Spring Gardens has improved in the past year. The manager is so nice and is always so attentive with us the residents. Always aware of our needs and tries to make everything happen for us to be happy.

I just renewed my lease because the new Management has been doing an awsome job. The property is cleaner sewage system is better now when it rains. Management is more friendly than previous management.

Karen is so nice, and the apartments are beautiful. Karen embraces the beauty of the apartment complex by putting beautiful flowers by the main office, and by painting the apartment complex over again so you can see its full beauty to the fullest. These apartments, are peaceful, and quiet, i just love them so much.

This place is still in remodelation. Small condo but at the end should be a good place to live. It belongs to a big company that has another 20 properties approx. Has a pool and a lot of parking lots.

They are very safe apartments and are in very good condition

The truth is if it is quiet but already when you are living here and your apartment lacks details, the lady takes time to arrange things, for example I am still waiting for my mail key and it has been 2 months since I changed and among other things

Everything is fine the manager an excellent person Mily ❤️ the bad that they do not have enough attention when the maintenance is about because they only have one person for the whole condo and I think that is not good they should have one more maintenance

Horrible place to live they are according to fixing and they look increasingly ugly! The people who are dealing are very bustling from early are annoying! The apartments inside and outside are ugly and old they do not invest you in anything and they have gone several times to remove the water without warning!
