I switched my cleaners to Cindy’s Cleaners. So far, I have received excellent service with updated technology which sends a text when your clothes are ready for pick up.

Very pleased with the service, price, and quality at Cindy’s. We moved to the area in February and I was concerned that I would not find a comparable dry cleaners to what I had enjoyed for 30 years in Kingwood. Thankfully someone recommended Cindy’s. They are wonderful! I highly recommend them!

DRY CLEANING MIRACLE WORKERS! I had yellow stains in the armpits of my white work shirts and Cindys successfully removed the stains! Now I just need to find a deodorant / antiperspirant that does not stain. Any suggestions?

Messed up a simple alteration & then denied that I wanted a scarf cut into 3 pieces. Way too EXPENSIVE. Will be going back to Carol’s Cleaners for better customer service & more reasonable prices.

I rarely need to use dry cleaner services but a wrinkled t-shirt was not going to fly for my upcoming conference. I picked one that opened pretty early. Suit in hand, I got there first thing they open. Got y clothes were pressed professionally and ready for only $15. Ill use this place again.

Since moving here to Houston, look for a superior cleaner. They use a non environmentally harmful cleaning solution and hand finish your clothing. There their hand finishing shows in finest here. Dont expect it to be cheap its not. Its detail is why I come here.

Never again!! I brought a BGBG dress to have it cleaned. Because it was two tone, they were concerned it would bleed. I had it cleaned somewhere else before and knew it wouldnt so I authorized. I have asked them for SIX weeks now where my dress is. I was given 4 different stories before I was told that the dye bled and then the dress was LOST. I finally picked it up today and (1) it doesnt look as though it bled, (2) I was charged $33 for ONLY the dress because SUPPOSEDLY they had to take the dress apart to clean, and (3) the dress didnt even appear to be sewn back together. Talk about a scam! Their cleaning prices are ridiculous as well. Find someplace. I went there for convenience but not anymore!! I would not recommend them.On another note, even if they tell you it will be finished by a certain day, they do not honor this. I have been told numerous times things would be ready and they then tell me when I come to pick everything up that only part of my order is ready because of something being dark (for example, I had to wait 2-3 extra days on a RED shirt).Taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I had two very expensive sports coats that my dog spilled a scented oil wax candle on. I tried every trick on Google to get them out with no improvement in the stain and cindis got it out and they look brand new! I thought they were done! Saved me a good 400 bucks! Highly recommend!

They are great. Fixed my favorite coat after spilled wine. Dont even drink wine! Very nice people

I went there to have 4 trousers altered. I asked the lady how much each would cost, and she said $5.99. Pretty reasonable, I thought. When i came back to pick them up she charged me $86! She denied saying $5.99! And she didnt even try to make up for her mistake by giving me any kind of discount. All they care about is seeing the $$$$.Never again.To be fair, their dry cleaning prices were reasonable.

Called to get a quote for dry cleaning of my wedding dress and was told it would be anywhere from $150-$1,500 for dry cleaning!?Hell no! Prices are ridiculous!!! They WONT be getting my business!

When you take clothes there, they will study each item like an inspector and then get second and third opinions from other workers, only to refuse to clean certain items because they cant because of the fabric. They refused to clean my normal items made with regular fabrics like suit jackets, silk shirts, linen pants. When you are rushing to work or home, this level of piece by piece deliberation on simple things is maddening and will waste your time and gas. Just skip this one until they become more skilled at cleaning all things besides just mens cotton shirts

I have my dry cleaning done at the Richmond Cindys Cleaners. They always do a good job and they know me by name. Cant ask for much more than that.

They are so nice. Great work saving my favorite top.

I used the location on N. Eldridge several times. I will NOT be using them again. They do a terrible job laundering and especially pressing shirts...the shirts do not look professionally pressed. They dont get stains out of clothes.

They have done well for me over the years.
