I scheduled a tour of the complex and the experience from start to finish was a complete let down. The woman at the leasing office was disorganized and not customer service oriented. I asked how long the quote for the apartment was good for and she said through today. The gentleman in the leasing office stated that she would send us an email for our quote that would be good for 48 (or 72) hours - I can’t exactly recall, because I never received that email. Also, the apartment complex was a MESS! Worst one I’ve seen. We were told that they were still recovering from the freeze. A/C in the gym area was not working and machines were broken. When I asked if they provided an estimated time to the residents as to when these situations would be addressed, she said no. They don’t know when they will. I appreciated her honesty, but of course that is not the answer I was hoping for. Safe to say, I decided that was not the apartment for me.
Visited Hue on Greenhouse and was shown the property by Devina. Devina was awesome and excited to show us the property. My friend and I were very impressed with the quality and amenities the Hue has to offer. The best in Katy by far! If you go to visit the property, ask for Devina...shes the best.
It’s been eights months since my daughter Brittni and I have moved here.Tasha the manager is awesome and we have not had any major problems.Tasha was here in the office when the winter storm came and there was water everywhere.I am disabled and was staying on the fourth floor.When I made it downstairs my daughter and I I Tasha said Ms.Tasha don’t worry .Before she left that nite she made sure me and my daughter and others had another unit to go too.Tasha she not only listens she cares about her residents and that’s why I am happy here and can honestly call Greenhouse home.
Well first let me start with how awesome Ms.Tasha is due to the winter storm we had some damages but she has been on top of her game ! Communicating and always answering questions I have a sick mom who is on a trach tube && she cares about not only the apartment but her well being also and always asking how’s your mom doing I couldn’t have asked for a better manager the complex is really beautiful it’s very quite ! Have not had any issues
When I signed the lease, the administration asked me for a $ 700 non-refundable insurance because I had no socialThey also asked me for another $ 700 as refund deposit and because I needed to live, I agreed and they were nice and laughingBut when I moved, nobody came with me to inspect and inspect the apartment and a week later they sent me an email that I had to pay an extra $ 916 instead of changing the carpets.I tried very hard to explain to them that the carpet was used and they reduced the claim to $ 387When I said that the administration had taken $ 1,400 as an insurance, the employee was upset and shouted that the time was over and if I didnt pay, the documents would be transferred to court then she asked me to go to the director Stacy which she said you have to pay.I tried to communicate with the main administration but no use, no one respondedPlease I need the Justice
Everything that glitter ain’t gold. I’ve had more downs than ups at this place. Ready for my lease to be up so I can go. And as far as understanding and cooperation, not professional at all. I’m understanding but somethings I just won’t tolerate. I pray the service gets better.
I won’t even start by the horrible experience of how my application was a nightmare. My disposal is not working and is clogged. The water does not drain. So I cannot use the dishwasher, I cannot cook since The sink is flooded. the resident portal has an issue so it does not let you place any work order. Then, I called them to notify them and they placed the work order themselves. I call them two days ago to remind them again. it’s been now five days!! My house smells and there are unknowns insects that buzz around the house!! and this is a health hazard! What kind of bacteria can be created in those conditions? I have pictures, I wish I could post them. You would see for yourselves. This is completely unacceptable!

I scheduled an appointment to tour 24 hours in advance and told them I was very interested. I showed for my appointment and no one was there to tour me. I sent a text and let them know I was on the way and no one responded. When I got there there I walked to the door and it was locked. I called a couple of times and no answer. I even sent a text saying I was there and no response. All in all no one has reached out to me still... that’s very unprofessional and such a big disappointment!
The manager is great she does an amazing job.The staff is very tentative. The property is beautiful.Keep up the great work.
I am so happy that my family and I decided to move here. We have only been here for almost a month and I love it. Greenhouse apartments are nice and the pictures online do not lie. The office staff is amazing everyone is so friendly. The maintenance team is great as well. If I could give greenhouse 10 stars I would.
I have lived here since August 2020, everything was OK, elevator was broken every 2 months or so taking the stairs is not a problem but if i pay rent here everything should function. Parking is so so, i have a garage so i dnt mind it. My biggest problem with these apts is management since the 2021 snow storm communication has been sub par. I expected my family to live with moldy carpets saying that it was salvageable without even walking the unit to see damage. Avoid moving here these apartments dnt care about anything except money .

Used to be a good place to live, but unfortunately there was always something, stayed for 2 years and during that time 4 different managers run the property. Administration was never efficient, I ordered a filter replace for AC air filter and the fridge and they just removed the AC filter and reset the light in the fridge, I noticed the flavor coming from the fridge water was weird and I found that it was never replaced.Service attitude from the staff slightly improved lately but was never satisfactory I avoid being serviced by certain people because their poor service attitude.It was really common to find dog stool or urine in the halls or elevators if it happened on weekend was cleaned until Monday. Same case with trash, it is supposed to be an step above regular apartments but not really because people leaves trash in the stairs or halls.Parking was a real hassle for visitors or residents.It is supposed to be a free smoking property but there are residents that smoke at their balconies and in some cases seems to be something else that a common cigarettes.Definitely poor service is the highest problem, complaint about something or even try to reach the manager by a phone is an almost non existing possibility.Complete shame the building is nice but is worthless if theres always a negative experience about something.
I recently leased an apartment home here and I love it! The leasing agents Davion and Ceecee were exceptional. Their customer service was actually the deciding factor. The amenities are wonderful and the location is great in relation to almost everything. I’m loving my new home and community.
I really enjoyed this apartment complex. Everyone was very nice and friendly.Location was super central to H‑E‑B, Walmart and a lot of eateries located off of I-10. Which was super nice.
Just moved into these apartments yesterday! The overall experience with the move-in process was perfect. However, upon the first night of actually living in the apartment, I noticed the main gate wasnt closing. (Didnt take any mind to it as these things happen!) When I awoke to go to work.. 10+ cars were broken into in one night including my own. Four Harris County deputies were on-site at 7:30AM to facilitate everyone walking out to their cars to find shattered glass and items missing from their vehicles. This apartment complex is promoted to be Luxurious. If thats the case, there should be security at night as well as cameras around the entire complex for issues like this. I spoke with another tenant and apparently this is not the first time something like this has happened. I would love to hear from Management or the Property Owner on how they plan on resolving this ongoing issue. At this point, Im considering breaking my lease for the safety of my belongings.
I’m a new residual greenhouse apartment and I must say this was the easiest move I ever made, everyone in the office(Tasha, Davion & Mayra ) is nice. Tasha is very patient and helpful. I love the area right by Walmart, HEB and Katymills mall.
Moved in about a month ago & I love it! It’s always very clean around the complex. The staff (Mayra, Alicia, Devion) that I have encountered so far has been amazing and have helped me every step of the way before & after moving in. 10 stars if I could!!

So far so good! The apartment features are great and the staff is friendly. Dog park is small but their yard features make up for it! Maintenance is friendly as well!
The place is beautiful and is taken care of well. The manager Stacy was very helpful and kind when I needed a problem fixed. She went out of her way to get it resolved quickly and made me feel right at home even though it was late in the day.
I lived here for 3 years, I was one of the first residents, the property is amazing and so is the staff, I never had any issues with them. Its a great location all though its starting to get a little busy in the area with new complexes being built. One issue that I had here was parking It’s terrible for visitors, they made changes to visitors parking however it still was an issue. Most of the time my guests could never find a parking spot. Another issue was that you have to get Their Internet and cable package Which was expensive because you also get a separate bill for anything extra that you need I paid 160 for 2 TVs and internet.
Since the new management, Haven has taken over the customer service is HORRIBLE. It is extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone. The phone is barely answered, emails are not returned, they change numbers and dont communicate it to their residents. There have been two occasions where I had to walk down to the leasing office to resolve an issue or get an answer to question. They have removed packages from the lockers and did not communicate that to us. This was never an issue with previous management. Haven Management is awful.
I loved Greenhouse apartments the moment i saw them driving by, once i finally toured it blow me away Melissa was AMAZING. She needs a raise in her pay or promoted. the maintenance team moved quickly on my work orders put in and management is also doing a great job with keeping the property in order. I would STRONGLY recommend staying at Greenhouse apartments. Ask for Melissa!!!!!!!
I moved to the property in June, and I haven’t had one single complaint. Very quite, relaxing, and clean! They always have multiple monthly events and food trucks come to the property.The property and layouts are beautiful! I love the location I am at.Maintenance is very quick and responsive, and the pools... yes pools are always clean! If you like working out, then the gym has a pretty equipment selection.I’m very happy with my decision!
I’ve been living here for a year.PROS:- Relatively silent place, if you have an apartment facing outside and away from the Greenhouse Rd (best if facing the pond).- Not an old building - has decent somewhat modern appliances, including NEST thermostats. Although HVAC was too noisy.- Good amount of apartment space for the price, big kitchen (depends on plan).- Close to I10, a hospital, and a park.- Nice leasing office staff.- Has several charging stations for electric cars.CONS:- You are required to pay $95/mo for cable TV + Internet from AT&T, without any options to reduce this price. The Internet is very slow - 12Mbs download, 1Mbs upload. I dont care about cable TV, but use the Internet all the time at home, so I ended up with a very low speed for a ripoff price. It shouldve been a dealbreaker for me for moving in, as I see it now.- If you want to have a run, a walk or ride a bike - since the complex has fences all around and no sidewalks at Greenhouse Rd - you are limited to the parking lot around the complex, or will have to drive somewhere first.- During the summer we occasionally saw roaches in the apartment, and often - in the hallways. Also had mice in the apartment for a while until I found and closed their hole in the wall under the stove.- Sound insulation in walls is relatively good, but not in the apartment door, ceiling and floor - try not choosing an apartment above a garage if its not yours - the gate opening/closing noise will be really loud. And we could hear every step in the apartment above us. Id pick the topmost floor because of this.- Due to coronavirus, non-emergency service requests are ignored, so the last 2 months we were living with a broken microwave oven.- Getting security deposit back took almost 3 months after moving out and a couple dozens of emails trying to resolve the final statement miscalculation which could be solved much quicker.Note regarding crime situation: AFAIK during the year there was one event of breaking in several cars, and one event of theft from several apartments.

I went to tour this place last weekend because I just received a good job offer to move back to Houston. Jihad showed me a quiet 2 bedroom with beautiful white cabinetry. I was denied due to lease break, which is true but I dont owe anything and Im not getting sued. I called the last place I lived in Houston and they told me I dont owe. If I did, they never sent me a bill, plus I gave them 2 month in advanced notice. I worked out every move out in advance, where I lived. The application only asked if you lived in a place less than 6 months, and lived in places much longer. Jihad tells me I need a letter from the credit report. How do I get that? I wanted to use a co-signer with excellent credit. She was denied too. They have my $400 fee and deposit. They wont tell you that $150 is non refundable. Melissa only say read the paper with application. If youre relocating for job and need to break lease, dont bother with this place. Staff not willing to work with you. Their manager denies your application and you only have these young unexperienced people in the front office to deal with. I really felt detoured. Im going to apply to my second choice apartment and get my $250 back from these people.
Yes my heat had gone out and my Nest appendage showed NOTHING! it was middle of night. The folks at nest were extremely kind, but the 24 hour maintenance at Greenhouse Apts were Awesome!! I called, the gentleman came, quick fix and showed me what to do in case it happens in future! Extremely pleased and very grateful!!

Your became Inconvenience/ Invisible to them as i walked in to ask for your package or etc... rude manager/staffs! They changed the name from Lynn to Greenhouse not to long ago!!! Still didn’t change all the attitude for these who that work there specially the MANAGER! Can’t wait to move out of here!!! Think twice if you wanna move in to this so called Luxury of hell apartment! Parking is terrible! The maintenance men are awesome! Specially the young Spanish guy he was nice and get his work done!!

New construction so a little inconvenience, but its a really great property. Great amenities, especially the clubhouse and meeting rooms being open 24/7. If youre like me and get sold on the amenities - but never actually use them - thats cool. The apartment interiors awesome too. 10 ft ceiling, quartz counter, tile back-splash in the kitchen, wood laminate floors and huge garden tubs.I especially like that its one light from the highway. So jumping on I10 in the morning is a breeze. Mention my review in the leasing office and theyll waive the admin fee. I am not being paid to write this review. Just love this place and this its worth a tour. Maybe youll find me one evening playing pool in the clubhouse.
I just want to say I love the management and staff here I don’t have parking issues because I have an attached garage and it’s well worth paying for, the community is clean and well maintained I really do love living here and so does my daughter. I appreciate the whole staff and maintenance staff and will recommend Greenhouse Apartments to everyone

Well, where do I start. I never do this. Like never even if I have a bad experience with an establishment. But I hope this helps someone.First let’s start off by saying there is very very very limited parking. I get off of work rather late. I continuously had to park in illegal areas due to no parking. No exaggeration. If you don’t believe me drive by the building at night. You will see the residents have to park in front of the leasing office, in handy cap spot, & behind the car parked in the spots. Also I have got towed for parking in handy cap, when I had no other option. Then they offered me to pay for a garage that’s is 125. When I feel as though they should have enough spot for the number of residents.Second, the leasing staff is extremely unprofessional. My apartment got broken into. I filed a police report. & when I asked the leasing manager to end my lease due to me not feeling safe. She declined & told me the only thing she can do is move me to another unit that was more expensive and extend my lease longer or stay in the apartment that was broken into for the remainder of my lease with was 3 months left. I didn’t feel safe as I’m a young woman in my early 20 that’s lives by herself. So basically I have to pay them more money. Following that about 12 cars got broken into including mine.Last but not least, after all of that they tried to keep my deposit saying that I did not clean my apartment properly. Meanwhile I lived in the second unit 6 months. The last 3 months I moved to another state and just paid the rent at this complex. Therefore the apartment was pretty much new when I left.This complex is all about money, if you want my opinion. I also had multiply issues with the leasing office due to my rent being higher or being double charged for utilities. So multiply trips to the leasing off to fix this issue. I have never in my life has so many issues with an apartment complex. I have lived in a few other states. This is the worst one of them all. I was so ready to get out of this apartment.
Location is everything and Greenhouse does not disappoint. Everything you need is around the corner. Interstate is very close but you hardly hear anything. Apartment amenities are excellent. Overall very quiet and sophisticated. Management team is great, I would like to thank Melissa with helping me throughout the process. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and she is very professional. Would highly recommend this property.
I’ve lived in this community for over a year and couldn’t wait to renew my lease! Beautiful property, great neighbors and a wonderful office staff. Extremely happy with the choice I made! Best community I’ve ever lived in. Everyone in the leasing office are very easy to deal with, especially the assistant manager Addemir. She’s always willing and ready to help with anything whether it’s in person, over the phone or through email, the communication is fantastic! I had just moved here from California where the management was very unprofessional and did not care about the tenants. As I read over the reviews I was shocked because, although I did have an issue of wanting a 1st floor apartment and it was not available, for the agreed move in date. I have been very satisfied since then. When I did have an issue and called the office the matter was handled and I did receive a call back within the same day. I do agree there is some confusion on the extra charges such as the cable is not included in the rent as I was told and I still have to pay an extra $15 to the cable company because of an upgrade I was not aware of. However, rats is something that I have not seen and I am aware with it being a new complex there will be some issues. I urge my neighbors to be understanding because somethings are not within managements control. I am delighted to live here and when I did have visitors I was glad at how they reacted to the place I now call home. I understand that everyone experiences will be different but, I love how I am treated when I go to the office in addition to how my situations are handled. I would recommend this complex to many others and I do hope that we all work together to make this complex all that it can be. It would be nice if the portal to pay rent did not charge an extra $40 that is a lot but, I had an issue with my rent and it was fixed and I will continue to speak highly of the office staff and my community
Lynd is a great community to be at and without a doubt, they have state of the art apartment features and well designed interiors.There was a minor hick up during my application process but upon bringing into the managements attention, they took action quickly and helped to resolve the gap.If you are looking for a close proximity to the Interstate and swift commute, this is the place to be at.

I have been living here for about 4 months and I LOVE IT!!! I have never had a bad encounter with anyone in the office. I work in customer service, and trust me it is impossible to please everyone especially when what is being told is not liked on the other end. I have been in the office picking up packages when the staff is contacting someone about not picking up after their pets. As someone who has lived in several different apartments complexes, this is not anything new. Unfortunately, dirty ass pet owners don’t pick up after their pets. It doesn’t matter how much you pay in rent, dog poo will be at every complex unless the dirty ass pet owners pick up after them. I know, I was living in a high rise in downtown Houston where I spent $500 more in rent prior to Lynd at Greenhouse and it’s the same thing when it comes to pets and was the same at the prior midrise I live in. Here’s a news flash, if you don’t want your stuff to be stolen out of your car. DON’T leave it in the car idiot. My brother is a police officer and I know from all his stories crime happens everywhere and the stupidest thing you can do is a welcome a would be thief to your belongings by leaving it in your car. Dummy! I am not a review person but I felt the need to leave this because what is being said on here is totally inaccurate. Everyone is friendly and respectful and they actually care about you as an individual and want to get to know you. I have no plans of moving anytime soon and will definitely renew my lease when the time comes
I’ve made greenhouse my home since early 2016, For months I was looking for a place to move into, I came across Greenhouse and found the office staff extremely helpful, they made my application process so easy for me.I was really hating the fact that I had to apply for a new place to live as I come from owing a home for the past 14 years, so all this was completely new to me.Since then Noreen, Melissa and Addemir have been giving me amazing customer service handing all of issues with ease, making my living experience here feel part of a family !

Beautiful apartments on the inside, I absolutely love the layout design of the kitchen. However, I regret not reading previous tenant’s reviews mentioning thin walls. You can hear EVERYTHING through these thin walls. Not only do you hear people walking, talking, laughing through the breezeway or up the stairwells outside but you can hear them open and shut their doors above you. If the neighbors above you are not light on their feet, you better kiss your quiet nights good bye. Same applies to their phone conversations or arguments. Policy here is to handle the situation yourself. If that doesn’t work the staff will give a kind notice to the neighbors but what good does that do. The problem isn’t staff or neighbors.... it’s the thin walls! I do NOT recommend these apartment to those easily irritated by other peoples noise.
This is a great apartment complex with the perfect location. I have lived in several complexes prior to this one and have never been so happy with where I live. The lighting inside was well planned and the color schemes are clean and bright. Although the apartment is still under construction I barely notice it because it has moved to the back side of the property. The first floor apartments have yards, which is a huge plus for dog owners!
I stopped in with my uncle today, Matt Baker, as we were looking for a new apartment in the Katy area. As we walked in, we were professionally greeted by Melissa. She went out of her way to answer any questions and provide us with a tour we requested. Although, we took several tours in the last few days, this property seems like the one Id want the most. It all depends on my upcoming career decision which would keep me in this area. Even if Im not able to live here, I felt like it was my duty to write a review to this beautiful property!
I love this place. Great community, outstanding look for the apartment and the leasing office helps me when there is a problem. Addemir takes care of everything as soon as I asked. I Couldnt have chosen a better place to stay!!

5-star appliances, 6-star amenities, apartment looks new and beautiful.Finding guest parking can be hard because they dont require guest permits, anybody can park so it often gets full.Staff very friendly and easy to deal with. Melissa is amazing.
I have to say I was very impressed with the level of customer service I have received since moving in. The leasing team is great, professional, informative and friendly. Parking is tight but it is being handled by management and has improved. Maintenance never takes long and they have lots of events each month. The apartments are beautiful and well worth visiting.
Worst service ever, parking is horrible, they do not have enough spots for the people who live in the apartments. The front office is never ever available, never let you know when you have packages etc. Over charge you for cable, etc. Definitely do not live here unless it’s a emergency.
Ill try to make this short.Negatives:First off, I dont live here (thank God), my boyfriend does. However, I am here about 4 to 5 days out of the week..Humidity in the apartment is horrible. I havent ever felt humidity like this INSIDE. I dont even bother getting ready here because I cant even get my hair straight due to the humidity.. It just stays frizzy. The carpet in the master bedroom and closet even feel slightly damp.. Thats how bad it is.The door leading out to the porch doesnt even close all the way. Huge crack starting from the top going all the way down to the floor. Might be a reason for the high humidity inside and the bugs.The water pressure is horrible. Its dreadful to take a bath/shower or wash dishes. Again, I dont even shower here because of the water pressure. The first time we called about this issue they eventually sent over a maintenance guy that had hardly any idea what to do about plumbing.. Or at least the issue we are having. Now we have been here about a month and still no one has been sent again to help resolve this complaint.The PARKING IS DREADFUL. Most of the time there isnt any visitor parking spaces available. *Update* I actually just got towed and now have to spend 200 bucks because of this place. This is a hell hole.Positives:The apartments look pretty nice.. Although the paint is cheap and thin. You can see where theyve painted over things and it didnt really cover it all the way.Bottom line: I wouldnt live here, especially for the prices. Probably wouldnt even live here if they were cheap, to be honest.
Called maintenance to have a couple of stuff done in my bathroom and change of filter. Zach from the office put them on the system and after 30 minutes maintenance people got it all fixed. What a wonderful people to work with. Thank you!
No where near luxury, so must pest all over hallways and it gets into apartment. parking is a joke, there’s always non residents at the pool taking up all the space, management does not care when something goes wrong. The only luxury thing about these apartments is the price...
I moved to Houston with my Husband as he had a job change and we wanted to lease for 6 months initially and if my husbands role would be confirmed at work, we could have made a decision to stay put for longer. Together we liked this development as it has everything to offer us, but unfortunately the website doesnt allow us to confirm 6 month lease even though it seems to be available and the Sales Rep says we dont do 6 month lease.Im not sure whether the management only want residents for longer time to ensure steady business or is it a policy they drive. Either ways, there should be a sync between what they publish on Website vs. the info provided by the Sales Rep.Were still on the look out for an apartment and the search has taken a toll on us.
Just renewed my Lease... I just want to thank the whole staff everyone has been amazing to me and very understanding and respectful. A lot of people have issues with parking. I personally dont as much, that is why I have always rented the attached garage. I do wish more visitor parking was available, it is a hassle when my friends or family visit and no parking is free, but all in all I love living here. Maintenance has always been a 5 star! So thank you guys! Staff in the office has had a couple changes, but everyone is friendly and has a great attitude looking forward to another year at Greenhouse! :)
Horrible experience, horrible management. Be aware if you decide to love her forget about the word “privacy” they will go inside your apartment without notice. I’m glad my lease is over and I can walk away from this place. Don’t be fooled by this people and RUN.
Very Great Staff . Clean & Great living Location. Recommend to families & young successful People who enjoys living luxury.Only experienced a minor issue but it was handle by the property management in a professional manner.
The fact they first shove you a $90 every month for cable and internet you dont need and ridiculous upgrade rates. Worst mistake ever. Cant wait for this lease to be over. Parking sucks, getting packages is like a waiting list for an organ, and I know people with good credit who got denied, after looking into it, they are pocketing a non-refundable fee and letting people apply for an apartment that is not available. Jihad is awesome!
My wife and I passed by these apartments looking for a new place to call home. The apartments look nice on the outside but to read the comments about the staff being rude and the other underlying problems the complex has, I think we will pass. We are very big on professionalism and customer service and if the staff at The Lynd does not offer that I think we will be better off looking elsewhere.
My first two weeks living there:1. At move in date they didnt install Nest Thermostat and even after two weeks they didnt. Keep promise me...2. Cockroaches big like a finger.3. Towed my friends car with no visitor parking available.Paid a 190$ to get his car back.4. Wanted to speak about all that with their property manager and they told me She cantWorst place !!! Read their reviews on google!!! All true!!! I did a huge mistake to move there!Respect your self and never move there!!! They make me Stressed!
I moved into my place in November. I will say my experience thus far was indeed a good one. The management staff makes sure my concerns are handled right away. I love my place and so do my children. The response time for maintenance is wonderful and I hope my stay continues to be great:).Ademir and Melissa as well as the new manager and Stephon have given great customer service .
STAY AWAY! Me and my family were the first ones to move into this complex. When we moved in the apartment was infected with ants for like two weeks, then one day I got my trash can from the hallway and a rat was sitting in it. I called the office to get maintenance to get the rat because Im terrified of them and nobody showed up. The parking here sucks really really bad. I live in the first building and I have to park 3 buildings down. Thats super annoying when u have groceries. About a month ago I discovered we have Mold under the sink. I called maintenance they came and cleaned it up and said it wont come back. Well now my 4 year old has a bad cough and the Mold is back. This place is not worth the money at all.
The apartments, location and staff are all decent. However, don’t rent here if you plan on having visitors. Attached garage options would be great if available. The management doesn’t seem to want to do anything about a lack of visitor parking.
I lived 3 years and it was a horrible experience the maintenance service does not work things are damaged and they repair it 5 days later the A / C is damaged at night sleeping with heat the carpets deliver them dirty and they charge them from the deposit in the lobby those who provide the service melisa and also treat people more and the manager never leaves his office I never recommend living in that place. pool grills dont work
Beautiful apartment complex. Office staff is completely disorganized (except for Admir) and clearly prioritizes responding to reviews on Google over giving their residents a positive experience. Unfortunately- the garages are tiny, there is no parking, and they paint over mold all around the building and in the units.
Moved here in January of 2017. The management staff is friendly and helpful. Apartments are very nice the amenities are also very nice. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending someone that i knew to move here.
This place is great. The amenities the style, I mean theres an indoor and outdoor gym! The leasing agents are friendly and helpful
The apartment complex is beautiful! The amenities are great. The complex is well maintained and kept clean. Maintenance responds in a timely matter. The office staff treats you with respect. If you have any issues the assistant manager Noreen Renteria will take care of you.
I cannot make my experience up. Whoever rated this property five stars must have received concessions off of their rent amount. I have lived on this property for three years right after construction completion, and is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. The Property Manager definitely needs additional training on how to address major issues on property, example the marijuana odor in my unit for 5 months. Corporate is a joke. However, Melissa, Addemir and Maintenance staff have being amazing, only perk on this property.Class of residents are dirty and disrespectful. Majority Millennials on property how tear up and destroy the property.1. Move in, apartment was no made ready, completely dirty from all the construction.2. Huge A/C leak in the restroom after move in, paint splattered all over carpet, not the model I was shown as the closet layout was missing shelves.3. Roach problem for few months4. BEST ONE! Dealing with marijuana odor in my unit for over 5 months! Made several complaints to management and corporate. Tons of money wasted on excess candles, plug in and cleaning supplies to get rid of the odor. NOTHING WORKED! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! My clothes in my closet and bathroom was the worst area the odor was coming from. I would open my patio door and smell the marijuana. Couldn’t even enjoy being outside on my patio.5. Kind of trash I see on property: swisher sweat packages, fake eye lashes, KFC bags next to cheap wine bottles, residents throwing trash bags full of trash over the patio for porter to pick up. Left over food containers left in the hallways. (It was like the resident didn’t want the trash in their house so they would leave in a nook in the hallway.)6. Loaner car towed due to non resident sticker (mechanic called my car would not be ready same day but the next morning. Car was on property less than 12 hours being parked and car was towed. Secondly, damages to the car from the towing company. Towing company instructed to get three estimates. What a waste of time.7. Limit visitor parking
As an assistant property manager of a community in Katy I have to say that I have never been more blown away by the staffs appalling customer service. We make one simple five minute phone call once a week and every single time, no matter who answers the phone it is absolutely horrible service. Being told Im too busy or hold and then being hung up is inexcusable.
Ive been here for several months now and I must saw that the upkeep, management staff, neighbors, and evening settles upon the complex is immaculate. There is no issue too small or too big that the staff cannot handle, I am truly impress with the Customer Service from being a prospect up to day of move in and even now has been 100% genuine and excellent service.
This place deserves less than a star. I stopped by today January 30, 2020 even so the reviews were not very good about the front office staff and I have to agree that all are true. We walked in with my husband not one person came to greet us, finally a lady got up from her desk didn’t say hello but asked what we needed.. we told her needed to look at what was available didn’t say anything turned around walked away and went to get someone front an office, the person that came out was absolutely clueless, she didn’t know anything and I couldn’t understand her for her graspy voice. She gave different options but still no good information provided and I believe at that point I was blocked already to anything that she was saying........ when she got up to get the keys another lady came out and asked if we wanted anything to drink which was already too late for that, my husband asked for the manager and she indicated she was the manager .. I don’t even remember what she looked like I was blinded by disappointment and was very upset, it was a very very short conversation, we told her how unprofessional they were, how Sophia didn’t know anything, she only words were I am sorry and hope we can serve you in the future...HONESTLY THAT WAS THE CHERRY ON TOP for me ..she didn’t even tried to keep us there and turn the situation around...I WILL NEVER SET A FOOT INSIDE THAT PLACE EVEN IFIT WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR FREE. I have to say first impression are EVERYTHING. All at Greenhouse need to go back to training and learn what’s the meaning of customer service.,
English/ EspañolMy wife and I lived here for almost three years. But they robbed us when we were traveling. The administration of the apartments refused to help the detective who was investigating the robbery. They refused to show the recordings of the cameras. And also to provide information about a company that had entered the apartment days before (supposedly to check the fire alarms). This behavior of the administration was not at all to our liking. We warned you that at the end of the month we did not want to continue in this place because we did not feel safe. The office did not allow us to go claiming that it would be to break a contract. Finally we left and they did not respect our decision and reported to the credit bureau the remaining two months to complete the contract of the year. I do not recommend them. Lack of common sense and bad way of acting in every way.Mi esposa y yo vivimos aqui durante casi tres años. Pero nos robaron cuando estabamos de viaje. La administracion de los apartamentis se nego a ayudar a la detective que estaba investigando el robo. Se negaron a mostrar las grabaciones de las camaras. Y tambien a brindar informacion sobre una compañia que dias antes habian entrado al apartamento (supuestamente a chequear las alarmas de incendio). Este comportamiento de la administracion no fue para nada de nuestro agrado. Les avisamos que al finalizar el mes no queriamos seguir en este lugar pues no nos sentiamos seguros. La officina no nos permitio irnos alegando que seria romper un contrato. Finalmente nos fuimos y ellos no respetaron nuestra decision y nos reportaron al buro de credito los dos meses restantes que faltaban para terminar el contrato del año. No los recomiendo. Falta de sentido comun y mala forma de actuar en todos los sentidos.

Absolutely LOVE living here!!I’ve moved here 1 year ago last March and was very excited to renew my lease again.My teenage daughter and my self are so proud to call this AMAZING COMMUNITY our home.Manager STACEY is absolutely amazing and always sweet and helpful to my needs!Her staff Melisa/Adamir and Stephon are always greeting me with a huge smiles on there’s faces every morning when I go to get my coffee in the club room.Maintenance guys are always there for me when I need some help with my absolutely beautiful apartment!!Miss Dolores is working really hard to keep our community clean and smelling fresh.I can’t be happier anywhere elseGREAT PLACE TO LIVE and call 2040 Greenhouse rd. my home!!!
My experience with Lynd at Greenhouse has been exceptional. Its nothing like being able to come home to feel like you are living at a resort...as I look out of my window daily. The leasing office is by far one of the best that I have dealt with in my moving experience. Upon moving into Lynd At Greenhouse in October, I had issues with an ant manifestation in my new apartment. I have a toddler who is allergic. When I reached out to the leasing office, they dealt with the issue promptly and I was able to transfer apartments as this was an immediate health concern for my child. ShaNele, the Community Director and the Assistant Community Director, Noreen, and the staff have been nothing short of accommodating, helpful, courteous and professional. Maintenance responds to requests promptly (and I have had quite a few) as Im anal about my living quarters. I highly recommend Lynd At Greenhouse to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.
I had a few complications but overall the staff was very friendly and patient. So their willingness to help made the few complications irrelevant.
Parking disaster...!!!!I have only moved here a week ago. While I was on my application process, they towed my car because there weren’t any space left for visitors and I had to park my car on a residential parking for one night.When I went to the office and tried to find out what happened to my car Stacy Cuellar response was literally, “We only care about our residents not their guests” she followed with, “residents are who paying rent”. She couldn’t be more aggressive and rude.I was more upset at her attitude than my car was towed!Update: I am literally spending the night in my car because there is no single empty parking lot. Today, 03/19/2018 at 4.00 am, I have been waiting in my car since 2.00 am for an available spot. I don’t think this is fair.

Addemir & Team are truly amazing! They maintain a great property while continuously trying to find ways to also improve. Communication has been key to my opinion and it always seems to be “my family” in the office from (Melissa, to Jihad, to Noreen, and of course Addemir)! If you always want to feel welcomed and wanted this is the place to move to! You guys keep being great!
I moved in when this place was still Lynd at Greenhouse right before Harvey. The front office staff, Addemir, Melissa, Jihad, Michelle, and Noreen, are all awesome and extremely helpful. They made the move in decision and process such a breeze. The amenities are well worth the cost and they have 2 pools, that are maintained!! Not many places do. Everything was outlined and went over during move-in so no surprises and everything stated was accurate!! Definitely one of the BEST places I have ever lived!! They will accommodate you and help in any way they can, within reason.

5* for the staffs like ademir who is always good with names, has a good public relation with tenants, approchable and friendly no wonder she got promoted.3* for apartment we cant do anything about parking its survival of the fittest, it has a great location, safe and friendly environment. So far i enjoy my stay with them.

Update 9/7/2016 The car gates continue to be malfunctioning and left open. Smokers continue to litter this nice place with their trash.The good news is that there are dumpsters good job management. Management has made some efforts to make this nice place better.However there is still the problem with very limited access to the conference areas and game room.If you ever come here you will be given a tour they will show you the game room that has a pool table and kitchen area along with a relaxation area complete with television and lovely sofas. You will be also shown a conference room. The only problem is that management has decided to lock them up when working people come home. How are we suppose to enjoy these amenities? Great now the only time working people get to use them is if they become unemployed. A certain member of the staff is in desperate need of training as she has been known to give dirty looks to some of the residence. What is this high school?She has also been know to be disrespectful and belligerent to residence as she tries to impose non existent rules. It is amazing that management encourages this type of behavior. The good news is that there are certain other individuals of the staff that are the prize jewels here they are truly beautiful inside and out as they treat everyone with respect and go out of their way to make you feel like family. Hardworking women like these are what make living here a unique and very enjoyable experience. And for that I will give them 3 stars and 1 for management. Thank you
