Called about my pump going out, and explained that I tried to install it myself. For whatever reason, it wasnt working, so I needed professional help. When I spoke to Dan, told him these very details, and he had one of his workers (Gabriel I think) call and confirm the job for the next day. Long story short, after many calls they never showed the 1st day claiming it was the rain, and the previous job went longer than expected. 2nd day, confirmed a time for the next day. NO SHOW... They didnt even have the decency to call and tell me that they were not going to do my job. The worker called 4hiurs AFTER the appointment time and gave me an excuse that they have a company policy where they dont work on items not purchased from them. Laughable! I wasted 3days when I could have called another company. Thank GOD they were my 3rd choice and I had a backup plan. If you value your time, DO NOT even call AAA pool service. #trashjuice

Dan has got to be one of the most honest persons ever! I needed a new pool heater. Dan gave me an estimate that was $200 cheaper than Amazon and$400 cheaper than another bid. Dan had estimated the misc. Parts at $75 but then he only charged me $60. Not much difference on a $3200 dollar job, but that is the point. He could have easily charged me $100 on an estimate of $75 but he was extremely honest and only charged me $60. He is a good Christian man!

Super happy with my experience with Dan & AAA Pool Service. It was immediately clear to me that Dan was a very honest professional and not looking to unnecessarily oversell the customer. Prices were very fair and competitive.
