This is the first year I’ve owned a house with a pool and hiring CK Pools is the best choice I could have made. They have been a huge help and a wonderful resource when I have questions. I am so pleased with the quality of their services and how kind they are to their customers. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend them. Their work is amazing. I spoke to Sean regarding my pool heater and the service light coming on. He told me to just increase the flow and that should take care of it. I appreciate the honesty as other companies wanted to charge me a hefty service fee likely to come out and just increase the flow, something any person can do.

Sean is reliable professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He installed a new Pool Salt Chlorinator system for us and we couldnt be happier with the customer service, attention to detail and meticulous job done.

I was handed over to CK pools when the pandemic started because Pool Knights stopped servicing my area. They were good and reliable until this last month. Sean Nankini the owner switched my pool tech with one of the worst I have ever dealt with in over 9 years of pool ownership. The new tech skipped a day of service because he could not locate the gate key that Sean should have informed him of. I asked Sean to refund the week and he never did. The next week the same tech did service. The week after, mid clean the same tech stopped because of the weather. He then calls me outside and tells me he lost my gate keys. When I talk to Sean, he tells me to relax its just a key. In addition, this same tech is one a few who parked in my driveway blocking in and out access.The following week I fire the company. Sean tells me he would refund me and told me he told his secretary to do so. Now he is ghosting my calls. Shady. Never trust a D rated BBB non accredited business.Stay far awayReply to CK pools responseTwo weeks of no service and terrible customer care. I have never had a business owner yell at me. If you call giving you two options either1. to do things the right way2. have your business poorly reviewed.Thats a far stretch calling that blackmailAgain, what company would not at the minimum refund the two weeks of non service.And looking at how you defend yourself against poor customer care on the other review just shows what kind of garbage company you are running. I wasted your techs 45 minutes? Wow, you are something fresh.Most businesses would respond and say, we will do better but not CK pool.And then to Sean, “never give in to bullies” means taking their money for services not rendered. WOW. I am the definition of a Bully? Does the dictionary define bully in that way. No, it’s the guy that takes the Lunch money that doesn’t belong to him thats the Bully.

I dont normally do reviews, but I feel it is my duty to tell my community about this company. If I could not rate this company I would give a ZERO! Dont use this guy/Sean, for any pool repairs! He gives an incomplete bid, YOU HAVE TO BUY stuff your pool needs (skimmer and main drain cover) and he added a charge for the plumber! He is a contractor that doesnt communicate with his client except thru text! He didnt even contact us to reschedule for the plumber (and you can see those picture!) See attached photos of the job he did for us an make your own assessment.. and NOW I have to have someone FINISH the 7800 job! Never again!UPDATE..this morning hubby went to vacuum the pool and noticed a RIP in the liner near one of the jets. He notified Sean immediately. Looks like a patch job on a BRAND NEW liner! The kicker is that the guys that did the job and US were blamed for the damage! Picture to be added..

Ive been using CK pools for a few years now. Ive been very happy with them. There are times that things arent being done as they should be, but Sean has always fixed the issue and made sure things are done correctly from then on. He addresses any complaints I have personally. Hes very proactive on any issues and returns calls very quickly.

Very happy with CK Pools communication and service. Sean personally came out and was happy to show us how to operate our equipment and was quick to answer any questions. Ill be a long term customer!

Sean and his team have been taking care of our pool for some time now. Occasionally we see different techs come out but no matter which one is here that day, our pool is always sparkling. We have a more advanced pool control system (the Hayward Omnilogic) and all of the techs understand its functionality and properly use the system. Our former pool care company sold their clients to Sean and his team. I was leery about the transition, but have never been left disappointed. We recently have a new tech who is fresh out of training and his attention to detail is superb. The quality and price are outstanding.

Sean and his staff are amazing! My parents are trying to sell their home and the pool was in pretty bad shape and they took care of it all, fair prices, were very honest and prompt in their service windows and all around great company to work with!

Sean is the person I have used to help solve our pool problem(s) in addition to weekly pool maintenance for the past year. The few times an issue presented with my pool, he texted and then called me. He offered to come out to my home (he did) and walk with me through my concerns.Several months later, when the ice storm hit our town, I texted him late one evening with a pump issue. He told me on the phone, step-by-step, how to keep the system operative until an opportunity arose to fix the problem(s). He was gracious and quite helpful.There is nothing but positive and appreciative words I have for Sean and CK pools. A true professional, dedicated and focused on his clients. He and his company, definitely warrants a 5-Star thank you for their expertise and help.

Cleaning services were very inconsistent and at times very pool quality. Managememt was subpar as there were no scheduled intervals for filter cleaning or backwashing.

Excellent service and pricing! We used them to open our pool, install a new water heater, and make some other repairs. They went above and beyond by doing all that was asked as well as making additional repairs they saw (eg re-attaching the liner to the pool wall)...and they did it free of charge. Sean said “Well, we were already here so we just fixed it.” That’s A+ service! This is a family-run, small business that you can absolutely trust.

We, too, have had many different pool companies take care of our pool over the years, and CK Pools is the most dependable, reliable company weve dealt with. Communication is excellent, and billing is straightforward. Shout out to Claudio for consistently keeping things clean and clear!
