I called to set up pool cleaning on my home since it is for sale and I no longer have time to keep up. They owner was super quick to get someone out to start the service. He made the process very simple by providing me a link via text. Wish I would have hired them sooner instead of doing my own cleanings.

I had a regular pool company to maintain and repair our pool equipment. The pool has been a source of frustration at only 9 years old. I finally threw up my hands when the pool went green for the 100th time. I decided to try a new service and call Poolinco USA and the my surprise a live person answered the phone on Sunday! “AL” offered to come out that same day and take a look. I was so stunned that I agreed.He looked over all the equipment and diagnosed the problem instantly. Within a few hours our pool was sparkling and clear; furthermore, he described why this had happened and what wasn’t right with the repair work. He took his time to walk me through the engineering of our salt pool and to show me what should have been done in the first place! It is SO wonderful to find knowledgeable people in whom we can rely! The next day my grandchildren were swimming happily and I have peace of mind!

We just bought our first house and are dealing with our first pool. After struggling to maintain the pool for 3 months we finally called Poolinco. There is no way I could do this company justice in one post, but I havent seen customer service this good from any other company.The owner Al came out and diagnosed our problem in a matter of minutes and caught things our house/pool inspectors missed. They then corrected those issues and only charged $122 for the consultancy and repairs.He told us how long these repairs would hold before we need a new pump and filter, while offering free advice on how to maintain our pool. We will be using Poolinco for anything we need for our pool moving forward.They are top notch and respect/value the customer more than any company I have seen lately.

After meeting with five different pool companies we selected Poolinco Pools without hesitation. Al is truly a professional with integrity. Informing us of each step during the construction and even after with teaching how to manage pool chemistry. His attention to detail and design is amazing. No one else mentioned jet placement in the spa to accommodate my husbands height. Al was aware we are planning a boat/jet ski dock and suggested the electrical lines be placed at the same time as the pool saving us a substantial amount of money. Greg was awesome! He came to my house a few hours after I called, provided a prompt bid, then installed the equipment the next business day. Good price and prompt professional work.I needed a new pump and pool cleaner. I called a nationwide chain store as well as another installer. The nationwide chain store sent a rep out who inspected the equipment for a bid but never got back to me. The other pool equipment installer came out and bid on the job- charging me $85 for an inspection prior to his bid. When I tried to hire him however he was always CRAZY busy and failed to keep appointments. What a scam.When we told Greg from Poolinco the story he assured us that if hired he would do the job promptly- and he was true to his word!!My advice- avoid the chain stores and hire Greg for the job. I highly recommend his work.

We have used Poolinco Services twice, once to fix a motor and once for a cleaning and a filter replacement. Both times we have been very pleased with both service calls. Al is very professional and well educated. He was able to get our pool cleaned in one visit and get our pool cleaner working. Highly recommend this company.

Poolinco Pool Service has been maintaining our pool for over a year and has done a great job every week. Theyve even gone out of their way to visit a couple times in a week to clean the pool during those heavy leaf weeks when it seems nothing can keep the leaves out of the pool. Their repair service is also as perfect as it can get. Great to see a service company in Houston where service and competence are their first priority!!

This pool service is TOP NOTCH!! Customer service is always above and beyond. They always respond when I have a question. The repair department is great no matter what the issue is they get it taken care of. They always help make the warranty process go so smooth when I have an issue with my Pentair equipment. Al the owner is the best no doubt he fixed my fire features and was SO knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Been with them for over 3 years now and couldnt be happier. Poolinco was highly recommended to us by our previous owners. We have continued to use Poolinco because of their expertise not only in cleaning the pool but in repairs. We have an original system and any company could have said to replace it. Instead they offered to fix it at a very reasonable price. They are incredibly fast with their repairs and tell you exactly what needs to be replaced and why. John Powell has been maintaining our pool for over two years now. He is friendly and always leaves a report for me. He will text me if he has treated the pool and informs me as to when the pool is safe to go in. I appreciate the text as I do not always check the notice by the pump. If you are looking for a honest, friendly well informed pool service I highly recommend Poolinco.

Let me start by stating that this company is the best pool service company we have ever had taking care of our pools. We own two pools, one is complicated and the other is very small and simple. They take care of both of these pools in the Memorial and Spring Branch areas of Houston.My idea of a wonderful vendor relationship is the vendor that you never have to call due to an issue from them/ their staff. This is that company...they do a fantastic job.I have had them install a new light fixture, run new electricity and install a chlorinator at our smaller pool in Spring Branch. FANTASTIC - job done on time and done right.At our Memorial pool they installed an iAqualink motherboard to our existing equipment. I had already researched the price of the part and acquired a quote from another pool vendor that works in the area. I went with Poolinco Pools as their price was very reasonable for the install and part price.Their employees, especially lead pool tech, are all so respectful and professional and the ladies in the office are wonderful too. Especially Jennifer who has been my primary contact. I even think I have been able to get a hold of them on Saturdays although I do not know if that is a regular business day for the company.Absolutely, hands down, without a doubt, the best pool company we have worked with in the Houston area.

I live in the heights. I called 3 different companies to fix my pump. All was so expensive. This company Honest they said pump is good all I need to Change Capacitor. Everything works perfect. I will refer this company to everyone.

Fired Al, Poolinco and his supposed 21 employees for lying about coming to service our pool. He claimed he had been at the pool and yet did not know the Polaris was on all day, did not know the filter pump was surging because of low water and most importantly was not on our security cam footage all day. And yet he still insisted he had come and called us liars. He also yelled at me on the phone and hung up when confronted. Total fraud. Beware!!

Trust me. I worried hiring (having to trust that they will keep there word). Worrying for days if Im hiring the right person. Will he charge more later? This wonderful person who didnt hesitate to jump into a very COLD pool to find exactly where the leak was. I even doubted it wasnt where he said. However, I did exactly what he said and changed out the item and VOILA...NO MORE LEAK. He was such a wonderful guy. SMART as whip. He explained perfectly. More importantly and what everyone looks for...HONESTY. I worried thinking it wouldnt work and he nailed it. Im happy and I will surely recommend him. Leslies Pool had recommend some other company but I wouldnt after seeing so many complains and awful reviews(bad service & over pricing) .So, I took a chance with the reviews on Poolinco Leak Detection because they were all great. Wow, I was very happy with price. To realize I waited 2 months before moving on this because I thought it would be too high. Poolinco Leak Detection was very reasonable. We switched to Poolinco after a *horrific* experience with another company. Poolinco got everything back in order without breaking the bank, and the weekly service is extremely thorough. I just wish we had switched sooner.

Do not trust this company! Their reviews are fake. We hired Poolinco and they were cheaping out on Chlorine. Then I was charged $219 extra for chemicals! Our pool would be cleaned on Tuesday and have algae by Saturday. Look elsewhere for pool maintenance!

Best Pool Company in Oak Forest! I just wanted to let everyone know what an awesome local company we have in our area. Called poolinco Pool Service in January, worried about what to do regarding the freezing weather we were having. The owner, Al at poolinco, came over and was very gracious. He shared information indicating that everything was okay which gave us peace of mind. The pool made it through the rest of the winter and then finally removed the pool cover this spring, but the water was GREEN! Called poolinco Pool Service back and they came to the rescue! They have a wonderful team of service technicians, very conscientious, kind and willing to take the time to explain things. Got nothing but kind words to say about their entire outfit and am blessed to have found them. Now enjoying our pool again thanks to poolinco Pool Service.
