Clean place with good working machines. Was great for comforters and blanket washing.

I have been using this place for a little over a year. Tonight was a experience I never want to have again. 60% of washer and dryers do not work. I understand maintenance on these kind of things can happen, but water everywhere from the washers. Our clothing would not dry in one cycle (Small batches of clothing) and we had to take them home wet because the amount of people waiting behind us trying to get home at 10:30 at night. The part that took me over the edge, was the amount of nasty bugs just crawling around. There were so many, I had to leave while my clothing was in the dryer. I do not recommend this place, unfortunately.

My cloths is stuck in the washer that wont open for 4 days now. Called emergency number provided they not answering their call. Four days I have used this place for over 3 years and it just keeps fading away with lack of maintenance. Can someone please get my cloths out the washer. This is ridiculous.

Half dryers dont work. Lost 4.50 on dryers that were not marked as not working because theres no slips to fill out and get money back. Lost money on the bag machine. Lost time because dryers didnt work. Todays date 7/14/21...

Good laundromat that is open 24/7. Some washing machines could use cleaning to rid of the smell.

Always clean, which is extremely important during our current times. The lady that cleans in the morning is friendly and welcoming.

Good prices and cleanI had 5 stars because I like this place as a whole. But I have had now 3 machines take my money and not start. I get it, stuff happens.. I filled out the form 3.5 months ago. Nothing . last week I filled out another form for the 2nd that would not start. Again nothing.. then just now yet another machine failed to start. No forms to fill out or warn others of this machine not working... a total of 7.50 I have lost.Not happy

Blown away by this place. Hidden gem for sure and I didn’t even know it was 6 mins away from my place. 24/7 open and always clean. Machine are alway maintain and security cameras everywhere. Even got nice vending machine. I’ve done laundry till 2am here without any fear or worry. I hope this place stays open.

Clean and dryers get clothes really dry! They have senior discounts on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8am-1pm. The woman running it was sweet and attentive. Good prices on washers and dryers

Very clean location. Great pricing with senior discounts and specials on certain days. Several fast food/ shopping locations within walking distance to help pass time while your waiting for your load to be done. Attendant was friendly and helpful.

This was my favorite place to do laundry till half of the machines are broken. Constantly!Then when you leave a note you get partial of what you put in. It’s ridiculous that nothing works. Maybe get a new maintenance person or machines that work in the first place. What was convenient is now a headache.

1st time here. This place is great! 3 quarters gives 30min on a dryer. Clean as can be and everything is stocked well. Im from waukesha and Cudahy has impressed me today. God bless!

I moved here a few months ago, i have been going to this mat for a bit. last week, i was there, and an elderly gentleman was there, and wow, creepy, he was watching what i was doing, telling me how to do my laundry and frankly just creeping me out.. i probably will not return.

There is never an attendant on duty and next to impossible to get ahold of someone should a machine be working improperly. Ive been here various times and discovered multiple machines inoperable. If you utilize a machine that is malfunctioning, you are supposed to fill out a form with your personal information (name, address, phone number) with the amount of money wasted on the broken machine, leave the form in an unsecured dropbox, and hope that someone mails you reimbursement. Hasnt happened yet.
