Went in for a full set. The lady I had was very sweet but....She only placed the tips on and tried to blend the top down to my real nail. And polished the nails. The nails were not filed evenly and the polish was terrible. I had glue and lint all on the side of my nails. I couldn’t be mean and tell here they looked bad.😳She was an older lady. I immediately went somewhere else to get them fixed. 😫😫Not worth the money I spent. Definitely won’t be back.Follow up call. The owner refunded my money. And she apologized and asked if I would return. I appreciate the follow up call. But I found my new salon.

My stylist (and great friend) Domingo works here, hes been doing my hair for 22yrs. Hes incredible, he moved to Elianas 4yrs ago when the other Salon closed.Elianas is a beautiful modern Salon, its fresh and clean, they also do nails here, in addition to shoe shining.Just a beautiful all around Salon

One of Eilana’s clients verbally assaulted me in the parking lot of her salon. Eliana did not try to defuse the situation, instead she suggested her client run me over with his car. I reported the incident to the police.

Arlette is my stylist and I’m natural and wanted a different look. She gave me honey blonde highlights. I can’t wait to see it curly but for now I’m fabulously straight.She does beautiful color!!!

AMAZING place !!! I had a massage with Lindsey and it was phenomenal!!! Ive had massages before, but she was amazing! Ive been having lower back pain Lindsey was able to get really deep and help release a lot of tension in my lower back and legs.Then I asked for the facial but I requested something simple .I highly recommend ESSY A truly exceptional facial. Essy is lovely and so wonderful at what she does. Shes is very knowledgeable about her practice, which made me feel super comfortable. Id recommend anyone to see her. I will definitely be coming back.Her products are wonderful and simply naturalIm telling you, it is way beyond worth it to visit this salon

Eliana, the owner, was delightful and helped me get exactly what I asked for. She even gave me tips and advice on my hair which is thick and wavy. Would visit again!

My hair turned orange when I went in over the summer to get a root touch up. Nothing was done to fix it and nothing was offered to alleviate my disgust and disappointment. In fact, the only solution offered was to toss in some highlights which 45 minutes prior Id been told were not an option for my hair length. It didnt grow in that time so I dont know why this didnt happen in first place. In addition, I know there are some shady biz practices going on here that screw the employees (holding pay as hostage) and thats indicative of a vindictive, nasty management that doesnt know the law or good managing skills and sense. Bottom line: place sucks and for what you get fantastic sams is a decent alternative.
