If you need to cancel your membership be sure to do it 90 days in advance.. they make you pay for your last month upfront, then charge a $38 cancellation fee upon your notice to terminate membership and this cancelation fee gives you one more month to use the gym on top of the last month already paid for in advance. Just an elaborate way to make people pay for more than they need.

Clean, clean, clean. All the machines work well and are regularly maintained. This gym doesnt waste your time or money with extras you dont need, but has the professional staff and equipment for whatever workout you want to do. I highly recommend.

Its okay. Could use a couple more power racks. If they added 2 to the turf area it would be awesome

Dont give them access to your checking account for billing purposes.Prestige bought memberships from YouFit in Littleton during COVID shutdown. They then proceeded to charge checking accounts for memberships terminated over a year ago. Left 2 message for manager and was finally forced to dispute charge with bank. They do not return phone calls regarding disputes. Bank ended up providing refund for dispute then Prestige also provided refund. Now theyve assigned a collection agency to retrieve the credit overage of $25 since they billed falsely in the first place then provided a credit after providing no communication. Absolutely incompetent and ludicrous! The equipment might be nice, Ive never been there, but its not worth sacrificing giving them your financial information to be mismanaged or maybe sold to someone else.

Really surprised to notice the bad reviews! This gym and the people who work here are absolutely fantastic! They have kept things moving smoothly and safely through the pandemic with great management and wonderful commitment to their customers! Love it!!

Canceling membership is hard. I’ve taken an personal trainer and I cancelled because I was moving away. Asked them to cancel membership which they never did. The person was so rude when I asked to cancel membership on phone. Never ever start at this gym.

Has all the free weights and machines i need, very convenient, great price, and usually not packed to the rafters with people. I am moving and i wish i could take this gym with me.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! When Covid started to get bad around March I called the gym and asked them to cancel my membership and stop charging my bank account which I was told I could not cancel my account until the gym opened back up which makes absolutely no sense. This is now 6 months later and my bank account is still getting charged. I call every month to cancel the account and try to get refunded the money I am still being charged. Every time they say my membership has been cancelled and my account will stop getting charged which I am still being charged every month. I did an ACH stop payment at my bank which cost me 35$ which worked for 1 month and now these crooks started using my debit card information to pull the money off of my account!! I guess now I will have to get a new debit card from my bank so they cannot pull money off of my account that way. I called AGAIN today and was told there wasnt a manager in that could help resolve my situation even though I have been trying to resolve this for 6 months. These people are crooks and this is the most shady business practice I have ever heard of. AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS!!! I would give a review of -5 stars if I could!!!

Big box gym with a neighborhood atmosphere. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Trainers are very knowledgeable in nutrition and exercises.Master trainer Eric is fun to train with and is very knowledgeable about how your body processes different foods you eat. I also like the HIIT training during my time spent here. I can learn the equipment on my own.Equipment is well maintained and clean. I have not ever witnessed a broken machine.Very low key, neighborhood feel, affordable, gym.

I tried cancelling my membership online. Not possible. I tried cancelling my membership by phone, can’t help. I called and called again. I visited in person - Can’t help you. I wrote an ugly email. “We’ll fix.” They didn’t- after trying for months, I’m still getting billed. They are the worst. This is a terrible company.

A clean, friendly neighborhood gym that has everything you need to get a good workout in. The trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful for achieving any fitness goal you might have.

Enough equipment for what I need and its almost always in working condition. Ive been a member for 2+ years and never had to wait for a machine, and only had one small issue with billing, which they fixed asap. Trained with Paige several times - she was awesome! Then she left and Im not sure about the skills and knowledge of the remaining trainers. Locker rooms and showers are decent. All in all, a good gym for $10/month.

Horrible place. I see half of people not wearing masks while they work out breathing heavily. Their masks are dangling under their chins. Whats the point of enforcing the mask policy if you do nothing about people whose mouths and noses are not covered? Do something. Look around and check if everyone follows the rule every once in a while.

“$9.99 a month” over the three months I was there I got tricked into paying over $150 for tricky fees and expenses that no one decided to tell me about when I joined. I recommend paying money for a gym with better equipment and a more honest policy. However, the employees were always nice and it was generally clean. But I would highly recommend a gym that is not so keen on tricking you.

This gym has average equipment compared to other facilities.

Used to belong to YouFit, they went under and supposedly they have the right to sell my membership to this joke of business. Bad me for not seeing it till now but they have been charging me since June (4 months of dues). Would not even listen to anything I had to say about me not knowing about it. Never once sent an email from their own gym, not once...what a joke.

Not a bad gym, I truly like it because unlike my previous gym which was Crunch Fitness, this gym is much more low key and there has never been nearly as many people so if youre looking for a more quiet gym this is definitely one to consider. The only down side Id say is that some of the gym equipment is in need of replacement compared to other gyms Ive been to. A lot of the stuff seems outdated and either needs repair or replacement.For example, the ab benches are very wobbly when you try to do crunches. Some of the stair steppers also seem very clunky and old but other than that its a solid gym. They have every machine you could want, a dead lifting platform, 2 chest press benches, 2 squatting racks.

Less than one star. Due to HAVING CANCER I can not go to the gym and places like that with recirculating air and heavy breathing. I asked for a cancellation for the remaining months and refund of unused training sessions due to the uncertainty and horrible outcomes of COVID and BEING IMMUNOCOMPROMISED. They refused. This place has no compassion especially DURING A PANDEMIC, where there have been over 338,00 worldwide deaths, 96,329 deaths in the US and Colorado having over 1,000 with the numbers still climbing. I do not want to become one of the deceased and per my DOCTOR can’t go anywhere like that until proven vaccine is available. Prestige thinks otherwise. Shame on them for putting profit over people.

My husband and I have been working out here for a couple months now. We are super impressed. We have Scott as our personal trainer, he does an amazing job. Pushes us to our max and knows how to direct us and encourage us perfectly.All of the staff are very personable. The prices are very affordable, especially compared to other gyms.The restroom area and work out area is also always clean.Its also a very diverse gym which makes me feel comfortable and I never feel like Im being judged.I would recommend the most fit people to those that need guidance to give this gym a shot! I will never go anywhere else!

Ivy makes this place amazing, the changing and growing of her classes, creates an environment that’s inclusive, friendly and makes people want to work out. She also pushes you to your limits which is what I need in a fitness class. IVY MAKES IT ALL HAPPEN.

I went into the Centennial location and waited 5 minutes for assistance. No one was at the front desk and no one came up to the front desk. I left. I am currently shopping for a new gym and was looking for information and a short tour. The gym I go to always has someone to greet you at the front desk and it is VERY inviting. Easy way to lose potential business.

This is my favorite gym. The machines are well maintained and clean along with the locker room. Always seems to be new equipment added.Morgan, my fitness instructor spent almost an hour discussing my diet and workout goals before I started my sessions. He pushes me hard but always makes sure I do different muscle groups.I would highly recommend him.

Just not worth it for me. They charged my card almost $80 for a convenience and maintenance fee 2 months after you sign up. I was told that was an annual fee so I assumed I wouldnt have to pay it 2 months after I signed up. The gym itself is clean and managed well in that aspect but I will not return and my membership is cancelled. 2 months and almost $350 later... $10/month my a$$.

Its always clean and the equipment in good repair. Staff is friendly. Price is right. Not a lot of extras -- like pool, hot tub, handball courts, etc., but excellent for a basic fitness center. Excellent value.

The reason they got one star from me is because I can’t rate zero stars. I paid for personal training and reached out multiple times. Never got a response. I contacted the manager for a refund and was told I can’t get one. Also I tried to cancel my membership and I was told I have to come in to do that. This is hands down the biggest waste of time and the worst costumer service I have ever seen in a company. I strongly recommend not to go here and give them your money.

Meat and potatoes gym with pretty much all you need. Friendly staff, clean. Other locations have far more than this one though I feel like the Centennial gym is the red headed step child

Where to begin. We signed up with prestige because it’s walking distance from our home and it said 10 dollars a month.Every time we went we were turned away. “Daycare is closing in an hour” or “Daycare is closed today” always some issue with the daycare where they could not or would not watch our baby.We complained to the person at the front desk who said it would be resolved, this was an unusual occurance.Then the next charge came in for the month. It cost us 150 dollars to sign up and we were charged another 150 at the beginning of the month.Maybe they added some extra charge but everything I can think of that we are paying for shouldn’t be 150 dollars a month, especially if it’s childcare which has not once been provided.Will be cancelling today. Don’t go here, especially if you have children.

I use this gym as a guest with my boyfriend and do love that they offer unlimited guest visits. My boyfriend and I train at different gyms during the week due to our work schedules so its nice that I can come to the gym with him on a Sunday but not need a whole new gym membership so that idea earns them big points with me.Overall its a nice facility with quite a bit of equipment and its never crowded. I do wish they had a few more plyometric boxes available but that a fairly minor complaint.

Clean and well-appointed gym with everything you need. Staff is friendly, helpful, and all around awesome. Bathrooms and workout areas are always clean. Equipment is not brand new but it is not outdated, either, and is well maintained. For a smaller gym, Prestige offers a surprising amount of functional fitness equipment including a large turf area, sleds, boxing bags, TRX, kettlebells, and a complete Olympic rack/plates set. I have never had to wait to use equipment here, even during peak hours, and the way the workout areas are set up makes it very easy to move around and be efficient with your exercises. I have been to 5+ gyms in the Centennial area and this one is easily my favorite.

Im fed up with places who advertise One price on the door, and then multiply that by 3 when you walk in the door. They offer $9.95 a month no contract workout. Walk in the door and they want $199.00 to sign you up and two months later theyre going to charge you an anual $49.95 maintenance fee. Thats$369 your first year they should have the confidence that their facilities worth it and just put the sign on the door $30.00 a month. Value does not need deception.

I have been a member for about 4 years. The staff except for Bret, are the most unfriendly people and give the worst customer service. The trainers walk around there like their better then every one else. They forget that the members play for their salaries. The restroom are dirty and the equipment seems to also be down. And it takes forever to be repaired. The only reason I continue to work out there is the distance from were I live. How ever I have decided to join other club. If you want to join a medioer club then this is the club for you.👎

I love this gym! I can bring my kids to the Kids Club and they play like they are at Lil Monkey Bizness but at a fraction of the cost. They usually dont want to leave. So I get my workout in without the Mommy guilt. Win-win!

First off, the gym is clean and the monthly price is reasonable. The location is convenient. However...The gentleman running the front desk doesnt seem to be very knowledgable about what they offer and the policies. He also doesnt communicate this information well to clients.Ive been a member for only 2 weeks and I already feel a bit ripped of. I wasnt aware of the $60 initiation fee when I signed up (no big deal - just caught me off guard). I decided to downgrade my package as I wouldnt be taking advantage of the premium services as I initially thought and was told that there is a $60 downgrade processing fee. What the what?$60 to push a button on the computer? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

I see a bunch of people not having their masks on properly while they work out. Its frustrating to see these half-masked morons every day who spread droplets to others. If I ever get corona virus, this is the place where I get it.

Clean and Friendly. Affordable monthly payment allows me to invest in myself to hire my amazing trainer.

Piss poor service, have been going here for the past 3 years. Have watched the gym go to hell and the service go from quality to just grabbing some dumb ass that has zero idea of fitness trying to help. Just tried to pay my yearly fee and they now want to triple what it has cost me for the past 3 years. Go elsewhere like 24hr. Better equipment, steam rooms and pool.Anyone giving a 5 star review obviously works there and was forced into it.STAY AWAY!!!!!

The manager Will was extremely kind and understanding. The staff truly cares about each member.This gym is far cleaner and nicer furnished than the majority of other chain gyms.

Say one thing do another and sign a little bankcard tablet for your contract. month to month shouldnt demand a last month payment up front, not renting an apartment. manager admitted the person was not bright who signed me but wouldnt work with me. much better places in area.

Got here at 5am to work out and nobody is here to open. Again!! This has happened at least 10times since joining last November. Its hard enough to wake up at 4am to start your day but then this happens. What a way to start a Monday!!! It is now 5:30 and still nobody is here. Management doesnt care. Dirty gym. Broken equipment. Cheap membership but go to Youfit instead. Same price with new equipment. I have had it!!

My wife joined 8/27/2014 and I was going to join the week after BUT the following happened on my wifes 1st day. She dropped off our 19 month daughter and 6 year old son at the kid’s play/child care room. When my wife was finished working out she went to pick the kids up. The attendant informed my wife that an incident occurred with our daughter. Our daughter walked out of the child care room past the attendant whos supposed to be watching the children, through the club and past the front desk staff and out the front doors and into the street. A social worker who was working out at the time intercepted our daughter (Thank GOD) and brought her back into the club.I personally spoke to one of the club owners over the phone and he explained that they DONT have a license for child care and that its just a service they offer while you work out. In my opinion, he didnt seem to care about the whole issue. We ended up filing a report with the ARAPAHOE COUNTY SHERIFFS DEPT & SOCIAL SERVICES DEPT. Needless to say, my wife cancelled the membership. We were drawn in by the monthly membership cost. In my experience, you get what you pay for.

The cost to go here is well worth it you have everything you need to get a solid workout in.

Horrible, scamming operation. I thought, since they claim to be a locally run and owned operation that provides more personal service that I could actually trust them. I signed up for personal training (sub-par, btw, at best) and they kept charging my credit card after my contract of 3 months completed. I did not want nor need another month of training but they refused to work with me and forced me to keep the sessions. Talk about bad, deceptive business practices! I am contacting my lawyer and will see them in small claims court.

Equipment is not clean, and over 70% of machines are broken ( TV doesnt work, they are under repair, etc) its cheap!!! But you get what you pay for. . They offer a few classes, but none before 9:15 am (not geared toward a young crowd) Child care was run by an over tired mom, and there always was a lingering stench of dirty diapers. Staff leave their children to be watched during their shift. Basically, if you dont have kids, dont want classes, and dont use TVs on the equiptment, this is the gym for you!! It IS cheap, and sometimes thats what matters.

The manager, Austin, is great. I am going to be around here a while.

Terrible - Paid my bill and was called by collection company twice after paying bill. First time desk help did not run my card, second time they never reported it as paid. Talked to manager and got banned from club. I love when it is someone else screws up and they blame the customer. I am glad to be banned from this POS.

The major problem with this location is that they close at 9 on Fridays instead of 10, & on weekends they are open from 7a to 6p when people who work, are still at work!!! Another problem is that their machines are frequently out of order! Their trainers think they are different than others! Overall it’s a so so gym!

I drove by there a couple times, and even peeped in to see what the place was like. I was signing up online, and before I completed the forms, I called because I had a few questions. The guy who answered the phone was rude and condescending. Needless to say, I didnt complete the online membership forms. The bad customer service turned me off to the place.
