Pool is closed again on Saturday,. I asked Daisy and she said in a really bad manner that dont bother her asking for swimming pool because she has more important things to do, swimming pool is responsibility of the maintenance guys if they are lazy or forget to open is not her problem... Wow, amazing place to live.(ب_ب)

I hate swimming pool is not open even on Saturday, other places are already enjoying swimming pool everyday. This place is horrible, I was supposed to have a fully renewed apartment but what I got was disgusting ugly apartment, I had to call Houston Apartments Association to get a working stove and fridge and now I need replace of the nasty carpet but I guess I will have to call the Houston Apartment Association again, its not way this people can accomplish their responsibilities and be honest for once, the management womans and owner are the same thing waste of time talking about maintenance. Not mention that woman called Daisy, she is very rude and despicable.

Lived here for 3 years, this is my first year having a problem with mice an apparently my neighbors are having the same problem as well. Maintenance does their job but it’s only 2 guys. Office people NEVER answer the phone an they take their time to get back with you on things such as maintenance request. Besides that my stay has been ok

Been complaining about molds in my apartment and peeling of paint in the restroom which happened from a leak upstairs from May. The manager came to look still nothing. Its sad to know you living somewhere and paying your money to be treated as such. Everyday they fixed units for new residents but forget about the people who were there before.

A wonderful property with tons of amenities! The new management is excellent and theyve given the whole property a makeover - upgraded my unit to ceramic flooring and granite countertops. Its also very peaceful and for the size of the apartments its quite affordable. The complex is also zoned to Bellaire High School so thats a huge plus!

I have lived here for almost 1 year. I love it. The unit is nice and spacious and it’s gated. I feel safe and not once have I seen anything bad happen here. The prices are very affordable for the are!! I am transferring to a 3 bedroom unit in the same complex. Pool is nice and plenty of fruit trees all around the property!! Best decision ever made ❤️❤️❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I moved into Mark VI a few months ago and really have enjoyed my experience so far. I have very big one bedroom for a very affordable price. All my maintenance needs have been taken care of in a very timely manner. The manager really made my move in experience very easy and she has been helpful for any questions I have had. I would highly recommend this place to any future residents moving to the area.

I live in Mark VI Apartments for more than two years. My family and I are very pleased about the service we receive from this office staff. They are very professional and efficient . My service requests were always done in same day . Maintenance staff are also very polite and professional. I plan to live hear with my family for a long time. I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

Great place to live! Kind and caring staff that will go out of their way to help you. Tony has excellent people skills and always greets you with a smile. Management seems to keep this place in order, Mrs. Yang is very professional and courteous. The maintenance staff will come and fix any problem swiftly. Security is great, I havent had any problems living here with my family. The pool is always neat and clean. Overall my experience here has been great. I plan to stay here for many more years, my family loves it. Very affordable pricing!

Very nice apartment complex! Clean and safe. They have great people working there such as Tony and Mrs. Yang. They do a good job with their maintenance staff as well. Would highly reccomend! For the price, you cant go wrong!

Yeah maybe there old But There Fixing Them ... The apartment From the Inside There so clean! Better the other ones that are pretty from the Outside but they have trash inside the complex of the apartments .. 😝

During their Heyday Mark VI apartments were pretty nice in 70s and early 80s. Then they got all run down during the energy crash of the mid 1980s and vacancies soared. Then low socio economic migrants arrived from Central America and started renting them for cheap. Dont know how they fair these days. Looks like Asian Mgmt proprietors are turning things around and making them descent to live once again nothing like they were back in their glory days. I like the patios with all the greenary looks very Asianesque. Old infrastructure apartments but spacious like the old apartments that were built back in the days with big closets too. A Bang for your Buck! better residing here than in Gulfton Area apartments. Also one of the PERKS kids zoned to good Middle School Pershing and Bellaire High almost makes worth the sacrifice Dont know too much of the Gates and all didnt have them back then. 龙来了。

Quiet but the maintance on the apartment is low

Had an interview with Mrs. Yang. Very unprofessional and felt discriminated. Never in my life had I been asked if I was legal to work here in the U.S. at an interview. Reached out to the company and still haven’t heard anything from them. If this is who you have here as a manager I can only imagine how she treats her residents.

Rude and nonchalant manager. Posted to be open Mon-Sat but never open on Sat. Our apartment is noisy facing the street and the former manager promised to replace for us but current just broke this promise. Most awfully, countless cockroaches running from outdated floor and carpet. The only attractive is price is cheap and privately-owned carport.

The new manager is horrible and annoying, it is noisy at night, they never fix anything and charge you extra and the manager try to capture cats and poison them but I stopped her by threatening her by calling the animal cops and she doesnt take care of the wild dogs barking all the time, the wild dogs are colonizing the area. And they dont do anything.

You can no longer live for 2 months you can not sleep well a lot of noise and disorder dirt everywhere the washers and dryers never work the drains are flooded, it is impossible to enter our apartments and they have never changed the refrigerator no matter what She asked for their help the shower wall is falling in the same way they never were able to fix these problems there is no security I am disappointed in the change that has taken place I was very happy living in this place for 4 years but now I cant stand it for a second God help me get out soon.

A very quiet place super fast maintenance very friendly office staff. I am happy to live in this place for more than three years.

Very clean property, 24 hour maintenance available, property is very nice now with new renovations and great customer service in the office.

These apartments do not work

I live in this apartment complex, and I really like the place is peaceful and has moderate security both parking and entry gates need a key to enter, the manager usually sends emails when something is happening in the vicinity, likes to be clean and that respect the plants.

There is no parking at all. During Hurricane Harvey around 80% -85% of the complex had water entering apartment units. The carpet in some units was removed. However, Im not sure if the tenants or if the maintenance did the job. The sheetrock has not yet been removed. Talk about mold and mildew growth. It is not a healthy environment for families, much less anyone. If you dont know what MOLD can do for your health, or if you dont know the side effects of MOLD google. Google is your best friend. Please note if you choose to live here buy flood insurance for your belongings because in the lease you are not protected. TENANT CAUTION !!There is no parking at all.
