Always clean and consistent that is why I’ll pay the price of MiniLuxe and wait an extra week if I can’t book my ideal time and tech! There’s really nothing else like this level of service and cleanliness anywhere around. I love listening to the techs and staff and the personal relationships they’ve formed with guests it just feels like a local small business with familiar faces and conversations. I have been going to MiniLuxe Hingham for the past year and always have a great experience. Recently, a small group of us went together to get pedicures with a friend before her wedding. I contacted the studio ahead of time and asked if possible could we all be seated together as we were celebrating our friend. They said they couldnt guarantee it but would do their best. The did seat us together and we had a fun time!

I have been visiting MiniLuxe in Hingham since they opened nearly 8 years ago. They are the only place I go for manicures and pedicures. Their cleanliness, customer service and punctuality is impeccable. They have a quality guarantee too, if something happens to your manicure. Love, love, love!

Minilux is the only salon I will go to. It is clean and always running on time. Binh is an exceptional nail artist who makes me feel at home every time I visit. The services are pricey but the experience is exceptional.

As always my expectations were exceeded. From the moment you enter until you exit you feel like you are the focus of your tech. The support staff are great too. Glen is my all time favorite. If you’re looking for a place that is well run, spotless and organized -look no further.

I just went in for my first (Detox) pedicure and it was a great experience. Booking was a breeze along with check in, and my appt was right on time.I received the Detox pedicure which was very pleasant. The booties are a nice touch and I always enjoy the warm towels. A lotion was used post soak, scrub, shape and buff leaving a pleasant cooling sensation on my ankles.Binh my technician today and was excellent. I found Binh very friendly, pleasant to chat with and of course, skilled at her job. I’m very picky about my nails and appreciate good attention to detail; Binh did not disappoint. Thank you!

I am a long-time Mini Luxe customer and big time fan! One thing I love about Mini Luxe is how consistent they are. My appointments always start on time, they always end on time, and the quality of the services received are always 5 star! I have gotten to know lots of the Mini Luxe technicians at the Derby Street location over the years; theyre all very talented and very attentive. I also love that Mini Luxe carries a wide range of Dazzle Dry Performance Polish; the BEST polish hands down! Dries in less than 5 minutes, lasts for several days, and doesnt damage the nails like gel polish can. Highly recommend Mini Luxe at Derby Street Shops!

Today I visited the Hingham location and was extremely disappointed. I walked in and asked if I could be seen for a Gel manicure. The lady mentioned that I would need to wait until 345pm to be seen. That time was too far away so I asked if I could just do a gel removal, she said yes. I’ve been going to minilux for about 1.5 years now and usually go to the Seaport location. The last gel manicure was done in the Hingham location.I sat down and Maya began the gel removal process. She came back in 15 mins to let me know that the gel was not coming off and she needed to re soak them. Btw, she only took off the pinky finger and just assumed that the rest weren’t ready. She came back again after about 10 minutes to let me know once more that the gel was not coming off. She left me to go tend to another guest. Another gentleman came to help me and ended up leaving to go tend to another guest. Finally the person who checked me in approached me to let me know that she was waiting on someone else to take care of me. In total, I spent about an hour to get a simple gel removal. I heard every excuse as to why the gel was not coming off (the gel manicure was done at this location). The acetone was soaked into my nails so much that they started chipping. I asked the last person who attempted to take the gel off if she could simple cut my nails since the acetone damaged them so much. She told me that she couldn’t do that and that the manager would let me know what they could accommodate. The manager came over and told me that he could have someone cut my nails at 420pm. I walked into this location and sat down at 235pm. Looking down at my nails right now, the gel is still not removed properly and most of my nails are damaged. This kind of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Every time I get my nails done, I typically tip 30% and was just in complete shock at how I got treated. Please share this email with your team and let them know that this type of service is completely unacceptable

Susan and Audrey do such an amazing job. The salon is immaculate, everyone is friendly and professional. My manicure and pedicure lasts twice as long as anywhere else.

Pricey but worth it. I sometimes go to a cheaper place but you can definitely tell a difference in service. Definitely recommend if you can afford it.

On the more expensive side but the cleanliness and professionalism cant be matched. If youre getting a pedicure, book with Moon. Shes exceptional!

Donna at the front desk makes you feel right at home and can answer any and all of your questions about trends and products. Alyssa is the queen of nails! You never have to worry about the quality of her manicures and pedicures! They have always been top notch when it comes to cleanliness but the extra steps they have in place during these crazy times are next level! I am extremely comfortable coming here!

Made an appointment online a week in advance for me and two friends. I gave my credit card info, got a confirmation email, and thought all was good. At the time and date of our appointment they had no record of us and couldn’t fit us in. They explained it as some kind of a tech issue. Super disappointing as we had booked these appointments to get our nails done before an important event. I would suggest calling, even if you book online, just to MAKE SURE they will be able to take you.

Went for a pedicure today with Annie. It was my first time here since I’ve recently moved to the area. I decided to pay the extra $10 for a longer foot and leg massage- WORTH IT! Annie is great, the massage was awesome, and she was very friendly! The place itself was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Nice and clean. This was a convenient location to spend the day shopping and glaming yourself. Staff was nice. Everything was clean including bathrooms. Price is a little higher for manicure and pedicure. Well done.

I have terrible nails and these ladies did a great job to my hands and toes! They didn’t use a shellac but something that was in between the shellac and the nail polish. It lasted for a very long time! Thank you

I had previously been a big fan of MiniLuxe, however when I tried to book services online, I could only make an appointment with a credit card. This is clearly a new policy. I feel uncomfortable providing my information in advance. I have always shown up for my appointments. I should not be penalized for others poor practices. Why penalize those who do show up? This policy made me a former client.

Got a regular pedicure that should last at least a week and only lasted 24 hours. Nails chipped next day and they barely used any paint. Wouldn’t go there again.

Top notch customer service and excellent cleanliness. You can tell that all instruments are properly cleaned after each use. Jess did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. She was professional and friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.

This place was fantastic! Now I am not one to get manicures hardly ever, but, this was great! MiniLuxe found a double spot for my mother and I the day I called so we could get manis and me a pedi for my wedding on a Saturday- 3 other places couldnt get us in together. The nail techs were soo nice, and professional and did not have conversations with each other, like some other nail salons. I will definitely be going back!

Front desk staff was great but my gel manicure was the worst. I asked not to cut down my nails and she did. My gel started to peel off after 5 days. I emailed the customer help desk and have not heard back from the store. Never again....

I only went here because i had a gift card... i will NEVER go back. Here is why....1. $42 for an uncomfortable pedicure is a rip off. The moment I sat down I was extremely uncomfortable. The chairs are great if you are under 5’5”. I am not so I got to spend 40 mins with my knees under my chin. There are no massage chairs so you don’t have the option to push back if you are tall like me. When i was trying to sit down I actually slipped and hurt my toes quite badly.2. It wasn’t relaxing. No foot massage really it tickled more then it felt good. Hot towel isn’t anything special most places do it.3. The thing you put your feet under was so hot it was also uncomfortable and felt like it was melting my skin off.The girl who did them did a decent job and I like the color but I am so turned off by the ridiculous price and how you can’t be tall and enjoy a pedicure... not surprised by the poor experience given it’s a chain.Go to creative nails up the street in Norwell!! Or anywhere else!!!

The interior is very clean and chic. The service is ok However their work is below average especially for the price.. had a gel mani & pedi done and they started chipping and peeling on day 3 because my cuticles were not properly done and they had painted the nail polish over the cuticles. Also the nail shapes were all different and too sharp on the edges... honestly just felt super rushed

No doubt Mini Luxe is a bit pricey, but the pampering, clean and natural products, and professional staff far outweigh the price tag. I enjoy shopping at the Derby Street Shops, and once in a while when Im able to escape the stresses of life, I find some relaxation at MiniLuxe. I must say that every time Ive been there, Ive been very happy with the service.I dont usually make an appointment which can be problematic for me because they are quite popular and its challenging to find an appointment within half an hour of walking -in, but nevertheless, I try my luck.I have had both regular manicures, gel manicures, and most recently they have added the dazzle dry nail polish which is a little less expensive than their gel manicures, but only lasts between three to five days. I have also had several pedicures there which were quite relaxing and enjoyable. An important factor for me, besides the natural products and the very sanitary nail instruments they use, is the fact that the aestheticians dont speak to each other in a language that one cannot understand. That is an absolute faux pas for me as it causes an ambiance of discomfort. In the outside world, it doesnt bother me when others speak languages I cant comprehend. But, when Im paying for a service, I believe its the utmost in rudeness to carry on a conversation with someone else and not be attentive to the client.I love that the dazzle dry nail polishes dont contain formaldehyde, phthalates and other toxic ingredients. I also love the beautiful kaleidoscope of colors. My experiences thus far at MiniLuxe have been positive, and so I will continue to patronize them.

The people who work here are the nicest ever! You can book online and it is the only place I would go to on the South Shore.

I went there for my first manicure and after a couple of days my nails chipped!!! I was so upset but Fabine and Geanna were super nice and professional. I showed them a picture of the same day chip and they made another appointment to get it fixed. I never had this type of professional experience. Fabine is super nice always complimenting me and smiling. I told them that I worked in the mall and they told me about a discount. I will definitely go back even though the polish chipped!!
