This apartment complex is a great place to live. I have been living here for years and never had any issues regarding services. Patricia always takes out time to talk and meet with the tenants and makes sure she does her best to accommodate them.

Weve been in the process of transferring to a new apartment and they have made it so easy for us. They even waived the fees and offered a promotion. Kimberly has been great, so has Ms Brenda. If you need help just ask for them.

I went on a tour today, and Kimberly was very helpful throughout the entire process. She showed us around the community and familiarized us with everything it has to offer. I definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.

Been here for about 10 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed the complex itself. Maintenance guys are awesome, any issue I’ve had they’ve been able to come by and diligently fix. Office staff is nice, sometimes lack in communication or updates when things are needed but I get that they may be busy at times. My main issue is the management company themselves, Greystar, I’ve put in a request for them to come look at this giant gaping hole in the sublet flooring of my apartment unit, caused by lack of proper insulation on the windows (they used electrical tape on the gaps) allowing water and moisture to get in. The combination of moisture coming in mixed with the outside humidity and my Ac has started mold to form in certain areas around windows and my front door when it rains. It’s been about 3 months now since I put in this request, along with a request to management one month ago for a unit transfer (which seems like the logical thing to do in this situation) to allow them to work on this issue before it causes more damage to the integrity of the building itself.

I have lived here over 7 years and could not be happier. The staff always goes above and beyond. Anytime I have an issue Brenda, Patricia and Kimberly are always ready and willing to help. I plan to stay as long as they will continue to have me here. Would recommend to anyone looking in the area!

I just moved here from a different state, and during the whole process Kimberly and Brenda were super helpful and sweet. Whatever questions I had, they answered it, they really made the moving process go smoothly for me. They grounds are well kept and cleaned, and I have no complaints.

Kimberly has poor customer service and bad communication, I submitted a application and Kimberly or any other leasing agent never called me to let me know updates or anything about the status of my application. Every day I called no answer until today and this is a week since I summited an application. I really don’t think they are trying to help people move in. I honestly think they are just taking people’s money. I paid $50 application fee and $150 admin fee that’s non refundable witch I was not aware of, the manager was not available as well.

The management staff is great, Patricia & Brenda are always so helpful and ready to help in anyway possible. The maintenance staff Junior is always timely & very courteous with repairs. The staff keeps the exterior of the complex clean & up to date with any lights repairs & security gate repairs. 😀😀

Kimberly was the bomb. She had an appointment at 3:45 and she patiently helped my friend out within 10min before she had her appointment while also consistently being interupted by other tasks. She is obviously very hard working and diligent.

I have been living here approx. 11 years. Anytime you need any maintenance issues repaired the office and maintenance team is always A1. Ms. Patricia and Ms. Brenda are professional, keep open communication and always greet you with a warm welcome. The community is clean and quiet. During school season the office staff always greets the kids coming home and have a great relationship with all the tenants. The pool is clean and refreshing. They are always diligent in assuring the tenants are abiding by the policies. As long as this management team continues to keep up the great work I will continue calling Northchase Village home.

This is an update from my previous post about 10 months ago. The staff is friendly and seems to want to resolve any issue in a reasonable amount of time. They’ve been supportive and understanding of any residential issues. I’m thankful to be a resident of Northchase with staff who are willing to work with you.

The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Brenda is a gem!!! She is one expert problem-solving multitasker, has answers to all your questions, and quickly knows your name. Does it all with a friendly smile too. Don’t get frustrated by the amount of time and steps involved in renting here; the staff are working behind the scenes to get all of your paperwork and repairs done. It took me a few weeks to get in, but my apartment has far exceeded every expectation. I’m amazed at how clean and well maintained the complex is kept. I now have experience with some minor maintenance issues; I know that was a question on my mind when choosing an apartment, so I thought I’d write an update. The team here is amazing, they get to your issue with supersonic speed and don’t stop until it’s fixed. Junior just fixed my A/C about 2 hours after I typed the service request into the app. Juan and Angela are always smiling and ready to help with anything they see you need. Unless you want your vehicle broken into then move here, there has been a lot of cars being broken into, windows smashed, wheels taken, flatten tires and thefts, when management is informed they don’t do nothing about it, they don’t send out emails warning other residents they keep everything down the water, there’s literally no security and nothing has been done to solve this problem.

We have been living here for over a year and really have enjoyed it. The staff is does their very best to make sure the concerns of the tenants are handled in a very quick and friendly manner. I would recommend if you are looking, to give them a look.

I can honestly say I love living here. Just renewed my lease for the 4th time. Every time I visit the office I always ask for Patricia! She always takes good care of me and makes me laugh. You can tell she enjoys what’s she does. My only complaint is these dog owners don’t pick up after their pets. So I can’t take my son in the grassy area near our apt but overall all I have enjoyed living here.

Just moved in to our new home tonight. Patricia and her team have been patiently working with us for the past couple weeks to get us into our new apartment. I already know we will be here for a while. The apartments are beautiful and spacious and the staff is great.

That is super important to me. If something is wrong with anything in your unit it is taken care of immediately. Hats off to Patricia for always having events to bring the community together. Ive lived here 8 years. This is by far the best management ever. If Miss Patricia ever left we would leave. No apartments in Greater Houston are this big. Property is always clean. Parking is not an issue. Maintenance is fast. Entire staff is great. And Kimberly is by far the best leasing agent theyve had. Always smiling, genuine and happy to help.

Stephanie was very helpful with helping us get an apartment here, I would like to point out that the customer service from the staff was outstanding. Patricia and Brenda run the office very smoothly, they are very friendly and make you feel at home.

I was a resident at Northchase Village for 5 1/2 years. We bought a home and moved out this month. I deferred writing a review until our experience was over. Northchase Village is a very good apartment complex-it is kept clean, the managers are very responsive to service requests, the common areas are all kept in excellent condition, and the staff-from top to bottom has always been pleasant and responsive to deal with. They were all very good to me. In 5 1/2 years I never had a problem. On the rare occasions when I compared the prices I paid to what was available, Northchase always had the best deal for the money. If you are considering an apartment in this part of town, I highly recommend Northchase Village.

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. I chose these apartments because of their high rating and great reviews, but from the very beginning I have not experienced anything that exemplifies a high score from these apartments. These are the current issues I am going through right at this moment. I am a new tenant who is currently unable to live in my apartment. Communication has been extremely poor from the start. I was supposed to move in on April 19th, but was unable to because no one was in the office. I spoke to someone earlier that day and they said I couldn’t come too early because it wouldn’t be ready they told me that the assistant manager would be there. I showed up around 4. The office was closed and had a return sign that said 4:30. I stayed until 5. No one showed up to the office. The next day my leasing consultant called me and asked me how everything was going, she was totally unaware that I didn’t move in. When I told her, she was very apologetic and stated that she would process me. I went in to pick up my keys. She told me that I didn’t pay the risk fee. I informed her that I wasn’t aware and was never told about a risk fee of $500. She told me that because I didn’t have rental history I had to pay a risk fee, but that’s not true I do have rental history, but it’s about 7 years old. However I have a 700+ credit score, and it’s amazing how this isn’t taken into account. She told me that since I do have rental history she would get in contact with the apartments and that should help. I didn’t think the day could get any worse until I walked in to my apartment and saw roaches. Two were in the sink and a couple were in the washer and dryer room. I was so disappointed and disgusted. Part of me wanted to ask for my money back right then, but Roxie was sincere and told me that first thing Monday she would get pest control to come back out and would contact the property manager about the risk fee. I heard from Roxie on Monday and she gave me an update on the pest control and stated that they wouldn’t be able to come out until Friday. So that means I would have to delay my move in any longer and put more stress on me trying to move everything out. Roxie did tell me that they would credit any money I paid for rent on days I didn’t live in the apartment so I was very much please with that. And I thought I would give them another chance and Roxie is really sweet, but here it is Thursday and when contacting my old apartments about my rental history they were unable to obtain that. My question is why wait until Thursday when the apartments are well aware that I have to move out of my current apartments on this following Monday? I was able to speak with my old apartments and get some information and sent a copy of my credit report that shows my rental history for those years, but when I called Northchase to let them know I sent the information, no one answered. I have been calling since 1:30. I called 5 times and no one has answered. So I’m speculating that no one is in the office. How is this so when office hours are until 5:30. So now I have to wait until tomorrow which is Friday. Will everything be settled by then? Will they have the risk fee worked out in time enough before I have to move out of my other apartments. I’ve never been through this much with an apartment. Today feels like last Friday. How can work be done when people aren’t in the office, but no wonder why they’ve dropped the ball with me. And it’s a shame because I would have been an awesome tenant.

Applied for a apt took 2 weeks the only way I was able to get a update was if I called . Once the 2 weeks was up they emailed me saying I was not approved... I think they could have a better way of communicating!

Everyone is very nice. The apartments are well kept my husband and I are very particular about where we live and these apartments are nice.

Wow its been a year already me and my two daughters decide to call northchase apartment our new home after going through a total loss from our last apartment we love how northchase has greet us with a smile every time we stop by the office and made us feel very welcome with all the events they have at the leasing office. Come see the beautiful complex and meet the awesome staff i will be renew my lease.

Great staff, trash pickup every night. Nice/clean fitness room. Business room is very convenient for computer use. Maintenance arrives on time. Overall Northchase Village is awesome.

Called to get information on apartments and the lady Patricia was so rude just told me didnt have nothing of the floor plan I was looking for and hung up. I am a disabled person and on fixed income which she didn’t let me finish I could of asked if probably I qualified for another floor plan

Me and my mom just moved in and I like it already!! I wish I can rate it 100 but salt max is 5. I am 10 years old writing this review and you should totally get it its so clean and pest control with a cool pool!!! But yes just know this is the best apartment ever

I receive great service from both the office staff and maintenance. My work orders are always completed within 2 days. Everytime I stop by the ladies in the office Roxie, Patricia and Brenda always greet me and give me their full attention!

I have lived here for five years now and cant complain. Its very quiet especially with working the night shift and sleep during the day im able to sleep soundly of course every now and again you might here a car or two but still pleasant. The property is always kept clean and cut and the staff is very friendly

Terrible service. Visit the apartments with more than two months in advance to secure the apartment, first they spent more than a month to verify the work and second my wife visited the office three times to see the apartment and never showed it to her, later I try to visit again a week from moving and the same thing happens, but we realize that the apartment they had offered was not the same, it was smaller, ours was given to other tenants, they told us they could not do anything and that they would not return our deposit of 150 dollars. They leave a lot to be desired.

Apartment maintenance is very bad. Lots of cockroaches even when apartment was kept clean. Never got calls when I had packages waiting for me in the office even after days of been delivered. Always having to park so far from where I stayed because there’s no assigned parking. Bugs always crawled into front door. Kept getting charged late fees even when I payed rent on time or sooner then the due date. I don’t know about other peoples apartments but mine wasn’t kept up to date, everything was very old and not modern. And never got anything changed even when I was told they would change things when I first moved in.

I have been here a year and I have not had any problems. The employees are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staffs are very prompt and professional. Keep up the great work!!!

Three years, we love it. Great location and very nice people!!! The yard is very well kept and is all around great! They have a beautiful pool, work-out center and a wash room!

The staff is very unprofessional and forgetful, it is hard to get ahold of them, I haven’t had a great experience since I’ve been here which started from the beginning. Our move in date when we went to pick up the key they forgot we were moving in and had to run up to the apartment to check if it was even “ready”, aside from that we only got one mailbox key after I continuously bugged them about it for about three months with no key, I finally gave up. They never gave us any information regarding how to request maintenance or even that the rent was paid online, as a new tenant that would’ve been useful to know. Our first month I went and got a money order and walked it to the office when they told me rent was paid online, why wasn’t I aware of this before ? I don’t know but I ended up having to pay late fees due to waiting on a refund with the money order. Also when it comes to the pool I understand we have to have wrist bands which we were only given four and could not have more than four people at the pool with us, but the property manager had a whole party of people on a holiday which doesn’t seem fair if she’s a resident the same should apply. They are bad at communicating so if there is anything you need to know you have to reach out yourself. Overall the experience here wasn’t good When it came to the staff, like I said forgetful and unprofessional.

Had very bad experience for the 3 years I lived there. Never kept the apt up to date with maintenance. No matter how hard I tried calling them, they ignored my request. They charged me for wear and tear when I moved out. Something they couldnt even explain to me. They ruined my credit and they became evil when they realized I was leaving the place. Im even paranoid at the moment because I dont know what scheme they are planning to extort money from me next time. Be careful to anyone who is trying to lease the place or trying to those who are trying to move out

This place has gone from great to worst place to live in the last 3 years. The manager and staff have gotten to the point were they have no concern for the resident. Parking is horrible. Try be transparent with front office and the manager use the to front ladies as her shield not to deal with people. Then try tell you that have issue you renewal notice and never receive it. When I was out town for two weeks. How when I was out town? Then try have me rush make a decision on if going renew because it past the deadline.

Awesome and Fast Service! Created a service call around 6pm about my AC Air Handler making a loud Noise. Junior came pretty fast and took care of the situation. Thank you Junior. He has done a great job on past services 💪🏽 .

I absolutely love this place, my mother has been living there a few years and I visit frequently, I love that she feels safe and loves the staff in the front office. I also love it because you dont see alot of people hanging out, and they always have community events. Gates work properly so you dont have to worry about unwanted traffic throughout the complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. My apt got broken into and for 3 days, nobody came to fix my damaged door locks even when I called so many times. No security at night, no camera installed and no emergency response whatsoever. They dont give a damn what happens to their residents. All they care is their money. They still want me to pay for 2 months more even when my lease expired within a month. I didnt give 60 days notice cuz I was gonna stay until the incident happened and I just realized how irresponsible they are. They even lied about giving me the reminder of lease end when I was the one who have to come to their office to ask for it. Do yourself a favor, live somewhere else.
