Ive been using Stratus Building Solutions of Houston for a few months now and I am very pleased with their service. I like the idea that I can communicate with the housekeeper via phone as well as through a book we have in the reception area. She lets me know when she needs products and I let her know when I need special attention to anything. I also love that the supervisor drops by on a regular basis to inspect the work. Stratus Building Company is a great franchise to invest in, with many opportunities to succeed . My mom has been working with since 2009 and since then she has been building her franchise. Thankfully, she has been able to succeed with Stratus.

Buying a franchise from this company was the worst mistake I ever did they will Steal your money they will also find ways to take the accounts from you. Once you finish paying off the accounts they will find a reason to take it from you so they can Recycle it and sell it to another person and make money from the other person and do it all over again thats how they work and steal money from hard working people. Olga is the office manager & Karen is the Operation manager so not professional at all. So please do not buy any franchise from them just us your money and build your own cleaning business..

DO NOT BUY A FRANCHISE FROM HERE! All they do is steal money from you. Olga and Karen are very unprofessional and they WILL take your money. ALSO DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR BUSINESS they do not train their employees and they treat them very poorly. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I bought 3 franchises with this company they have such an effective control of conviction to convince people that they are doing the best business but they are all a great scam. After two weeks of working cleaning my premises, the problems that the kindergartens that I cleaned complained and Karen and Olga called me every day to report the alleged complaints of the clients, I did my best to do my best work but the complaints did not stop. Now I understand that this is the technique that these scammers use to take away the premises from the franchisees and to be able to sell them again, that they did with me
