Its the pool version of a sad used car dealership.Their shock packets say it treats 20,000 gallons but my pool is only 10,000. So I asked him a reasonable question: should I only use half of the packet whenever I need to shock my pool? Their answer: no! You need to use the entire packet! And, you need to shock your pool every single week! SO, when my cyanuric acid levels were in the 200s after a mere month, I went to them for help, and their answer? Oh you must have bad water! Here, buy all these other chemicals to treat it, and oh yeah, you may want to drain your entire poolPathetic losers, do not ever go here.Order all your stuff on Amazon and watch a few YouTube videos and do it all yourself.You are welcome!
Just picked up pool sweep after $320+ repair and it is still not working! They also lost ring that holds leaf bag on but say I need to buy a new one because they cant find it. I expected it returned working properly with all parts still attached, not to replace it due to their inability to keep track of all parts of a unit brought to them intact inside a Rubbermaid container. Plus, they put a pack of tail scrubbers in the box and charged me for them. I did not ask for those!

I admit I have bounced around to various pool supply stores over the years. Leslies store in Flower Mound has become my regular pool store because of the quality of their customer care and their very solid experience in the business. I especially want to acknowledge how much Dave helped me today with pool sweep repairs. Absolutely phenomenal! Thanks Dave!Update: my main pump motor just failed. After a walk-in capacitor check and then a subsequent bench test for the pump, Mac helped me with the replacement of some impeller parts on a new motor. Everything now runs perfectly. I really appreciate getting the pool equipment back in service in less than a day.

The staff are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I know the free water tests are a way of getting me to buy the chemicals there but I never feel they are pushing unnecessary stuff at me.
Mac was very helpful in finding me the parts that I needed to do a repair on my pool pump.
Always way overpriced... but when you need something now you have to bite the bullet. Someday the owners will figure out they would make more money by lowering the price and becoming competitive with the online dealers.

Yes, their products cost more than you may pay somewhere else but in my experience, they DO stand behind their products. Infact, they have gone way out of their way to help me with items that I didnt even buy from them. Its like they are naturally curious about what went wrong and just cant help themselves from trying to figure it out with you. They test my pool water for me for free all the time. They offer free and great advice. They even put up with my non-stop chemical questions. Oh yeah, if you buy your Polaris from them, they will clean it for you when it gets gunked up with stuff. I was shocked to see how poorly this place has been rated when I have only experienced exceptional customer service from them on many, many occasions. I do realize that I am only one consumer but I just had to give my perspective.

Good curbside service
I called Leslies Pool Supply Flower Mound to ask if they had filter grids for my Sta-Rite 3 system and gave him the model #. He told me I needed to measure all 14 different panels and call him back with that info. Frustrating! Totally incompetent! I called KMK Pool Supplies, gave them the same info, and within SECONDS the gentleman said he would have them in tomorrow (MONDAY). Literally a one minute phone call!
GR8 service, selection & knowledge....but pool stuff in general is over priced
Does not stand behind their products. Will tell you the products that they sell are cheap. purchased a filter there and it has been nothing but trouble.
