Vicky was of exceptional help to me during our housing hunt. I had little time given I had just transitioned from a different city and career to the Houston area.She was able to derive all essential insight and priorities to present a well curated list of sites to visit. Vicky was extremely organized, efficient, professional as well as very fun/easy to work with....it was evident the various leasing/housing mgrs we met with admired such traits as well.I highly recommend Vicky and will seek her out for any future moves!

I wish I had the ability to give Vicky 6 stars. She helped us deal with a complicated, estate-related real estate transaction. She is always professional, very knowledgeable, creative in her ideas and suggestions, and gives 110% every day. From preparing the house to sell, to staging, negotiating and ultimately closing the deal, we simply could not have done it without Vicky. As if thats not enough, we ended up getting a much better deal than we had expected based on her advice and guidance. I simply cannot say enough good things about Vicky and would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation.

She is very realistic about what you are looking for and the chances of finding it but always has your best interest in mind. In May of 2014 I made the move from NYC to Houston and really had no clue as to where to live and what places were safe, affordable, and well maintained.I randomly found Vicky on google and decided to e-mail her and just give her real estate knowledge a whirl, and I am so happy I did.She sensed my apprehension and fears with making such a drastic move and provided me with a plethora of apartments that were in my price range, near Baylor, and offered a shuttle. She also gave me honest advice--which is a breathe a fresh air coming from a real estate agent. She was not in it for the...you know what. If she got bad vibes from management office or an apt we were viewing, she said ON TO THE NEXT! There is something better out there.I also moved at a terrible time, but found an apartment in my price range with great amenities in a matter of 3 hours!When I move again, I will for sure use Vicky as she was professional, honest, and knowledgeable.

Working with Vicky was great. From her expertise to her friendliness and honesty. Relocating from NC seemed near impossible before I got recommended t Vicky. I was asking for a lot within my budget and VIcky was honest in managing my expectations while at the same time diligently searching for all I wanted. And she found it!!!!.
