Ive truly enjoyed every aspect of living at Hanover, yet the most outstanding part of living here is the staff. They are highly attentive, friendly, kind, and intelligent. They provide timely, relevant information to residents and consistently go above and beyond when I have a request. The building itself is quiet, clean and SUPER convenient -- I can get to nearly any part of Houston in 20 minutes. The amenities are to die for and the high-rise views do wonders for me, especially since I work remotely. If youre looking for a classy, accommodating, comfortable, professional yet relaxed place to live, the Hanover is undoubtedly the choice for you.

I have just recently moved to Houston and I was in search of a great place to live. I took of the tour of the Hanover and it was extremely impressive! Cameron was the one showing me the tour and he was knowledgable of the area and what types of fun things I can do in the area. I told him my budget and he gave me some great recommendations of the type of layout that would be the most affordable for me. It also seemed everyone who lived there was really nice and welcoming too. I have a couple more places to check out but this seems like an awesome spot!

I recently visited this property because I am thinking of leasing there. The property looks amazing! But what I was really impressed with was my leasing agent. She was very informative about all of my options. She left no stone unturned and made it very easy to make decisions. I visited other properties and the showing felt very rushed but my agent Lenny took the time to show me units based directly off my preferences and shared all specials with those units. It was a great visit and I look forward to staying at Hanover Hermann Park.

Lenny, one of the leasing agents, gave us an amazing tour! I have never met a leasing agent as thorough, attentive, and a general joy to be around. She took the time to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!). Most of the times, leasing agents at other apartments do not care about you or are very pushy. Lenny was the exact opposite. Lenny was always respectful and I felt like she genuinely cared about us. She deserves a promotion or a salary bonus because I would rent from Hanover just because of her!

Cameron and Stephan have been absolutely amazing in my time here! From the initial tours, to the move in, to my time as a resident…. Absolutely appreciate all the attention to detail and their welcoming and hospitable energies. They bought me a memento in memory of a personal loss recently and if that doesn’t convey how amazing they are then I don’t know what does.

This is such a great place to live! Every aspect of this complex is top notch and the location is close to everything you might need. If youre considering moving here I would definitely recommend talking to Cameron! He was beyond helpful throughout the leasing and move in process.

I moved in a month ago and my experience has been nothing less than fantastic so far. Cameron was my leasing agent and he made the process very smooth. All of the staff are professional and courteous. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and modern. It feels extremely safe and secure, with limited access to the parking garage and floors. The amenities such as the huge fitness center and pool are top tier. The valet service and concierge definitely add to the true luxury apartment experience! I would highly recommend living here, I have no complaints so far

Today I had the pleasure of touring Hanover Hermann Park with Cameron. He made it immediately obvious that the management prides itself on providing excellent service to residents. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable about the different floor plans and was very helpful for my particularly complicated situation. He helped me choose the best layout and spent extra time with us to ensure a smooth move-in. I already feel like a welcomed member of the community and I cant thank him enough!

We moved in about a month ago and the experience was an excellent one. The highest recommendation goes to Stephen he is truly an amazing person and goes above and beyond to make you happy. Other than the great amenities and location of this building it was mostly because of Stephen that we decided to lease in the Hanover Herman park.Any issues we had were address right away and resolved promptly. Lenny was great. Worked with my price range, and was patient enough to help me get a better unit I seen after our tour. So, Ive lived here for just about a year and the reason Im moving is I purchased a home. However, if I did not, I would most certainly have renewed my lease. The views are fantastic and I do enjoy having them every day. I will say that my stay here has been great and although there were some minor things when I first moved in, they were quickly taken care of in particular due to Stephan Deng.Edit: Added some balcony views from my floor(13).

First I would like to say Kudos to the Hanover property brand. I started my journey at Hanover Southampton with Jennifer Routson when I toured my first Hanover property with her. Let me tell you, she was a Godsend! I wasn’t going to go that day to my appointment, but a small voice in me said go, and I went. Jennifer showed me the Southampton property, but it wasn’t in my budget. She went far beyond that by referring me to Hanover Hermann Park. Her personality is out of this world and she is a great asset to the company! Once I made it to my next tour appointment at Hanover Hermann Park with Stephen Dang, it was a wrap. I knew this is where I was going to call home. He just went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. I call him the “living legend” because his name is all over the reviews for the Property. He is totally awesome! He made my decision easy and the transition smooth. Thank you Stephen, you are so appreciated!

Scheduled a tour as I am transitioning out of my current place. I was given a tour of the property by Cameron Gabehart, he very warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and the amenities; answering all my questions/concerns.

During the time I stay in Hanover, I have been impressed by the staff. Starting from the housekeepers to the shuttle driver, the repair people to the leasing agent, as well as the management, they have been helpful, kind and considerate. It’s like they anticipate what you may need and do their best to make sure that your needs are met. I am grateful for these wonderful people who work here.

As a long time resident of 8 years at Hanover Hermann Park, I just renewed my lease for another 18 months, thanks to the leasing director Stephen Deng. The last year and a half has been uncertain for us all, but Stephen has been so outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. He answers all my questions, phone calls and texts. He really cares about the residents and makes sure all the Hanover residents are pleased with their living conditions. I always look forward to his optimistic personality and great smile 😊 and a big hug when I need it.

This has been my worst experience ever in a high rise that is supposed to be upscale. Where do I even start so my rent is about $3500 which I’m totally fine with IF the complex was worth it.1) the elevators are always BROKEN there are 4 how are they always BROKEN and it is every other week. They do not work consistently.2) the mail room is a big mess and packages constantly go missing as it is just an open room DISORGANIZED again this is a high rise3) they don’t run the AC the same level as the gym. Meaning it is quite hot on all floors other than the gym and first floor which they keep cool to “look good”. To charge this much and not run AC on all floors is cheap and distasteful.4) they allow people to clean their balconies with soap and water instead of calling maintenance so every week I had water leaking all on my patio and furnitureDO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE TOO MANY HIGH RISES IN HOUSTON TO DEAL WITH THIS

Stephan is so helpful and a genuine nice person. He literally saved me from ending my lease with Hanover. The customer service he brings is wonderful. He really goes beyond to get things done. Stephan is a valuable asset to this company. I want to also mention Ali the concierge. He always has a nice smile and so polite. I feel like he truly protects the residents and makes it a joy to live at Hanover Hermann Park.

I lived in the south tower for about one year. I felt very unsafe and regret not reading the reviews for this place. Our floor smelled constantly of weed, there was constant crime around the building including a shoutout in the garage, vehicle vandalism, mugging in front of the building. Management never addressed our concerns in person or via email. Beware living on the 288 side as you will experience constant noise.Upon moving out they overcharged us for wall painting and added unclear accelerated rent fee despite the fact that we had already paid our monthly rent and had given move out notice on time. I do not recommend this building to any person who wants to feel safe and at peace when going home.

Best views of the city and an amazing staff! Cameron will help you find the perfect apartment and make sure you love living here. Easy access to the Medical Center is also a huge plus. You cant go wrong with this one.

She was able to answer all my questions without putting me on hold a million times, and she was super friendly. When we showed up to the property, she should us around and was extremely professional. She was my first contact with the company, and represented the company. Overall I am extremely impressed by my interaction that I had while dealing with her.

First off I have to say that this complex is very reasonably priced considering the current climates and location! I toured with a friend a few days ago and Cameron was very knowledgeable about the complex and the surrounding areas! As we just moved to Houston, this was highly appreciated. We ended up not leasing here as we want a townhouse instead but definitely recommend this community and make sure to ask for Cameron!!!

After touring many complexes in Houston, and dealing with employees that seemed like they could care less to show their properties. I found myself at The Hanover with Cameron. And then, helped with some snags in the application process so that it was very smooth and pain free. We love the location, the amenities, and the views. Were excited to move in.

This is best apartment I’ve ever lived at! Management always updates residents when there is to be an issue throughout the building such as a water shut off. The amenities are amazing! With the gym here you don’t even need a gym membership because it has everything you need and more. They also have a sauna and steam room! Sam at the concierge is one of the most helpful people! I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to upgrade their living! Working in the medical center this location is extremely convenient.

My wife and I moved to HHP a couple of days back. Must say we are totally blown away with the stunning views from our bedrooms and the living room. The unit and apartment has all required amenities for luxurious and comfortable living.More than the house and amenities, we are absolutely happy with the way the leasing office and Lenny (our leasing manager) handled our transition from abroad to HHP. All of our questions were greatly and promptly answered, and we were given proper virtual tours of the building before signing the lease. While we wanted to prepone our move-in date and gave a notice of only 2 days, Lenny gracefully understood our situation and made sure to hand over us the unit quickly by modifying the lease terms.We are looking forward to staying at HHP!

Stephen Deng really provides great customer service!! I was moving from Atlanta and I needed to ask questions over the phone and he guided me through everything without me making a trip there first. Sam is absolutely the best concierges I have ever meet he really cares about the people he works for. I can say many great things about Sam but truly his best quality is he can be an amazing person and friend as well. He takes his job seriously and manages to stay human. He will ask you about your life and keep in touch. He takes being a hard working person to another degree of greatness.

I toured the Hanover yesterday after two long days of looking at 10+ apartments in the area. My tour experience at the Hanover was heads and shoulders above the rest. Stephen Deng did an amazing job showing me several different units all throughout the property. If you are looking for a safe place to stay with the most attentive staff then look no further! If/when there is a maintenance request it is immediately resolved and the staff in the office are so welcoming, especially Lenny, so happy and cheerful every time I see her!

I absolutely love the entire team at Hanover Hermann Park!!! Steph, Cameron and Jackie are all amazing at what they do and are extremely attentive and responsive. Loni, the manager, has done a great job managing the building and being available for residents. I highly recommend this building if you are looking for luxury and top notch customer service. Lastly, the concierge team, they are really the backbone of the place; Joel, Sam and Ala are always very helpful and go out of their way to make sure they provide above and beyond service!!! This place is top notch!
