Better World is an amazing property management company! As a Property Owner, I reached out to Terri and her VERY talented team to help with the initial assessment, pro forma / underwrite, due diligence and takeover planning. Their inputs on income, expenses and CAPEX planning is invaluable in helping me build a sound investment strategy yet give it the flexibility to adapt to situations as needed.I would highly recommend engaging them early and having them perform the due diligence / feasibility. They sent a mini-army for the unit inspections and lease file audits and the level is detail and analysis is a great value!As we gear up for takeover - the commitment, dedication, and enthusiasm by Vanessa (Regional Property Manager) and team continues to solidify my decision. Best Management company I have worked for! It feels good to work for a company which sees your true potential and motivates you to keep going. My hard work never goes unnoticed! Mrs. Vanessa (our regional supervisor) is always encouraging us to keep doing a great job. Ive helped some of our sister properties and I must say all the managers Ive met were super helpful and very welcoming. Update to story below...I received a phone call from the the manager of the apartment complex and she was very nice and apologetic. She explain that the person I had an issue with was not the assistant manager and that she was no longer with the company. She ensured me that we the tenants were a high priority and she was very sorry that I was not treated with respect. They have just taken over the complex and are working very hard to create a happy community.Went in to my apartment office to resolve a an issue with them over charging me. When I went in jeanette the assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional she acted as if I was bothering them I dont really understand why Im not being treated like a customer I pay rent every month but I guess once I sign a lease and Im stuck there you guys dont care about anything but getting the rent. You really should treat your tenants with dignity and respect.

Amir Apartments is lucky to have found Better World Properties as its management company. My business partners and I believe that we have truly found the needle in the haystack. They have brought our 310-unit apartment complex occupancy rate from 74% to 97% within just seven months despite the COVID 19 outbreak. The best part is that all the tenants were well qualified, and our property is in its best shape compared to the last four years, and the property is producing more money than ever. I have just recently had the opportunity to work with Better World and their clients. Being on the vendors side you can see all different aspects of property management. In the most recent event I had the opportunity to speak to ownership and they could not have had more confidence in me and my companys service but as well as Better World. It was the easiest sell I have ever made and look forward to working and being part of the team!

For the second time, I have had to this with this company and their auto payment set for my apartment complex. I understand that they have a third party that is in charge of this, however its is the duty of this company to make sure that the company is not taking advantage of the people who rent for this company. My wife and I have had auto pay set up and we keep having the same problem of the company not taking out the money but telling us that they took out the money from our account. When the money isnt taken out on time the property company then charges you massive amount of over late fees that I dont understand how they can live with themselves. My bill when from $675 to $830 and we werent notified that had a late payment until days later. I am student with a pregnant wife, how can they rub people like this?

We turned over the management of our portfolio of properties to Better World this past year and so far, have been very happy with the results.

8 years in apartment business to know this management company sucks! Happy to have work for the best out there!
