So happy I moved back to this side of town so that I could make this my go to nail spa again! Andy is amazing! The shape of my nails are so detailed. Everyone is very professional and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice nail salon.

This was my first and last time at This nail salon. Honest review I booked an apt for 2 pedicures and manicures I was seen immediately so that was great. Before the service even started there was issue with pricing no one knew the correct pricing and we were given several different prices we finally just accepted whatever pricing they said that seemed very high but I rather pay for quality so we went ahead I don’t get to treat my self often so not. I proceed to get my nails and toes done which were both gel. My service was anything, but enjoyable I felt rushed the entire time no time to relax. The nail technician who was doing my manicure was cutting my cuticles and made me bleed several times, my nail polish was sloppy, and incomplete. My mother’s service was just as horrible, but all this to say spend your money some place that will treat you better. This was a very dissatisfying visit especially for all the money spent. Ruby did offer a redo after she saw me taking pictures of the first nails and she did a great job, but the overall experience was horrible and I writing this a day after my service, because my fingers/ cuticles are still in pain. First 2 pictures are nails finished the first time, the pink is when Ruby fixed them

There is literally nothing that Ruby cannot do. She is AMAZING. There was never a photo I took to her that she didn’t know how to perfectly recreate. I always picked random designs off of Pinterest and my Instagram explore page. She has such a gentle hand and she is truly an artist, and on top of it all, she’s a sweetheart. Prices are affordable (none of these designs cost over $70), and appointments aren’t hard to get. Ruby is truly a hidden gem in the Energy Corridor / Memorial area! I moved out of state and she is truly one of the things I miss the most from Houston!

I was in town from New Orleans and needed a dip manicure. I looked up nail salons in the area. I went here and the guy was very professional. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work. He also made a custom color I was looking for. I am very particular about my nails and how they are done. I was very impressed and will defintely go back.

It was my first time here and I brought my mom who needs delicate care on her toes due to diabetes. She loved her service and said the massage was great ! I got my acrylic nails done for vacation and he really paid close attention to detail. Everyone was so friendly and kind I will definitely will be going back .

Ask for Tammy for a set and ask for Debby for a pedicure. These ladies know how to do their job! I asked for matte black nails. She used the black acrylic powder and added a matte gel coating to finish. My nails looked so great and the set lasted me soooo long.

Im very picky when it comes to my nails and when I moved I was ready to find someone who I can start going to. I had a list of numbers to call and BeBe Nails answered . Best thing that ever happen because now one less thing for me to do and the work is amazing. I love this salon. Environment is good and its my relaxing time. Ruby is super talented and has at gift in her craft. Im always getting compliments on my nails from men and women. All the ladies are nice and I enjoy my pedicures with Bonnie and Helen. My grateful for the convenience and experience . Make sure you make an appointment because its worth it.

I was referred to BeBe nails by a long term customer of theirs and all was good until I missed 2 appointments ( normally they would give a reminder call). Thats when I noticed the attitude in Andy and Ruby. I would give them $10 tips each visit. Ruby normally charge me $10 for eyebrows, the last time she charged.me $12 and I still gave her a tip but she had a very nasty attitude towards me and it really made feel uncomfortable. I have not been back but I love the way Anna does my pedicures, she is the best and that is the ONLY REASON I will go back. Andy and Ruby can NEVERservice me again. They (Ruby and Andy) are all nice but accidentally forget to call and miss an appointment, their TRUE identity will be revealed. I give 5 stars to Anna and the other ladies but ZERO stars to Andy and Ruby.

I absolutely love the nails they did on me. Andie was the man who did these gorgeous butterfly acrylic nails on me. His work was perfect and timely, and he even took the time to customize the colors to match my desired design. It was so beautiful in the end and looked exactly as it did in the photo. Kudos to him!I also had a pedicure. The employe Megan did a hot wax, massage, cuticle trim, hot stone massage, foot bath, oil massage, and finally, nail polish. It felt amazing and I definitely recommend.

I only chose this place because of all the good reviews, but my experience was not good. I really dont like writing bad reviews, but when a business is competing with at least 10 other nail salons on the same street, I would expect better (especially when youre going to charge as much as others) and I feel I should give fair warning to those who go here because of the good reviews.I went here to get my nails done for my WEDDING. When we got there, the front door was wide open and it was hot and humid inside. We almost left because of that, but we didnt have time to find another place. We had to ask them to close the door, which they did. After that it was comfortable. They rushed me to pick a color (mind you I was picking a color for the biggest day of my life). Every time I would pick a shellac color from the basket, the actual color in the bottle would look completely different. I finally settled on a light pink (even though I didnt really want pink) because it was virtually impossible to get an accurate color. My toe started stinging during the pedicure and I realized the lady had cut the top of my toe with her file, which still looks pretty ugly almost a week later. The massage was sub par (but of course cost extra). After all of that though, the most frustrating part is that my shellac nails started chipping just 4 DAYS LATER. That is absurd. The last time I got shellac done at a different place it lasted for a good two weeks without chipping. They obviously use cheap products. All that to say, go here at your own risk.

My wife loves this place, we moved to another neighborhood but my wife still goes here regularly and Ruby is the absolute best at what she does would recommend %100 to anyone

I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails done and I havent been disappointed yet. I am happy with my results thus far. I have been going here for a month now. Ruby does a great job on my nails. I have only gotten a manicure and pedicure so i cant comment on other services. However, I enjoy coming and will continue. This place is located in a great location from my home and the prices are just right. I am glad that I have found this place.

I’ve gotten pedicures with my family here before and everyone is always so friendly and does a great job, recently I decided to get my acrylic nails back & Ruby did such a great job on them!! She did a perfect job with the shape & length I wanted, she took her time & was very meticulous. Andy also hand mixes a color for my stepmom that she really loves so it’s awesome they go the extra mile for their customers!

I got acrylics for the first time and it was a great experience. I got asked a lot of questions so she knew exactly what I wanted. Her english was okay but she definitely knew what I wanted. My pedicure was amazing. She cleaned my feet, scrubbed my legs, gave me a massage, and put them in this soft hot cream with bags. It made my feet feel like jelly. I felt so relaxed and was a plus for my birthday. Will be returning for my next birthday and a fill. Well worth my money spent. Great quality and great performance. Loved the experience was worked on by Hailen.

I really like coming here. The pedicure always feels great. They make sure the calluses are removed, the nails are painted nicely and the massage is always long and relaxing. Its clean and quiet. The prices are also very reasonable. Ive been to a few places in the area and this one is by far my favorite.

I was looking for a new nail salon, after moving to the area. My coworker said good things about the salon and recommend I try them and schedule an appointment with Ruby. Months later I went in to fix one of my nails which Andy did a good job the first and second time!(yes I had to go again the following week, it was a two week old set from different nailshop.) I called to schedule an appointment, they took me in this evening. I am so glad they met all my expectations. The place is clean, AND they have a lot of colors!! Andy is very welcoming and Ruby is talented and funny. Definitely will visit again. Bebe nails didnt fell to impress!

It was my first time going to Be-be Nails & Spa the other day, and I was very happy with my choice to change nail salons to this one. I will definitely be going back as a regular to get my gel fills :) The technician Andy were very kind and worked with my friend and I to make sure it was what we wanted. Was over charged and paid for a better pedi, she had no idea how to massage.. Ask for cuticles to be cut, they don’t want to do the work so she use a powered tool . That’s goes against health regulations. Calling health department tomorrow. They never cleaned the chairs after the customer. C-19 means nothing there!!

Great place to go and get pampered but I do recommend making appointment on weekend if you can as they can get busy fast. High standard of quality from management which I really appreciate. Andy will not let you leave the shop if the service is not up to his expectation. I’ve made this location my go to and I stand by the excellent service. I recommend Andy or Ruby.

All the staffs here are very friendly, they know you as soon as you walk in. Feel like family. Very good nails quality jobs. They are good as powder and they had lots and lots of colors to chose. I love coming to BeBe nails and I usually only get my nails done by Andy or Ruby. They are very nice and do a fabulous job and also very knowledgeable about new nail trends and colors. I usually get the powder acrylic color on my natural nails and they have so many colors to choose from! Andy makes the custom colors and mixes it by hand. It’s always a great experience when I come in. For my toes I usually have Tammy do my color change. She takes her time with my feet and I’m always happy with the result

This place is amazing. Fantastic work and they stand behind it. Im REALLY hard on my nails and they have never let me down. If I manage to somehow break one, theyve fixed it for me. Andy is my favorite powder nails tech. My nails usually lasted long time 4-5 weeks before i go back. They have all been very good and detailed I LOVE this place. Its the only place I got to now. ❤❤❤

I’m also unhappy with the thickness /length of the white on my “white tip” manicure. Laziness, rush, pedicure hurt. Not clean . Not good nail techs at all!

I have followed ruby since she worked at a different salon, when she opened her own I was very happy!! . I drive from sugar land to see her. She always has the perfect nude colors and variety of styles To make my nails look their best. I also love how her husband works on nails, super detail to corners, shape, color because other salons are sloppy they look at everything! She helps me pick out colors, has me try different things, she is great listener always feel great to visit, comfortable, affordable and the best work.

Such a great experience! I had to wait about 25 minutes but it was definitely worth it. Ruby knew right away that my previous set (From another nails salon was crooked and saw all the flaws. She did a beautiful job on my nails and Tammy did a great job on my toes. I live in Missouri city and its definitely worth the drive.

I moved to Houston in 2015 and couldn’t find any shop to do what i like until I found Ruby at Bebe Nails no one has touched my nails since. All of the techs here are nice and do great jobs in their specialties. From eyebrows to pedicures and lashes etc I have no complaint and Ill never go to any other nail salon if she has no appointments I wait till she does. First time for gel manicure & eye brow wax. Felt welcome & warmly greeted. I was drained from a big office move and had little energy for excessive noise. Manicurist did an immaculate job on my eyebrows, dark polish & gentle on my nails. Enjoyed the other lady sharing videos on her phone. I enjoyed the visit and will be back.

I love all the technicians here!!! Ive been coming to this spa for a few months now and Ive worked with almost all the ladies here and have always received amazing service.I prefer to go to Ruby for my manicures simply for the fact that I have super small nails--child size to be specific. She does a great job at being careful with the metal implements and shaping the nails so theyre smooth and consistently even.I would say all the pedicurists do a fantastic job. They have always gone to work on my dry feet and I feel so guilty sometimes because my feet need attention! When I leave my heels are soft, cuticles maintained, and my polish lasts until Im back the next month.The selection of polishes are extensive and they are talented in doing specialty nails as some have photoed here. The atmosphere stays nice with the music selection of jazz, country, and easy pop.The last thing I will mention is that the clientele here are also very friendly and kind, and while sometimes there are mistakes that happen, they will ALWAYS try and do what they can to fix it or make it right for you. Customer service is not lost here, thats for sure.

I went here to get my toes done 1 week and Debbie took her time to make sure they were perfect. She’s very pleasant. I have been driving to Bellaire to my shop and decided to take a chance on Ruby based on the reviews to do my hands. SHE IS EVERYTHING! Ruby gave me a full set colored powder nails with design I showed her and I’m thoroughly impressed how she was also personable, not in a rush but very efficient on her process. She knows what she’s doing! I found my new shop and have given up going to my old shop of 2 years!

The place is nice.I had an issue at first. Maybe because I came in at the end of the day almost 1hr before close.But I just felt rushed. On the other hand..... they did take care of me very well and fixed everything, with ease. And my boyfriend loved his services also.

It was my first time here and seemed like a pretty decent shop from the reviews. I literally got my nails done last Friday and by Tuesday, 4 nails were already off. Today is Friday (it makes 1 full week) and I only have 4 nails hanging on. I have NEVER not been able to maintain a full set for AT LEAST less than 1.5 weeks. I probably should’ve known they weren’t going to last. The powder used was loose, liquidy and dripping.. it took him about 7 min to put the powder on each nail. There goes $60 down the drain ($55 for set and $5 tip)!!!

Great customer service! I went about 2 weeks ago and my set is still intact. The woman who did my pedicure explained the difference in price as to why I should select a higher pay & may the service worth it! She spent an hour alone on my feet which made the $28 well worth it. The nail tech could tell I was apprehensive about length being to long but assured me if I was okay each time she cut & filed.

I moved to this side of town two years ago but i will make the drive to intercontinental airport area to get my nails done... finally i saw this lady and I loved her nails and I took chance and Im so glad I did. This salon, has by far, blown the competition out of the water for me. The staff were incredibly patient with all my questions. They were more than accommodating with all my requests. They made me feel at ease and comfortable. Everyone chatted me up and not once did i feel isolated or uncomfortable. I went to the salon 45 minutes prior to closing and asked if they could fit me in. The ladies informed me that as long as Im in before 7,theyll do what I need. I felt guilty considering I needed my old set removed and a new set applied in addition to getting a pedicure. But the ladies assured me they were to make their guests happy. Theyve left a lasting impression on me and i will definitely be making this my salon.

I came in at 6:17 for a refill after work I was told to wait 15 minutes then not two minutes later I was told come back tomorrow they close at 7. I cannot believe how unprofessional they are. I was there a whole 45 minutes before closing. The topping on the cake a woman came in after me and they serviced her. I don’t know why I was treated this way my money is the same as anyone else. They never have to worry about me returning!!! Very disappointed
