyone check them out!

I will never go to another dentist again! These guys are great at what they do. Been going to Aspen Dental my whole life but recently transferred to TX and had come to this facility. Most of the staff was great and extremely helpful but as far as the actual doctor and hygienist I was not happy. Neither seemed to care about me or helping just wanted $$$ from me. Said I needed 3 extractions and a deep cleaning witch came to about 600$ total ( without dentures) for everything even with my insurance scared me to death saying I was gonna loose my teeth soon if I don’t do what they say basically (I’m 24) We’ll I decided to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere & that dentist & hygienist said there was absolutely no reason for 3 extractions that were just cavity’s needing filled and a regular cleaning with some antibiotics to get the bacteria out of my deep pockets!! And my insurance almost covers everything they recommended at a total there for 106$ so seems to me they were just trying to get money from me and not caring if I just lost 3 teeth or not!

Everyone was so helpful and patient with me. The staff was so professional and polite, best experience Ive ever had at a dental office. I wont go anywhere else!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here yesterday! All the staff was very helpful and polite. They helped me make sure that I understood everything that I need to have done and all of my options. They didnt try to pressure me into the most expensive services! Very happy I found this dentist! I will definitely be making this dentist my family dentist!

After getting into the office within an hour of calling for an appointment my issue was solved. No more pain! I wouldnt of made it without them. Great staff, dentist was GREAT, explained everything as it was happening. Never look forward to a dental visit but this office made things very comfortable. Will definitely return when need be. Theyre going to be my go to dentist.

Ill start off by saying I dont really do this but this place deserves it. This specific Aspen was able to fix not only my chart but my smile as well due to a mistake from a different clinic in New Orleans. The entire environment was immaculate and clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly and while I waited we had some pretty funny conversations, just all around good people. The wonderfully happy secretary is a smile I wont forget when being welcomed. Dr. Ali and her assistant Yvette were the ones who filled my cavities and polished my teeth. They took every single measure to make sure that I was comfortable. I told them I am a wuss when it comes to having my mouth worked on but they professional, ethical, and very comforting. I dont have insurance and I was shocked at the little amount I had to pay for how amazing a job they had done. Aspen dental truly is redefining dentistry and helps people that need it. They care about YOU not your money! Thank you all again!

I have been trying to find a dental office since 2018, I had a horrible experience with Mint Dentistry, West Texas Dental and Affordable Dentist. I was at work and 2 women came in from Aspen Dental and we chatted about what they offer. I made an appointment for the next day and I am so glad I did. The entire staff is friendly, professional, articulate and they truly listen to what your concerns are. Throughout the entire procedure they are talking to you, making sure you are comfortable. I am so grateful for the entire team at Aspen Dental.

I called Aspen for a denture repair and was able to get in the next day. I talked to the lab person that said it could be repaired and would take about 3 hours. They called when it was ready and I picked it up and it is still a perfect fit. Thanks to Aspen for an easy transaction.

Service was great and wayy easier than I thought. It was my first time setting up, and getting to an appointment on my own as an adult and I will say that adulting isnt that hard when you go with Aspen Dental. I had a bit of a wait, but I was in comfy chairs so I was fine😂😂

I I made my appt with Aspen Dental solely on the fact that they have one day a week where they are open late. I work M-F 930-530 and right now we are short staffed so its hard to get away for an hour or two for an appt. Since Aspen Dental is open on Weds til 8 it worked out perfect. The first two ladies I encounter were very friendly and got me checked in quickly. The lady whom did my xrays was also very friendly and gentle. I forgot to mention that I have a fear of dentists, by the time I got to the exam room my heart was beating so hard I thought I was going to throw up. I didnt have to wait very long before the dentist came in. We talked about why I was there, he looked at my teeth and agreed. He gave me an honest answer and was complete through in telling me what to expect, plus I could also understand him. Lastly I saw the office manager who was a complete sweetheart. See could see that the cost of the dental work I was considering was not affordable and so she worked at it to get the cost down. Everyone that I encounter at Aspen Dental was very professional, caring and friendly. Even though Ive been there only one time I would recommend Aspen Dental.

I thought those horrible memories had been put at bay .. but they came back up the day I had to get this tooth out ..just havin my mouth open and people up in my mouth and face and tubes and instruments started to freak me out, I started to feel like I was gonna Choke to death my own spit!!! I was shaking so bad it was just so weird ! I explained to my dentist that trauma I had and how I couldn’t believe how it reared it’s ugly head towards me again at this moment, I thought I had it under control but no! Here it was again !!! She was quick to understand my issue and fear so we came up with a plan .. when I made a certain sound then her assistant knew to use the suction tube on me and clean out my mouth so I wouldn’t feel like I was gonna choke to death ! Victory!! We got it done! I sure appreciate her patience with me this day !!So yea I been to many dentist offices and I’ve never left happy, satisfied, informed like I should have beenSecure with THEYRE observation or pricing, and I’ve damn sure never recommend any of them to friends or family !!But THIS ASPEN DENTIST PLACE .. with this Dentist and her staff ??????HELL YEAH!I’m not goin ANYWHERE ELSE ! ❤️😀👍

I have always avoided dentist due to my phobia like most people. From the time I began dealing with the Aspen dental in Euless the entire staff including the dentist that conducted my root canals were AMAZING! The receptionist was outstanding working with me to assure my dental plan was documented accurately, the dentist and their assistant’s were kind empathetic made sure I was completely comfortable throughout my entire visit and the most important thing was that my two root canals and crown preps were virtually pain free! They were outstanding in every aspect!! Thank you Aspen team

The staff are pleasant, the recommendations for myself were good. Next week I get my teeth worked on so then I will know more then.

I like the Dr but didn’t care for office staff and to over priced

I’ve only been a patient here for a couple of months and needless to say the service is going down. I honestly don’t like how this company operates as it’s not a traditional dentist office. I called yesterday because I wanted to get a filling done as I’ve put it off already. I also wanted my wisdom tooth checked out as it’s been bothering me lately. I can say when I called in Nathan was very professional and nice. I arrived to my appointment and everyone is nice from the check in to everything else. I was told it was my lucky day as the surgeon was there and I could get my tooth pulled later that day. The only problem I had with the visit is nobody acknowledged that I told them I needed my filling done. I asked about it but at that point I was there so long I didn’t want to get it done plus I had to come back later that day. I received a missed call about 2:30 and I called back about 3 mins later so he told that someone had to go to the hospital and all of the appointments were cancelled for the rest of the day. I wish I knew the receptionist name but she’s a younger black female who stated the next appointment wasn’t until 3/23 and she put me down for the day. The first problem is I made it aware that I was in pain when I scheduled the appointment and when I went in and she tried to schedule me for a month later. The second problem is she didn’t bother to ask me was that ok. I asked were there any other options/offices. If not I wanted a refund as I had to pay up front for the services. She said she would have to call around. At this point I just asked for a refund because I don’t understand why appointments are once a month or why this surgeon doesn’t have his own office. I also took my and my fiancé took off work for this. I was about to find another dentist office who could refer me to a surgeon who has an actual office. She then called me back about 5 mins later stating she called another office that had an appointment next week. As far as customer service goes that should have been offered initially vs I scheduled you a month later. I’m extremely disappointed and after my appointment next week I highly doubt I will return.

Dr. Baugh at the Euless location is awesome. Ive seen her twice now. The entire staff is super friendly and makes sure youre comfortable. They were taking all of the extra precautions per Covid. Im new to the area and so happy I chose Dr. Baugh and her awesome team. They talk to you and explain everything with no hidden costs and very fair prices.

I found their location, as I needed some emergency dental care. I have a top set dentures and it broke in half, I needed to get a replacement set. I was concerned as with dentures its a very difficult and personal discussion to bring up and have. The receptionists were all very accommodating and assisted me in making sure I was ready for my pre-visit. The dentists were all also very nice, kind, caring and considerate in assisting me with answering any questions and follow-up issues I had. K.J., Ben and their entire staff are all so great and amazing!! they assisted the best way possible and with any dentist Ive been to as well. Everyone in this office is so lovely! From Devon (office manager) to the hygienist to the assistant Elaine and dr ramerro. Devon was so helpful with my insurance and payment plans. Today I had 11 teeth extracted and received dentures. I was extremely nervous but both dr rakers and Elaine put me at ease. Dr ramerro is excellent at explaining what she’s doing and why she’s doing it that way. She listened to my concerns. She made sure I never felt any pain. Elaine would even rub my arm to help soothe me during the numbing process. I just really appreciate how they Cared for me and took good care of me. My smile is so beautiful now. Oh then a few hours later dr ramerro called me to check up on me. I really appreciated that. Made me feel like they really cared.

All service was excellent, except that I requested an itemized receipt, on 10/01/2020, I was told it was going to be send immediately, I am still waiting

Dr.Jessfor Baugh and her entire staff are certainly helpful and professional. Everyone is very thorough. They explain everything step by step. Dr.Baugh and her kind assistant went over every single step with me. Office is clean and well kept. Office was recently opened and I actually followed Dr from her previous office. It’s quiet a drive for me but it’s worth it!Not once I felt that, they were trying to force unnecessary procedures. They offered options and what could be the best for my particular issue. Entire office staff is very customer service oriented and that’s something you can’t really find these days!! They provide exceptional service with such fine product. They take same day appointments and offer different types of payment plans based on your budget. I have recently moved to the Dallas area and I’ve been needing a caring and professional dentist office.Dr.Baugh and her team truly care and they make the process as fun as possible.
