You get what you pay for. Full service options should be changed to Partial service. The whole point of going to a car wash and paying for a full service is so you can relax after, not cleaning and vacuuming after you just paid for someone else to do it. The attitude they present is lazy and unhappy. They don’t pay attention to detail. Overall it was a bad experience.

This is what you get AFTER a $60.00 cleaning with this place!(look at pictures below)I dropped my car off at 11 30am. I told them something had spilled and I needed the carpets shampooed. They said not a problem, but it would take 1.5-2 hours. I told them not a problem.After I waited for nearly two hours I come back (spending $30.00 on uber as well) to find out that the one thing I asked them to do wasnt done! Also my car was still FILTHY. If you need to charge me more, thats fine; but DO YOUR JOB. Also, when I asked him if they were going to shampoo the carpet; he said come back tomorrow when Im not so busy. Yes, the pictures are AFTER the car wash. What a waste of my money and my day off.

Very poor service I received today. I requested for $35 service.Car was not vacuum, technician put armer without properly wiping inside.I had to go back and get it done.No manager came to apologize or listen to complaints. Owner never been in this place no way to see any authority to get think done.No recommendations for future.

First time coming here and i had very good service. Very good prices. They take good care of vehicle. I went inside and wow they have tons of fragrances even some from france. Its soo cool and they have bling steering wheel covers and fur ones. Floor matts, drinks, candy, and torch lighters and cleaning products for ur vehicle. Also they arr very organized and very clean. Which i personally love and can tell they take good care of there employees. Which is a big deal to me. Anywho, my windows are super clear, my carpet is clean vacuumed and wiped down super clean. The truck looks amazing. Im very very happy and this is my go to place now. They also offer hand washes.

No care for clients car’s. They do not even put a little tape on back windshield and when broken said. Just look we said we are not responsible… if you don’t care to start with why to bring my care here?

Only place Ill go get my car washed and detailed. The amount of attention amd time that they put into making everything perfect, is astounding!

This place is usually packed all the time, but what do you expect for $6 Basic wash. I get the inside and outside of my car washed with armor oil on tires for exactly $19.99. Now for that price I dont want No Mediocre! Plus I tip. I try to go early in the morning when employees are fresh and wont half a$$ wash my car......P.s. Sorry about the night time pictures,overall I was satisfied. They could have done a better job with the tires though

They don’t vacuum the inside, the only thing they do is blow the dirt inside the car. If you want your car clean correctly just do it yourself at your own home, cause they won’t do it correctly. It was the first time for me and I don’t recommend it.

RUN! RUN Far away from this place! On Saturday June 12, 2021 I took my car to get detailed as it was exiting the tunnel there was another car in front of mine there sensors failed and my car hit the car and caused bumper damage to my car.Keep in mind with out a driver inside . I understand accidents happen but Diamond Car wash has a poor way of handling it. The managers on site Edgar and Andres were no help to me. Both Managers were telling me there way of handling there negligence is for me to take my car to get fixed at the one star shop they always take cars to when incidents like this happen so keep in mind it’s happened before. I took it to there corporate office which I was only able to talk to there secretary named Laura and when you ask to speak to a manager all she says is there unavailable, which we all know what that means. Now I have to submit a claim with my insurance and come out of pocket and for my deductible. Texas law is I have the right to take my vehicle to the shop of my choice not there one star shop they always use which gave them an estimate of 300.00 without even having my car in front of them. This is no way to run a business. Very unprofessional even though they are at fault.

Omg my car had not been really detailed since I dont know when and it desperately needed to be cleaned. I got the 39.99 wash which is basically a full detail less the shampoo. They cleaned my car so good inside and out. I feel so bad I didnt have cash to give them a tip. The only bad thing I can say is they didnt get all of the leaves around my front windshield and the back window plus there were a few small specs of dirt still on my tires but considering how long it had been dirty I was overall very satisfied with my service. I will definitely be going back. Plus they give you free air freshener with your wash.

The first time I went they didnt vacuum correctly and Ive noticed already twice before I had been getting scratches on my truck. Well today I checked before I washed it and it came back with more scratches. I called and was told to go back tomorrow. Also they always never wipe the soap off my truck. One time they smeared armorall on my mirrors, left trash and I had to get them to go back like 4 times to clean it right.

Recently, gave it a shot to have a better chance of hoping to have a perfect outcome of quality by purchasing a better package. The result was disappointing, however; by trying to enhance the situation, spots of dirt & dead bugs still remained. I respect the fellow employees working in the heat & tried their best to help than the manager. Unfortunately, will no longer be attending to this business.

This was my always place to go, but this Sunday i find out they increased the price 25% more, plus decreased the number of scents they used to give you from 5 to 2 and the service was poor, I was planning on getting the membership cause im very regular but not any more i will have to find another place .

My car was scratched up really bad after a car wash, the scratches are so deep that they will not buff out. I tried, this happened when they brushed my car in the back before going through the machine. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because they have done good in the past. You have lost my business indefinitely, I expected more from this company. I take care of my car, and I wish you could see more of what they have done. Please be wary.

I paid over 100 dollars not long ago to another detail provider and I was not expecting much from Diamond because there prices were much lower and they did a much better job with paying only 39.99. I return every month.

I paid $39.99 to have my car washed it was kind a late in the afternoon they were closing so when the lady flagged me to come get my car I jumped in and left On my way home I noticed that my back window had not been cleaned both of my review mirrors were not cleaned my review mirror inside of the car I had to wipe myself because it had a white film on it when I got out of the car both of my rearview mirrors were still dirty my car so I had dirt on it and the thing that gets me is I waited 45 minutes to get my car money is tight these days and I like to get what I pay for again I didn’t look at my car because it was 7 o’clock they were closing but someone needs to refund my money

Worst management from a Hispanic guy. This was my first time coming to this car wash, hoping it’ll be a nice experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. As I entered the car wash, there was an employee that rinsed off my car. Instead of telling me to put my car in neutral, another employee was hitting my car, expressing very rudely to put my car in neutral to enter in the car wash. I would of thought that the first employee would have advised me to do so instead of another employee hitting my car.The manager overall was delusional and not looking to resolve the problem. He has backing up an incompetent employee instead of reprimanding the employee for hitting my car.I will NEVER return to this establishment again.

This place at like it used to be anymore. They are just for your money. Today was supposed to be simple wash wax tire. Been up here for an 1hour.They get the cars out the wash and stack up but dont care about the customers who are in the cars and trucks for a simple wash and go.

Used to come here when i didn’t feel like going to mister car wash because this place is closer to my house. But after today i won’t be returning simply for the fact that they started throwing my kids clothes out in the trash. And when spoke to the manager it’s standard procedure that they throw everything away but any other time I’ve been here they’ve put my stuff that wasn’t trash in a bag. I had never been to this car wash and was expecting superior service seeing that they had about 4 stars, but I will never return to this establishment after today.I had pulled my car into the car wash area and the first employee had began spraying my car (Im assuming for bird feces).After being there for about 3 minutes, another employee began pushing my car and hitting it and very rudely saying for me to put my vehicle in neutral.Every car wash I have visited in the past, the employee has directed me in putting my car in neutral and leading me into the car wash.I then asked to speak with the manager.After relaying the whole situation, he agreed with the incompetent, rude employee on his behavior.The customer service is lacking, regardless of how adequate the building perceives to look.

I paid for a full service carwash. However, you have to watch them to make sure you get what you pay for.Overall it was a ok experience but at the end of the carwash when the ladies are wiping your car down they were not cleaning bug spots that didnt come off in the wash.Even after I asked them to wipe it they reluctantly wiped over it but the spots were still there.So I asked for their cloth and spray and did it myself. I should not have to clean my own car at a carwash I just paid them to do a full service wash. The young lady was very lazy and told me it wasnt her job to wipe off spots the wash didnt get.So I tipped her with the best advice. Work with some integrity, if you see a problem with a job once it gets to your station then have the integrity to complete or get it redone. She just walked off and I get my money tip in my hand.

Took my truck in to get washed paid 30.00 for inside and out. They didn’t even vacuumed the inside as they said they would. Now the next day I come out and whatever they used on the plastic had ran off with the dew and streaked down the whole side of the bed, mirrors and rear bumper. Now the truck looked worse then when I took it in to be washed. I work hard for my money and expect to get what I paid for nothing more and nothing less! I asked my wife if she could take it up there to get the issue corrected as I work early and get out late. Now she goes up there and wash it again but want to charge her 45$ as they are going to use some other product that is supposed to be better. They take advantage of her and she pays because she has a kind heart but this place should be ashamed of themselves. Will be disputing charges and will never go to this place again!

Very upset with this business I’ve been coming here for 2 years never had a problem until today I was getting my car wash in the middle a car I front of me had no client inside but out cars kept bumping and once I get out to see my vechicle my bumper is popped out once I asked to speak to the manager he claims it was my fault instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he choose to argue, then here comes the other manager and was a little more understanding but didn’t want to help claimed it was my fault I don’t understand how didn’t make sense how would it be mine .. This is one of the most reputable inexpensive car washes in Houston! There is nothing like going through your average Auto Car Wash and then having someone touch your car up by hand for only $5! These people do their job beyond all means and it is a great place to go to get your car done especially if you need a detail for less than $40!

My Favorite carwash, recently renovated adding comfortable seating both indoor and outdoor. They always do my washes right, Leaving my car better than new!Great pricing with many options.Tips go a long way, i always tip the vacuum guys and the finishers, shows you appreciate the hard work.

Good place to go for a wash and go, for four dollars more you get your tires shined. The people here work hard and its busy here on nice days. Make sure you tip the workers, they do deserve it.

Went to get my routine carwash. One of the men told me to go while the other three (including the manager David Molina) stood and ate. Turns out my tires were off the wash rack causing a flat. I tried reasoning with David but to no avail. He kept his head down the entire time. When I asked for his supervior he stated he lived in Pakistan. I replaced my tire but, I wont be back! After being a customer for many years.
