Awesome experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a blown up pump capacitor. I had the remnants of the exploded part, they not only had the part but gave me the absolute confidence to tackle this repair. The young man was also giving tips to make sure I did it safely. It was as easy as they said. Part was super affordable and they didn’t even try to sell me a new pump. Pump works as good as new.Can’t say enough about how good an experience I had.

This is just my first time going there, but employee was nice and helpful and offer checking water testing for free, plus I asked for quote for something and got the answer for me quickly, I will keep going to this store for a while

Great staff and prices. They are knowledgeable and bend over backwards for their customers. The only negative is the location but its not that bad.

I recently had to replace a pool pump and had a very good experience at this store. Mark was very helpful and identified a rebate that would save me over $200. Their install technician was professional and knowledgeable. They also offer an additional 1 year warranty beyond the manufacturers warranty free of charge.

Really friendly staff and really helpful in terms of what I need and the essentials for my pool. I met the owner, really nice, earnest guy helped me set up my pool with the proper chemicals, and maintenance routines that I need to know. Overall the staff and owner were real welcoming and even during the winter season they are always willing to help and provide great service. I recommend this store for any of your pool related needs.

Great store with knowledgeable owners and staff. Free water testing. I get all my chemicals and supplies there. They also service pools and equipment. I bought a spa heater from them, had it installed. Overall a great experience.

Hardly know much about this place but cept they sell pool stuff and have some service to where they clean em too...Claim theyre always busy..But.....Its a pretty quiet store... Considering its empty.Nice people tho. Atleast they seemed to be...... I guess

I went in to buy a net cover for the pool. the owner or the manager evidently did not want to sell it because of liability. The person in training did not know this evidently and he was giving him all kinds of signals behind my back not to talk to me about it or say anything else about it. Will not shop there again was not a good experience. By the way rating is less than 1 but I had to give it something.

Five starts. They deliver what they promise. In my case it was a need for urgent motor replacement. Thx
