The only person in the office getting a FIVE STAR is SABRINA!! She goes out of her way to help me with all my inquiries and deals with it all in a timely manner.Sabrina deserves a GOLD MEDAL for her OUTSTANDING customer service. Msoo is GREAT too!! The management team in your Richmond Avenue location needs to be REPLACED. Lots of residents are NOT intending to RENEW THEIR LEASES because of the management.

I’ve been living here for a little over a year when they came under new management by Park West.. the staff is unprofessional. They don’t know how to properly communicate with their residents, aren’t timely in their responses via email or coordinating emails with important information. I’ve been charged multiple times for discrepancies due to their offices lack of competence and apparently I am not the only resident that this has happened to. We pay monthly for amenities that we haven’t had access to since coming under this new management and are being asked to pay for documentation that is already available to the leasing office. Overall I’m just very disappointed with this new management and wish these changes didn’t come into effect as soon as I renewed my lease.

The representative Msoo deserves a 5 star. Hands down, without a doubt. Finished my task and answered my questions easily with great service. Definitely made my life easier. Would recommend talking to Msoo.

I dont easily write reviews but at this point I would be in self denial if ignore to share my experience in this property for 3 good years, Particularly of recent. I have interfaced with all of the Bridge property management staffs, including the maintenance guys and I can only describe them as amazing, compassionate, responsible and indisputably professional. Im thrilled with the recent beautification and renovations going on within the property and can only imagine how beautiful the environment will be in the next 6 months. I have enjoyed respectful neighbors for the past 3 yrs, remarkably all my parcels delivered when Im away for work stays untouched for 2-3 weeks. Whenever I call to request for an order, before I drop my phone, mentainance guys will be knocking on the door. I have just renewed my lease for th 4th year here. If anyone out there needs a place to feel like home, west park property @Richmond Avenue is your best bet. Thank you guys for the amazing job and the management keep it up!

I have been living here since 2018 and have never had a problem (not staff, not apts). I have an autistic son and quiet matters. These apartments offer just that and safety. I love living here. The access to stores, cleanliness, safety, maintenance and price make these apartments the best.

Please don’t move here there’s roaches not only that there always dead bugs popping up around the apartment the managers are very much ghetto in unprofessional there’s nothing nice about this place they never answer the phone secondly they never fix problems I wouldn’t get my dog a lease over here the gate is always broken they saying they renovating apartments that’s a lie don’t be intrigued the Hispanic lady is the worse one these apartments are going down please take head to this review Sabrina no longer works there it’s a new women from San Marino which is the worse apartments on highway 6 she’s unprofessional in have no form or talkative skills they just hire anyone from the streets these people have no qualifications

I been living here since Dec 2020 and so far it’s been a good experience. Macy is an amazing leasing agent. Parking is good, maintenance comes promptly. Just waiting waiting for the summer to experience the pool area.*Update*Now that new management have taken over things are starting to change for sure. Parking have been just fine and now they want to require parking permits and in order to get approved you have to show insurance and your drivers license. I honestly don’t see why that’s important. I see the rent have increased and I don’t see any new fixtures in the apts.

I am currently at tenant at Arium Park West, my advice is if you have another choice dont move into this apartment.First my car was broken into twice and finally they stolen it. I went through untold hardship.Dont be deceived with the occasional patrol car you see. they dont stay more than three months.The gates break down a lot and can be open for over three weeks. THIS IS THE REASON WHY THE RENT IS STILL CHEAP FOR OVER 10 YEARS.The apartments are good but the management is a sorry story. The Manager Berta or the Carrol Management I dont know whom among them that is extremely incompetent. She will never solve any of your problems.Dont stay here if your security is your priority. I finally moved out in May when some thieves climbed up to my patio and try to break into my apartment through the patio door yet the security was out in front supposedly. The police that came out to my apartment said that ARIUM park west is very notorious for break in.I thought as a business when something keeps failing you change it. If you are still a tenant in ARIUM park west half of Houston knows your gate code and that gated will always breakdown. The management will never tell you all these. The counter tops too are fake. They ain’t the real granite top..Like I said if you want cheap rent. Goodluck and whoever that responded to me never effected any difference so don’t hope they will listen to you and take care of you.

The worst place to live and they just know how can get money from costumers. Please be careful before singing the contract. Un safe place, tow times brooks my car window. Very bad experience.

The staff in the office are very knowledgeable and very professional they go above and beyond to ensure the relaxed and high quality of living here. I have had a great experience so far with ARIUM Park West. I love my new home! If you are looking for people that care this is the place!

Iris, Bertha, and Belinda are very professional and prompt when it comes to doing business. They make all of the residents feel comfortable and put them at top priority. The property itself has great amenities and the apartments are very pretty!

I I’ve this place it’s like a village of people that what the same morals and look out for each other, some of our residents are also city fire fighters and police so we feel safe. Whenever I put a service request in the responses quick. I would refer Arium to any of my family or friends

This place was sort of nice when I moved in. I had some issues that were not resolved but it was still okay. But now I cant get anyone to answer the phone when I call and I cant get anything fixed in a timely fashion. As soon as Im able to get out Im out!

If I could give 0star I would. I have been trying to get in touch with the management, but no one answers. My apartment don’t have water since yesterday noon till today, no water from the sink, no water to flush the toilet, no shower water, nothing!!. I have called the management all day no one is responding, I have left more than 5 different massages since yesterday. I don’t know if this is happening to everyone in the complex but all I know is that this is a one bedroom apartment with no water anywhere, you can imagine how very very inconvenient this is. At least management should be able to answer the phone and tell me what’s going on. I have a 3 year old and I need water or else I will report this to the appropriate authorities, this is absolute negligence to the property residents. Please if you are looking for an apartment to stay, look for an apartment somewhere else cause an apartment complex is nothing if the management is never there and never responding especially in an urgent matter like this. Very SORRY management.

I love my apartment but the problem is I feel harassed. I was only 5 days late and I sent out a email notifying them and when it will be paid on Friday(this morning) . Well yesterday my boyfriend showed me a piece of paper. Basically stating if not paid by April 3 you will be evicted. Thats NOT EVEN 90 DAYS. Im looking at other places before my lease is up.That is definitely not how people should be treated.

I wasnt going to write a review about a situation that my boyfriend and I went through with the application process but I saw someone in the reviews with something similar so Im going to let yall know as well. So my boyfriend and I was encouraged by one of the people in the leasing office to apply so we did and it was Bertha that helped us out with the application process and so we applied and we knew that we were going to be denied due to not having the best credit at the moment and so before we applied i clearly mentioned that to her and we were told that they give those who get denied a second chance through liberty rent or an override. So when we did get denied maybe a day or two later Bertha emailed me and ask for income verification and Id through email so shell get started with the process through liberty rent, I sent her the needed documents through email and next thing I see is Bertha mentioning that shes going to be out of office for a whole week and her assistance Belinda was going to help. So for that whole week, my boyfriend and I didnt receive any updates or follow ups in regards to the process with Liberty Rent. When my boyfriend decided to call we were then told that the apartment number that we applied for was leased by someone else. So long story short they knew exactly what they were doing and was out to just get our money from the application fee because i clearly asked what do they do to help those who get denied before we apply so we wouldnt waste money and im upset that we really believed their BS. I emailed her about 2 or 3 days after she came back to office about a follow up and she has not emailed me back since and also she always seem to be busy every time my boyfriend and I called and asked for her. They only cater to those who get approved right away because they dont want to deal with the extra work of those who get denied. Dont say that yall help those who get denied and then disappear.

I was encouraged to apply by one of the leasing office staff Macy. Unfortunately, she fell ill and was never at work afterwards. At the mercy of the other mean ladies and my application was rejected because they want my partner to drop his W2 as MD?CEO of his own company. It took more than 10days to finally get an answer of rejection because i am not from their race and they would rather give the apartment to their own person. I later heard that they have a lot of their own people that want that same size i requested so i see why i was rejected. Their conscience allowed them do such wicked act to a fellow human. Not advisable for any black to come apply here. Still waiting for your reply

Not a good place to live. Numerous vehicles were broken into. Office could not help. They have cameras but they are just for decorating.

I love living here! Im going on three years and my experience has been awesome. The area is very convenient to major thoroughfares, yet its very calm and quiet here. The complex is lovely and well maintained. Trash pick up is great! The maintenance staff is promt and courteous. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Thomas. Great place to live.

Just move in and i love it, Iris is the best! she was so understanding, patient and just over all GREAT .. she made sure everything was ready by our moving date, im so glad we landed in her hands, maintenance is also great they get things done the same day . I LOVE IT HERE 😊

If zero stars was an option thats what I would give. From my apartment flooding on day 1, to maintenance barging into my apartment unannounced to random leases violations that werent always in the lease. Roach problems, unprofessional all around from EVERYONE at the management office. Over $2000 on my move out form when I did not have access to my apartment the last 15 days as my keys did not work so we could not clean. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. IF YOU CAN AVOID STAYING HERE, PLEASE DO. I had stuff stolen off my porch which I reported it to the office just to inform them and was told it wasnt there problem. I was just trying to inform them. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS. I would much rather be homeless then stay here.

I have been living here for about 4yrs. They had make my experience very pleasant. Stuff is very professional and helpful. Specially Thomas and mayra. Every time I have an issue they fixed it right away. I’m very happy! And they love my dog! Thumbs up for that too.

I moved into ARIUM Park West in October with my sister. So far it’s been an amazing experience. There were a few roaches when we first moved in, but the office quickly sent out pest control and we never had issues with roaches again. There were some car break ins, and the office decided to put up cameras. The apartments aren’t ghetto, it’s very quiet here. I feel safe walking my dog at night around the complex.I’d like to highlight Thomas Anderson in the leasing office. He is absolutely amazing. I don’t like dealing with others in the office because they simply aren’t as knowledgeable. I trust Thomas to help with anything I need. If he’s on break or off, I just wait and come back when he is there. Truly a wonderful and efficient professional.

I have been here for almost a year and Ive had a great experience! Mayra and Thomas are awesome, they are always friendly and make me feel like part of the family. Any issue Ive had they handled and resolved. They also make community events every month to treat all the residents, even though I cant make it to all of them, I had a lot of fun in the ones I did attend. Glad to be living here and highly recommend!

This is the worst apartment complex i have ever seen. The team in the office are not professional at all, they are careless, they do not pay attention at all. Its my first month here and I feel like it was the worst decision Ive ever made. Everything in the apartment is old, nothing works, and they take all the time they want to fix the broken things in your unit. When I moved here they gave me a discount which now they want to make me pay, I spent more than two weeks trying to move here because they dont know what they are doing and they waste your time calling and going to the office. They never answer the phone even when they are inside. All the neighbors that I have met have the same opinion, nobody likes it here. Find another option

This is a great apartment property. I need to move ASAP from Minnesota to Houston Texas and in one day I was able to set up a lease. They were very helpfully especially Thomas. I enjoy loving here in a one bedroom. The only thing is the gate breaks a few times but I do recommend choosing this location and apartment complex. Oh also they have been right on when I need something fixed and answered all questions

Thomas the leasing agent was great 👍🏾. He listened and tried his best to resolve the issues I had. I moved out and I was so happy to leave this place. The movers couldn’t move me out fast enough. I hope the company as a whole take a serious look at the low ratings and find ways to make this community better. You may have to put more money into this place to make it better and find great employees like Thomas who care about the residents. Look for quality not quantity in potential residents. Hopefully positive changes for the future for this community.

I love living here, the property is amazing and the staff is wonderful. There’s this one little man in particular named Thomas whom is super helpful and responsive to my needs. He is always my go to guy for any inconveniences about the place (which is little to none because the property upkeep is well......up kept😂)ALL of the staff have just...made my stay much more enjoyable, I sleep well in my cozy one bedroom apt with spacious space like a big ol space ship, knowing I am in good hands even though the property isn’t related to Allstate. The prices are within range, and the neighbors are friendly. I am glad that I am able to have my beloved pooch, Peanut, by my side at all times, especially when we frolic about in the welcoming dog park. He has made so many friends. I absolutely love it here and don’t think I’ll be moving anytime soon. To sum it all up, this place is AMAZING. This would be the first place I’ve lived where I’ve felt I can call it my HOME. I’m quite satisfied with all that has been done to help me settle in. The staff aren’t staff anymore.........they’re family.

Let me just make this clear these are very nice looking apartments and the community seems great however, there’s a lack of professionalism & urgency here, I’ve only been a tenant here for 5 day & first unit I was supposed to move into the tenants end up staying and I was forced into an apartment that was higher in cost even though I paid for a particular unit, And as far as the second unit it was not ready when I was told it would be upon moving and receiving my keys the apartment already had pest issues more specifically roaches in the kitchen area of all places, the refrigerator full of rust and mildew Which you can smell upon opening the refrigerator the ice machine was disconnected/removed and not replaced, the wood paneling & cabinets in the restrooms were warped from water damage. I was told pest control would be out to my apartment on a specific day however that did not happen coincidentally they lost the keys to my apartment and could not get in and they claim my number was disconnected And they couldn’t get a hold of me, here we are a week later no issues resolved I am unable to not only buy groceries but cook a meal in my apartment because there’s mildew and mold and rust in the refrigerator on top of the roaches they have created a nest inside The countertop and cabinets and even though they are willing to let me switch units I have to pay the asking price of whatever unit I move into they are not accommodating me at all or trying to make it right other than saying that they’re going to Clean the refrigerator and continuously spray for roaches who wants to move into a luxury apartment and deal with that before they even moved in Would not recommend moving here unless you would like to go through the same thing. I have only been a tenant for 5 days.

Im currently in my second lease at this property, and I have mixed feelings about this place. The office people are always courteous, and someone answers the phone about 90%of the time. The unit itself is pretty decent, but not up-to-date. My major issues are with the thin walls and constantly hearing my upstairs neighbors kids stomping and running back and forth for hours. The other issue is with the valet trash service. The complex requires a plastic trash can (not sure why), which they provide initially, but someone stole mine twice and the complex expects me to keep paying for more trash cans. Oh, and they wont pick up the trash without one even though they still charge me for the service every month. I wouldnt recommend this place in good conscience, but the office folks are friendly.

Though I have only been here six months, I can actually say I have enjoyed residing here. No issues with maintenance, pleasant neighbors, and no problems with bugs, etc. If you are thinking of leasing, talk to Thomas in the office. Hes got ya!

Been here for two years . Everyone is very friendly and willing to help when possible. Come check it out. There is a movie room, pool, and dog park. There is a pool room and gym too. Every so often they will have family events during the week and weekends with big turn outs. Come join the family!

I’ve been here for four-five years and it’s been great so far. Thomas and the property manager are very helpful with accommodating any needs or repairs around the unit. Clean and quiet community and the valet trash is a great perk!

I lived there for 3+ years. Best place Ive stayed. I do miss it. Only thing I hated was the multiple car break-ins from August-September 2018 which was HORRIBLE (they hired security after that and hired all new staff), and the trash issue but they began using a valet trash service which was perfect! Staff was great, maintenance was friendly & prompt. They also had cool events for residents. Units were HUGE for the price, neighbors werent disruptive...I loved it.

Thomas is THE best! We are always treated as top priority when dealing him him and he gets things done fast. This place really takes pride in their customer service. Highly recommend!

In my search for a new place to live I researched and reviewed 12 apartments all in the vicinity of ARIUM Park West. I compared square footage, pricing and reviews from two sources. Arium Park West was in my top 3. Grounds were kept up. Apartments are constructed well. Price for the square footage was perfect. It’s true what they say about Thomas. When I applied Thomas made sure all my questions were answered. I didn’t feel rushed or insignificant. In fact just the opposite. He went above and beyond to make sure the answers he provided were not only thorough but accurate. I hope management is paying attention and realizes the gem they have working their front office. For those reading this, unfortunately I was not approved to be a resident due to my own circumstances but I had to make sure I shared my experience. It was phenomenal and what you would want to experience.

This is one of the worst apartment complex I have ever seen as of now. I signed for an apartment lease but management company could not provide me the apartment I signed for and did not inform me even two days ahead of my apartment to move in date. Just a day before my move in date they said they are unable to provide me the apartment that i signed to lease. Arium park management offered me to take lease for another apartment or they will give me my money back that i paid for application and other fees. i didn’t like The apartment that they suggested after my multiple inspection. I told them several time if they repair/address things to rectify then i will move in To their suggested apartment. I gave them enough time to repair those stuffs but they didn’t address all properly. At the end I decided not to do any business with arium park and asked them to give me my money back that they promised me to give me back if i don’t like the apartment the have suggested . But at this point that he’s agreed to provide me my money back and just said sorry . Employees in the leasing office are very unprofessional and cannot fulfill the promises they make. I won’t recommend anyone to take or sign an apartment lease In this apartment complex

Living at ARIUM Parkwest has been a really good experience for me and my family. Moving into the apartment was handled fast and professionally and we were able to get some good discounts on the first months rent. The leasing office is helpful especially Thomas. We have been in our current room for about 8 months and so far haven’t had anything to complain about.

Assistant Manager Mayra should be fired for her negligence and indifference towards resolving tenant issues! She has been absolutely inept handling our dispute! It seemed like she was mostly focused on how much money the management can squeeze out of tenants during the move out process. I hope the management realizes that treating people with respect and dignity goes a long way to sustain profitability. Going above and beyond to charge ridiculous fees to tenants should not be an acceptable business practice.

First off: Janet and Thomas in the leasing office are EXTREMELY AMAZING and so PROFESSIONAL.The apartments are very well kept up, maintenance is always fast and ready. The amenities are great, the buildings are kept up and the landscaping is always done.The price for square footage is amazing I have an a3 which is 860sqft and my rent is $960 (that’s unbeatable).I recommend coming and checking them out IMMEDIATELY

Best apartment we have lived in . All the staff is amazing, we especially love the assistant manager Mayra she is always friendly and attentive with us. We feel like family here and the customer service is Phenomenal.

I currently live in one of Arium Park West apartments. I have lived here 3 years. We recently transferred from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom in efforts to save more aggressively for a home. Before our transfer, we had little to no issues with the leasing office. There were occasionally no response to maintenance request but for the most part they handle our request. The transfer process was a joke and it was handled very poorly! I called often to make sure everything was on track for our move weeks at time. When it was time to move, we were told it would not be possible due to the current tenant changing their minds. That was a back and forth issue! Then when that was resolved, we were told we will needed to pay $500 to transfer(we had always been told by office staff $175). The problems of them not being organized and careless continued to unfold! After we moved out of the 2 bedroom, I went to the office and said if there is anything we can do to make sure we are not receiving charges for anything, please let us know. The pictures show the apartment was left in good condition. They didn’t get back to us so we went to them and asked how did the inspection go. We were told Martha would be going to look at it on May 26th when she returns to work. I emailed her May 25th asking her to let us know how it goes. Long long long story short, she ignored us for almost 2 weeks. When I finally was able to see her, she didn’t apologize for not getting back with us or even acknowledge her part in the matter. She immediately passed me over to Thomas stating she was leaving. I could not believe how unprofessional they were handling our matter! I was left in shock! She carelessly charged us $600 for damages to the carpet and walls. There were no damages. The carpet wasn’t replaced when we moved in(but it was cleaned professionally). It was time for replacement carpet and they made us pay for it! The walls were not damaged! The picture showed this. After they broke this $600 into installments it bought us to paying what we were paying in the 2 bedroom. I’m so furious that we were treated this way! I sit down and calculate how much money we have pushed into this company (over $42,000) and was and still in disbelief by the treatment we were given! We even attempted to contact the company looking for someone to help us look into it. We spoke with Sue Lindsey with Carroll Management, who was very dismissive. The first sentence to come from her was, “ I don’t mean any disrespect but you need to speak with your leasing office”. I emailed her prior to speaking with her giving her dates I tried reaching out to everyone. Her lack of empathy and professionalism let me know she would not be helpful. The apartments are fine but the issues with dealing with the staff, overpowers the peaceful environment the apartments offers! We had a friend who was in the application process to move into this property. We immediately called them to tell them to rethink their decision to come to say here. We once loved this property but now, we will be anxiously waiting for our lease to end. It will be foolish for us to continue giving our money to a company who lacks customer service and does not value us!

Hi I love these apartments everyone in the office is always so nice and understanding with any problem you may have. if you have maintenance issues they take care of it the best to that knowledge they have dry trash pickup they have different family gathering for the community I give them a five star rating because from my experience of living here its been good and may God continue to bless them with their good services amen.

Customer Service! Kristen was simply amazing. She assisted in every way possible to get me through the process as quick as possible while ensuring all bases were covered. She has great communication and a was very accommodating during the entire process. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I feel comfortable and confident as a new resident here thanks to Kristen.

Lovely place to be, so peaceful and neat. Why do some people tell lies about this amazing place? Staffs are so friendly, maintenance always come when I need them to fix stuffs for me, and its well secured. I love it here. Thanks Arium Park. Youre the best.

Best rates and very clean! Although I dont live here yet but will soon, the staff- especially Thomas was very welcoming and attentive to what I wanted. Definitely recommend Arium to all of you! If there was a nomination for best customer service award, I would definitely choose Thomas!!

My experience has been very good so far. Thomas made my move in process hitch-free. He is very professional and deserves all the credit. My apartment was ready on my move-in date without any issues. I am totally satisfied with my apartment. Everything was as expected. No surprises, no disappointment. I will definitely recommend this apartment.

The manager Eva is amazing! She’s kind, understanding & patient! Always willing to work with you! They have a wonderful staff team! Not many apartments have a manager like that! Maintenance is always quick too!

Lauren Weathersby has been great. She has went above and beyond to help me with whatever I needed. Lauren is awesome! Ever since I have moved in,Ive never had any problems with my apartment. Everything here is so nice and quiet and thats a wonderful feeling. The property is always clean and well maintained,the leasing staff(Thomas) is very friendly and provides excellent customer service also. I love it here and wouldnt rather be anywhere else. Five stars from me.

I’ve lived in my apartment for nearly two years. The last 4-5 months since the new tenants moved in above me makes it very difficult to enjoy living at my apartment that I faithfully pay for. The tenants are obnoxiously loud nearly all hours of the day. Early morning, during the day and at night. I, too have a child, but I never let her bang or stomp on the floor or walls knowing that someone lives below me. Turning up my TV doesn’t even help. The tenants are also violating their lease by having 2 times the enforced capacity of residents in their one bedroom unit. Who wants to have guests over when they, too will have to deal with the noise. I’ve tried talking to them and informing management. Nothing matters and clearly no one cares. It’s extremely disappointing to know that lease violations mean nothing to management. But I’m sure being late with your rent or abandoning your lease will have management at your heels in no time. I will never recommend this complex to anyone and I definitely won’t be renewing my lease.

Nice apartment. Pretty impressed so far. There was a time it took a while for maintenance guy to show up but the management overall is excellent.

Great complex. Everyone in the office is very friendly, maintenance request get answered very promptly. Glad to call this place home!

My experience started rocky but Thomas made sure to address my issues and got me into my apartment. I probably wouldnt be here if it wasn’t for Thomas. He’s really a great worker and asset to the complex.

THOMAS is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us. He’s the only one that took (most of) stress away from us. His work ethic is professional and haven’t made us feel that when asking a question was a burden on him.Overall the team, (despite a few problems) at Arium Park West were great, but THOMAS gets our vote. His level of service is A++ and needs praise he deserves for all his hard work.Nice, clean and well maintained property. It’s a quiet neighborhood and good size apartments. Good value for your money.

Tenants are forced to pay for trash pick up which requires them to leave the trash out in the halls. As a result, the stench of the halls and walkways is unbearable because of the stains and liquids left by the trash. Small sized trash bins are provided and are only allowed to placed outside during hours that are not convenient for everyone forcing them to take the trash on their own while still being forced to pay for the service. The entire place needs to be pressure washed. Failure to abide by those rules results in a fine.

The manager at this complex needs to be fired she is rude and very disrespectful. Walked in and the manager was talking about me in Spanish not realizing I understand every word that was being said... She is very unorganized. Do not recommended this place until they get new management!( Thomas the leasing agent should be the manager he is the only one that is professional And always does the best he can too help )

I love these apartments. I am a new tenant & my move in experience was easy & smooth. Lauren made sure my apartment was PERFECT for move in. New carpet, clean air vents, new appliances, etc. Also I have an excessive amount of space for the price I pay. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking. Friendly staff & reliable maintenance.

There is no way to thank Arium Park West enough for all the help I received. I have been stressed from work and running because I am a truck driver but Thomas went so above and beyond his job for me that I MUST say something. He has been the greatest when it comes to helping me set up renters insurance, light, getting furniture, finding the teachers of my kids and suggesting a great place to get drinks for happy hour. Thank you so much Thomas (and arium for all your help)!

Went by to do a viewing. And I’m impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the place. Good job.

First was the trash situation.... the compactor in the back had been the biggest complaint of the complex for years. They upgraded to valet trash, which is better. Staff changes as much as I take out the trash no rapport with the tenants with that much change. So us tenants are left to feel unimportant. Entrance gates, never working correctly.... now again... when someone enters it doesnt matter both open gates open... of course one is right infront of my apartment, get to hear it constantly. Apartments just signed an agreement with a towing company, so I now pay for a parking space I have to be weary of a towing company, towing my vehicles. Instead of fixing the issues that need to be addressed... music playing loudly, kids in parking lot late at night, cars getting broken into, neighbors fighting, slamming doors, rent has went up 200.00 in the past 2 years I have been here... I had a bum knock on my door, I answered... I called to let the front office know. They said that is not our problem. Call the police if you feel unsafe. I said, it is not me I worry about but maybe a neighbor whos door might be unlocked. Sir that is not our problem..... I can go on and on... but I think most get the point.

Horrible horrible apartment complex. Mold in closet, staff didn’t clean it, just told me it was mildew. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE. Management is horrible the little lady in the front is rude and pathetic. Everyone else is incompetent of doing their own job. Don’t go here, crime rate is sky high. Got offered marijuana from other residents multiple times. They changed my locks and didn’t give me the new key. So I was locked out for hours. They lost my moving out notice so I was forced to stay longer.. And the list goes on, do yourself a favor and keep looking elsewhere

Totally recommended. Good location 📍, gorgeous property, spacious apartments. Thomas is an incredible leasing consultant, he helped me a lot with my question and the process to he approved.The maintenance team are fast, responsable and so sweets 💜..I’m really happy living here

Have lived here for 3 years. Have not had any untoward experience. Overall, I will say its a great community, clean and quiet. The current management are very responsive and interested in occupants concerns especially the assistant manager Lauren. I will recommend the community for anyone that is looking to move a decent and quiet environment.

Amazing service from the leasing office, especially from both Iris and Thomas, making it very straight forward and also followed through when setting up my lease for the apartment.

I have been in other apartments that never listen to work orders. ARIUM puts you first as a tenant and any issues that arise if any will be resolved. I’ve been here since 2016!

My friend referred me to Arium park west apartment. When I walked through the doors, I was impressed. The place is clean, quiet. I had an opportunity to work with Mart Sanchez. Mart is professional, efficient, exhibits outstanding customer service, and takes time to explain things to customers. He smiles and makes customers feel at home. I had a smooth transition to my apartment. Mart exceeded my expectations.
