I was left leery after trying them. I was in need of a new dry cleaner and decided to use Upscale based on their reviews - but there was just peculiar interactions with them from start to finish. I brought in 10 shirts and a pair of slacks - told them it was my first time and asked if I could ensure there be no crease on pants. I was told same day services were suspended, that Id receive a half off discount for being a new client and that thered be no problem on the pants. I asked if I could pay now and was told I could only pay on pick up. I came in a few days later (dropped on Saturday, attempted to pick up Monday evening - their website said open until 7pm, but I guess its actually 6pm - so picked up Tuesday morning) - was charged full price and there was a crease on the pants. I told this rep about the mentioned discount from the first rep and she said she didnt know how to apply the discount. She did after some trying apply a discount, but it was not for half as stated. I let it go and asked her if it was possible to pay on drop off instead of pickup and she stated I could. The shirts were fine, as were the pants (minus the crease) - but for the final cost and questionable behavior, Id say be careful. I wont be back, but if you go, check everything.

Not bad but considering the price, not the best cleaning Ive had. All 3 pieces had a bunch of lint and there were two little frayed holes near the collar. Its a $90 shirt so thats a bummer.

I went to pick up my items and was told I owed money. I told her they had already been paid for and the customer service representative said they dont charge for alterations at drop off. I went back to my car and found the paid receipt. After I handed it to her she then said they changed to a new system. What I dont understand is why she told me that they dont accept payment for alterations at drop off. She also took my receipt and threw it out.

Unfortunately one of favorite dresses was ruined after our first visit to Upscale. Not the best experience for the upscale price paid for a few items.

Honestly have to say Best cleaners in town!!! I had such an amazing experience when I walked in.I was acknowledged & greeted by Victoria. She was very helpful & answered all of my questions I had. The store was nice & clean also smelled very good. I love the coffee bar & water they offer! Such a nice touch for them to have these drinks for free. This is my go to place when I am in need for good quality cleaning. Customer service is %100.

This is the best place ever!! And they have two locations! The customer service here is AWESOME, and they usually go ahead and pull your clothes when they see you pull into the parking lot!! They do all kinds of alterations and do exactly what you ask!! They have the nicest little coffee/water bar for customers too!! Easy to find, great prices and the sweetest employees!!

I went in to ask about their prices!! Very reasonable! The counter girl Victoria was very nice & so professional. She answered all of my questions and didnt rush me out. The store was nice clean & smelled so good. Coffee bar & water is such a plus! I will definitely be returning to drop clothes off, to see Victoria and grab a cup of coffee!

After ruining two shirts a pair of pants and losing another pair of pants all within an 18 month period I called it quits, I’m going back to my old place that costs twice as much

Lovely cleaners, I felt Very welcomed, as soon as I walked in I was Greeted politely and professionally.Interior - very clean, organized, and modern. I loved the sliding barn door.Parking-small parking lot but they have there own reserved spots and customers are always in and out so It didnt take long to find a spot.Overall: Loved this dry cleaners and I definitely will be returning!

This is a very convenient and accessible facility. The staff is very polite and accommodating. I have been coming here for months and the clothes are always on time. Awesome dry cleaners. I called them last Thursday at 9am asking them if they could have my suit dry cleaned ASAP for a wedding on Saturday and they were able to have it ready to me by the next day! Given my demands they didnt upcharge me for the turnaround time like the last cleaners I used to go to. Will definitely be back!

I recently moved from out of state and was in search of a good quality, reasonably priced dry cleaners. Well, I found it! I had approximately 15 dress shirts and a pair of wool pants to have cleaned. Victoria at the front desk was extremely knowledagble and up-front with the costs (which are VERY reasonable btw). She even called about 5 minutes after I left when she found a stain (caused by me years ago) on one of the shirts! I acknowledged that I knew about it, and she offered to try her best on it! What great honesty and transparency. Thanks Victoria! This is THE dry cleaners to go to.

This one star review is for who ever the manager is. I went to this place to pick up dry cleaning for my GF 12pm Wednesday. Walked up to the store front to find the open sign lit up and another sign with open from 7am-7pm. But the door was locked. Assumption is someone stepped out. No biggie. BUT! I waited for ten minutes, and after knocking on the glass a lady comes out form next store and says I was mailing a package for my manager. I said a note would be nice, and she said she was only a minute. Which was untrue. No apology. No, you are right sir I should have put a note. Something that shows you were in the wrong. The manager needs to do their job and tell employees to leave notes stating when someone will be back, so customers can plan their day. Also let the employee know that a apology goes a long way, and don’t give the customer a attitude because they did something wrong. So for you manager, you failed to do your job.
