I’ve been here twice, love this place, very clean and good services, the nail technicians are amazing and super friendly, they did bomb job on my nails. You can go to whoever for your nails, for toes I like Judy or hellen . They are both good . They also do lashes extension, the guy name Tommy is the best.

I’ve been coming here for years now staff is very friendly great prices it does help that I make my appts with my nail tech and he’s always got me out in time doing my pedi and my fill in with color and design my nails always fleek and he’s always in point ! I can’t live without my nail techs Tommy is the BOMB and JUDY is awesome both my favorite nail techs are amazing! Thank you so much I love this place the massage the wine water friendly conversation great mail work and designs clean place especially when Momma is cleaning with the bleach omg you know it’s clean when she’s there lol but very busy place it tends to get bit dirty/ messy and including when customers bring their kids cause they have no recourse still a great place !

I’m new to the area and wanted to give this nail salona chance after the good reviews. I have been to this establishment 3 times. They are very friendly. It’s not the cleanest nail salon, but not disgusting either. I always try to go around 11am when they open on a Sunday. Out of the 3 times I have been here I have only had my nails and feet done at the same time once. I’m not a fan of getting my feet done first and then have to wait to get my nails done. When I finally do get my nails done it’s always a rushed job hence why I’m always left with uneven acrylic under my nails or me not being fully satisfied. This establishment is reasonably priced and fairly cheaper than what I am use to paying. They seem very short staffed which is understandable right now. I really want to give this place a chance, but they have to be more efficient on getting customers in and out.

Great experience here for my first time! Far better than Lux Nail Bar further up Westheimer. Even though the shop was packed and every employee was busy, the wait wasn’t long. Helen took care of my nails and I’m more than pleased with the job she did! Will be my go-to spot from now on.

I got a pedicure and full set here for the first time. I was impressed with my nails looking exactly how I wanted. Anna finished my set and she is the bombb. I posted a picture of what I wanted and how they turned out. During my pedicure I questioned the cleanliness. I think I’ll just get my nails done here in the future but all the staff was really nice & I was happy with how my nails turned out. Prices are great as well!

My nails are horrible... The entire experience was a nightmare once he started my nails it was just a nightmare I honestly felt rushed I felt my refill was rushed and the pedicure was rushed I think theyre too busy trying to get everyone that comes through the door that you will not get quality service $55 for lumpy uneven thick nails and a pedicure that looks like a 5-year-old did it Im sorry but some of these comments and reviews are misleading I will not be going back.

If youre looking for good nails at reasonable prices, go to Nails by Ann. Vivian did an amazing job on my gel nails and design. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing to assure me that she would get the job done to my liking. I took her a photo for inspo and she nailed it! I only gave 4 stars just because before I got Vivian there was another person that was not as experienced helping me. They accept walk ins, but strongly recommend making an appt. I called on Wednesday and they got me in Friday morning.

Very nice staff and even though they were very busy, they made sure to attend to us fast. Great prices as well. Ive been coming here for a few years and the quality is always the same. VERY good

Today was my first day at Nails by Ann. I took my 11 year old daughter and we loved it! The service was great, the employees very respectful and professional. My daughter and I even laughed a few times with a manicurist Annie.! We felt very comfortable for it being our first time and we didn’t feel pressure on getting extra service. Definitely would be going again! Thank you for making our 1st experience a pleasant one.

Great customer service! The place has a friendly and up beat vibe. Most of the customers are regulars, the owner laughs and often jokes with them. The shop is clean and nicely decorated. The cons for me is they are limited on the different designs they can do 😔. What I do appreciate is they will tell you up front if they can do it or not! So I cant be mad about that. They will still try to get as close to what you want and they actually listen to their customers. I will still use this shop. Its on my top 5 list 😉

Tommy Is The BEST 🥰 !!! He knows how to get his clients to come back, he’s always on time and very professional most of all he’s such an amazing person and very talented and dedicated to his work ! I have been going to this establishment for over two years now and Im glad I found this jewel. Tommy is THE BEST nail tech in Houston. He is also a beast on eyelash extensions and eyebrows. But if Tommy cant do my eyebrows, I can always depend on Danny. I love Tommys kind and gentle spirit. Then you have Ms. Jean, who puts you to sleep when shes giving you a pedicure. She doesnt care how many people she has waiting for her, which happens a lot, she still takes her time with you. No rush job from either of them. The staff is so accommodating and polite. If you want to see Tommy or Ms. Jean I suggest you make an appointment. Thats if you dont mind the wait. Dont pass by without stopping. You wont be disappointed.

Quick, reasonably priced, good service!

After my initial comment about a great job that was done on my daughters and mine. I was unhappy about the results. Our shellac was peeling off after 3 days. I went back and spoke to the manager Danny and he fixed it but after a few days ago my daughters shellac all lifting up and came off. Mine is coming off after a week. It was our first time getting manicure with Shellac and don’t understand how it did not stay for a longer period. I will not be going back at all. I’m not sure how it is for fake nails but definitely manicure/shellac didn’t work at all. I wasting $85 on myself and $55 on my daughters. Not going back. The pedicure still looks good but as far as manicure it didn’t worked out.

I was there about a week ago and got a deluxe pedi and a full set. I was asked to pick a color and once I did they told me where to sit. No wait. It was about 6:35 pm. Mary got started on my pedicure once I chose the deluxe and it was amazing! They didn’t offer any water or beverage though so that kinda disappointed me because I saw the other customers had something to drink. Emily got started on the removal of my previous set and cut and filed my nails like I requested. Everything went great. She did cut me a bit on two fingers with the buffer though and it burned a bit when she put that primer coat which I believe is some kinda anti fungal. But Mary was amazing!!! She massaged my legs for about 10 minutes each and was so gentle and relaxing. Will definitely get another pedicure here! My nails came out good. There are some spots she missed minimally towards my cuticles but other than that it was good. Nails in the picture are a week old.

Very disappointing and atrocious experience! The previous 1 star rating (which they deleted, explains why they have so many good reviews bc they delete the bad ones) about the shop being unsanitary and unprofessional are all completely true. They do not wipe down or sanitize the chairs, the pedicure bowl, or any commonly touched items. No type of COVID protocols are in place, no glass/plastic barriers to separate customers or nail techs from each other. They do have the big jars of products that are shared with everyone, no single serve to prevent cross contamination. The old man (who just sits and walks around and smoke cigarettes) did a horrible rush job on my deluxe pedicure, he just slapped the scrub on my legs and feet and washed it off, no type of quality in the services they provide. I had to ask for a menu, which is a old, beat up, laminated piece of paper. They do provide wine but the wine glasses look a little sketchy 🤔 on whether they were thoroughly cleaned or not. The good reviews probably are from regulars that know who to go to so if it’s your first time pick wisely if you can.The customer service is seriously lacking. Be careful you may end up with Covid or an infection in this place.*In response to owner*: That very detailed 1 star review I was referring to was definitely deleted by you, and it can be done. Not only is your establishment disgusting but you all very unprofessional as well.

On Friday my mom and I got the shellac manicures with pedicures. I brought to the managers attention that my shellac manicure did not look neat and professional. He tried to cleaned up a couple of the areas and then said next time let a different person do it. I told him there wont be a next time... Today is Sunday and the shellac is already peeling. I definitely wont be back for multiple reasons. They dont practice social distance while rendering their services. The tools they used werent individually wrapped so they may not be sterilized. Im only giving the one star to post my view

I’ve been coming here for a while and I’ve never felt a connection like I have with the employees at nails by Ann. They are very friendly and family oriented they make you feel comfortable. we laugh we joke and even if I have an emergency they always make time. This is the absolute best nail family I have ever had. Tommy does awesome nails as well as lashes. Danny is a beast with the eyebrows. Vent is very creative with the nail work. Anna makes sure you are satisfied before you leave as well as everyone else in there from pedicures manicures it goes down

I would drive across town to this shop! I love Ryan’s work. He is the beat nail tech ever. I am ALWAYS happy with my nails and get tons of compliments with every set. And for my pedicure, it’s Emily all the way. And if I ever arrive and they are busy... I will wait!

I’ve been coming to Nails by Ann since I moved to Houston in 2013. They’ve became my Vietnamese family! I moved a lil distance away 3 yrs ago, but still travel there to get serviced.

I had my nails done here as it is near my house the nail tech did a great job. I also had my first eyelash extensions done here and I am very happy with the look of these natural eyelashes. I will go back to get their services again.

Would not recommend. Went in today, got them to do shellac nails and they are just not good. Dont have the time to get them redone but will go elsewhere. Also Im sure this place is not winning any awards on cleanliness.

Not sure if I liked my daughters nails. They are not the best she has gotten. But the staff was friendly and the place was very clean.

I recently went here to get my nails done just on a vacation trip to Houston. I have to say that the atmosphere was pleasant but the manager that did my nails did a so so job. First off he he kept stopping in the middle of doing my nails and now I am a week out and two of my nails have already popped off and it looks like that I need a fill on the rest of my nails.

Started coming here for lashes Extensions. Tommy makes you comfortable, very down to earth, funny and fast! I Always get compliments on my extensions, so neat and natural! One stop shop, and from what I see most of the techs are skilled far as neat work, designs etc. They do it ALL! Fast, friendly AFFORDABLE service! Sis did the hell out of my pedicure ( older lady, didn’t get her name), but definitely remember her face! Danny/Tommy on the brows can’t lose! Use to always recommend this salon, but lately they slipping. Schedule an appointment to get a full set n walk in on time to see a chick in the chair and she still picking out colors....and i have to wait for her to finish to get mine, but she was a walk in. Spending 150 for nails and toes is definitely welcomed at many salons.

The salon was clean the nail techs were welcoming the music playing was nice and relaxing 😊 they offered water, soda or red wine. The red wine was actually good I enjoyed my massage chair while getting my pedicure and they did good work. I definitely will be back!

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years! I use to come to Ryan to get my nails done, but due to my work I no longer can see him, but hes still the best! But I do frequent to see Tommy as he is my lash tech extraordinar. He keeps my looking fresh and great. Let me now forget my eye brow King Binh ...I love all these guys, they are the best. There are other great techs there but these guys are my go too!

Nails by Ann on Westheimer is one of the best nail salons in the SW. The shop is clean & spacious 😍 the service is great, all the nail techs there are friendly & professional . They can literally do any nail design ! Helen, tommy & Vincent are the top 3 techs in my opinion

No social distancing or palstic cover between customers. It was my first time trying the pedicure Deluxe service, they didnt trim it well and they hurt my tump really bad. Would not suggest this place

Pedicure was perfect but for refills on my nails it made my finger bleed dirty all over didnt even put oil at the end i had to do it my self every five second got up to take care of something else took me two hours i wont go there again!!!!

Emily is great! I went here based on the recommendation of one of their clients. I was referred to Tommy and Emily. Unfortunately Tommy was busy but Emily did a wonderful job on my nails and eyebrows. The lady (forgot her name) who did my pedicure was equally great! Place was quiet and clean!

I love the way TOmmy did my extension lashes. I have been getting my lashes done from him for 3 years. he always does great job on my lashes and my nails. My lashes always last up to 3-4 weeks to get another refill.

I wanted to keep my nails coffin shaped, and not only the dude I had painted my nails on top of the color powder nails I had, he 𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑜 cut them so short and rounded them 😑🤦🏼‍♀️ I looked like a f puppy. Right in front of him I grabbed a nail file and proceeded to make them look decent.They were so oatmeal thick, I was so disappointed. I took his word when he said: I gotchu girl, I know what you want, I’ll deliver that to you. No dude, you delivered disappointment and awful looking puppy nails. Even my son said to me: woah mom! You have granny nails, why? 😭

Women who did my toes did not understand my request at all. Walked in space was not clean. Older woman who did my nails also kept pinching my skin on my toes to the point I had to tell her to stop. Would not recommend at all

The lady that did my feet was AMAZING!! My nails is another story.. they’re all different lengths! I got the coffin shape and he didn’t file the corners so they’re sharp and when I got in my car I was flaking acrylic off my fingers from around my nails, which is kinda enjoying but not what I expected.. I guess you have to go early in the day to get the good experienced nail techs.. they’re acceptable because I got something simple but my feelings a little hurt and I didn’t have time to complain so 🤷🏽‍♀️
