A best place for living due to quality management specially her manager she is very humble and caring attitude for their customer. I love this place and highly recommend others who are seeing this because their environment is like home you will absolutely not feel alone.

Literally the worst management staff. Rotations every few months to an year. Manager is never available. Staff changes lease terms upon renewal without consent. Customer always ends up losing or paying more than anticipated. Buildings burned down recently. No fire sprinklers installed. Outside lights have not been working throughout August and even now. Pitch dark and dangerous in some areas. Young adults smoking pot everywhere in the complex. Idiots with loud exhausts showing no respect to residents. Filthy complex!

This community is like no other in Houston that I have found! Neighbors are friendly and warm, management responds immediately and is very helpful, apartment is just the space I was looking for, complex is green and colorful with lots of community open areas with play areas for kids and gathering areas for adults, the area feels safe and because the community is close everyone looks out for one another! I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is awesome! I did a lot of research before choosing to live at Crescent Oaks Apartments and I absolutely love it. Great community, quality apartment, amazing service and amenities and specialty THE Masque- all at a reasonable price. Shout out to Neda - shes awesome Manager! Her and her team are always friendly and effective. I wouldnt see myself living in other place in Southwest as it is close to any number of restaurants (Afghan, Indian, Middle eastern....etc), stores and the services you can imagine for example Neda was always in contact with all residence to help them due to power outage and winters freezing snow storm which is definitely not the case at most apartments.

THIS Apartment complex is the worse. Management and Maintenance are useless. Water leaks are everywhere, particularly from the toilet on second floor.CURRENTLY having water leak from the ceiling passing through the electrical system. We called the management for months [everyday], non were responding.RECENTLY one unit was on fire due to fire hazards which never been taken care of!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Good apartments on one of the best location in Houston. These one, two three bed rooms apartments. Mostly they have two story buildings, in some area they have three stories also.There is an Islamic center, Madrassa Islamiya masjid is on the corner of the property also. The leasing office staff is also good.

If you are looking for moderately priced, this is an outstanding place to live quiet well maintained, Clean, and friendly apartments with quick response to maintenance requests. Love it here

Very impressed with the community, one it is a great location right across the street from some of the best schools. We can walk to any type of services you need (health, social and groceries). The office staff were very caring and sensitive to my needs. The most important of all, the apartments are spacious and clean. I like the fact that there is only one entrance and exit in front. The access gates look like they are respected and enforced, which is a plus for my family. I would recommend this property if you are wanting to live in SW Houston. Thank you for taking the time to show me around and that you also implemented CDC guidelines for the pandemic we are in. Many companies don’t care to enforce the rules but I know you’ll care. Again thank you!

I just want to share my experience since i am living in crescent oaks almost 9years i never have any kind of issue. The management is very caring and taking care of all residents. Service is very prompt and recently we had some problem with our car parking and manager and supervisor came into this and resolve our problem promptly. We are really great full to them and I highly recommended.

Great apartments, great pricing, and amazing staff

Never seem to clean resident trash disposal sites. Bedbugs, bedbugs, bedbugs.They took my car only because I did not had a sticker. Dont even think about renting here..If you go to leasing office with a complain they just write in a paper and forget afterwards, they dont put complains in their database properly. Thats why complains are never found or solved at the time of need. Poor management and weak communication merely based on more talk and less action.
