Maintenance supervisor was saying trying to fighting a minor because they did not have an adult present at the pool area. They will hire all these crazy maintenance guys and your not safe knowing one of these guys going to your house to fix things when you’re not there only God knows what they’re doing if you don’t have a camera, that’s why I had to move out.

Very responsive to my maintenace needs and manager always available for questions or in assisting me.

I went here for a tour after seeing that they will have a 4 bedroom available on 6/7/2021. I was told they wont have anything until July. Double checked after leaving and that unit still shows available. I will definitely ve contacting their corporate office to let them know.

Nice apartment complex. It has a nearby park where one can go for a walk and take fresh air.

They are not responding to my emails. I am trying to move into the 3-bedroom. I would like a map of the complex, so I can see where my unit will be and have a better idea of the apartment complex. The lack of response worries me. If this is how it will be now when I am not an official resident, I wonder how bad it will be if I am one, especially since this is a small apartment complex. How are you this unresponsive and your apartments have less than 150 units? My move out date is January 25, and they are unwilling to work with me unless I pay an extra $100+ monthly even though I got a good quote for less and theyre the exact same floor plan, so I am not too sure about living here anymore. I will change the rating if they assist me with a unit for my move-out date with the fair quote I already received online.

I have been living here on property since 2007 and i truly love it here i have never had a problem with any issue when i do i just pick up the phone or go by the office put in my request and it will be done. I just love my french doors. The maintenance is good all the services are good the manager are supper nice so to some it all up CITY TERRACE is a good place for a growing family to live close to schools,park,grocery stores, oh lets not forget the pool area is beautiful enough said.

Ive been living in this complex since 2014. Very nice place. Wonderful neighborhood. Nottingham park 5 min walking. School rating is good.Perfect place for families. And I have to mention the new management are the best ever, very nice people and professional. Plus, the maintenance really quick and efficient.

AWFUL!! A group of friends and I came to visit my grandmother for the Fourth of July & we were brutally harassed by a woman who claimed she was a general manager of the complex & her husband and son. We were chilling at the pool which closes at 10:00pm..It was 10:06 & the lady came out and ask us to leave in the rudest way possible. Now I understand we are there after hours but it was uncalled for. We were NOT being obnoxious and we were NOT doing anything wrong. Shortly after that she came out again and again, after the third time her son came out and minute later her husband. After exchanging words me and my friends were on our way out and her husband followed me and my friends and continued to harass us. I am veryyyyy displeased. I cant believe I was actually considering this place to live. Highly upset..I wouldnt recommend my worse enemy to this complex.

I moved into a one bedroom at the first of July and I love it! I have beautiful hardwood floors and a huge walk in closet. They are also doing a lot of renovations to the property and it is only going to get better!! I would recommended everyone to come check this place out!!

Lived here for a few years and extremely happy with Allie and Mercedes!!!! They have improved this property beyond my expectations!!!! I truly hope corporate is paying them well because they work very hard for this property and the people who live here!!!!

Its nice to see that Radco has taken such good care of the community since they purchased it. I was the property manager here 5-6 years ago and my house recently flooded due to the hurricane. Im glad to be here (after being displaced) and the upgrades are beautiful. I have run into a lot of old residents that still live here when I managed it. That is truly when you know people are happy. This is the best little community in the area.

I have lived here for over two years now, our management and maintenance team are always here to help and get things done quickly. The property is taken care of and the units are spacious.

The new management team is amazing, they are here to help and they actually Care about their residents. If you have a maintenance problem it gets fix right away and they are cleaning and making the complex a better place for everyone.

Too bad 1 star is as low as you can go, start off with the rude staff, unprofessional and arrogant. Upon telling the staff that they’re rude, the response is “well do I need to talk to you with kiddie gloves?”.Good luck getting anything fixed and if you’re lucky enough to get things inside your apartment fixed, then good luck getting your vehicle windows fixed because people break into your cars to collect the 72 cents in the cup holders.Plus there’s no security, lights or convenient cameras, I’ve caught several teens smoking the devils lettuce in the laundry rooms and on random stairways and they don’t even live there. Over priced for the conditions and just an eyesore in the community.

My apartment looks nothing like the photos. I dont have hard wood floors i have 5 year old carpet. I dont have marble counters i have wood and paint. My appliances are not that nice either. I live in one of the 4 bedrooms and have for 2.5 years. The apartments are ok but not to the luxury that they show on the pictures. Thats the office they are showing pictures of. The real units have carpet and wooden counters. With small kitchens no where near the size you need for a 4 bedroom 2000 sq ft townhouse

I just moved out of an apartment with fleas and am being charged to shampoo the carpet rather than them pulling it out for the new tenants. Also had a toilet back up with sewage and was blamed for it. Renters beware!

I have had a leak in my bedroom since May 2014, I have gone in person to notify the staff, showed them my pictures and have also filled out a work request on their portal. My roof is near collapse now, my four year old and I have upper respiratory problems and nothing has been fixed. They claim there is no record on their log of my visits in person or of my work request form on-line. Well, I notified them again 12/18/14 and they told me to be there for the repairs and they would arrive by 3, at 5 I called and they said no one was coming. Lack of professionalism, they have policies in place for late payment of rent, which is not a problem with me, yet they do not call to inform me when they will be late taking care of me. I was told someone would come Saturday 19th and nothing. Finally got a call from them and they claim Monday for sure. Keep looking, management here does not care about paying tenants, their health or the quality of life of little children.
