Absolutely BEST apartment complex we’ve ever stayed in… Diana in the leasing office is hands down all around friendly professional throughout the entire stay! We own very expensive vehicles and NEVER had a problem with them. Apartment sizes are hugh! The most important we always felt safe definitely recommend!!! Pet friendly ♥️

The apartment staff is very attentive and always stays in communication if there is anything going on. For instance, the winter storm. I left to stay somewhere else since the lights were out and they sent an email saying they were back on. My parents live in those luxury apartments and they didnt even email them about the pipes are lights being back on so its all about the leasing agents personality. My neighbors are great, Ive actually built a friendship with 2 families. The property stays clean. If I need any help with maintenance and send a request, they reply promptly. I can say the year Ive almost been here has been great. I love my spacious 3 bedroom. Both bathrooms have garden tubs.. Thankfully my unit was an upgraded so I have wood floors and theres only carpet in the bedrooms.The rooms are big and the living room, dining room area is very opened with very tall ceilings. The patio has a huge storage closet and the patio itself is bigger than others Ive ever seen. I hadnt had any problems from anyone and I feel safe. They just replaced their whole fence so I can tell they invest in their property.

I have not move in yet but it has been a smooth transition so far. Thanks to Diana Soto for all her hard work and assistance during this Covid-19 pandemic. Hoping my stay here will be meaningful.

Ive enjoyed my stay at Landmark so far. Its a well kept and quiet property. Apartments are very spacious.

In the 4yrs Ive been here I have no complaints. Sure the spacing in the apartments are great, the grounds are kept very clean and they always keep the residents informed for our security but the best review I can give is the staff. Ive lived in over 4 to 5 complexes in the Houston area and I dare anyone to find a nicer group of staff members. Theyre friendly, always greeting with smiles and a helpful attitude. The maintenance crew has always been quick to respond. It really is one of the best communities Ive lived.

My family and I moved from Chicago a year ago, these apartments were referred to me. The management team made it so easy for me and my family to transition. I lived there for a year....no problems at all...everytime I needed someone to fix anything no time was wasted. I really appreciate this team....it was a perfect home for my family.. If you are looking for a nice apartment this is the place.... We move in without seeing the apartment in person, we trusted the team....and it was more than Great!

I was a bit nervous about making a transition into a larger city, but the staff here at the landmark made everything so easy. This is probably the smoothest move we’ve ever made! They respond very quickly to any inquiry, our neighbors are all nice and it’s fairly quiet which is always a plus, especially with a new little one!

I don’t have any complaints. It very quite and comfortable for me.

I loved her in this community for little over four years, I recently had some hard times covid had put me outta work I had talked to Diana and they were really helpful and letting me somewhat late on rent she understood what had happen and pointed me in the direction were I could make payments and still have a place to call home.The maintenance team has been really helpful and we’re able to get my apartment back to normal as my dishwasher had broke and flooded the place they not only came to check what has happen but answered my phone call at 3 am which idk any apartment complex I lived in before would do that. Beth and the team has always been helpful even through my break up we’re I had to get the lease over in my name they were fast and dependable this place is dependable affordable and the team is great, I always get emails keeping me updated on things going on and when I need something or help they always answer the girls are very friendly, if your looking for a place to call home this would be the place it’s affordable, dependable and friendly . The only good thing about this place is they have good open space.We’re so excited to move out from this apartment. it’s full of bugs, insects and the cockroaches which I hate the most. There were plenty of fire ants welcomed us when we first we moved in.I live in the second floor, I always hearing foot steps above me, the same to my neighbor who live at the first floor saying I was making noise every time which I didn’t even know what did I do to make that noise. I never done anything loud.I never seen any places cutting grass this often, the noise is always annoying me early in the morning.They help nothing during covid-19, but keep calling for bills.

Great community for a 9 year resident and signed again. Recommended top spot for all grade levels for children. Apt. is huge and the rent is priced right. Beth and team have always been pleasant and efficient. When you look around the property you see your money at work with interior and exterior upgrades. Maintenance is on point and neighbors are friendly.

My Dad lives at this complex. Beth has always been pleasant and understanding. The other ladies not so much... they often do not communicate among each other and threaten you with eviction when you have already paid. lol Aside from that, maintenance is quick to fix any issues, the place is quiet and clean. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are huge, but it is expensive to live there. Almost $1400 for a two bedroom. There has been some crime in the 3 years Dad has lived there, but I do not think that can be blamed on the staff. There are bad people anywhere you live. Overall I give it a 4!

Horrible Service !! Paid $200 for application and admin fees with is understandable but got approved elsewhere contacted the office to let them know that I will no longer be continuing the application process. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex keep the entire $200 usually your refunded the admin fee ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR NOT GETTING THE APARTMENT. One lady stated I would be refunded in seven days then another lady in the front office told me that in the paperwork that I filled out it stated that the $200 would not be refunded I went over all the paperwork that was sent to me as well as the information online and nowhere in any of the paperwork or the on my application did it state that I would not be refunded. Just HORRIBLE!

So far so good, we have been here for a while. Just like the rest of the apartments there are flaws. But the rooms are spacious and swimming pool/Gym areas are pretty clean. Management plus maintainance staff are also friendly and hard working. If you had an issue, they will fix it right away when time allows it. The best thing I love about this place are the parking spaces! After a long night at work thats the last thing you should be worried about. Will update after my lease ends here, other than that no problems yet.Update 6.14.19 : Hands down one of the best management Ive ever seen! This is our last week here. Diana, Beth, Brittany, Alex and the rest are really hard working people who accommodate your needs and consistent with residential care. Unfortunately we gotta go, keep up the good work guys your residents love you!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after reading some of them I felt compelled to do so. Let me mention first that the staff is very pleasant polite and professional. I was A landlord myself many years ago and let me tell you it’s not easy. Over all this is a great place to live. Some people need to purchase a home for themselves in order to have the flawless living experience they desire and even then I imagine this won’t be good enough for them. Don’t worry Landmark, 90 percent of your tenants are pleased, Attribute the other 10 percent as haters!!!

I lived here for almost 3 years and I plan on residing here another year as well. The ladies in front office are very nice and professional. Whenever I request for maintenance, my requests get resolved immediately like the same day or the next business day. It’s very quiet especially at night time. I know my kids are safe when they’re outside playing with other children.

I lived here for two years, and the first year included Harvey. The complex is up on a hill, so there was zero flooding! We had no issues with this complex. The office staff was always friendly, maintenance always came in a timely manner and fixed anything we needed, and we even got just about our whole deposit back, no issues at all with our move out. I was super happy with our stay here, and if it werent for us having to care for a relative we would have stayed another year or two!

Recently moved to Houston for work and Diana helped make my moving process as painless as possible! I would also like to mention how fantastic the properties look.

This place is seriously ghetto and gross. You cant ever let your kids play outside. Theres drug bags everywhere and people sit in the parking lot banging rap music until all hours of the night. Everyone lets their dogs go to the bathroom everywhere and its never picked up. Theres always cops in the complex for something. Theyre remodeling right now which consists of spraying the cement with water and putting a fresh coat of black paint on the wrought iron which was super poorly done and they just dripped paint all over the place. The trash bins are constantly overflowing with rotten trash, I cant imagine living by them in the summer heat. Nothing is done the correct way, its done the cheap way. When I first rented I thought it looked nice and I feel seriously dumb. Im using savings to break my lease, its just not worth being somewhere unsafe and being afraid for your kids when you lay down at night. I was told there was a security guard but Ive literally never seen one around so Im sure thats just another lie.

We have been here going on 2 years now and we absolutely love it. First of all the apartments are very large and beautiful on the inside. Also the staff here is very helpful and nice, if you have a problem they fix it ASAP. The community itself is very clean, quiet and family friendly. There is a pool that is always clean and open year around. They gym is also open 24hrs and has a variety of work out equipment. I would definitely recommend this place as your new home.

Have you ever took a trip & you were tired and just exhausted that you where just anxious to get home ??? That’s exactly how I felt going back to back from apt shopping but as soon as I step into the office of the LANDMARKS and receiving that warm welcome by Diana Soto that’s when I knew I found home.From the intro to the showing to being introduced to the staff to signing the leaseI knew in my heart I was meant to be !Thank you Diana Soto for providing that Diamond resort experience.

Turning in my keys tonight because my lease is up. I must say I really enjoyed my stay here. Every complex has flaws, the difference is tiny and big flaws. You have to choose your battles wisely. The only cons I can think of are getting mail from the office, you have to have a slip to receive it, I am very busy and dont always have time to keep up with a piece of paper. Parking is the only other slight issue, sometimes there are a lot of people and many people have multiple cars and they dont move them which is unfair to those who would like to see their cars. Other than those minor things I adored this place and will probably be moving back. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly.NO CRIME. I never felt nervous going outside alone late at night. Maintenance is great and always handles issues promptly. And office staff has always been nice. I gave 5 stars because they deserve it.

Beware of this apartment complex!! If you want your door kicked in and your personal belongings stolen this is the place for you! If you like grown ass men with their pants to their knees walking in the middle of the street and wont move out of the way every time you try to go home, this is the place for you. If you like finding one hitters and glass pieces buried in the mulch because someone didnt want their parents to find out, this is the place for you! If you like little bastard kids who havent been patented, scratching your vehicles and sitting on them, this is the place for you. The fact of the matter is, I loved this place when I first moved in 2 years ago. Since I moved in, management has changed hands about 9 times and I couldnt even tell you who half of the people are that work there now. Every time I went into the office there was someone new. People let their children run all over the place and have no respect for anyone or anything. The tenants they allow to move in at this point is any trash off the street. We had neighbors move in and get evicted the same month because they didnt pay rent. People speed around the turns and you will almost get hit everyday. There are so many other better options for your money than this place. Its ghetto as hell, cops are there all the time, fights breaking out, peoples rims get stolen and come outside to their vehicle on cinder blocks. Im glad Im finally rid of this place and the trashy people that live there.

Apartments are relatively affordable, parking can be issue, especially late at night as some people park more than 2 cars. Most of the staff is friendly, but there are some bad apples. They like to hold your packages hostage. A staff member refused to give me my package because it wasnt listed on her clipboard, even though I showed her delivery confirmation. I had to go look for it myself in the package room, she (or someone) forgot to put it on the clipboard. This particular member of the staff, Ive had issues with her in the past, her attitude towards most of the residents is very negative, and she is not at all helpful most of the times. Request your deliveries to be delivered at your door step. Some of the UPS guys deliver at doors, but FEDEX and USPS mostly deliver at office.Edit: Id like to mention these apartments have some of the nicest and spacious bathrooms. They are like semi-master bath, and the bathtubs are huge. Definitely a plus.

So many roaches, spiders, and earwigs when we moved in. It took a month just to get it under control (a little). We had a stolen hub cap on our SUV, someone keyed our other vehicle, and then someone was robbed at gun point all in one week. It seemed like a great apartment complex on the outside but once you get in it you begin to see things for what they really. I am so glad that we only have to tolerate this complex for 3 months while our home is being built. I would use this place as an absolute LAST resort and even then I would still look for somewhere else.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD... DONT LIVE HERE... WHEN YOU MOVE OUT IT IS JUST PROBLEMS..I left a forwarding address when I moved out and to my knowledge verified my last payment. 5 months later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owed money when I was never notified from the apartment complex I owed money. Not even a call! Supposedly they said I didnt leave a forwarding address, well I did! I have a copy of the paperwork and theres a forwarding address... Now my credit is damaged for something that I would have happily paid if I wouldve been notified in the first place..Also towards the end of my lease (I was there for two years), I felt really unsafe. Downstairs neighbors would smoke weed all the time and the smell would get into our apartment. It was horrible, they would just let anybody move in. Anyways... There must be better apartment complexes around, keep looking!

I lived here for a year, recently moved out. At first I was very happy, I liked how large the bathroom and living room were in my one bedroom and I loved the location. But it didnt take long for me to realize all the flaws this place has. First issue we noticed soon after moving in were the fleas...we DO NOT have pets yet we had fleas. We self treated our apartment to get rid of this issue. In about our 3rd month we woke up to the sound of gunshots outside (5 shots ), I later confirmed with the office that indeed a shooting had taken place. For the second half of our lease we had new neighbors move in above us...they fought every night. I would be woke up in the middle of the night to them throwing each other around and yelling. I had to call the police 3 times! There are a ton of smaller issues also like how the dumpsters are always overflowing and I mean ALWAYS. People not putting there dogs on leashes and it took almost two weeks for them to come change the light bulb in my kitchen (not a normal bulb). Oh and i almost for got to mention the note we all got on our doors a few months ago warning us about 3 men robbing people at gunpoint in our complex!I would not recommend any of my friend or family to live here, It just not safe! Once you sign that lease your stuck. Just think twice about this place, I would hate someone to be stuck in my same situation.

I lived here from December 2011 to May 2017. Beth, manager is incredible! Always accommodating, always trying to bring value to the community with events and scheduling food trucks. The maintenance usually fixed things the first day the order was placed in. There were a few instances where an issue needed multiple visits, but they were always willing to help resolve.The complex was fine when I first moved in but declined over the years. Rent goes up every year, expect that anywhere you live though. Towards the end of my stay things became intolerable. Neighbors smoked weed daily, kids playing ball next to my cars and often hitting my cars, kids using my car as a canvas for mud paintings, people not picking up after there pets poop, junk cars parked in parking spots for months (this became highly inconvenient since parking was often scarce after 7), people in the pool after pool hours.The 2 things I wish I saw more of was much much much more strict enforcement of rules and higher level of selectiveness on tenants. I wish I could give more stars for how awesome Beth is. At the end of the day, the other tenants lack of courtesy and disregard for the community, dramatically ruined my experience.

I lived here a few years ago and loved it so much. Beth and Wendy have been the managers for as long as Ive known this complex and they are both great. Life changes are the only reason I left. I highly recommend coming here!!

This complex is nice. The apartments are large. Excellent value, as the rents are affordable for the area and size of the unit. Complex is quiet and has a diverse working class community. Chris is uptight with a stick up his butt. A person who complains because kids are playing (a very normal thing for kids to do!!!!!!!), that tells you he his UPTIGHT. Chris is also OCD..crooked switches and lights...you have issues buddy. THUGS is Chris co-word for black men. So Chris is racist too on top of everything else.Overall nice apartment to live in...close to HWY 6 and all the shopping there, and right off HWY 290.Dont listen to me or Chris, go for yourself.

This place is horrible. It’s poorly managed. The grounds aren’t maintained well. There is always trash everywhere, issues with the gates so they are more often than not just left open. There was a shooting on the property right outside of my building. Management didn’t address it at all, no letter or email... NOTHING!I would not recommend this place to anyone! They have low standards and I am glad to be out of there!

My family moved in last year and weve havent encountered any problems in or around the apartment community. When maintenance is required, Alex, Maintenance Specialist, is very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous-never have to call him back twice to fix the same thing twice.

Love this place. Apartments are huge, affordable, and the community is very respectful and quiet. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hope to stick around for awhile.

I still reside here its a nice place (more of a dog community complex) makes the apt smell like pets when u dont have one 😫

DO NOT APPLY HERE! My application was unfairly denied for reasons that I disclosed to the leasing agent upfront. She said that it wouldnt be a problem yet it was still denied. She also told me that $100 out of the $150 app/admin fee was refundable, but they refused to refund it after my application was denied. They basically scammed me out of $150 because I was completely mislead and lied to. I have also been told that they charge unreasonable amounts for utilities, ie water and electricity.

I have lived here for 6 years and I love it here. Wendy and Beth watched my boys and notified me when my boys were up to no good... Beth worked with me on so many different occasions When wendy left I felt like a part of my family moved...I do not care for the new lady Caitlin to much but beth wendy robin love those ladies . I am moving because I am getting married next year and need to downsize to save . I will miss you guys.yvette #908
