I am a member of the auto club. It seems to me that I am leaving my membership I ask an employee for more blue liquid to clean my car and he tells me to find one myself, when other clients have using two at the same time !!!! My car is scratching when I put my truck in the car wash, Im just writing so you can be careful !!

March Update: I might not be coming back to this carwash again... again, I have a tire that received no shine (last picture posted). Although I understand the owner replied to my first review of the same problem to let a staff member know, the fact is sometimes I just have time to run it through the wash and go w no time to inspect for things that should be done until I get home. I added another photo from todays no shine...First time through today and everybody was very kind and helpful, car came out clean, but my only issue for now is on one side only parts of my tires got the shine... if they fix this issue then all will be good.

Payed for the $25 car wash, the whole back of my car was still super wet, the front of my car was completely dirty, sides were not fully cleaned, besides vacuuming the car myself it was a waste of money

My favorite car wash! I love that they are open til 9pm, the car wash is great and the vacuums have alot of suction and there’s plenty of them. I also like they provide the little towels to wipe your car interiors.

Just a good place to wash you vehicle, but try to go between odd hours or when they open. Place gets packed quick and for good reason. Definitely worth getting the membership too.

The two times I went through this wash my car was significantly dinged up from the machine. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way to stick with soft touch car washes.Update: Response sent via email 3 weeks ago and still awaiting response.

Great wash!! $20.00 worth it!! They have towels and glass cleaner... although its HARD to keep up with the materials!!KUDOS!! TO MANAGEMENT!!

New spot to wash my truck. Prices are same from other locations around the area but for me this place is closer to me. Truck comes out looking clean and dry. I use ny own towels to dry and clean. You can pay every time you come or get a membership that’s up to u. Opens at 8am

Best drive through car wash Ive experienced.

Not for lifted trucks minor damages, which I didnt report because they were just small clips that got ripped out. Didnt clean the truck at all in some places and did a great job in others. They should advise lifted trucks to not go through. All of the smaller vehicles that came through looked fantastic.

For soft drive through its pretty...They provide free individual vacuums as well as a shaded area with towels.to wipe your vehicle off....

It was the first time Id gone there. My older 2011 car has NEVER EVER..I really mean NEVER EVER looked this good before. I am a penny pincher and almost didnt want to pay the $20. BUT it was well worth it!! My car still looks good this week. Will visit again.

This has easily become my favorite car wash. They are so friendly and their customer service is spot on. During my recent visit, they really took their time wiping down my windshield and headlights (using soap & a power washer multiple times) before I went through the car wash. I always feel like I receive a great quality service for the price I am paying. Highly recommend!

Very impressive, the machine actually did what it was supposed to do. A good wash, wax, actual tire shine and a good dry. They have towels to dry off your vehicle and the vacuum is free and actually works.

This has become my new carwash spot. I drive a full-size car, and I always leave satisfied. The carwash itself is worth 5 stars. I took off a half star because they are ALWAYS busy. Thats great for them, but it requires a wait on every body elses part. I deducted another half star because they are a little pricey. A nearby competitor charges $40/mth also for unlimited visits, but they do the inside and outside. I feel like it should be a little cheaper. I continue to visit this location because its convenient and it does a GREAT job with the outside of my car.

Just know if damage is done to your vehicle in the car wash this place will do nothing about it and claim there’s nothing in the car wash that will scratch your car. I guess they choose not to see the spinning brush that touch your vehicle. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!!!!! Membership canceled!!

Love the way my truck comes out after the $25 wash. I signed up as a member for 39 a month with unlimited washes. The only downside is the tire shine on the tires it doesnt get put on well. Other than that its great.

I got a free car wash in the mail and thought I would give them a try. I love it and will be back. My time spent in line was no time at all. I was able to vacuum and clean my windows under this great big cover so I was not so hot! Give this car wash a try and you to will love it!

Was excited about having a car wash down the road open and was not disappointed. Its convenient to have a membership so I can just go through the wash to make my car sparkly clean when its looking dirty. Only thing I can give feedback on is that the lower sides of the car isnt cleaned as well as the rest of the car as I sometimes have to clean some dirty spots that werent reached by the car wash. Other than that, Im loving my membership.

Their customer service was amazing.Soap was super soapy and cleaned my car great.They took their time cleaning the front and back of my vehicle first and sprayed it down since I havent washed it in a month all the mud and dirt was caked up.Their vacuums are down at the moment due to social distancing. They did tell me i could come back at a later date and use them.Also very beautiful flower arrangements.This car wash is beyond the best that i have been to.

Great customer service and a great wash! I have been a few times with both my wifes vehicle and my truck. Vacuums work well, they have towels/window spray for you to use, and they are fast. I will be back! Just wish they offered some type of dash cleaner.

Just amazing, went there for the first time and the service was awesome. Super friendly staff, new machines and vaccum and on top of that a wiping cloth with window cleaner which I wasnt expecting. Would highly recommend.

My SUV was very clean, except for the tire rims and part of the back side. But at list it was less of a cleaning for me to do. I pay for the $16.00. I think no matter which price you choose to pay, you still have to do the rims yourself.

Every person is kind and smiling. They make sure you are a satisfied customer. My son just loves the colors in the car wash!

First off I was looking forward to this car wash opening because of the location But after my first few experiences I have been very disappointed we did the family plan with two vehicles and we did the top-tier program which cost us $75 a month which I feel is very expensive second we paid for the best car wash that they had and we’ve only received it one time out of the seven times that we’ve gone the other times we got no soap we didn’t get what we were paying for or the equipment is closed down and was not working so you can’t get your car washed but you’re still playing your monthly membership we went ahead and had to cancel because I got sick and tired of the constant issues. Also the manager seems to be put out by any issues that we continue to have with him. I was refunded my full amount after I had to make complaints about being charged the full amount and never getting the car wash that I was actually paying for They were just going to prorate me my refund . I never was apologized to and never was even told I’m sorry I felt like I was the issue and my business wasn’t needed. Heck I think I even said I’m sorry after I cancel my membership I feel like maybe the manager could use The class on customer service and how to treat your customers

They clean your car a bit manually and then you go through the automatic car wash. Most places that do this my car still has some dirty spots but not here! And then the vacuums are free. They give spray and clean towels to clean the inside as well.

Great car wash

After frequenting this car wash for over a year and being a member, Ive noticed something of concern. When the attendants are performing the manual scrub, it may be a good idea to rinse the vehicles before scrubbing them as this prevents microscratches to be created by the unrinsed dirt layer. Ive noticed scratches in the clear coat on my front bumper and trunk, the only places that are manually scrubbed. I hope this is something Tidal Wave considers in the future.

It was my 1st time using that car wash and while there the back of my review mirror came off while in the car wash, I was supposed to get a called about 3 days ago from the manager and I’ve never gotten a call at all regarding my mirror.. over all it was a nice facility I just wish they took car damage seriously

The place is only good for a quick wash but not something you want to spend $25 on had the people do the front and the back when I got to the side to vacuum clean my truck still had big spots missing with dirt all on it took me about 45 minutes to get that dirt off but anyway its only good if you you are in a hurry

This car wash is for real they give you towels to wipe down the car micro fiber towels, I got the monthly membership and its totally worth it,I stop by after 4 a quick wash and a deep clean on the weekends,they wont disapoint you

This carwash just opened at Pearland Parkway and Beltway 8. I bought a wash one day and the next day i became a member! As a 5-Star Lyft driver and an Uber Pro Diamond level driver, a clean car is appreciated by my clients and helps me maintain my elite driver status on both platforms. Before hitting the road everyday, Tidal Wave is my first destination. I am greeted by a professional staff, with smiles and greetings every time, and I leave with a sparkling car, inside and out!

The actual car wash is average or slightly above average for a drive through wash but the vacuum and glass cleaning stations are above average. Will return

Supposed to have better service being a club member but the kid with his hands in his pocket just says huu we are short handed and we were held up by 4 cars because they are not paying attention to who goes in what lane that is clearly marked. So they just let all the other non members in. I am about to cancel my membership

Very disappointed. Saw scratches on the hood and drivers side of my truck as I exited the automatic car wash. Spoke to manager, denied responsibility. Did nothing to resolve the matter. This was my second visit, proceeded to cancel membership.

Got a car wash. Not bad, but there are better ones for the same price or less . Poor quality.Its not my job to speak to team members about their quality of work when Im a paying customer. That sounds more like managements job. Heres something you can address though . Cars also have a left side that needs to be brushed before entering the wash not only the right side. Maybe tell your worker under the shade to actually pick up their brush and move around. Thank you.
