Counting the days until this lease is over! I love my unit, but the complex is an entirely different story. Please trust the reviews seen. Consistent gun shots coming from the apartments behind, why bring this up? Because bullet shells were found by my car. Trash is ALWAYS over flooded. Gate system sucks! None of the on-site amenities are available. This is honestly the worst complex and company I’ve EVER delt with. BEWARE!P.S: If anyone from the office responds to this, go fix the phone! Then we can “TALK”
Really busy property with great staff that helped me out a lot with finding my 2nd apartment in Houston. I love the updates and upgrades and amenities that they have to offer like dog park, which is great for me because I have 2 big dogs. thank you for helping me with finding my new home. Our experience at this apartment has not been pleasant and we are ready to go. The only good thing I have to say is that the parking lot is in good shape and the maintenance men are quick, knowledgable, and friendly. When moving in, the staff was super friendly but highly disorganized. The unit we were initially told we were going to receive was on the first floor. However, they moved us in to a unit on the second floor for reasons unknown to us. The first day in our unit, we noticed dead roaches, dirty cabinets with food stuck all over them, and other issues such as rusty tub knobs. Dont even bother looking at the amenities, because they are either trashed or not open. Our first 6 months here, we were placed with two lease violations at different times on our door for not paying the rent in full when we did. Both times, we had to go address this issue at the office. It is very inconvenient to place a notice of a lease violation on a tenants door for miscommunication on the leasing offices part. Also Note: The staff changes all the time. Not only is the apartment messy and unprofessional, but it is dangerous. Since we moved in, two people have been killed in the complex and people drive recklessly during the night. The apartment sent out an email addressing the issue and sometimes cops will sit at the entrance now. Our lease was set to end in September, but we needed to extend for a few months.. Emailed the leasing office twice since late August and have not heard anything back from them and the phone doesnt work. If you want cheap rent, these apartments are the place for you but please prepare for the headache associated with renting here.
Don’t let the renovations and move in specials fool you! I moved in August of 2020. I loved my apartment and staff..at first. Now there’s new staff every week most of them are very unprofessional. I had to call the city a few months ago about a major electrical issue that they wouldn’t fix. Since then they have been taking their time responding to my maintenance needs or not responding at all. I have been waiting well over a month for my toilet to be fixed. I’ve put in several work orders, emails, talked directly to management and agents in person…still nothing. You can forget about anybody ever answering the phone. If you’re thinking about moving here..DON’T!
I came in to tour the apartments, I fell in love with the layout, very impressed with the professionalism by Paola my leasing agent, she help me with all the questions of the process to move in so! I am ready apply!

I was a prospective resident. The first time I went by the property they were closed during posted hours. The second time they were open and I got excited by thinking the property was a great fit for me. Great floor plan, great price. Unfortunately I was unable to actually tour the property because I had left my ID at another property I had toured. I told the leasing agent I would return the next day to tour once I retrieved my ID. Stopped by the next day a little after 3:00 PM to find a sign on the door- Be back at 4:15. So I visited a friend in the area and called back at 4:20. No answer so I drove by to find the sign on the door removed and the office closed. Went home and googled reviews to find this is a recurring problem for residents. Closed and not answering phones during business hours. If I was a resident with an issue how would that play out if I cant contact management? Really frustrated because I got so excited about this place. So the search for a new place goes on. The struggle is real.

The entry process- my agent was Cieara! She was definitely a huge help when it came to moving into the Quinn at WESTCHASE!! Cieara worked on my profile non stop and also communicated with the managers for me! She is definitely an awesome agent!!!The phone- If you try to call most likely it will go to voicemail so the beat thing to do is email email email OR physically drive to the apartments!!Luv ya Cieara!! Wish i didn’t give them no stars but i have to in order to write review. I do not recommend living here like other people have mentioned do not let the price or renovations fool you this place is a joke they are not open during business hours, they NEVER answer the phone! So you are lucky to get a hold of them when you do, also there is always new people working there they change management probably like 3 times a year, also the crime is high they have “a security,cop” and what good is it if he is always parked in the front. I only lived here for a year and my car got broken into 3 times not counting the times they tried to break in but didn’t succeed, and just moved out a week ago thank god! The apartment looked beautiful when i moved in and through time you start seeing that they are not renovated at all they just applied new cabinets and slapped some paint. They should just close this place down they have many residents suing the complex. DO NOT FALL FOR IT GUYS! Worst mistake i made is moving here!
The star is only for Cynthia who I spoke with Monday. I’ve been calling since Monday after I spoke with Cynthia who helped me so much. Unfortunately when I tried to apply it gave me no options for the 2/2 classic nor renovated. I know that there are a few apts for July availability. I’ve tried from my phone, work computer, & laptop. No luck! I’m so disappointed. Red flag. If I can’t even reach the leasing office by phone as a future resident from another state, (might I add its Friday so 5 days of calling) I can only imagine how I will contact the office if I can’t physically come in person during hours of operations as a resident. I gave “not professional” because the line will redirect you to a answering service but they no longer have a contract with them so the line just cuts off. I immediately know if the man starts speaking after the music to disconnect the call. Smh. If you’re from out of state I would recommend you look somewhere else as communication (which is key) with this property is hard to do. Thank you Cynthia again for your help hopefully someone will call or email me back before next Friday.
I am a resident and have tried to reach out to the office beacuse i need maintenance at my batroom. two weeks back there was a big leak that reached the living. they opened a whole on top of my shower to try to find it and since them no one has come to fix it no matter how many time i tried to email them since its impossible to reach them on the phone

I was a bit skeptical at first until I got in, it was even more than what I had in mind despite seeing their online pictures n videos. You have to know that they have classic finishes and renovated apartments, so go with ur budget.Closer to so many accessories like school, shops, jobs n restaurants etc.Customer service(Samantha) was very responsive n always helpful cos I was a handful. I intend extending my lease.

I scheduled an appointment to view these apartments and there was no one in the office. Lights out and doors locked. There are signs that they are under new management but new management doesn’t mean good management. Since I drove 45 minutes to see the place I ended up driving around the buildings to get a look at the outside. The pool is small, the parking lot is uneven and broken, the buildings look like they may have been painted but still a little janky, there was also trash everywhere. They definitely paid good money for a photographer to edit photos of this place cause the photos and the real thing are not the same.
BE CARFUL REALTORS !!!!!! I am a Realtor, I helped my client to move to this complex, they promised to pay commission, I have been following up with them on regular basis on my check. They kept lying about it by promising that is coming. It has been over a year now and nothing was sent. They refused to give me the corporate contact. I worked very hard for my client, I spent time, fuel, milage, paperwork, going back and forth to the complex because they gave him a bad unit. I had to work extra hours to get him switch to another unit. The manager promised on an Email that I am getting paid but she still fail to deliver, therefore I am determined to find their corporate office and I will report them to the better business breaux. Adding: Notice their reply below as if they are going to fix the issue. Well ! dont believe it, as of 08/02/2021 they still did not pay me for my work and the property manager has blocked my emails. No Ethics what so ever. Sham on you ! Have the corporate call me and pay me for my work
Walked in the office, was greeted right away by staff. Positive attitudes & big thanks to Eve & Asya for helping me out, really sweet lady. I’ve been looking for an apartment for months and was never satisfied with what i found until now. Definitely worth it price & space wise. Good central area. Ladies at the office were very patient with me as i am a first timer, can’t wait to move in!
Front office service is beyond good! Every staff member is very professional, and this new management seems to be making a good place out of The Quinn. Inside apartments are also very nice and maintenance is continous on the outside as this new management is trying their best to advance the place!
I went here last week to apply in person to check out the apartments I was interested in. I spoke with very kind people up front and was escorted to the apartment i was interested in by David the leasing agent. He was very kind and helpful and even related to me on whatever issues I had. Both he and Samantha(another leasing agent) both helped me figure out which apartment was right for me and the regional manager, Julie, made sure the apartment I was interested was perfect for me. I am still waiting in earnest for a call back regarding my application. I look forward to being a renter thank you!

First I toured last year and did not like the model I was shown.Fast forward almost a year later Thursday I was driving down the street.Why not check you guys out with that New Management sign I keep passing right by. I was hesitant because of the old reviews,but Don’t let that stop you! I was happily greeted by the agent Ms.Samanta even thou it was a busy office environment. I was still shown the model and It was a very nice apartment .the price did increase from a year ago but I love how The Quinn has a gated doggy park. I like how she explained everything I needed in order for me to apply, but I will be applying once my current lease is up in 90days! If I could leave now where I am at I would .Thank you new management and Ms.Samanta.

Came in to get pricing on a 2 bedroom but my experience here was not good. I was approached by a young lady named Samantha. My first bad impression was how bad it reaks of pot in the office. For one, that is very unprofessional and disrespectful on so many levels. I can smell it even while having my mask on. Then, I noticed while explaining pricing, she was talking way too fast and shaking uncontrollably. She did not seem interested in helping me at all. I noticed how the other Consultants approached the visitors coming in, and it was a big difference in the customer service. I am definitely not coming back here!!
I got approved for an apartment and have t heard anything back about signing my lease or paying a security deposit. I would like to hear from someone about moving in.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Thankfully I only signed a six month lease out of desperation due to relocating from another state. The leasing agent was very helping with getting me moved in. After move in is when all of the issues were uncovered. The “renovated” unit is simply painted, the heat is constantly broken, the laundry facilities are over run and disgusting. My unit is on the top floor yet roaches come from the drains and sockets ( I can only imagine what the first floor units are like). For 3 of the 6 months that I’ve lived here the office has lost my rent. I’m now at the last month of the lease and the office has yet again lost my rent told me they have no record of my notice to vacate even though I have it signed by office staff and it’s been emailed over. Even with money order receipts the office attempts to say they have not received payment when they have. I have even called corporate to voice complaints but the “mailbox is full”. This property should honestly be condemned. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!
Worse apartments ever, gates are wide open and anyone can just come in a break Into your stuff. Roaches in apartments. Your mail will get stolen due to no securities. Move there at your own risk. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere. There is so much I wanna say but I’ll let you find out if you ever decide to move there. Good luck to y’all.
If I could give negative stars I would, if you choose to live here keep all of your receipts for your payments for everything because they steal your money here- your payments will happen to disappear in the computer system and they will try to make you pay it a second time. The staff never answers the phone you have to call them over 30 times just to get a response and to get hung up on. Maintenance is not done until you put in multiple requests and go in the office a few times to remind them. This place is a joke.

From the moment I walked into the leasing office and was greeted by Ms. Ashanti, my experience has been positive. She provided me with all of the information I needed to make a sound decision. She even agreed with my desire to continue looking at other properties in the event I found something better. That was truly appreciated. Thanks, Ms. Ashanti. With that said, I decided to sign a lease. The apartments look newly renovated on the inside. I like the contemporary feel and the location is impeccable. I should note, however, that I was a little displeased with the grounds, mainly the patches of grass missing. It rains in Houston (a lot) so it’s muddy but it just doesn’t look appealing, to me anyway. I like luscious greenery and vegetation. Anyway, I haven’t moved in so this review is only regarding my initial and leasing experience. (Plus they gave me $50). I will update my living experience at a later time.Update:The apartments are a nice size but don’t let these photos fool you. The grounds are horrific. People don’t clean up after their pets. The grass doesn’t grow. New maintenance and office personnel every 3 months. The pools were never clean/ open. The gate NEVER worked. Speaking of which, security is nonexistent. Mailboxes were broken into and apparently that’s not uncommon in this area. DON’T live here unless it’s your last resort.

So I called inquiring about a apartment and the lady who answered hung up.. then when I called back she made a grunting noise like she didn’t want to answer the phone and still did not answer my question. I see why the reviews are bad. Do better.
HONEST Real Review : So I have a broken lease and was having a hard time finding apartment that will accept me, but luckily I ran into this hidden gem in Westchase..Now from the first time I actually walked into the leasing office Brittany assisted me and she was amazing ..when I tell you she went ABOVE & BEYOND for me thats NO LIE !!! the application process was a breeze but my move in process did have some issues and frustrated me, Brittany again took care of me and finally got me moved in. I cant be more happier with my new apartment not only that...they do have a dog park and a playground for kids Im happy here great neighbors and quiet community, I never ran into any issues yet.
Please look away and do not rent here!! My boyfriend and I will not be renting here after this office lady just scream at me over the phone!! Never will we return here!!

I would not recommend moving here. yes the rent is cheap but I have dealt with a lost of problems. I have been here for less then a year and for 4-5 times my ceiling has been leaking all in different places. these leaks are so bad that water is all over the floor. Maintenance will come and fix this problem but then leave a hole In the ceiling and not patch in up. I have had horrible experience here and Ive always felt uncomfortable in my own apartment. I can not wait still my lease is over

I got there kind of late and she still went above and beyond to help. She was also very honest with me! Hoping to make this my new home! Just waiting to get approved now!

I am the Chief Executive Officer of Pure Urban Excellence, LLC. I am a transitioning resident from Louisiana due to my company expanding. I felt very good about the transition. When I called, the staff presented an atmosphere in which caused me to believe this was the right place to call home. It is a great looking property online and it has all of the amenities in which my two boys will love. It is always difficult moving to another state so I hear but The Quinn at Westchase has proven that theory wrong!

The leasing agent Brittany S. was very helpful and attentive. Customer service means everything and she was superb. The apartments are newly remodeled but, they still have a long way to go and a lot of things to fix. Nice work !
This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. What makes this place bad is the management and their lazy attitude. Whenever the apartment has an issue and we report it, nothing ever gets done. We even had a problem with our power and they falsely accused us of tampering with the breaker box outside the apartment. Keep in mind, I have no power and they gave us a lease violation with a false accusation. I have given these people many chances and I have just about had it. It’s almost EVERY week the water is shut off without notice. We pay $100 a month on average for the water. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Move at your own risk. Very unprofessional management with terrible quality apartments. Should had never signed another year lease.
I have been apartment hunting for a month now, was frustrated, exhausted and just ready to find a new home for me and my family. We came in around 530pm on a Thursday and I was told there were no more apartments that I was looking for. Ashanti reached out to me the following day by calling and emailing me. I was excited about taking a tour and looking at the apartment. I came in meet with her, had my paperwork ready and even was able to choose 3 bedroom over a 2. Im looking forward to moving in our new home.
Current resident of these apartments. Everything is great when you walk in but the minute you become a resident they don’t care about you. I have waited 2 weeks for someone in maintenance to come fix my bathroom light and fan as well as my wall A/C. I have been patient for over 2 weeks now. I walked into the leasing office to explain to them and they still told me that I have to wait the weekend until Monday or Tuesday. ITS TUESDAY, NOBODY HAS CALLED OR EMAILED OR ANY TYPE OF CONTACT. The ladies excuse was that they have over 700 units like are all of your 700 units down too???I work full time. I work the same hours they work so I have to be out of my apartment before they even get in and I get off until 6, by then they are all long gone. I called to arrange for my money orders to be picked up from my apartment but nobody will answer my calls. I spoke with another guy and he gave me attitude saying they can’t stay late because they don’t get paid over time.Ive had to stay past my time at multiple jobs and never put that as an excuse to not prove my customers with bad service. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAVE. DO NOT MOVE HERE. THEY DONT CARE. I wish I could give them no stars.
After being here several years, I have seen more than a few new owners and managers but I am very impressed with my new manager. She is proving to be the real deal. We have so many new positive changes around here, my hope is renewed. The entire staff seems to have a pleasant disposition and the manager actually listens and cares about ANY concerns you call or come in with. Maintenance has this place shining like new money and shows up like clockwork and security has it so peaceful now. It looks great, it feels great and Im more than happy to recommend anyone looking for an apartment to definitely come here. Tell them I sent you and if you have any questions, please dont hesitate to ask me. Im happy to help!
Yesterday, my husband and I were apartment hunting all day and we almost gave up when things wasn’t going very well for us but when we came into The Quinn at Westchase, Samantha was very kind to help us and answer all our questions and need. She even went out her way to show us the apartments that weren’t ready for show to see which one we liked the most. We left the place happy and ready to apply so that we can move into our new home as soon as possible!!! Can’t wait!!!!

These are some real nice apartments, Ive had the pleasure of speaking to a manager by the name of Micky when calling and she was very respectful, informative and very inviting. Before calling I looked at the photos online, and they look beautiful, I joked with her about the gym, she was very friendly in stating, come on down, meet me there, I cant wait to meet her in person, I think that it would be a great move and environment for my 2019 change. I GET THAT THEY ARE BUSY, BUT THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS KEEP ME POSTED ON WHATS TAKING PLACE. SHORTLY AFTER I WAS PUT IN THE MUST NASTY APARTMENT EVER. The young lady who showed me the unit was disappointed. She went back in the office and asked the manager why they embrassed her like that.
New management for the fourth time. Well it appears they may have got a good one this time. What’s gonna happen? New girl in office said they gonna drop millions into the complex. We shall see....
Courtney was awesome! Samantha was a great help as well, and Clark was so pleasant! They have a great team and made sure everything was done and ready for my move in date!!
The maintenance people are non-existing here. They can go weeks with not responding to an issue. The gates are also always open. Also, another annoyance about this apartment is that there is no option to pay online. This is just another thing to consider when youre looking for an apartment. There is plenty of other better apartments in the area for this price range.
I came in for a tour this morning, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The complex is in a nice area, and its definitely family oriented, which I love! Courtney showed me a studio apartment, which I like!
Wen we getting our water back y’all didn’t even gave out a warning and In case of a emergency y’all come the next day I had a pipe broken and leaking a lot of water the restroom was literally flooded the maintenance didn’t come after 5 or 6 hours and they were mad because I went to look for them and told them to come and see I told them it was going to be a bigger problem because they were gana have to switch the carpet but this is worst part when y’all want money y’all want it fast they try to evict us about 3 or 4 times for the last 2 years jus cuss they made a mistake in our renewal contract for the apartment leas they were sending us the wrong amount we were going to pay and
I love my apartment and neighbors. I greatly appreciate the upgrades and new management. I also want to thank Tan H. for her on going excellent customer service skills. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
Update: I paid rent a day early, and they put an eviction notice on my door a week later on Friday afternoon. I had to wait until Tuesday morning to go in to speak to the manager and show her my receipt, missing sleep (Im a full time student and work full time overnight, and had to stay up to go in). I get there and she shows me account that Im fully paid up, with a balance, even, and gives me some lame excuse about the letters generating before she enters the payments (a week later?). She didnt seem to care about the emotional and physical stress she put me under, a resident who has lived here for four years and has always paid rent on time and early. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex ever. They do not communicate. My lease is up this month and I still havent gotten a renewal notice. If I had time to find a new place and move, Id get the hell out.Edit: the response by the owner below is just a hollow nicety to assure people reading reviews. DONT BUY IT. If they truly wanted to fix things, theyd start communicating better, which they have not. They suddenly closed the office and merged with the apartment across the street without notifying any of the residents what was going on, leaving us to wonder how to pay rent. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere more professional, which pretty much means anywhere else in Houston because this is the bottom of the trash heap.Ive lived here through the previous two owners and over half a dozen fires. The newest management (Clear Properties) came in with lots of grandiose promises, just like the last management company (Firmus). Although they are renovating buildings for new tenants, they are not taking care of the old tenants with current leases. They do not communicate important information, like the status of the damaged mailboxes, until it comes time for a late payment statement on the door threatening eviction for utilities that havent been paid (when they did not communicate that the utility billing was set up finally), or like when they are turning of hot water (or all water) which happens almost once a week, sometimes for days at a time. They cant seem to get their electronic payment system up, which means youll have to take time off work to pay rent (and wait around for someone to actually show up at the office to accept rent). I can accept when things go wrong when changes are made, but the lack of communication is just unacceptable.
Upside: Courtney was very helpful with questions during our walk through of a model unit. The rooms have a great ability to be nicely decorated without compromising much area. The master bath is a bit cramped but still sizable for my taste.Downside: Walking just a short stretch from the parking area to the unit we passed 8 piles of animal feces (so the neighbors are not that cleanly and it is not suitable for children. Kitchen counter space is very limited(not suitable for those who do prep and large meals) and the stove is not gas range. The investment of the property is not worth the asking amount imo.
January 12, 2019, Brittney and Clarke showed me a renovated 2-1 apartment. They both were professional and polite. The apartment is beautiful and the price is reasonable. I will be applying for an apartment on today.
Got a chance to go to the property. Loved the lay out of the model I was shown. Property was very clean and quiet. Clark’s customer service”Superb”
The staff is Amazing and the remodel is an awesome up to date and very clean. I highly recommend these apartments to any one looking for a nice and friendly place to live.
The leasing agent Clark was very helpful. When the apartment we wanted to see, he showed us one that was very similar and explained the difference between the 2 apartments. The only thing I didn’t like is the wood planks on the patio and balconies instead of bar.
The front staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful, Courtney was super nice. . The property is clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend.
I went in to tour a couple of units and Clark was the one that took me on the tours. I’m still amazed at how professional and kind this individual was. I love this place and can’t wait to move in!
Every since my grandmother and i moved In September something is broken every month not to mention there’s still bugs coming in from everywhere and I’ve requested pest control multiple times ! It would be great if y’all would ever answer the phones it’s so unprofessional that everytime i call it’s a voicemail but i walk In the office and it’s empty idk what I’m paying so much for the laundry facilities have no doors or windows either it’s just dirty looking all around
I came To Quinn at Westchase and was helped by Tansy on this past Saturday. I would like to thank her for being patience and professional with me. I had few concerns and a lot of question. She answer every question and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Im glad that I got her. Hopefully you guy know how much of asset she is to your TEAM!
This is the worst place to EVER move here! It’s Ghetto! The Ac in my unit goes out monthly ! Ms.tansy in the office pretty good with handling business, she will stay on top of things if you call anybody else no they will not try to help! Once my lease is up I’m leaving!
