Linda always does such a great job! She is also just an overall awesome person and someone I enjoy seeing every month for my cell pedicure! All of the techs are excellent so dont hesitate to call and book an appointment.

During our last visit to Sedona, in August 2020, my mom and I needed a mani and a pedi. We got EXCELLENT service here and I highly recommend CK nails for all of your nail needs! All the salons in California have been closed so CK nails had a real challenge with our nails but they took their time and did a GREAT JOB!

I love this nail salon! Even before Covid became a presence I found it to be clean and well run! Kelly is my go-to nail tech for designs. Whether I find something on Pinterest to try or give her free reign, she always does a beautiful job. AND shes quick. I watch her work expertly and efficiently and she seems to delight in what she does.

Overcharges for services they arent competent at doing

I came to get my nails done here for the first time since covid and it was a very pleasant and safe experience. I went early in the morning and there were only 2 other customers the whole time I was there. Everything was very clean and there were plexiglass dividers between me and the technician. Not to mention they did a great job on my nails! I appreciate this business taking covid seriously, unlike other businesses in Sedona. Thank you!!

This place is a joke. We made a reservation to get a pedicure over the phone with no warning that they were in a time crunch. We arrived and didn’t even get a choice on the pedicure type because they said they couldn’t upgrade because they didn’t have the time for it. Why not say that over the phone? I could have avoided the trip there if they weren’t going to be able to give me the service I wanted.

I was visiting Sedona from Dallas and looking for a nail salon to get dip nails. I like long almond shaped nails, and was having a hard time finding a Sedona nail salon that offered acrylic tips and OPI dip. I found CK nail made an appointment for the same day and requested specifically the OPI Dip Passion color that I always get. CK nails gave me exactly what I asked for. Staff was friendly. Will definitely come here for my big nails when I visit Sedona!

They have an amazing gel color selection, but the lady who did my gel pedicure spoke no English n cut my cuticles back so far on both big toes, she made them bleed. I was not impressed n it was quite painful. I go for pedicures for relaxation n beauty, not PAIN. 😩

My manicure from here was not too bad! I called ahead and they were able to accommodate me. If its possible, try to make an appointment - they had to turn people away while I was there and asked them to return later when they had more availability.Pros - staff was friendly, salon was clean, I loved the way my nailed were shaped - so pretty!Con - polish was not as meticulously applied as I am used to, some of the nail color dried outside of the nail and onto my skin. Nothing too terrible, but just something I noticed.Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

My daughter went to a different nail salon and it was done very poorly and Kelly at CK Nails fit my daughter in despite how busy they were and fixed her nails. They were beautiful and will look great when she gets dressed up tomorrow for a special event. Thank you CK Nails!!! We will always go to you when we’re in town.

I was a little concerned after reading their reviews but I had an awesome experience today! I called last minute for a full set and they were more then willing to squeeze me in. I told them what I like and they did it perfect. The place was clean! Also the staff was super friendly. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Nice staff and great nails

Not a great manicure. She was using a very rough filing cube to shape and it left the nails rough on the edge even after polished. No basecoat and topcoat did not seem very smooth or hardened. Also, according to their price board, I think she overcharged me by $2.

Very disappointed about this place I went few weeks ago and I make appointment for mani and pedi and gel and they did it really fast and after two day those started to peel off ☹️ And I paid $85 plus tip 🙄 I don’t mind to pay but please do a better job and take your time, this place was used to be the best in Sedona

The people who run CK nails honor their customers above all else. The extra long foot massage surpasses all other nail salons Ive patronized. The atmosphere is always upbeat and cheerful. They also use high quality nail polish.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the entire room. Didn’t stay for our appointment since ventilation seemed poor and a little unhealthy.

I am not kidding, shortly after visiting this salon, two of my toenails started coming off! There was absolutely nothing wrong with them when I went in - I was horrified. Also, it was the messiest french manicure I have ever seen. Staff was not friendly. Price was good...get what you pay for.

Employee and customer with no mask. Made me VERY uncomfortable.

I recently had my nails done and it was just a normal gel manicure. The lady was not very polite and saying my nails are “too short” and that it would “look bad.” I just shook that off and thought she was just trying to give me the best nails. BUT during the whole process she rushed and it turned out very sloppy. There were air bubbles in my nails, the polish was bumpy and left over polish was all over my skin. I paid $55 for this and was very disappointed.

They are the best salon in the Verde Valley, I have tried others and they all fall short. I am always treated like a queen and pampered. A great experience every time.

Its true, you get what you pay for. The prices may be less than other spas, but so was the service. It was the quickest manicure and pedicure Ive ever had, just a couple steps above a polish change.

Staff could not be more accommodating. Loved our visit. Extremely affordable.

They dont honor their clients at all. I do white tips, and because it was more work, and I like my nails done well, they were rude to me. After Deep left, and I tried to make an appointment, they took my appointment, and then when he confirmed who I was, he said that they didnt have time for me. They refused me service, and considering that I always refer my clients, they have done a disservice to me, Big Mistake. If you want real service, and friendly people, go to Silky Nails in West Sedona.

I had an appointment today for a fill on an acrylic set and a pedicure. Upon arrival the man at the front desk was very rude stating I wrote the wrong thing in their appointment book so they could not give me my pedicure at the moment, although I wrote exactly what one of the technicians I spoke to told me to write, even double checking with her before leaving. I told them I was fine to wait and then asked if there was anyone who could do a quick mani for my 3 year old. Again they were very rude but reluctantly agreed. Finally I was sat for my acrylic refill where the technician was very hurried and again rude. She ended up cutting me pretty deeply on one of my fingers to the point where it was gushing blood. She continuously apologized but at that point I just asked her to remove all my nails so I could leave. It was at this time that my 3 year old was getting her manicure next to me and her technician practically yanked her to the place to dry them. Since my technician was almost done she begged to just finish and bandaged up the injured finger and finished the rest. My set was good which was why I gave 2 stars and not 1 but I now have a still bleeding finger and a bad taste in my mouth for this place.

Terrible went in for a walk in. 3 nail technicians sitting and nobody was available for a full set or eye brow wax. Why accepted walk ins??? I am traveling and do not recommend this place!!!!

Ive gone here for over a year as a local and they have never done my nails with less effort than the last! Everyone is super nice and there are cute colors.

The WORST service. They say they take walk-ins but I’ve been turned away every time, the manger literally shoo’s me away and waves. He is SO rude. I would never recommend this place.... I am a new local and they have lost my business forever.
