I’m not the type to leave reviews, never actually have even during my bad experiences but this time was to much. As soon as I walked in they were extremely rude and began to raise their voice about my mask. I stated to them that I have been vaccinated through the military and that only angered them as one lady began to yell and refused to give me her name. I’ve always came to this location and have only had one other bad experience, other than that they have usually been great. During the haircut the lady cutting my hair refused to have a conversation and did a very poor job on my haircut. Truly upsetting, as I will no longer be going to this location.

I work at this amazing establishment with my crew; Cassie, Stephanie, Charity, Kat, Shelby, Sara Ann, Sara, Michelle, and last but def not least Shay better known as Dasha Wright or soon to be Carson City store manager. I love working with this guys and my wonderful boss Steve Secora who are helping my grow and elevate in this game of life. So come on down to Sport Clips and get a excellent hair cut and experience in a family friendly environment.

Ive seen multiple stylists at this location, Shelby being the most recent. Thanks for making me look good! I highly recommend the MVP, I always walk out looking and feeling better than I did when I arrived.

Went in for the first time at a sports clips and the experience was great! Cassie was my stylist and she did and amazing job. Just what I asked for and even more! Definitely will be returning.

Thought it was great…at first. Kat cut my hair. I only needed a line up and it was fine, she was an awesome person. An hour later someone pointed out my ears were wrecked. This place just wants you in and out as fast as possible. Not the place to go this is the worst $35 line up I’ve ever had. At least tell the person you messed em up.

My best experience and service yet! I went to Sport clips on 2/5, and devin gave me a PERFECT haircut! Exactly what I wanted. Additionally, she was so friendly and talkative that she felt like an old friend. I left feeling super confident and energized!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND sport clips, this one in specific, to any guy looking to get cleaned up!

I was is a tired impatient mood due to working too much. Michelle was able to help me enter an appointment request online, and an hour later I was in the chair getting my haircut. The stylist named Cindy made me feel so calm and relaxed when I was there. I needed that experience and it helped me with the rest of my day. I will return in 6 weeks for another cut with Cindy ! I brought my 6 year old son in and I was told by the girl cutting his hair, Charity that I could not stay with him. That I had to wait outside. Bc of that my son was the one deciding how to have his hair and the lengths and he came out looking ridiculous. A little over a month ago I brought him here and I stayed inside with him. I will never come back to this location. I highly recommend the Spanish Springs shop.Uodate: The owner Steve called and rectified the situation. He assured me that there will be a meeting with the stylists and policy will be reviewed and that this will not happen again to another customer. I was also offered a free haircut and a refund. I truly appreciate Steve calling to apologize and for taking this matter seriously. My 1 star review has now become a 3 star review.

By far the best Sports Clips experience I have had across the country. Cassie did an outstanding job, provided the best MVP experience ( she actually massages your head while washing your hair and didn’t just go thru the motions ). She should definitely be traveling the country teaching others what customer service is all about. Anyone traveling as I do, or living in the Reno area should definitely get their haircut at this location by Cassie.

My experience was quick AND relaxing, which is a hard combination to achieve, right before work. My dresser could sense my urgency! She got me cleaned up after a wonderful shampoo and hot towel.

I checked in online, got to the shop 30 minutes early, called to let them know I was here. I was advised to stay in my until they texted me. Mind you its hot AF outside, but ok. I wait, my arrival time hits, no text then the wait time jumped up another 15 minutes. Thinking ok maybe haircuts are taking longer than expected I wait that additional 15 minutes. Then the time jumps up 33 minutes. I call the shop to see why the time changed twice now, all the while sitting out in the heat. The lady that answered the phones claims she texted me and since I didnt come in, they bumped me. There was no text, so this was false and she couldve cared less. I will never come to this location again. South Reno Sports Clips never done this to me.

I checked-in online and was shown a recommended time of 3:04 to be there. I got there about 10 min early, and waited till 3:18 just to be passed over by a walk-in that showed up after me. At 3:20 it showed I still had to wait an additional 22 min before it was my time for a cut. So I walked out.Update: I went back, it was literally one day before the country closed down due to you know what. They were the only place still open at the time, so I gave them another shot. Fortunately, nobody was even there, only 3 employees, so I got seated right away. The stylist was very polite and did a great job. I dont suppose 1 bad experience should condemn them forever, so Ill bump up the review to reflect a more accurate overall experience.

I have gone there twice with my boyfriend. First time a women messed up his hair and brought his line all the way to the middle of his head. We go a second time to give it another chance. Because I will admit the atmosphere is nice. Although another women messed up his hair again. He likes to go from a 0 fade to a 1 then 2. Well the girl cuts his hair I ask her to fade it better my goodness the women says she doesn’t know how to fade. Like are you kidding me you couldn’t have said that in the first place so we could go somewhere else. Also to set it all off she has the dignity to ask my boyfriend if he is playing the field and has a lot of girlfriends. I’m sorry but that’s unprofessional and not the type of conversation you should have with your client. Second I was literally standing right there the whole time.

Summer and Brian do a good job. The prices are reasonable and having a hot chick wash your hair while baseball is on the TV is always a good idea.You can’t really screw up a high and tight so they do my sons trendy haircut and my wife swears by Brian doing her Pixie. I usually have Summer because she’s fast and does good work.Some of the others are sort of retarded and I’ve seen some less than great cuts leave their chairs. Like anywhere you go there are good and bad.

Cassie was absolutely amazing! Great cut. Amazing double mvp and she suggested I go to Ruby River for a good steak after. She was right. Great cut and meal was just what the Dr ordered!

I really enjoyed my trip to this Sport Clips; they weren’t very busy so me and a friend got right in. The staff was nice and because it was my first visit to this location, they reminded me to get my VIP for free. It had been a while since I’ve been to a Sport Clips so I had forgotten and that is really cool that they reminded me. I don’t always get out to Sparks but I picked we do every 6 to 8 weeks or so, so it seems like I’ll be getting my haircut here again and again.

Giving a four star because my two sons got their hair cut by two different stylist. My sons are biracial and have different hair textures. My oldest has a really tight curl and Michelle did an amazing job giving him exactly what he asked for. My youngest has a looser curl. He wanted a faux hawk. His stylist Christine? was a bit snooty and his faux hawk looked more like a high and tight. Would have had her fix it but she acted like she didnt want to be there. I didnt want to mess his hair up more.

The girl gave me the exact haircut I asked for. She wasnt very personable but maybe it was an off day. Prices are pretty high, TBH. Recent Edit: It wasnt something that would cause me to think twice coming back.

After the stylist Ive had for years quit cutting hair, Ive been on a mission to find a comparable haircut. This was the first time Ive been to a Sport Clips and the only reason I stopped in today was because I had a coupon for a free MVP haircut. The MVP comes with a cut (of course), shampoo/conditioner in a vibrating chair, scalp massage, hot face towel, and a neck massage. Everything that I would have gotten at my previous salon. Jamie, the stylist I had, was friendly, professional and gave me one hell of a haircut. Exactly what I wanted! Rare to find at a chain.

2 stars due to no wait. I would strongly suggest not using Priscilla. She had to adjust my fade 3 times after asking for approval. Had to adjust the back 2x to which one of her responses was well you do have a cowlick. Trimmed my bangs 3x because one side was always shorter and her response was you have less hair on that side; this point I just told her I would do it and please stop. First time I havent gotten a triple play or mvps, also first time not tipping. My haircut request was a high and tight fade with finger length on top. I do understand being new and needing some experience but when things dont line up from side to side and you blame it on the individuals hair. This is very disappointing cause majority of the times Sports Clips have decent to amazing stylists that rarely ever have issues.

I live in Reno and have been to Sports Clips in San Diego, CA Boise, ID Salt Lake City, UT Henderson, NV 1st time to the Sparks location and as with all amazing. I love the Triple Play. This one stands out above the others as I watched entire time the Owner cleaning each of the girls stations to help and expedite service. That speaks volumes to me.

Terrible haircut. Barber did not know how to do a simple fade, nor how to align my hairline. Will not be going back.

As much as I tried to remain calm. They MESSED up my boys hair. Dont go here, it the worse place ever. I dont know how they go their license to cut hair. They tried to fix it but it was too late. Steve Wonder couldve done a better job. They gave me a coupon for next time, yeah right aint going to be no next time.

First time going in to get a haircut the service was super bad. Tried to charge me for the MVP haircut because the computer said I have been in there before. I asked for a number 4 with a taper fade and a line up, the number 4 was somewhat of a decent job but with the taper fade it seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing because she only cut the hair that was in front of my ear and the line up was probably the worst part of this experience. Had an awesome experience getting my hair cut here, it seems pretty generic to say about a huge chain like this but the employee who cut my hair was awesome and highly professional, definitely recommend getting a haircut here.

Never even got my hair cut here. The website said that there was a 20 minute wait when I “checked-in” online. After arriving at my allotted time and then spending an additional 30 minutes waiting I gave up and went somewhere else.Suggestion - When someone arrives, you should give them an accurate wait time and the number of people ahead of them when you know that your website is inaccurate.

Went and sat down and was waiting for my turn when i noticed 2 people who had come in after me called back.. Looked at board and my name was never assigned to the board.. Left after 45 min without even getting a haircut... Find somewhere else to go..

I generally get great service. But when they get a little backed up, forget it. Three guys ahead of me, 2 people cutting, a 30 minute wait seemed reasonable. An hour later I left. Too bad.
