They’ve ripped 3 expensive shirts. The first one, ok accidents happen. Got a small credit. A year later another ripped shirt and another small credit towards my next bill. Six months later and it happened again. WTH? The alterations on one shirt cost more than the credit you get. Not including the cost of the shirts. STAY AWAY.

I have patronized this business a few times in the past year and on more than one occasion I have had to leave without dropping my clothes because the attitude of the staff on ground was so disgusting but I refrained from posting many review, in the hope these were just “off days”.... But I am certain this is a culture... The quality of work done on your clothes is average at best and the attitude given when you ask any question, I mean any question is so disrespectful as though you should take it as a privilege they have your business. I’ll definitely pay an extra couple of cents to be provide better service elsewhere. Never again.

These guys do an ok job at cleaning your clothes. But they are rude, the place is not clean and often stinks, they demand phone numbers before they will give you your clothes, they demand payment at the time of drop off instead of pick up (I refused) and they will not take a debit card for less than a ten dollar charge. Now I see why they take your phone number: spam text message every week, from different numbers. What scum.

Prices are low and service has improved. I have had an occasion in the past when my clothes smelled like chemicals, but it hasnt occurred recently. The price is good and the service is fast, on time next day.
