I have been a long standing customer and have always had a great experience at a very reasonable price. Staff are very nice. Staff turnover from year to year so occasionally I get good rather than excellent service but never dissatisfied. I go for the spa pedicure and simple manicure so I cannot comment on other services.

I went to Tips and Toes 3 days ago to get a nice acrylic full set, and that is not what I got. Pop goes the first one, then the second, fifth, and eighth nail in less than 2 days of getting them done. They did not know what they were doing is an understatement. I have 2 nails left after paying 35$ plus tip, it feels as though i have thrown my money away and i am left with awful, bent looking nails for my vacation. The only complaint i don’t have is that they were friendly, but friendly doesn’t get the job done.

Went in for shellac polish. During my visit, a customer had come in for the 4th time that week to get her nails fixed due to cracking.At day 4, my own nail polish started to pop up. I went in to have them fixed. Due to them busy so busy- they could only fix 3 of them and asked me to come back Or wait an hour and a half. When I did go back- they talked me into dip for another $18 since they “last longer”. Not the case- Cracked again at 4 days. I’ve never had an issue with my nails doing this at other places. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I wasnt overly thrilled w the way my pedi came out. The girls were nice and friendly. As you walk in there is all of this old, separated nail polish in a display. It could have had better decor as its the first thing you see when you walk in. Place was clean.

Best place to get a manicure and pedicure!

I just got them done and it was awful. I got 5 cuts and the lady was extremely aggressive it was painful. I’m going to my usual place tomorrow to get these fixed.
