I needed a mirror cut down. I called and got a quote over the phone, brought the mirror over and they offered to help me get it from my car, cut it while I waited, polished the edges, offered the cut offs and when I said yes, offered to polish the edges of those as well. Great service, very reasonable price, efficient and convenient. Of course, their schedule may not allow service while you wait all the time but they were able to do this for me and I appreciate it.

Our business needed an emergency glass repair done quickly. They came out right away and had two broken windows fixed in less than an hour, and it was quality work! We highly recommend them.

Wanted to take the time to thank American Glass for doing an excellent job of replacing window glass for me recently. The original glass I had in my window cracked and since the manufacturer discontinued my particular style of sash, they were only able to send me the replacement glass piece by itself. I took the replacement glass and sash to American Glass Company and they were able to swap the old piece for the new piece in less than an hour! Overall the cost of the service itself was EXTREMELY reasonable, the staff was super courteous, and also very professional; most of all, my window looks good as new! Thanks again for making this happen!

Unethical. February, 2021. Removed historic leaded glass from property, disposed of it, replaced with plain glass. This is a violation of the city code of Annapolis.gov prohibiting the demolishing, destroying, altering of historic property in the historic district without approval from the Annapolis Historic Preservation Commission.

Local, Fair, Good Price, Good Product! We had a few glass showers to buy, as well as miscellaneous mirrors for around the house. This company was highly regarded by our contractor. However, just to make sure, we got a few other quotes from another place and an online place in the region, and these guys were right in the ballpark (on a few items, lower). Plus, they were very responsive, very careful in our house, the mirrors and glass was all nicely installed, and when we had a few items we preferred differently, they adjusted with no issue at all. Very pleased and would recommend.

They were on time for both the estimate and the installation. The quote was e-mailed the same day as they came out for the estimate, They called to remind of both the estimate and installation. This company does good work. If there is a problem they will work it out. They installed glass doors in my bath rooms. They did the same for a friend who gave them high marks.

Did a fine job installing quality glass for frameless shower enclosure. Pre-installation measurement was right on. Cordial Installers showed up right on time and did the job well. Slightly crooked hinge alignment (off a 16th) which could not be corrected without replacing tile keeps me from giving a 5-star rating. I plan to use the company again.

I have used them several times for projects around the house they never disappoint. Not the cheapest guys in town but they have quality products and services.

Terrible service.... went in for a very standard piece of glass. She said well call you when its ready. What kind of glass company cant cut a piece of 1/8 glass in 30 seconds. Never again. Not to mention the person at the counter was a smart ass that couldnt care less.

I ordered a glass top for my home office. I initially had problems when I cracked the corner of my glass. American glass helped me to resolve the problem at no cost and even delivered the finish product to my house. I highly recommend using them for your glass needs.
