I have been living here going on 2 years and I am truly happy and at peace living here knowing that the manager Antonio is here. Anytime I call on the phone to speak to him he is so kind and always has a positive attitude. I constantly see him doing property walks around the property to make sure that is up kept to the best he can do. Such a friendly and kind human being. Always greets anyone and everyone. The staff is amazing and maintenance is great too.

I have been a resident here for quite a few years and I have seen a lot of managers come and go but no manager has been attentive, caring for the residents and the property like the manager Antonio. I have seen this gentleman at this property since he was a leasing agent and is now the manager. That says a lot about him. Every time I come into the office I have seen him greet everyone with a smile and is so polite. He is one of the reasons why I renewed my lease again here at City Lake. The rest of the staff is so amazing and so sweet. I have no issues or complaints. I’m very excited for the changes to come.

Look elsewhere. They really use this pandemic to avoid residents. Can’t just walk into the office. They don’t reply to emails. Trying to call them is useless as well. Love my apartment but any time I need help from the front office it’s more difficult than it has to be. Surprisingly I don’t have any issues with the maintenance team. It’s just that front office that is frustrating.

Move elsewhere!!! If youre looking for management to do anything, DONT! They dont answer the phone, emails, or call back. YOU will have to stay on them about stuff they should be doing in order for it to be done. God forbid you have an issue with rent. Theyll ask you to pay correctly, but takes MONTHS to fix your account and when you dont they penalize you for their clerical mistakes. Dogs are allowed to be left on the patio all night. Restricted breeds are all over the property. Maintenance may or may not show up.Theres a reason all the reviews read the same issues....take the warning.

Terrible experience.I requested the unit 418 because they told me it was available. Then (after I paid $215) they put a different unit (smaller and far from the parking garage) in the lease contract me without telling me…. so I asked them to cancel everything because their mistake… they ignored my calls for a couple days and after 4 days dealing with them, they just decided to keep my $215!This entire process took 10 days.No I have to start again and pay again.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! I hate moving because it’s such a long process but the manager, Antonio, made it delightful. The customer service was everything. I love the apartment itself and the amenities. The entire staff is great and super responsive. This is definitely a great property!

I’ve been living here for the past 4 months. Office staff are really responsive and transparent. Maintenance does a wonderful job with the grounds, as well as showing up when I put in a maintenance request. Wonderful place!

Ready for my lease to be over. I’m over the fire alarms going off when they want. I’m over the dog urine smell by the elevators, since their owners just let them go where they please. I’m over begging for a new key fob and being told they’ll call me when they have new ones. Haven’t gotten that call in two months! I’m over the doors being broken, like anyone can walk straight into the apartments. Too much to say I pay the price I do, plus a steep late fee for being late one day .. mind you a winter storm caused me and I’m sure many others to not be able to work. I can understand the late fee, because the payment was late.. but be understanding of the amount of money I’m paying and don’t make me sit at the parking garage until it opens or have alarms going off at 4AM. I’m sad it sucks because my actual apartment is really nice!

Hello, Moving process for me at ARIUM City Lake Apartments was Amazing!!! Forever Grateful to Antonio for helping me so much. In fact, HE is the reason that I did not even look further to any other Apartments around this area. His Customer Service Skills are the Best in my opinion. He makes me feel like home. I was going through a very rough divorce and he was so empathetic that makes me feel Welcome when I was not even move in yet.I understand they are some challenges but I also recognized the improvements made and continue working on since I start renting in June of this year. I love my apartment, the fixtures, the view and I feel secure.

Well what can I say about City Lake. I have nothing but kind words about the property and staff. My apartment is so spacious. My wife and I absolutely love it. Our view is incredible as well. The staff is always so kind when speaking to them over the phone, especially with the manager Antonio. You tell him you need something done and it’s done very quickly and expeditiously too with service request. Very professional.

I love my spacious apartment for what I pay. Very convenient to downtown. I’ve only been here for about 8 months but I love living here. I absolutely love my apartment! Especially having a lake view is so peaceful. I love the resident events that they have been having weekly. I love seeing the new security team. Office staff is great, especially the manager Antonio. Such a kind sweet person and knows his stuff as well.

I recommend this apartment community for a few reasons. The first reason would be the new assistant community manager Antonio. He has been at city lake for a good while and the customer service that this gentleman has is exceptional!!! He not only knows all the residents by first name or last name and apartment number but also knows each and every single one of us on a more personal level and it makes us feel like family. I recently put in my notice to not renew my lease but after talking to Antonio today he convinced me to stay here at city lake. This young man will go far in the industry and I can’t wait to see what more the industry has for you, and I know you will definitely one day become a community manager. Another reason is the security here has changed and changed for the good. I definitely see the police vehicles patrolling the property and it makes me feel safe now.

I am a returning resident here at City Lake. I left after my lease was up earlier this year and decided to come back for a few reasons. The property that I was at before the office staff was super rude and very unprofessional, the rates were super high for less space. I decided let me call City Lake and see what their rates were going for, not only did they have really good rates but Antonio was still working there in the office. I was super excited to know that he was still there before he definitely made my experience pleasant while I was living there and even a better one now that I’m a resident again. I truly am happy that I made the right decision in coming back to City Lake. There have been changes for the better of the property that I have noticed and I love seeing the security here as well.

Took me about a month to decide to choose Arium City Lake. I am glad that i did. Been here a week from Dallas, I am enjoying the community and my apartment. Very spacious and affordable. I was paying for extra amenities at my previous location. Staff is friendly and will help you when needed.The location is within a good distance from uptown and downtown area. Noise level is not bad like the other reviews that I have read. Once fully settled in, I will give another update.

I have been a resident at city lake since around February. I originally leased with the assistant property manager Antonio when he was a leasing consultant and I feel like I made the right decision becoming a resident here. I leased here because of the customer service that Antonio gave me and the knowledge that he has in regards to apartments. Every time I call the office and I speak with him, he always seems polite and respectful. Congratulations on your promotion Antonio, very well deserved. If you need a place to stay I definitely recommend you ask for the assistant manager Antonio. You will have one of the best if not the best apartment tours you’ve ever had. Please don’t go anywhere, city lake needs you Antonio!

As a long time resident here I have seen staff come and go but the staff that’s here is just so amazing. When I need an issue resolved they do it quickly in the most professional manner. One of the leasing agents Monae is so sweet and kind and the manager Antonio is just absolutely the best. I like talking to them in the morning when getting my morning coffee. City Lake has definitely gone through changes but has been for the best and I am happy.

I can’t express how much I love my apartment!!! The amount of space I have is what everyone looks for in an apartment and I found it here at Arium. Love using the gym, I enjoy speaking with the office staff, they are so nice, especially Antonio. Every time I ask a question that young man always has a solution. No wonder he’s one of the managers. Doing a great job keep it up. I plan on being here for a good while.

I recently moved out of my apartments due to military status but loved staying here during my short stay. City Lake is one of the best if not the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I definitely recommend them. Ask for the manager Antonio, he’s great at what he does.

Monae was very instrumental in ensuring my leasing process was completely seamless. She answered all questions I had and was very prompt. After moving in I had a couple issues with my AC and called emergency maintenance at 1am. To my surprise Greg called me back immediately. He came by and fixed it first thing the next morning. Antonio was amazing, he is one of the mangers and was very understanding, and prompt in getting all of my issues resolved quickly and efficiently. I had a few issues in the beginning but am very happy with how quickly they have been resolved. Only issue is you may not be able to reach the office on the first couple of try’s but have been able to get in touch with them when needed.

The apartments are very spacious especially the 2 bedrooms!!! Love love love my apartment! The staff is incredibly nice.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is so helpful and the community is vibrant. During all the uncertainty with COVID ARIUM was amazing in providing safety procedures and health precautions. Would recommend this place to anyone planning to move in the Houston area!

For starters the customer service is complete trash. The apartment is dirty there is always trash everywhere. Cars are being broken into and left on cement blocks. The office never gets back to you within 24-48 hours plus they never answer your call. The overall experience here has been the worst of my life. The fire alarms like to go off whenever and no one ever does anything about it. I’ve complained to the office how I’ve had something wrong and had to call maintence every month in my apartment and asked to move units and they told me nothing was wrong but your constantly coming to my apartment to fix something m, yea okay makes sense right. If I were you I would move somewhere else. All you see in the apartment are drug dealers anyway. But hey the location is great.

12:33am- While visiting my dad [a resident] at this property I got a first-hand look into how awful these apartments truly are and I really feel bad for those who signed a lease to stay here bc I’m sure residents are paying in the $1000s to stay at a property where you can still hear their neighbors THROUGH the walls past 12a.Tell the front office? They won’t help, but they will fault you for banging on your walls and playing loud music in retaliation and to drown out the noise. They’ll allow just any person to stay here as long as the rent is paid.Why spend $1000+ to hear your neighbors’ noise when you can pay less for the same disturbances?

This is my second lease with ARIUM.. it has been home since I’ve moved to Houston.. and applying and moving in has been pretty easy.. my first lease I signed with Will.. AWESOME and my second lease with Jamie!! Equally as awesome.. I just like how personable they are and detailed and up front they have been.. my expertise living there has been cool.. of course my original neighbors weren’t stellar but since they moved it has been peaceful.. it’s literally 10 mins away from EVERYTHING.. only downfall I would have to say would be the guest parking.. there really isn’t much.. but it’s rare I have guest anyway other than the holiday.. but compared to everywhere else I have looked it has everything I wanted in one spot and it’s affordable

I’ve been here for a month and i love it. Antonio in the leasing office is everything! He really was so helpful and made my move so easy! You definitely get a lot of space, updated appliances, and a good location for a nice price.

Do not stay here. Had a horrible stay! Locked doors were open and many guests were able to get in the building due to the broken garage gates. They do not enforce any rules. Having a pool view apartment, it also came with noisy residents and guests at the pool at all hours of the night. Highly do not recommend. So many more affordable and real luxury apartments in the area.

I have a friend that has been living here for a few years now and it has gotten worse every year catalyst converters have been stolen very recently peoples cars have been broken into the pool and gym are always being used by others that dont live there

This community has made vast improvements since I moved in and can see that they are constantly trying to improve. Anthony the property manager is great at accommodating your needs and concerns! I would like to see work order requests get done in a timely manner but otherwise its a great place to live!

Awesome Property Staff-I have leased a unit here for 2 years. Although there has been a few changes in management, the leasing staff is the Greatest! I contacted Antonio on a Saturday afternoon for an immediate move in for my daughter and he got on it ASAP with the support of his team: The manager and assistant manager took care of me in one day! WOW! I must say: I RECOMMEND Arium City Lakes😊

I paid and submitted my application. Called everyday and everyone kept saying they would get back to me. I was promised to receive a video of the apt I selected and never got it. I wasted my money. Every time I call I get an email back to schedule a tour. When I call and inform them, no one gets back to me. Now I check online and the apt is no longer available that was in my price range. I thought I was being patient and nice but I feel like I have to blow their phone up to get a response. I thought calling daily would be enough.

Although I still have some safety concerns (exterior lock system and cars being safe/secure in the parking garage) and will never understand why management changes so often, I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars for a couple reasons:1. I am very grateful for both Antonio and Monet (hope I spelled her name right). Ive lived here for 7 yrs and these two are some of the best leasing consultants this property has had. They are so helpful and very professional.2. The maintenance team has always provided professional, quality service in a timely manner.3. Ive enjoyed my actual unit majority of the time Ive lived here and love the view from my balcony.

I lived here over a year and love the community. I only wish the office had more activities for the community. I enjoyed the tacos and tequilas. The only thing i can’t stand is whoever lives above me they stomp so loud and have so many parties, i can’t sleep sometime. Overall good property. Will is very nice and helpful.

I love living here. Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful. The community is very nice too. The only thing I wish is that the computer room would be open longer for us students.

I must say out of all the apartments in the area, I got the warmest welcome when walking through the door here! The 2 ladies at the front desks where very nice and so helpful. Everyone that worked there that came through when I was there spoke to me, that doesnt happen at all places. The hallways where nice and clean, the pool looked very nice, and the lake view is perfect!! I really wanted to move here but sadly my job transferred me out of the Houston area. If I move back this is where I will be moving!

I toured this property on Tuesday as was amazed with the customer service Antonio provided. He explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions. I have yet decided where I am going to lease as of yet but this property is still on my list just because of the customer I received from the tour. Hello my girlfriend and I have moved into our new apartment a week ago and Love it. Everything is designed just how we dreamed and the environment is perfect. We’re just as excited when we first visited.

If I could give this property 1 star, I would. Maintenance is horrible. Communication with the front office is HORRIBLE. Ive put in several request to fix my refrigerator and freezer, weeks ago. Ive had to throw out food because they have yet to fix the problem. My garbarge disposer has been broken for almost a week. Ive sent emails, Ive called (No one ever answers), Ive left messages and Ive gone to the leasing office a number of times. Im so glad my lease will be up Sept 1. Trash is EVERYWHERE. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to a dog on the street. Its Horrible. Oh, lastly, my car was broken into and the cameras are so bad they couldnt even see the incident.

This place managed to be like a jungle. Very weak management, they just care about leasing. Elevators always out of service and one of the elevators was out of service for more 6 months. Residents speeding inside parking garage and this is the scariest thing here. Most of the residents came from 3rd world areas and they are ruining this place more and more. Smells of weed 24/7, and the management never took about it and dont like you speak about any issue especially the weed and speeding inside the garage. We have been experiencing noise and complaining of noise from upstairs neighbor and nothing was done by management. We just upgrade to a 2 bedrooms apartment and the noise here is worse than old apartment. Anthony who helped us with upgrading. I still remember when he lied about this apartment, by saying old resident never complaining about noise. I understand your job is to get the maximum target of residents, but be honest at least and professional. Right now, we are looking for another place to move in.I dont recommend this place for people who care about living quality and peace, especially families.

ARIUM city lake has been a great place to live! The office staff is wonderful and attends to your needs quickly. The new package service is also great!

My husband and I have lived here over 5 years and we have loved the convenience of living a Arium City Lake. Our manager Anthony is the best and always tries to accommodate the residents to the best of his ability. They have improved in many areas with making our safety their top priority.

Good apartment

This will happen to you if you move here!!We were told we would have 24hrs security people going around before moved here. We never seen A security here and we been seeing cars on bricks, now my car is on them. Went to the leasing office to tell them about this incident, this lady at the office didn’t say sorry or anything she just said OK, manager is not here so “I don’t know about the security cameras”. I bet they ain’t even working! This apartment ain’t worth the rent you pay!

Not a very Welcoming Leasing Staff!! They was very rude seems bothered and lazy! Hallways always smell like weed. BREAKINS BREAKINS BREAKINS!!!! Be aware!

I just have to say that out of all the communities I have viewed, this property has the service portion down packed!!! The office staff is very attentive to your needs and they are very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas! With all the newer communities in the area, this property by far will be my choice of living. Now all I have to do is wait until my lease is up so I can move to City Lake :)

My moving in experience has been overflowing with joy, Jamie is the absolute best and has help me move in swiftly and accurately . I also appreciate that she goes over to make sure all of my needs are met . My apartment is lovely, although my trash hasnt been picked up and it is a little crazy that people spend thru the parking garage and doesnt think about the community but this far the move has been great !

Im enjoying the way the manager ( Anthony Campise ) stays on top of issues and keeps the community abreast of ongoing progress.The renovation has been refreshing so far and everything in the apartment functions effectively.The cleaning staff is very hardworking and the leasing staff too do a wonderful job attending to the residents in a timely manner. They are very polite.If you like outdoor jogging theres a beautiful park behind the complex where i take a walk/run daily before i start my day.I must commend the Manager and the rest of the staff for the awesome job.I highly recommend ARIUM CITY LAKES APARTMENT.

I just moved in a few weeks ago, and I LOVE it so far. My Last apartment was horrible compared to this place. Im so comfortable here. Very few move in inventory maintenance requests. Jerrica has been very helpful throughout our move in process. Our dogs Love the big lake and I couldnt be happier with my balcony lake view.

If you are a young professional, student or have a family, this place is not for you. IF I COULD GIVE A LOWER RATING THAN ONE I WOULD. I have been living in this apartment for some time and I have seen it get worse and worse! The noise is uncontrollable. Every weekend there are massive pool parties with DJ. After repeatedly calling the management, even the so called courtesy officer, nothing changes. I cannot even sit in my apartment peacefully. It is not just loud, it is also unsafe. The management has not done anything to address this other than send angry emails to the residents. They keep raising the referral fee because no one wants to move here, and I regret my decision to be in the apartment.Just wanted to edit this: Despite sending multiple noise complaint emails to welisten, plus talking to the property managers, nothing has changed. EVERY WEEKEND- there is loud music playing in the pool, as a resident we cannot enjoy the facilities any weekend. I have yet to see a courtest officer.

They do not clean the hallways despite having a mandatory garbage service that costs close to $40 a month. It entails you leaving your trash outside your door, which reeks in the non air conditioned hallways. The staff also enter your homes despite your not being there and you dont have choice since they include that on the lease. Most recently they gave a warning to be courteous, its a 3 day window between Wednesday to Friday in between the hours of 9AM-6PM. Cable companies arent that bad and I cancelled them for things like that. No consideration for pets or working adults!! They have security but he does nothing. Large parties are always happening at the pool and all sorts of random people go into the building for parties. NOT FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS OR FAMILIES. Perfect for kids who want to party, smoke weed, break into cars, and scream in the hallways at night when others have to work the next day.

Ive lived here for a little over two years now and have loved it ever since I came here. These are newer units (finished in December 2013) at an affordable price.The office staff, especially Tracey, is excellent. Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes when going in to grab a package and the staff is very attentive. The couple of maintenance issues Ive had since I moved in were addressed promptly by Ron and Frank, including a late night AC issue. I highly recommend this complex - its hard to find a well-managed apartment complex these days.

Was one of the first ones to move in. It was great until the management changed. That’s when everything went down hill. Strong smell of weed while walking on the hallway. It’s embarrassing when you have family or guests over. Guests have to park along the street since there’s no guest parking.

Stay far away from it! They try to buy reviews by promising to earn points if you comment and once you reach a certain amount of point you get some money, I would give -0 if I only could. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever seen in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to delete my old review of 5 stars and make an update. These apartments are just broke... literally everything that’s an amenity or even necessary is broken.Elevators.... both broke and have been for some timeAll gas grills on property... brokeFob access doors (you know the ones that are actually supposed to keep unauthorized guests out)... broke.Whatever bs timeline they tell you on getting anything fixed, add a few months if anything. The main elevator has been broken since last year and we’re in March 2019 going on April. Without proper management and care these apartments are on a downward spiral.

BEWARE! THEY DO NOT PAY APARMENT LOCATORS THEIR REFERRAL FEE. Anthony the property management is unprofessional and has not reimbursed me for finding my client their apartment. We as Realtors expect to be compensated when a client is moved in their apartment for at least 60 days, now it has been over 9 months. He is aware that this is a commission based industry. Therefore, I will no longer do ANY business with Arium City Lake.In addition, my client has informed me they have a roach problem, the walls are super thin and there is dog feces all around the complex.DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I moved in June 2015 and stayed for a year. I absolutely loved my time there. The office staff including Dontae and Lloyd were always very nice and helpful even allowing me to relocate to a closer unit on the first floor when I had problems with my original place. Thanks for everything and making my stay a pleasant one.

I moved in a couple weeks ago. My move wasnt the most pleasant but not the worst either. On move in day I realized my next day that A/C wasnt working. It took a couple days to fix. My next bump in the road was my car got towed from my own spot not realizing how soon you were suppose to register your car. So my first week and a half was really rough. Thanks to the manager, Jerrica, and Will in the front office things are smooth now. Hopefully I have no other problems. My apartment is lovely and I love my view. The floors arent my favorite just because the laminate seems to be put down very fast are might need replacing. Overall i love the apartment so far I would just say if you have any problems let front office no they took care of me well.

Are you a fan of cockroaches and other insects constantly creeping in your apartment. Do you enjoy waking up at 3am because a crawling critter scared the living sheesh out of you? Silverfish left and right and spiders swinging around.. I could go on. They make the place look pretty of course. Please do not believe the hype. After my first 2 months, I have been living the rest of my lease term in regret. Please stay away. A few more months to go and Im out!!

This is my first apartment living experience. I do like the newness of the building and updated appliances, along with amenities. What I dont like is the communication from management in regards to incidents happening on the complex. There have been robberies car thefts, etc. but when this happens, residents arent consistently informed. it would be nice if their were more apartment events, a great way to meet neighbors. the insulation isnt great, I can always hear my neighbors.

I feel unsafe. The facility is constantly being broken in to. The doors to get into the facility have been broken for over a month so now anybody can just randomly walk in the building. The computers in the computer lab were stolen and have still not been replaced. When you call the leasing office to ask when the problems will be resolved they get an attitude and say that they don’t know. The also said that we would have security by the gate but instead parked an empty homeland security car by the gate to make it look like someone is watching. They are forcing use to either pay the rent online with a $53 fee or we have to go to a store to pay it. They need to do better.

Great property - Make sure you ask for Jaime once you arrive, she knows how to take care of clients and pays attention even to the little details which very much matters!

Please if you are looking for a place to live DONT MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENTS. They are horrible. The smell of weed from other apartment complex come to yours, They break in to apartments and cars. I just moved in two weeks ago and its been horrible. I had to get an alarm system. Someone was trying to push the door open and my kids started to scream when i came out of the room i could see the door handle moving so i screamed and said Im calling the cops. And the person took off running. 3 Cars have been broken into since Ive moved it. I cant even go anywhere because Im scared to leave my home. This is NOT okay to pay rent and not be happy. The security is trash. I got home at 4am Saturday and he had the lights on of the car but he was not in the car. SMH!!!! And also they had a promotion of 1 month free. And I never got that I logged in this morning and it shows I have to pay full rent. Ive tried getting a hold of Will the office manager to see if I can get out of my lease or see what we can do about it. Its been a week now and still have not heard from him. Called Melissa and she said shes only the leassing agent that she cant do anything. At first they had the nice attitude and now is horrible. I dont reccoment this apartment to anybody its TRASH!!!!!

I Love living here. maintenance is quick with everything no complaints

NO STARS!!! Elevators NEVER worked, people speeding up and down the garage, cars tires are being stolen and left on bricks on the 4th floor!!! car windows are being broken into IN and OUT of the garage, there is a strip on the side of the garage for guest parking. And if you live by the pool OMG people are soooo loud at all hours of the day and night. There are dj’s that come in the summer and over 100 people are in the pool area at the same time. When I first moved in the elevator closest to my apartment of course did not work. I walked in the first day and the laminate floor was lifted right between the kitchen and living room, carpet was filthy electric stove glass was cracked, restroom light did not work. I could go on and on... I would never recommend anyone these apartments.

Please be advised that this is coming from a resident of over 3 years now: DO NOT LEASE HEREI’m currently sitting in the office waiting to speak to the property manager because they “mistakenly” charged me a $77 late fee. And all I got was an “I’m sorry I didn’t have an assistant helping me take the late fees off so the most we can do is reimburse you on your august payment”So crazy that they can now “mistakenly” take money from their residents but if I was to “mistakenly” not pay my rent I’m held accountable.Do yourself a favor and don’t lease here.

If I could give these apartments no stars I would!!!!! If wouldn’t recommend these terrible apartments to ANYONE! They let ANYONE move in, most ridiculous parking system, also spend so much on rent just for the quality of the appliances to be terrible. Also pay for pest control just to STILL have insects. Took me forever to get of roaches, I am so disgusted! Literally the WORST. Save your time and money by moving else where

I’ve lived here 2 years and signing my lease to renew for a 3rd.First and foremost the staff is welcoming, helpful and personable. The property manager is always available keeps us informed with everything that goes on at the property via email whenever anything happens.The units have been well maintained over the years and still feel new. Now, there are a few triflin residents that leave food and trash out even tho we have VALET TRASH service 😡 but the maintenance crew does a good job at keeping the place clean.Personally my unit is spacious and have had minimal maintenance requirements. Such as a light bulb replacement, ice machine repair... all of them were done the day after or the next... I also love my balcony space.We’ve recently received renovations and upgrades to our club house, gym, installed new carpet and painted the walls.The tenants are cool. I’ve met many ppl at the pool. The location is amazing. About 15min away from downtown.There’s been a few hiccups but there’s also been great improvements and bonuses within the last 2 years. Im particular about where i live and i love calling this place home.

I took a tour of this complex and loved it. I’ve been touring other complexes in the area and the prices here are better, for the amount of square feet that you’re given, than the other complexes. Will was the leasing agent who gave me a tour. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and had great customer service. I walked away excited and knew that this was the complex where I wanted to lease. This morning I prepared to submit the leasing application but before sending it, I came online and reviewed the google reviews. I noticed there were many comments about car break ins. I called the office this morning to ask about the security in greater detail. Bianca answered the phone. i told her about the google reviews and break ins to which she said they had security and there were no car break ins. I told her that Arium representatives l responded to the comments on google and acknowledges the break ins. AFTER I said this she responded “oh yea but those were a long time ago. We have had any recently.” She gave a general “we have security on site 24/7” answer to my questions but when I asked more detailed questions she gave an “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” answer. I asked about the security guards, how many were assigned to the complex, how often they switched shifts, which security company was contracted to secure the premise, etc. She placed me on hold to find the answers. She came back and told me that HPD is the security which typically means that they give an officer free rent to live on site and do a walk through sporadically. I asked about the security cameras; how many are there per floor, where are they, are there any by the entrance, how long do they retain the footage, etc. Again, she didn’t have answers to any of my questions. She placed a supervisor on the phone—Brittany. Brittany came on the phone and in an extremely aggressive tone said “who are you?!” Her words and voice gave the impression that she was annoyed that I was calling and asking so many questions. I told her that I was a potential tenant, toured this weekend and had some questions based on the google reviews. I asked the same questions about the security cameras that I asked Bianca. Brittany gave a general answer saying there were cameras throughout the garage. When I asked about the number of cameras etc she eventually admitted that there were not cameras on every floor. I’m still confused by her responses but it sounded as if there are cameras on 2 floors only. She could not say how many cameras are on the floor or in the garage in total. When I asked about the length of time that the footage is retained, she said “for months.” I asked if “months” was closer to 2 months, 6 months, 11 months. I told her that I’m a former prosecutor and i know that it’s common for company’s to loop over and record over the footage after a set time like 48 hours. This is why attorneys often send preservation letters. She said she wasn’t sure. I gave a hypothetical to explain my concerns and a viable reality—“what if I were to park my car on a floor with a camera and left town for a few days and my car was broken into. Let’s say I get back a week later and report the break in and the police attempt to pull video. Will the video still be available?” She didn’t have an answer. I was very disappointed by their responses . Based on the responses I received, I am NOT confident that I, or my car/belongings, will be safe. I travel often for work so this is a major concern. Based on my conversations with Bianca and Brittany, I am not going to sign a lease with this complex. I will pay a few dollars more for my safety.

Ive enjoyed my living experience here thus far. Im looking forward to the hardwood floors that will be installed in the hallways.

I wish i could put 0 starsNumber one these aren’t luxury apartments.This is basically high end section 8I had to move here under very short circumstances and initially I thought they were ok, but they are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.Constant break ins/robberiesElevators don’t workALWAYS SMELLS LIKE WEED.Very unsafe (pedestrian gates are never locked)People are always hanging out around the premisesVery noisy, children running down the halls all day & night (I work from home)Office employees are rudeThere is always a new property mangerMaintenance take months to respond or come only(I understand there are a lot of apartments, & request)Not visitor friendly at all (parking is horrible).I hate to complain but these apartments are the hood.A couple weeks ago the leasing office/resident &lounge & gym was robbed. The TVs as well as the residents packages were stolen ... im telling you there is always something .If I could move out tomorrow I would .June feels so far away!

Ill be honest i was visiting a friend who stays here and i was on his balcony and i look over just to see another person let his dog out on his balcony to take a sh!t mind you this is 4 stories up i dont know i dont trust it he came out and pushed the dog doo off the balcony with his shoe, no fam

Cool spot but some residents are just nasty. You’ll find trash any and everywhere... right in walking distance of a trash can no less. And the trash room is a joke. Small room with a garbage chute but apparently some people too lazy to open the door to put the bag in the chute or walk bigger trash to the dumpster... triflin!

Manager needs to manage the maintenance issues better.My husband and I have lived here over 7 months now and from day one our experiance has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is 5 star greeting me by name every time I enter the office [ I dont know if that is because I stop by everyday for coffee.. lol ] and when there has been and issue it has been addressed in a timely manner. We love being residents here and looking forward to many more great experiences at the Arium. Great job, Chris
