Ive been going here 3 months and their amazing. Great pedicures and acrylic gel nails. They freehand design paint.

This place refused every type of design I asked for then charged $5 more for my nails saying they are long so has to be $5 more when its not even a centimeter longer then my moms. Who was not charged the fee. They do not tell you anywhere in their pricing that its a charge per length. I finally asked for black spider webs on each finger and they refused and said only one. For just my nails it took almost and hour and a half. Just to pay way to much and be unsatisfied. The staff laughed at every design I asked if they could do and how much it would be.

At first I liked this place and Leeann did a good job but then she never replaced my acrylic and that resulted in mold growing on one of my nails because water got underneath the acrylic. I’ve also paid attention to what they do with the tools they use and they are not hygienic here. They do not clean out the tubs for pedicures which could result in toenail fungus or athletes foot, they use the same tools on each person when doing nails as well. Then they started limiting how many colors I could do, wouldn’t do ombré for me and started being rude to me. I’m always polite and tipped $20 minimum each time I went. Do not go here!!!

I was referred here by a friend who loves it, but I wont be going back. The male who did my nails was polite but clipped my skin several times while doing the manicure, didnt bake the gel long enough so it began peeling the next day. My pedicure was odd -- he only buffed the callus on one foot, didnt shape the nails, and didnt push back/remove the cuticle. My other friend who came with me said they didnt push her cuticles back on her acrylics at all. I wont be going back. Wasnt impressed.

Came across this gem of a place! I love that they take their time and do a really good job. I get really bad callouses and my feet are smooth as a babies butt when I leave.

I take my girlfriend to crystal nails all the time, they are amazing and take their time with nails. It’s always done perfect and she’s never upset! I took my girl in to fix her broken nail 3 minutes before they closed. They still took us and did amazing as always! We swear by crystal nails!

This is the third time I’ve been here, I just keep coming back. I feel welcome here, and I like how long my manicures last. I usually get the dip powder, they’re thorough in making sure they’re not a lumpy mess (especially near cuticles), and they don’t file my skin to heck when filing down the sides of my nails. I say that’s a win.

Janet is amazing! My nails always come out exactly how I want! She is amazing to talk too, very professional, and she is fast which I love!

Such a great experience! Clean facility, and very professional and friendly staff. They do a great job on your nails, and the pedicures are wonderful! We didnt have appointments, but they got us right in. I would definitely recommend this place!

Super rude, unwilling to help me and answer my questions, kept talking in their language, and not answering me! They charge for length, I wanted the normal size, the size they sell in Walmart for their fake nails, they wanted to charge extra. Which is very dumb.

Best nail shop in Utah! The owners are a family and been at this location for almost 20 years. Lots of pro experience at aesthetics and super friendly and communication is very clear. Relaxing spa experience for great prices! Can fit you in at last minute and are fast and efficient with amazing hygiene care of equipment and clean space. Has a brightly positive atmosphere for all ages both female and males.

I decided to try this place, but I will most likely not return for any services again. I was going to get a pedicure, but after walking in and feeling skeeved out, I decided just to get a gel manicure. While the manicure is good, I cant help but to be disappointed and kind of disgusted by the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of this place! Upon entering, I was greeted by an employee who was sitting on the couch with her BARE feet propped up on the coffee table! I should have turned around right then and walked out. I went through with the manicure anyway. I only hope I dont get any sort of disease or fungus. The tech used old files and clippers. I think the health department needs to make a visit.

Crystal Nails is by far the best in the Salt Lake Valley! Conveniently right off 123rd, it’s easy to find. Their prices are amazing for the care and detail you receive. I come every other week to get my pedicure and shellac nails. No matter who takes care of you, it’s perfection! The salon is clean and is a wonderful relaxing environment. Crystal Nails will be my “go to” for years to come! 💕

Meh, my gel nails were lacking finesse and smoothness. If I pay extra I expect great work.

This Nail Salon does the best job of any salon in the area. They are kind, speedy, and very accommodating to walk-ins. I love Crystal Nails!

I came in with my 22 year old daughter to get our toes and fingers done. They did our toes first. When my daughters was finished, her purse accidentally fell on her toe. The lady snapped and said, Oh my God, and then glared at her.The woman doing mine started on someone else’s nails who just walked in. and I ended up waiting 45 minutes, and didn’t have time to get my fingers done, which is what I originally needed. They ignored me completely the whole time I sat there waiting.

Very pleased. I left another well known draper salon (thats way too busy) because my gel nails never stayed longer than a week. The nails I received at Crystal have been amazing! They are never in too big of a hurry to do a great job.

Good pedicures, but do not get a manicure here. I got acrylic nails yesterday and they are the worst manicure I have ever had. The lady was sweet, but must be inexperienced. She cut me numerous times, the nails are bumpy, crooked, and look like they’ve been growing out for weeks. In addition to that, they charged me twice. Do not recommend.

This is the dirtiest most unprofessional place I have ever been. The pricing may be great but pay the few dollars extra to go elsewhere. I just had gel nails done and they were like thick glue stuck on each side of my cuticles. When I politely asked if they could file it down more and make them not so thick because they were heavy and did not feel good one of the ladies spoke to another woman not in English and they switched places. She started filing like crazy trying to do something and when I tried to show her what I was talking about she said you be quiet until Im finished. Have you ever been here before. I know what I am doing. At that point I just stood up and told her that she could just be done and I was leaving. Completely unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all to anyone.

Pedicures are basic, but good. Decent time spent on my leg and foot massage and he took special care to get my heels smooth! They were super busy for a Tuesday night, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes. The massage chairs are great!

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Linda and Crystal are the best in the business!!!!Ive been going to their salon for at least 6 years now and their staff, equipment, and accommodation to your needs are impeccable.I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I loved this place!! i got the powder dip! and it turned out awesom and was quick and gorgeous. they have lots of color options and everyone was so nice to me!

I always drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to Crystal Nails. They really take their time and have excellent customer service. I dont go often but they always remember me, they ask where my mom and grandma are (because they come with me sometimes!) I highly recommend!!

Ive gone here and only here for 15 years straight. Christy does my nails exactly how I like them every time and always has good opinions on colors! They do so many different styles of nails, pedicures, all of it! I have only broken maybe 6 nails in 15 years. They are absolutely the best!!!!

Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment and 45 minutes after it was scheduled to start they still hadnt done anything let alone acknowledged me or given me any status. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Got a gift card for my girlfriend Gaby. She said she enjoyed her experience. Went in on a Saturday around noon, and had no wait at all. The accommodate walk-ins. They have comfy massage chairs and a complementary water while being serviced. Everything was clean and hygienic. Staff is friendly, not the most talkative, but they are friendly. Thorough with both the manicure and pedicure. Took 30-40 minutes.

There is such attention to detail! I loved the time I spent relaxing in their massage chair too.

This was my first pedicure, it was awesome.

My usual nail place is closed for remodeling so I gave this place a try. They were super busy so I’ll cut them some slack for that but I was told the wait for a gel manicure would be 10 minutes. I sat their for 30 minutes before finally being helped. The lady didn’t even do a manicure, just applied gel polish. I chose a green glitter but the glitter is mixed with bunch of other colors so my nails just look sloppy. I don’t think I would come back here again. The only reason I am giving more than one star is because the lady that did my nails was friendly.

Great service. I got French nail gel and its perfect even 2 weeks later. The nail person payed close attention to detail and did a beautiful and long lasting job!

You will notice 5 star reviews here and 1 star reviews. I have been there a few times and decided you will have 5 star experience unless you go to the guy that works there. He tries but is not good at all.

WORST PLACE IVE EVER GOTTEN MY EYEBROWS DONE AT. Never in my life have I had someone mess up my eyebrows the way they did. They are extremely thin as well as uneven I am very upset. Timing couldn’t have been better I leave to HI tomorrow. Do not recommend for eyebrows.

I am so disappointed! This has been a go-to for my mom & I for years! Today we made appointments for both nails and toes. We got right in for our pedicures and then proceeded to wait while two other woman got their pedicures before we could get our nails done! They were so rushed and can clearly not handle the amount of traffic they receive. Saddest part is that the lady who did my pedi was SO good & kind to boot. Everyone else is mannerless with zero customer service. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

When me and three of my coworkers went to get pedicures we all got horrible service! I was shocked that my cuticles didn’t get removed and that it lasted 25 minutes!! I will never return and I recommend others go else where too!

My girlfriends and I went in for Pedicures today. They both got the Deluxe pedi and I got gel on my toes. The guy removed my gel, massaged my legs, put on the gel polish with a flower and charged me 45 dollars. My friends paid significantly less for theirs and I have never paid that much for a pedi with gel anywhere else. I will not be going back, the price is outrageous for the service.

Great for walk ins, got me in fast, great service

Went in about a week ago and got a set of acrylics. It took two hours (i even made an appointment before hand) which is a ridiculous amount of time. I ended up late for a school dance, my nails are uneven and im not satisfied. I am now on vacation and my nails have already begun to lift. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

Best mani-pedi in Utah. I really only care about the pedi. They do a dang fine pedi, and take the time they need to get my callouses off.
