We have been living here for two years now. The apartments and staff are great, but the rent is over priced (because of the area) so we will be leaving once our lease is up. There are plenty of ammenities, but if you work an 8-8 job youll never be able to use them. Our 2 bedroom is huge and I love the open space kitchen. They have an easy online rent payment service, as well as maintenence forms. Id recommend asking for an apartment that doesnt face 290 construction because it gets pretty loud at times.
