Great deals & it washes really good then free vacuums overall a really good place to get a car wash

It appears that the Presidential Car Wash on Treaschwig Rd. is now applying some kind of tire gloss or something else to the tires when you go through the car wash. The last two times I got my Tahoe washed I noticed the tires were darker and had a little shine to them. At first I had no issue with this, but then I noticed that whatever they were spraying on the tires is also being sprayed onto the wheels. This spray dries on the wheel and it wont come off. My GM alloy wheels are now stained. I have tried several top name wheel cleaners and they dont remove the residue. I know the staining is from the Presidential Car Wash, as I either wash my Tahoe myself, or run it through the the Presidential carwash. I havent washed my Tahoe myself recently, and I use no other car wash services. If anyone else has had this issue, and found something that will remove the residue, please write about what you used. If you have the same issue with your wheels and use the Presidential Car Wash please write about that also.PS. No, I havent taken this issue to the management at the Presidential Car Wash. After reading multiple reviews about how the management handles customer issues and complaints, I know it would be a waste of time.Of course the management could prove me wrong and respond to this review, and tell me how they will remove the residue off my wheels.

My daughter washes her car here all the time.

I have always like this place. But the last 3 times. Something doesnt work. Brushes stop. Soap stops. The bugs are not even washed off. I will look elsewhere. 3 times - relationship is over.

Always a great place and they do a great wash. You can also buy items in the drive thru for your vehicle, like air fresheners, tire shine etc. I go here once every 2 weeks.

Fair prices and the car washer does a job.

$15 dollar machine wash and back of car still dirty. Not a good value...

THE OWNER OF THIS CAR WASH IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, IGNORANT, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!I purchased a monthly pass and had been going to this car wash since 2017 because of the convenient location.A couple of weeks ago I got my car washed and while drying my car I noticed several scratches and dents from the pre scrub that the car wash attendants do before your car goes through the wash. I immediately brought it to the attention of the attendants on site and we took pictures and they wrote an incident report because there wasn’t a manager present.I came back with the incident report when it was convenient for me to address the scratches on my vehicle with a manager. When I explained what happened I was met with complete disrespect and insults.The owner accused me of lying saying that he didn’t feel like they scratched my car up. My car is fairly new and well kept, my car was not scratched in that location before I came to that car wash. He began screaming at me and asking me “what did I want him to do about it?” I asked what is the company policy for incidents like this? He had no answer. He just continued to deny the scratches and then began to insult me saying “ Black women are always angry and never satisfied” After I asked for him to cancel my monthly subscription. I told him that I would be leaving a bad review and he then became belligerent and told me to never come back, get of the property, and he would call the police on me. I told him that I’ll leave once my subscription was canceled. He continued with his nasty behavior and I was the one that ended calling the police because he got all in my face and personal space. I have NEVER in my life been so disrespected. His behavior is disgusting and shameful. Later that night I received and email from him offering one month of car cleaning. Absolutely not! You couldn’t pay me to comeback to that car wash.

The staff is very professional making sure everything goes smoothly.The payment booth makes the process convenient also.

They upgraded so definitely 5 star now. Please sign up for monthly subscription so you dont slow down the line. It aint that expensive. You wasting everyone else time. Go to another carwash if you cant afford 20 a month unlimited carwash or wash it at home.

SCAM ALERT!!! Im giving 2 stars because they dont sell what they advertise. I renewed my subscription yesterday for the second time from the House Wash to the Supreme Wash for $22.99 at the Treaschwig location because they offer Wheel Brite, and High Pressure Wheel Blaster. However, last month I noticed that my wheels were duty and full with brake dust. So yesterday after paying for the service again, I asked the guy in the counter about it, and he said that I only get those services if I pay for the Presidential services for $29.99 a month. When it is clearly showing in their counter, and banners, that wheel services are included with the upgrade. So I felt that it was a SCAM! Quite frankly Im not sure if Ill renew the subscription next month or just change to Quick Quack Car Wash instead. But as a suggestion to the people who want to stay at Presidential membership plan. Pay only $19.99 since you wont get any additional services but a splash of foam, unless you pay $29.99.

I have been a member here for about 6 months and I love the ease and convenience of paying a monthly membership and being able to wash and vacuum my car as much as I want! The guys here are super friendly and helpful. Once I drove off and forgot a bag of my things including my purse! When I realized I came back and before I even got out of my car they brought my things out to me!

Easier to pay now. The machine takes cash and cards. I always come here for my car washes. I like riding through with my music playing while all the soaps are sprayed on washing the car lol

They were awesome. My truck was filthy from sitting under the trees for so long. They pre-scrubbed it and then when I had gone through they came to me and said I could run it through again because their sensors dont recognize the older trucks right and thought it was a car. They were great!

Extremely poor service failed my car when it was perfectly fine when I got an inspector at a different place. Dont recommend avoid at all cost.

Shouldve pay the extra for mister car wash. Thought Id give it a try since it had good reviews. Paid for the $13.00 full wash and wax. My trucks almost as dirty as before I went through the wash.

Its a go! Huge Perk! Vacuums in the shade! I got the medium wash $9 and it did the tires and everything but they have one as low as $6 and up you can get a monthly deal you vacuum yourself. It did a great job on the tires theres not one black mark on my tires. Im very impressed! I will be back and the vacuums are in the shade!

We have to keep our vehicles clean for several reasons, and this is the best car wash in the area for the money. The prices are good and the wash is good as well. The only reason it is not getting a 5-star rating is the blowers to dry the vehicle leave far too much moisture on the vehicles, necessitating a hand drying.The included vacuums for personal use are usually awesome in suction power, but sometimes they do not work which is slightly frustrating. Yet overall this is one of the best places to go in Spring and North Houston in our opinion for a good cleaning.

The low rating isnt based on anything really bad... The employees are really friendly and Ive seen cars looking really shiny when they come out so it may be an awesome experience for you.It just doesnt seem to handle larger vehicles well. It never gets my pickup clean and always leaves the back half still dirty.

This place is amazing. They offer full detailing if you dont want to do it yourself. Plus they do an excellent job. Customer service is awesome here.

Very reasonably priced and quality. However, I would not recommend this if you drive anything larger than a standard pick up truck. I drive a 4 door 2500 Chevy with an 8 bed and it was a tight fit for me to get through.

They would not even turn on the good vacuum they want everyone to use the bad vacuums in the back I have lived in this neighborhood and the only reason why I come to this car wash is because of the new vacuum and an associate by the name of Morris at the owners request who are three brothers did not want him to turn on the brand new vacuums in the front I will not be returning to this car wash and I will tell all the people in my subdivision do not go to the car wash because of the owners do not want to turn on the vacuum for customers

Go here all the time. Owner and staff always nice. We get our inspections done here too. In and out quick as a flash. Free vacuum if you get car wash. Only thing is my antennae cover broke off after a wash. Or Id give place a 5 star

Extra accommodating. My car wasnt completely clean on the first wash. The manager was very attentive to my concerns and sent me thru the wash again for free after I went to the prep station.

Today was the second time taking my g8 gt and I signed up for the monthly wash they advertised since I was so pleased the first time. Well I was in a hurry when I left I didnt notice my rim was scratched up to hell. So when I left the gun show i drove back to show them and i was met with total disrespect. The manager laughed at me saying it wasnt from their car wash. Then the owner was very unprofessional. Told me I was stupid and I didnt know what I was saying. I have over 10 years experience in paint and body work. I know my damage was done there. I will not take my vehicles there and will discouraged anyone I can from going! Oh and mister owner I hope you read this and it makes you mad.

Vacuums were worthless, wash is average... Be prepared to finish up at home if youre picky

Great place to take your car to get cleaned up. They have a prep station for your tires and rims. Free vacuum stations! Excellent automatic wash service.

Great place to get a speed wash and then clean your inside at you own pace. You get to take your time and go over everthing for a great clean.

This is the only place that I would take my car to if I were you. I worry about my car being scratched up because it has a dark paint job but no scratches from the brushes and they have free vacuum go see for yourself... And the car is clean all the way around no spots

After going through the car wash they offer free vacuum. So that being said i was vacuuming dirt from the bed of my truck when one of the employees came and told me i cant vacuum the bed of my truck when i asked him why not he just looked at me ugly and walked away

Went in yesterday morning for a car wash, paid for the presidential and my car is still dirty. You can see small swipes all throughout the dirt where the spinning wiper part of the machine barely grazed my car. Pretty disappointed.
