A fantastic experience! I rode a lot as a kid so it was wonderful to ride with my partner during our anniversary trip to Savannah. The horses were so sweet and we had fun getting to see the property during the ride. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and our horses! Rode Mo and Charlie (and got feed them and the goats peppermints we brought afterward). Would recommend this place to anyone who loves animals and outdoors :) would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our experienced with red gate farms! We did a 30 minute horseback riding tour and it was amazing. Avery was a phenomenal tour guide. She was patient, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was very nervous as it was my first time riding horses but Avery and the other guide made it easy and fun. The horses were beautiful and so sweet! I was able to ride Moe and he was so gentle and sweet. My family loved everything. The trail we went on was peaceful and so nice. Next time I come back to Georgia I will definitely be coming back here. I highly recommend checking it out.

Our trail guide, Savannah, was great! Talkative, nice, and informative. Our horses, Red and Georgia, were wonderful! They were super cute, each had their own personalities and made the ride a lot of fun.

I totally recommend going here!! i rode by myself (no others in the group) and the guide was so friendly and we had such good conversations throughout the whole hour. the horses are so cute and the property is beautiful. the time flew by (time flies when you’re having fun), and i definitely felt safe and prepared for the ride. 10/10 recommend doing the hour long ride here. it feels like you’re a part of the family!

Such a pleasant surprise. Stunning 200 acre farm with beautiful landscaping and homes. Saw deer in the woods, turtles in the ponds and large birds. Gail was a great guide and patient with new riders. Felt safe and at ease the whole time. Charlie, Red and Georgia were well worth the fee.

This place is beautiful and we had a lot of fun. Follow signs for the RV park office (we got a little lost). Our guide Jessica was helpful and seemed to genuinely care about us. A fun experience and worth the price!!

We had so much fun at this location for a bachelorette party! Our guide Jessica was very helpful and accommodating to our group, especially since we had a few riders with no experience whatsoever. She gave everyone pointers, and made sure the group was comfortable, even when events outside of her control would have thrown a less-organized and put-together individual off (it was really windy and had the horses a little on edge). Overall, a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend visiting if youre in the area!

The property is beautiful and the animals from what I could see look really healthy. Molly in the office is very nice and seems to be trying her best to be helpful. The woman who worked with the horses who processed our order which is for a pony ride for our neighbor is also wonderful. That said, the older woman in the office with the short hair is absolutely vile!!! Honestly, I dont know why shes even there and should NOT be allowed to work around the public. She was also quite rude to Molly while we were there

Had a wonderful time here at Red Gate Farms. Our horses were incredible and had such great personalities! Whether you are a beginner or seasoned professional, you will have an absolute blast! I had the pleasure of riding Moe, my friend had Georgia and our guide was riding Dipper. The scenery was incredible and our guide was very personable! You can tell she really loves what she does! She was younger and sweet! Unfortunately, did not catch her name. Wish I did, but if you get a guide with that description, you will have a blast!

Best part of our honeymoon! We had such a great time the first time that we decided to go back on the last day of our honeymoon to ride again! Miss Sadie and Miss Denise are very knowledgeable and patient. From calming down nervous first time riders to making the experience more enjoyable for those who have some experience! The horses are well trained, the farm is well kept and beautiful! We will be back on our next vacation to see them again!

This campground has an extremely convenient location close to Savannah and even has a trolley that can escort campers for tours provided in Downtown. However, the most amazing part of the entire trip was our horseback trail ride with Sadye! She was amazing! You could really see her passion and love for the horses. She put in an extra effort to ensure the safety of everyone o=participating. Plus, the horses were very gentle and well-trained. We will definitely be returning to visit the horses (Dipper is my favorite!), and the campground.

Had a super experience! So close to downtown and the instructors very personable and the property peaceful and welcoming. A must for anyone visiting the area and wants a bit of the country only ten minutes from city. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I took a trail ride here. Our guide was Sadie and she was amazing! She was very experienced, friendly, a great teacher, and always made sure we were safe. The horses were also incredible of course. Would definitely recommend Red Gate Farms to anyone looking for a trail ride in Savannah. Will be back! 😊

I had an awesome time at Red Gate Farms! I took a quick horseback riding lesson and an hour-long trail ride for my birthday. Sadie and Denise were excellent instructors. They were very encouraging, patient and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I had a great time riding on the Red Gate Farms Horseback Trails. I had not been on a horse since I was a kid, yet experienced trainer Sadye Brantley quickly eased my concerns once we embarked on our adventure. The ride throughout the beautiful Redgate property was relaxing and very enjoyable with such brilliant animals. I hope to own horses myself one day, so Ill back to ride and receive further training very soon.

We arranged for our 13 year old granddaughter who loves horseback riding to ride the trails. We did this several years ago when we camped at Redgate. They now have a young woman, Sadie, who is in charge. She is extremely competent and does a wonderful job. Our granddaughter has since returned and will continue to return to enjoy this beautiful setting and have a wonderful experience with the well trained horses. I highly recommend this experience.

My boyfriend and I booked a guided riding tour with a young red woman who was less than enthused to be servicing us. Her attitude was certainly not personable and seemed rather annoyed at any questions we had. She offered no information about the land, short with answers, and was eavesdropping on mine and my boyfriends conversations. The air was stale and awkward with her presence. They also gave me, a first time rider a skidish horse! The property and land were so beautiful it should have been a much more enjoyable experience because of it, but now when we remember Savannah we remember her poor service.

Great trail ride with Sadie and her team. It was just the too of us and we had 3 people looking after us. Horses and farm were well maintained. Short drive from Savannah and reasonably priced compared to others.

We had a great time the trails were very pretty. My daughter lost her phone on the trail ride and our guide went back and found it!! Saved the day!!

Had a good time riding for the 1st time in years. Sadie was an excellent guide and I loved red my horses personality. He was a chill horse and well trained. Highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Sadie was such a great guide very knowledgeable about the horses and Savannah area. She was friendly and very nice. The trails were beautiful and would highly recommend.

Really an amazing experience. Beautiful backdrop out of a movie only 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and wonderful horses just full of attitude in the best way possible. Sadye is so passionate about what she does and I doubt you can find anybody that knows the animal better. Also maybe its just being from a more expensive area originally, but I was really surprised by the price. I expected to pay 1.5X more. Ill be back soon.

Sadie and Denise were excellent instructors. This was my first horeseback riding experience and it was a great one. They have nice trails and the horses were calm and took direction well. I was in the back of the group of 5 and Denise gave me excellent advise on how to handle the horse I was on and even giving me instructions to yell to my mom who was 2 horses ahead (im sure kept her from falling). Both instructors were friendly and encouraging. My family and I had a fun time.

Riding here was one of the best experiences I have ever had. My trail guide Sadie was very attentive to what I was and was not comfortable with. I will definately be recommending to this to anyone I meet.

Not quite sure why there are no real RV reviews. This is a very nice RV place and very convenient to see Savannah. One can use Uber or Lyft and does not need to worry about parking in town. Folks here are nice and friendly. If one is really picky the only negative would be that the sewer pipe hookups are on the back of the sites and depending on RV it might take up to 20/30 ft of hose to connect. However this is just a tip if one stays longer and needs flushes - does not take anything anyway from the benefits one gets by staying here. Site can take most size RVs up to 45 ft - mine is 40 + 23ft for truck

Literally one of the worst businesses in Savannah, do not come here. I tried calling them to book horseback riding lessons for my daughter and I, out of twenty phone calls, they returned zero. I guess it must be because im african american, sorry for sounding black on the phone.
