UPDATE: The day that this incident occurred, I called Dr. Gleem to speak with the manager. The lady who took my call was very empathetic and understanding. She said she would pass my information on to the manager, as they have received a lot of complaints. HOWEVER, I never did receive a call back from the manager.I then went to Taylor Tire and Automotive on Spring Cypress. Not only was Mr. Taylor kind and courteous, but he charged me twenty dollars less that the folks at Dr. Gleem. Needless to say, I am going to Mr. Taylor from now on.________________________________________________________________________The guy in the back who does the oil changes is rude af! Very rude and short-tempered. No customer service skills whatsoever. I said hi to him and asked how he was doing. He just said, Pop the hood. I said, How are you today? He said, Just pop the hood. I tried to pop the hood, but it wouldnt pop. He said, Have you ever done this before. I told him my husband always did it, we had the oil changed by another gentleman earlier this year. His daughter works there. He called her out to try to open the hood. I went inside. He then sent her inside to tell me to go to a body shop to get it fixed. He said he could not recommend one, but any one will do. He couldnt even tell me this himself. I asked her is he always that rude. She said, Well, yes.All he needed to do was lift the hood to do the oil change. He said he couldnt lift it and told me to take it to a body shop to get it fixed. I did that, and the guy at the body shop lifted it with no problem.I always went to Dr. Gleem because they were kind Christian folks with great customer service. I dont know where they got that guy from, but I will not go back until he is gone. My husband and I went to Dr. Gleem for almost 20 years. My husband died a couple of weeks ago, and I am dealing with that grief. That guy in the old change area made things so, so, very much worse.

I was very pleased with how nice my vehicle was washed. It looked great. I would definitely return.

Dr Gleem is great for a quick wash. However, I normally pay for a full service wash and with that you get a free wash within 3 days. The full service wash is normally ok, but why offer a free wash if its gonna be done hastily. Ive been coming here a few years and it never fails. I still have trash in my console and inside the doors. I need them to pay attention to detail, I mean it is a detailing service. They should be a bit more thorough when cleaning the inside. The women ALWAYS clean better than the men. They deserve a raise.

Been going to this place for many years. At one time I had stop going there because my car wasnt being cleaned properly. Lately Ive noticed that theyve stepped up their cleaning process. On my last two visits I was very pleased with how clean my car was❣️

I have taken my care here once in 2015 and since theyve made changes I brought ot back today March 20, 2021 and nothing have changed. The vacuum job is poor and told me that in order to get the debre off the carpet I should pay more to get a shampoo. Then the pollen and dust was still on the car along with water spots still on the car. The tires were half done part of tires was shined and the manager had the nerve to tell me that my $35 was not a lot of money to get my car cleaned. How rude and the audacity. When your full service is $24.99 I paid an extra $10 for them to clean the dash boards. I will not be back here.

Dr Gleems is awesome! They are a Christian establishment.. And arent afraid to show it! My car comes out wonderfully clean everytimeThe mobile shop behind is ok.. They stopped including carwashes with their conventional oil changes... I guess I get it... But Im not paying $60 for an oil change. To get a free car wash.. Lol

Car was half vacuum and windows was still dirty. No GOOD AT ALL..

This place does not have courtesy coffee for guests especially that pay over $70 for a oil change. I asked the guy working at the taco Cafe and wouldnt just charge me for coffee he said I had to buy something else. Now thats not courtesy at all this place doesnt have that.

Exterior was immaculate but they missed a little in the interior. Had that been done, would have gotten a 5 star rating. Also, very courteous.

Ive been going to this place for at least 10 years for an oil change with the free car wash. Although theyve changed management a million times, Ive never had much to complain about until now. First, I work outside in the heat and greatly appreciate anyone who does. When a customer politely asks you to pull your mask all the way up while inside their vehicle, you would think consideration would be a thing during a pandemic. Nope, not here. Over half of the employees were not wearing their masks correctly and the guy who vacuumed my car laughed when I asked him to pull his mask up a second time. The lady that took my payment for the oil change tried to charge me an additional charge required $12 for the free car wash that is included with the oil change after she attempted to get in my vehicle with her mask pulled down. When I talked to the manager, in which there was clearly a language barrier, he told me the $12 is for sanitizing the vehicle after they clean it and blew me off when I told him about the masks. Then he told me the carwash is free and the sanitizing is optional. I didnt even let them finish the inside after it went through the wash because apparently, they dont take Covid-19 seriously and I cleaned it and wiped it down myself. He did still do the two half sprays of sanitizer at no charge that I cant believe they charge $12 for. I didnt make a scene, but they lost a faithful customer.

Best car wash service in town

I pulled in & selected the gleem supreme wash because my vehicle was in a deep need plus included washing my mats. They vacuumed and wiped down the inside as well. It came out pretty fast in 20 minutes& was pretty decent considering I didn’t get a detail. I ate at the taco burger cafe & it was ready before I was done.

Usually when I come here I dont experience any problems. I love leaving good reviews. However, Henry working the vaccum area today was very rude. I drove from Conroe, TX just to get my car washed. I could have saved my gas and just went near my home. I was told on my last visit to show my receipt when I come back. I always take a picture of my receipt just in case I lose it. I showed Henry my receipt on my phone. Henry stated, they told you to save you receipt for a reason, we cant take that! In a rude manner. So, I parked and retrieved my receipt. The receptionist Autumn was friendly and welcoming. Henrys behavior was uncalled for and unacceptable.

Since the pandemic Ive had to change car washes. This car wash puts that extra personal touch to your car and a banana wax that makes your car look brand new.

My daughter took her car there this morning and they pushed her into a higher price. How? They debated the price and started the higher priced service anyway. The guy told her they weren’t doing the service she preferred!

My favorite place to get all vehicles washed and detailed. Been going for over 10yrs now and I absolutely love their work.

I was pleased with the service I received today! I needed an oil change before the holiday and didnt have time to wait hours for service. The young man who helped me with my oil change was knowledgeable. To my surprise a car wash came with the oil change. During my lunch break I was able to eat, get an oil change, and car wash. The guy that vacuumed my car did an awesome job! Id recommend this service!

I had been going here for over a year now and I hadn’t had issues except with the oil change center, because my car wouldn’t run great when I use their oil changes. The car washes have been good. I called today to ask could I redeem my birthday car wash... my birthday was Monday and I’d been working all week, I wasn’t able to come. Weather been funky all week too. They denied me the birthday car wash so I’ll just take my business elsewhere from now on. It’s not like I waited significantly long and I’d been working all week, but oh well. No appreciation for being a customer ☹️

First time coming to location on 1960 and it will definitely be last!! Customers have to wait until all employees finish eating!! I have never seen such a poor operation in my life!! You think you’re waiting because they are busy, quite the contrary! The lot is not large and with cars everywhere it becomes congested quickly!! Take it from Mr. Car Wash everyone works hard and deserves a break but everyone can’t go at the same time!!

They washed my car pretty quickly which was a good thing and a not so good thing. I paid for the Glerm wash not the Express one. My car was pretty clean on the outside. But on the inside I found a water bottle under my seat which should have been removed during the vacuuming. My cup holders and door handles werent wiped out. But they did give a free wash in 3 days of the same price. It was clean in the building and they had a small restaurant where you can order food.

Well you can get your car detailed, your haircut, and one heck of a delicious lunch brunch or dinner, with KSBJ music in the background smiling faces hard workers and a low low price.

First time at Mr Gleems, staff was awesome, had breakfast at the cafe which was exceptional! My truck looked great and the best part is, they don’t seem afraid to promote their faith. I’m ditching my old car wash place for this one hands down!

All the employees do their best to keep customers happy, but I’ve seen customers that only pay for the basic wash and expect a detail....I think that all the customers that are not satisfied, must likely are those “detail pay” customers! 🤭😱

Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and never experienced anything like today. I usually always get the best wash and detail which is about $70 for the combination...well I sat outside for close to two hours (with my children) and never saw my car pull up into the line like it ALWAYS does when its done. When I saw the time was approaching 2 hours I went in and asked the cashier to ask them what the deal was...the gentleman came over the walkie to say that car has been ready then I walk outside to get the car from the detail area under the shed and the lady said its been sitting here for a long time...they wouldve waived a towel at you. NEVER EVER HAVE I HAD A TOWEL WAIVED AT ME TO TELL ME MY CAR IS READY IN THE PAST. Why wouldnt you look for the owner after having it sit close to 2 hours? Not once did anyone apologize to me today and when I got in my car my center console had dots that look like splashes everywhere including my radio and the surrounding area. I am super disappointed/dissatisfied.

1st time going here and I am very disappointed. I decided to give them a try and needless to say I will not be back. My truck came out looking dirty and the workers were very incompetent. Waste of money. I will not be back...... if you want a better service I suggest trying diamond car wash

If you want something quick or dont feel like doing it yourself, this is a quick fix. If you have the time, I suggest doing it yourself versus going here.

Update from my first review, see below the line.So, apparently they have gone through some employee turnover, or the management isnt treating them right.The last 3 times Ive been the job was terrible, and when I point it out I get attitude.What a shame and a 180 degree turnaround in the wrong direction from my first two times I was there.----------------------------I think I finally found a replacement for the Mister Car Wash down the road.I called to get some information and the young lady (Stephanie I think) who answered the phone took the time to answer my questions and even made good suggestions.Because of this I decided to check the place out; each and every employee I met was friendly, professional and did not seem rushed.Moreover, they have a mini restaurant inside where I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the food.I can have a good meal while waiting on my truck to be cleaned, two birds with one stone.I will absolutely go back here next time I need my truck cleaned.

Ive been going here for about 6 months now. There is a full service (independent) mechanic in the back that did a 4 wheel alignment for me, nice guys, good prices. There is an oil change place right behind the car wash and you get a free wash after your oil change. The car wash guys do a good job, I have to open my trunk for them every time just because my trunk lid holds a lot of water. For those who complain about how your stuff is handled, sunglasses crushed, etc., here is a tip: clean the damn trash out of your car before you go to the car wash. If you have to have stuff in your car, put it all in the trunk before you go to the car wash and dont use your damn car as a trash can or a closet!

Haven’t seen my car yet but ate @ TacoBurger Cafe and the food/experience was spectacular!I told Willy my burger reminded me of being on a road trip and wishing this place was closer! Natalie at barber shop rocked also!

Horrible car wash. Wheels are left dirty, interior is left dusty & dirty, the car is not dry when you leave; thus streaks all over. You ask them not to use the brush on the front of your car and they tell you that they wont. Then they use the brush anyway and tell you that we wash too many cars and we do them all that way Management doesnt know the first thing about customer service. By the way I started using this car wash 18 years ago, after the fire approx 4 years ago it has steadily gotten worse and worse. Had they treated me as a paying customer this review would not have been written.

They did a really good job on my car

My experience here is that they do an ok job. These car washes are only as good and consistent as the employees on either side of the car wash drive thru itself. Vacuuming: inconsistent, detailing on the other end: inconsistent. They tend to leave excess solution (?) On my interior vinyl areas and sometimes on the seat covers, so its wet when I get in. Not glossy shiney, but wet shiney. I could almost always ask for a re-vacuum, but dont bother. If I knew of a place that was consistent I would go there, but the same employee scenario applies to them all. I did get a free birthday vacuum/wash so that was greatly appreciated. You pay your money, you hope for the best. IMO, the hair salon and restaurant inside have nothing to do with the quality of work done on my vehicles. They should be reviewed separately. Just sayin

I splurged on the $100 detail because of how dirty my car was. Although the actual car was was decent, I was extremely dissappointed about how all the items in my car were handled. Everything in my car was thrown into a large trash bag, including fragile items like my sunglasses. On top of it, trash that was in my car trash bin were thrown into the large bag with everything else. So my sunglasses were crushed, and all of my things were mixed in with trash. Cherry on top? The trash bag was ripped and everything fell out all over my back seat. This is NOT the service i expect after spending $100+ on a full detail. I will NOT be going back there!

I paid for the full package gleam 3 and the quality is the cleaning was below average. When I got home I had to vacuum my car more since they didnt do it right. There were steaks left on the exterior also. They half assed everything and took way too long.

Did a decent job cleaning the car but they didnt take care of my 1 request which was to clean the steering wheel of the grime or dirt that got built up around the leather.
