Been living at this apartment for over 2 years and I must say, it’s a lovely apartment. Nice and clean playground for kids. Recent notification makes is one of the best in the neighborhood. Kai and Dominique at the leasing office makes the apartment feels like a family house. You might wanna check them out…. 6 stars

Omg Kai and Dominique are the bomb.com they the Sugar Honey Ice Tea baby. They are both very nice great down to earth personalities. They help me and even made it possible to move in early when I had an emergency pop up and had to move sooner than planned. And did I mention Dominique listened to what I wanted my concerns and what I was wanting and she came through.

Management never answers the phone and are never in the office always leaving Willy nilly as they please and any maintenance issues you can expect those to be answered at their convenience.

Kai and Dominique are so sweet and polite. When you call, they listen and help anyway they can. Ms. Cleo is the manager and help me get a apartment over here and always available for assistance.

Day 4 still no hot water or gas every day gets turned into tomorrow I can barley cook or shower bc I feel a cold and nothing but cold water and run arounds I wish they could just be straight up. And the towing WATCH YOUR CARS ( fake visitor paint in parking spots so they can get your car and everything registered or not) besides that it’s not to bad but I guess they don’t think we need any heated water or gas 😪

Is the worst place to stay hell of roaches and spiders the people in the front office are pretty much worthless and always have attitudes lets not forget the hot water and gas is off every other week I recommend you stay in their version before you move here not worth it

Very respectful staff and always willing to help. Even if the office is closed they will reach out through email. They have donation drives and also breakfast some mornings. I love it here.

The Managers and leasing agent is always helpful, the maintenance staff do their best to respond appropriately. Have pest control come out every Tuesday. If a problem arises they are sure to resolve it right there and then.

Well I have looked around seeing where to move in that is close to all my family and I stopped by this property. From the moment I walked in there was a leasing agent by the name Brandy who just made me feel like I was family. As people came in to see the assistant manager he was just so understanding and helping people with their concerns. And the manager came out also helping the residents introducing herself as a new staff. I felt that this may be one of the property I may choose to stay at soon.

I have been leaving here at Sutton Hill for quite some time. Through all the changes that has been made the dedication that the maintenance team is very impressive. Every time I call for assistance within 24 to 48 hours they are knocking at the door. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Apartments have truly improved from the past. There is a great deal of maintenance and renovations taking place. The remodeled units are nice. New management company gets its! Leasing agents are outstanding, manager has done a good job enforcing community policies. Security has become tight, but i credit them with making a more safe environment.

I toured the property with brandy very sweet lady.However forcing someone to pay cable and internet is illegal a luxury item.I suggest this place stick to the law

Love the complex. People are very nice. Thank yiu to Ms. Brandy for her help. I half a toilet break amd flood and she wad right there. I also have asthma and have real bad panic attacks and shes been right there if ambulance is called. Very loving soul! 💜💜💜

I just recently move in here and the ants is a huge problem here!!!!!!! I told maintenance about it and they never fix the problem. When my lease is up I will be moving out ‼️

The manager and staff are very polite and friendly. They always address me and my familys concerns and questions respectfully. I like the fact that they remember our names and apt # because it makes me feel that Im not just another tenant. Me and my family are happy we were able to renew our lease.

All I did was call for information and I got way more than I thought I would. Kenneth was amazing!! Customer service and phone etiquette was on point. I felt like I was talking to my older cousin giving me some game on my situation. He was real and upfront and I appreciate his time.

I visit this complex quite frequently since my sister has moved in. Im from out of state and the things I have heard about this side of town arent the best but I must Sutton Hill appears to be the total oppisite. Its a quiet and friendly apartment complex. Very responsive and profressional staff. I never see crowds of people hanging out and it is ALWAYS clean. I feel safe and welcome each time I visit. Brandy is an awesome manager always engaging with her tenants. A good relationship makes for a GREAT COMPLEX. Keep up the good work!

Being a vendor for The Park at Sutton Hill has honestly been one of the smoothest tasks I’ve come across in my line of work. Kallista, Brandy, and Mr. Maintence himself, Manny, have been an absolute joy to work for day-to-day. Not only are they detailed and professional with their craft, but they also are people I call friends. There aren’t too many Apartment Staff (Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintence Staff) where I can simply have a conversation without some kind’ve work being brought up. With the crew at Sutton Hill, they make going to work something you look forward to doing. They’re about their business, but they’re also all about being genuine people whom you can relate to. I look forward to continuation of our relationship for years to come and super grateful they’re a property who’s business I was able to acquire.

I remember these apartments from back in the day and they were done. But the new owners are putting there best foot forward its taking time. But the new units look fantastic and the staff is wonderful they will help you all the way through the process. Great turnaround.

I wouldnt tell the person i hate the most to move here. They took a whole 8month to come look at mildew growing in my house. The lady’s always got an attitude its just BAD to live here. When i first moves in things were broken but its supposed to be a new apartment Just sad i Hate it there!!!!!

I lived here from May 2014 until May 2015 and I experienced similar issues with a cockroach infestation. The office staff has ALWAYS been unprofessional. The Maintenance Staff arent Certified or Qualified Technicians. It’s saddening that residents are still experiencing the same issues that former residents experienced. Current residents should contact The Housing Authority about this evidently unlivable property!**REALLY WISH I COULD RATE THIS PITIFUL PLACE WITH 5 NEGATIVE STARS**

The renovations are very nice and that is the only thing I can say good about these apts. Watch your cars and trucks, the tow guys are towing and not checking the registered time you put for your vehicle!!!😡 Cost my daughter 487 dollars to get her car back!! Its very sad and sooo unprofessional when the management wont support their tenants in this Scam !!!!!😡😤. As I have stated they have issues.........👎dont forget to buy your glue traps.....🐭

Maintenance dont repair AC UNITS ON THE WEEKEND SO IF IT GOES OUT OVER THE WEEKEND YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. Apartments doesnt supply portable ac units for tenants! Well for the past two months we have been complaining about all of these termites we have in our unit and all the staff did was re-cock the window seal and sprayed some chemical and all they told me was that they wont come out no more but from what I was told when I did carpentry work when there is termites involved you gotta put in all new wood and etc because the infestation of the termites will no go away. I would like this to go viral because they dont seem to care so why would we.#parktexasapt

If I could give A BIG FAT (ZERO) I would! These are the most horrible apartments ever. Ive seen previous reviews nothing has changed. Rat and ant infestation is a huge problem here. Under new management, well the current manager is very unprofessional, lies and steals from tenant. Your rent never the same every month, when you late they act as if you committed a crime. Very confrontational is what I would describe this property staff. The rent is well over priced for a dump as this. All of the amenities are false there is nothing here. Just trash over the drive area often, notices for a new rule every week, gas and water off every other week, low water pressure hot water barely work when you showering and please lets not forget about the gun shots. Its horrible to live here this place should be torn down just like the apartments on Selinsky. Oh, broke my table with this unleveled floor the foundation is horrible all over, holes around pipes underneath cabinets the manager says its made like that. Just sad.

Mold in the apartment its a sign out front that clearly states free cable free Internet you have neither they are not all bill oaid,cause, pay water,water waste, and soon will be paying light,so go in see for yourself they do have availabilities cause,everyone who is moving in,is also moving out, now they quite,nice security at the front gate but,my sister was pulled into am vacant apt apartment and sexually assaulted. No charges were filed because this predator remains on the premises living with his mother,and hes a known registered pedefile.

The manager and staff very friendly to me. They have FREE cable and internet what a HUGE PLUS! The Security Guards doing their jobs to keeping everyone safe Children, Edlerly, and Disabled Veterans. The Apartments have been remodeled and mine is like new.What i dont like is that TOW TRUCK DRIVER allowed to tow residence at his discreation. i do not appreciate him, towing at will. I believe he is in Ka Hoots with the complex. Why do you allow him to do that? Kickback? get rid of him. Have Security issue warnings instead of Him coming in doing a NIGHTLY search. That is very suspicious all neighbors are talking bad about it.

If I could give a no star I would. First thing first false advertisement to the fullest. No on site washer dryer facility as advertise, not all bills paid, and no cable and internet so I went with AT&T, maintenance dont do their jobs and if they beg to differ I still have a bedroom whose ac dont work that I put a work order in for at least 5 times and it is on file, bathroom problems that it took a month or two to fix, sheetrock still missing from under the sink so apartment is full of gnats, and I can go on and on and not to mention been without hot water for at least two weeks, and now all of my power is out. I called the hotline and they tell me hey dont feel bad you arent the only ones some people been without for two weeks (like that is any better). How do you expect people to live under these conditions? I have three little girls that need to take baths. My power is out been out since 9 or 10 last night so I am going to have to buy new food possibly if my meats have spoiled. They want they rent though, but dont want to put in work. How can I get out of my lease without breaking it because this is honestly ridiculous. Would they want their people living like this? I put in work orders nothing gets done (again I have them on record), speak to the office nothing gets done, speak to maintenance oh you have to talk to the office nothing gets done. To what point does it get to people doing their job. I can honestly say Markeesa(?) actually gives a damn. I talk to her and I see her put the work order in. When will management do their jobs. When someone calls HAA and complain send pictures, phone call recordings, videos of poop on the ground because sewage is backed up every other week or so. If it isnt their jobs to maintain the apartments then whose is it. Give me there number so I can call them because this is bs and the moment one of my kids get sick because how the do things we are going to have a problem. I am looking for a place to stay as I type this will not be renewing my lease and wouldnt refer anybody especially with kids to stay here. I went here because me and my kids had no where else to go! Management allowed my vehicle to get towed after 1 week of being inoperable! I paid my rent on time every month and just found that they are trying to charge me because I did not give a 30 day notice. RENTERS BEWARE!

I went by there two times in the last 7 and all they did was waist my precious time. The 1st time I went they said a 2 bedroom was available but to return on Monday, I came back on Monday and they referred me to go online and brushed me off to “call” Dominique. I have only a few days to move out of where I am living now and they have completely waisted my time. Now, I run the risk of being homeless with my mom and my 8 year old daughter. I clarified from the beginning that I only had 5-6 days to move out of where I was and they kept on giving me hope that there was an apartment available. They have ruined me.
