I enjoy living here and that is why I renewed. I feel very safe, good service provided and it is very,very clean. The staff Diana, Maria, Karla, Melanie provide good service.
Such an easy going environment, employees are very friendly and professional. Nice and decent apartments, top clean and sanitized. I recommend this spot, price is on a budget so its reliable and having access to pool/gym makes it a great deal. Located near all your daily stores, no need to drive far in this hectic temp. It couldnt get any better! Diana is the best!

I am happy that we moved to this apartment complex. Maria handled my application professionally and was able to deliver on time. She made a great effort to make it happen in a very short amount of time. She did very well in her approach and I am impressed with the customer service she provided for us. She made sure the apartment is ready and in very good condition when I came. It is clean and smells clean. She calls and made sure she is in constant communication with my application.

I have never written a negative review in any site before but I just had to write this one cos am just fed up. I have lived in this apartment for the past 9 years. I stayed this long not because the place is good, just that I don’t like moving. I have tolerated all their past attitudes of not caring for their residents but a recent event with them broke the camels back” for me. I will be leaving when my lease is expired. They do not care or support their residents when you need them. They appear nice when everything is going well but when you have an issue they can help you with, they will literally abandon you. Very rubbish apartment community management. They might as well don’t even have a management cos they can’t help you with anything. Expensive for nothing with old apartment design.

A great place to call home. Maria took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . I’ve had nothing but great experiences since I made the first phone call and spoke to Maria. It was the great customer service that encouraged me to come to Marquis vs going to visit another apartment community. Maria greeted me with a smile straight through the phone. I can count on her to respond to my questions in a friendly & timely manner. I can not wait to move in.

Highly disappointed with the service provided here I made service request which I had to call not one not three but several times until finally a WHOLE month later it was taken care of. Next would be one of the office people which is a guy and apparently his excuse the whole time he’s been here it’s that he’s “new” and doesn’t know anything aren’t they suppose to be trained for such basic requests that they can’t handle or answer?Next they sent me to the front office where apparently someone would come outside and assist me and no one ever showed up! Why lie to residents and make stuff upThere is a lack of communication and employee training that’s needs to be addressed asap
I have not moved to an apartment in awhile . i will be moving in with my little dog but i can tell that Marquis on Westheimer is the place for me, i love this place, Maria makes me feel like family. I noticed that everything is within walking distance, not to mention various grocery stores near by When it is time for me to move and i get settled in more to this area am sure ill fall in love with it more, at least in know some nice people so far i can go back and talk to if i need anything thank you

Last week my truck was stolen for third time in a year. Somebody broke into the vehicle and stole everything. It’s not a safety place to move in.

I have recently move in here and I am absolutely loving the surroundings as well as the apartment condition. After moving in I had a payment due shown in my account due to a wrong document but the leasing office has promptly taken care of this and waived the fee after I provided them with the correct document. Till now I am really enjoying my stay here!!
Moving in was a little bit complicated but we are in this is our second month and so far we love it. We don’t have any complain for now Maria was so helpful and we hope we have a good staying in this apartment.
I am not a resident as of now. I came to inquire about layouts / availability & was impressed with Jose’s attentive customer service. Overall great experience having him as a guide. He did an amazing job on explaining differences in layouts and did not hesitate to give my boyfriend & I a tour of the complex. Great first impression. Really looking forward to moving in.

Please avoid this property. The experience living here is miserable. This property will charge you some surprise money without any notice. When you need to communicate with the leasing, they are not responsive to your question and complaint.During the covid period, the only way you can communicate with them is through phone and email. But they are not responsive or give you a very late reply. What they only cares is to charge more money from you.

I wish I could give five zero. I lived in this complex for 15 months. There have been lots of thefts, crimes and robberies every week.also theft happened to my apartment and so many things was stolen, but unfortunately there is no any safe security in this complex. All my travel documents and valuables were stolen. Only 1 camera was installed at the entrance of the complex. After the theft was done from my apartment, I called the office to check the entrance and exit camera, but unfortunately there was no cooperation from the staff.After that, I decided to leave the apartment unit, but I had 2 months left until the end of the contract. For 2 weeks now, I have been trying to talk to the management about the settlement for AUG payment, which I have not been able to do until today. I do not need to mention that if you want to talk to the management of this collection by phone, it is almost impossible. I think it is much easier to communicate with President Donald Trump than with the management of this complex . It is worth mentioning that I have not seen poor management with this weak staff anywhere in this city. Leasing office staff are not responsible about your problems.one of the employees is Maria Kimbell the rude person I have ever seen in my live. I moved out from this complex 3 month ago and yesterday(2nd Oct) I received the 11$ for having no electricity in that apartment. Doesnt make sense to me! I have never seen this kind of arrogance! Sending bill for electricity when you moved out 3 month ago! That really ridiculous. If someone is planning to live in this complex, my advice is not to waste your money and time, and be aware that with $900 rent cost, you can find a luxury apartment in much, much better places such as the Galleria Area. Also they dont refund your whole deposit.they charge you for nothing.Don’t waste your money.worst place for living.worst apartments.if you look at my review I got 9 likes.
I lived here for almost 4 years and I enjoyed it most of the time. Joses smiling face and the quality of the service convinced me to stay. The management is very helpful and assist you in all ways. However, they put more strict rules with parking. Wish they could at least made it a little bit lighter. My guests cars were towed a couple times since they were over 5 times a week.Another thing is that the area is sometimes not that safe because of homeless people around. The management put extra security patrol but I am not sure how much it helped though. I think its because of the corporation itself. They dont put cameras in certain important places I guess it might be because of cost issues.Anyway, I enjoyed staying there and have a lot of memories.

I moved-in a month back and the experience has been good so far. The community is clean and is maintained very well. We came across Diana to be one of the most responsive leasing agents and she ensured the move-in was smooth.

Residents of marquis on Westheimer beware of your vehicle being tow, i just moved in this apartment couple of months ago we registered our vehicles as the so called manger of this property everything was fine all of a sudden our vehicles were deleted from vehicle registration page as of 5th of oct and was towed, it looks fishy but i dont have any proof to show them so talked to the manager she said that our vehicles were not registered since we moved here and also she said that if you register you will recieve a email. Since we didnt recive any email, i dont have any choice to go get my truck, after wards we registered our vehicles again and no email has been sent to us as a confirmation. So as aproof of registration of my vehicles i m posting it . And also letting you guys what could happen, i think its a scam beware .......
As a resident who has been staying at the community for over 2 years, I can say maintenance is not good. I been requesting to get my faucet fixed for over 2 months yet still broke. Management is using COVID-19 as an excuse for not opening social areas and delay of service requests are just them being lazy or unprofessional.
They have made some changes in staff and started looking into the issues more closely. New Staff manager Maria is putting more efforts.
I have been living here over one year and my vehicle was broken into two times and the third time was stolen. I could find it cause the GPS. This is not a safety place to live
I really wish I could give this place zero stars. Worst apartment I ever lived in! If you put in a service request they will lie and say the task was completed. I work from home and nobody ever shows up but will say that they fixed what needs to be repaired. Also you can NEVER reach anyone in the leasing office. It’s like no one in this apartment likes to work.
Our apartment was vandalized in the morning when we left work some time ago. The staff at Marquis did an excellent job in making sure our needs were taken care of. Kudos to the staff at Marquis for making sure that we were safe moving to a different section of the complex. Marquis on Westheimer was a great choice to move to!

I have lived at several apartment complexes in my 7 years of living in Houston and this apartment is by far the best. The kitchen is HUGE, plenty of storage for everything I need. The layout works well, and everyone who has come to visit cant believe its only 641 sq ft because it feels so much larger! The rent is very well priced for being so close to Galleria, and the property has been very well maintained the last 7 months Ive been here.Ive seen other reviews about the staff, and I cant help but wonder if its peoples attitude when coming in. Office staff has been AMAZING to work with from maintenance requests, to package pickup and other things. They are always responsive, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this property and I am even happy to pay an increase when I renew just to stay at this property until I have to move for grad school.As long as you have reasonable expectations for what apartment living is like (do not expect the luxuries of a single family home or personal bar- you have neighbors that share walls and thats unavoidable), you wont be disappointed! I highly recommend Marquis on Westheimer!**NOTE: I am not a member of the staff and I dont get any special perks for my honesty. I just sincerely love living here.
My experience at Marquis on Westheimer has been great so far! Our neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I love how our management maintains the complex, grass is always cut and trees are always trimmed. Autumn Fortenberry has been great with answering all of our questions respectfully and professionally. I will recommend this property to all of my family and friends. It is also a very diverse property and I like that.
I generally never leave reviews with companies, but feel the need to do so. My girlfriend and I have been living at this location since March 2016 as we thought the apartments were well built, and also liked the location. Since then we have had multiple issues that will cause us not to renew our lease in April. For starters, good luck parking in your own complex after 9pm at any time of the week (they only provide one spot, and my girlfriend and I have two cars). More so, good luck inviting guests over as they will have to walk 5 minutes to get to your apartment (its inconvenient). Secondly, we have put in work orders for our dryer as it stopped drying. The first time they didnt fix it. The second time they replace it with another used unit. The third time we put in a request because the dryer was ripping holes in our clothes! The company neglects customer service, and is more concerned with closing leases. Good luck getting in touch with the office remotely as the forward your calls to voicemail. Needless to say, pursue other options if you are looking for an apartment!

Ive lived here for a little over a year. The staff is very nice! My apartment is one of the upgraded ones and I love it. The complex is pretty quiet, except for the occasional fire truck from down the street. I would hight recommend checking this place out!

DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE GUEST TO COME VISIT YOU. These apartments give you limitations on how many times someone can come and visit you. My car was towed in visitors parking because they said I exceeded my 5 visits. Yes they give you 5 times to visit and once you exceed the 5 times, you have to wait days to come back. Ridiculous! You have a sign in every car that doesn’t live there and that procedure is EVERYDAY, not just a one time sign. It’s like living on a school campus.

I highly DO NOT recommend this community.- Security is really BIG concern here and multiple robbery happened in last 12 months and still VERY POOR security, security cameras do not catch anything.- Poor maintenance service: I have given enough chances to them and I’ve been waiting for a months for them to come and fix stuff in my apt and they don’t care about your emergency.- Worst VISITOR parking system! Not recommended at all.If anyone from this community are having the same issue please keep posting here.

If you think to move in to this apartment complex I highly recommend you to review my experience while I lived there for 15 months.If you are willing to live with circumstances listed below I suggest to think again:I had very bad experienceI submitted nine (9) request for AC problem and it took them from 01/21/2019 to 05/20/2019 to figure out what is the problem. And I told them it need to be replaced from the first visit.andon 09/10/2019 i had worse ever experience with front office.I was in process to find a loan and all i needed from them is to get a verification of rent.and the lender fax it to them, after 10 days I received call from the lender about the verification and he said he havent received it.So I went to the office and i spoke to them they said they have not received it.So I asked the lender to send it again via fax and Email and CC me. And he did.I went back to the office and you received it.after a day the lender call me again and told me the office reject the verification .I went back to the office to find out what is going on.They said that I need to give them 60 days notice, I told them am not moving out and I have valid least until March 2020.They said this is their policy. And I told them I need the verification for loan, not for other apartment.And they didnt provide a written policy to me.At the end, it took two weeks to get a verification. Which shouldn’t take more than one hour.

After so may years moving from one apartment to another, we finally found one that exceeds our expectations. Everything about it is satisfying. Management is on top of everything, even on Sundays. The staff are great, especially Autumn Fortenbery, an amazing and presentable person with all what is takes to be a manager. I had never needed to speak with a manager for any issue, she always solved issues on the spot. Needless to mention also the professionalism and great customer service she has, a great person!!!. We just love our apartment complex.

Every visitor could be a future resident, the speed of towing in this place is ridiculous... Even if its Sunday and the leasing is closed. They talk about plenty of signing but theres no enough and not clear. Think twice before you consider this complex..

The Marquis is great! Quiet at night time, secure, apartments are in excellent shape and the leasing office does a very good job with requests. They are also very friendly. The pool is great and they have onsite security at night as an extra piece of mind. Id give them a 5 but there are a few things they can do to be even better like come up with a better way to provide assigned parking to those who actually have cars as many residents dont, but besides that WONDERFUL place! This is my first year here, considering extending another one when the time comes.

She is very professional, friendly and really cares about the property and cares for her residents. She knows the property very well and can always answer my questions. I am resident in this aparment complex sonce October but I am very very disappointed! It is almost a week that the disposal is not working in the kitchen and every day I am trying to solve problem myself but no result. No one care. One week my maintenance request is pending and they dont care! Even I told it is very urgent! Management is not satisfing! I dont recomment this company! The flat was very dirty when we moved in. Everywhere was dust! I cleaned because I have 2 babies and couldnt wait them to come. Closet doors were full of dirt. Only that place I told them to clean again! Very very bad expressions I have regarding them! It is not luxury ! Do not wate your time!

I just left these apartments very annoyed. I originally came for a scheduled tour of a 2 bedroom apartment with Jose, but he was unavailable. The lady, Stephanie, was very passive and did not seem like she wanted to work. I expected decent customer service from a place that is marked ‘luxury’, but obviously that did not happen. When I told her Jose was going to give me a tour she said that we don’t have anything available to show. That didn’t make any sense! Also looked at me as if I can’t afford anything. Didn’t enjoy those 5 little minutes at all. Horrible!

Thank god my husband and I left this place! it was the worst experience ever, rude staff and bad customer service, bad parking lot no enough spot, if you have more than one car you have to think twice before moving into this place.
Reconsider your options....... n its all because of a few staff members .... locations is great... community is great but the staff here is a nightmare. Not helpful at all... They claim they have a 24/7 emergency maintenance on call but no one shows up until 2 hours left from the 24 hours and no call backs about what type of emergency there is... my old place would call in 10 mins. to see what type of issue it is and would give us a time frame but here...no one ever picks up the phone and if you get lucky its like hitting your head on a wall... no one is willing to help.....Update:Spoke to Mr. Lopez. He understood the shortcomings and is working on getting things fixed.

I have lived in Marquis at Westheimer for the past three years. I have had no problems. The neighborhood is safe in my opinion (there are the occasional thefts, but that is almost at every apartments). When I needed something fixed, it was fixed in less than two days once I issue the ticket. Overall my living at the apartments have been enjoyable. When I left, they broke down all the information I needed. Everyone was extremely pleasant at the office and attended to my needs quickly except for Judy. Each time I wanted to speak to someone about water and rent issues towards the end of my lease, she was so dismissive and acted as if I was bothering her. It made me feel uncomfortable when speaking to her because she always sounded annoyed. I didnt appreciate that. Otherwise I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wanted to live in a good neighborhood in a great location.

Gorgeous LUXURY style upgraded apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. They are also kept clean and quite. The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of Westheimer your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. Autumn is a rockstar and together with Duni, Daniella, and Jose you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff.

They are very nice when you move in, but when you move out they charge you for everything so you cant get your complete deposit down. I always paid tent days in advance, but cannot get my deposit on time. They charged me $75 for a black smudge in one wall. Common sense is that regular paint will cover it since they have to repaint the entire apartment for the new tent. Since they messed up on my deposit refund check, they are making ME go pick up the check...... so much for great customer service and company core values.

I lived here for 2 years and to be honest, management is not fair. They try to stress about bar b q pits and how we are not supposed to have them, yet the 2nd and 3rd floor ALL HAVE THEM! I lived on the first floor and since I was in the view of everyone that walked by, I was told immediately to get rid of it. As a good neighbor, I didnt want to rat out any of the other neighbors because I just did as I was told but everyone STILL HAS BAR B Q pits! They also tell you to clear your patio but again, if you are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, I guess it doesnt pertain to you. I see all kinds of trash up there and for months. Dont live on the first floor unless you want to be hounded everyday. I suggest there be a walk through of the property because there are plenty of pits just sitting there. All I wanted was fairness. There are also numerous break in at this location but I dont blame the office, I blame the location. I have seen people jump the fence and walk into our property. An can someone tell me why security is rolling around in a Chrysler 300 with 22 inch rims looking all busted?? Not professional at all. It does not make me feel safe at all.
Current management has really improved re: any prior issues we might have had — communication is open and generally efficient, maintenance is fairly responsive considering the size of the property, and strides are even being made to update the look of the complex exterior.Would recommend.
One of the best places I have visited before! Even when I have to register my car when I visit my friend, but its fast, I do it on my phone, i think its worth it.

Any time when I have problems I make order online with describe the problem they came immediately and I dont know what that people talk about I have never had like those problem in this 2 years the management are perfect always help full . This is my first time renting a apartment and I absolutely love it! Bene is awesome, she has made the process easy, very attentive and I feel that whats a potential tenant needs. When arrived to sign papers and pick up my keys, Jackie provided great customer service by explaining all the rules and layouts of the community. Maintenance has been on point. The gym is legit and has many options for a apartment complex . Great location and I love my wooden floors. I plan to be part of the Marquis-on-westheimer community for a long time.Big thanks to the staff!!Jared. TUpdate: I love my apartment and the area but I wish the staff could be more sympathetic.. Money, money, money is all they care about. Despite good character and honesty, they can care less. I accidentally paid my rent with the wrong bank account through real page. The next day I realized that I made a mistake and call real page back to make the payment with the right account. I was promised that I wouldnt be charged a NSF fee from them. I called later that day and spoke to the Assistant director Maria. She told me the samething. Just today 12-3-19 I called about a misc 50.00 fee. I called over 20 times throughout the whole day but no answer. Around 5:15 pm Maria finally answers. I explained the situation calmly but she told me that I would have to pay the fee despite that she told me that I would break even. She doesnt remember telling me that all of sudden. I got frustrated and requested to speak to Jose but she refused to transfer me to him. Maria states: she handles the accounts and Jose wouldnt be able to help me. I always pay my rent on time and that doesnt matter to them. Money over human is their Moto. Anyone who refuses you to speak with their supervisor is shady to me. I paid the rent with the 50.00 fee and call at 5:35pm but no answer. I call to confirm. But she didnt answer the phone. Its not that I payed the fee its the lack of sympathy and professionalism Maria lacks. If lack of sympathy and professionalism makes you a better person then thats on you. Maria you made a business decision that I respect. To sum it up its not what you know its who you know. Unfortunately I dont know Maria.
I am reading some peoples reviews about roaches and I am not sure what they are talking about. I am definitely a real person who has lived here. Private message me on Facebook if you have any real questions about the place. Ive lived here since September 2014 and have had absolutely no trouble! The only reason I am moving out is because of the oil & gas industry and I am relocating to Louisiana. All service needs were met promptly and zero crime. They are fair priced, pet friendly, offer granite countertops, hardwood floor, gated entrance, covered parking, a pool, and a small gym. The only thing I regret is not getting a chance to use the pool more. Anthony (manager) and Jose (assistant manager) are both incredibly nice as well as the rest of the staff. I am giving this complex 5 stars because I always felt safe and encountered no problems during my residency.

Marquis at Westheimer doesnt enforce cleanliness and residents do not clean up dog poop resulting in very Unhygienic conditions. The stench outside some ground floor apartment is unbearable and staff was unable to address the issue or issue fine/stern warning to residents responsible for creating health hazard

Rental prices are attractive but you will regret falling for the bait. Roaches and ants are everywhere in the apartments. Maintenance staff are criminals and thugs with history of stealing valuable items from residents homes.
