All the employees that have serviced me always do a great job, I come every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure and 1-2 times a month for a pedicure!

I had booked an appointment by phone call and arrived with the technician ready for me. I was in and out of the salon in an hour and ten minutes! I had a gel pedicure and a dip manicure which normally I end up spending closer to two hours sometimes more with both services done at the same appointment. My nails look amazing and they took time to be sure my gel nail color matched my dip nail color. I mentioned at the start of the appointment I didn’t like when my dip nail got too thick and heavy and the technician took care to be sure it was as thin as possible! Overall a great experience and I will be coming back!

After getting the gel applied to my nails, within 3 days my nail chipped and then within a week my the nail polish began to peel from the botton of my nails. Lisa was my nail stylist, great customer service but charging me for extra for a product that suppose to make my nails last longer is not what I stand for. Tip was provided as well. This was the first and last time I spend my money at this salon.

Just had a pedicure and a gel manicure for the first time at this location. My hands and feet look amazing! They were very clean and did a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. The massage chairs were nice and the hot stone massage and scrub as part of the pedi was a nice added bonus. Will definitely be returning!

My nails look so wonderful! Im so happy pleased with the way they created such a wonderful set for me! The service here was amazing I love the professional tech! Love the way they created the shape and design really took there time!

Stay away from this salon. I came with my daughter to have main pedi’s. The woman doing my pedicure used tools out of a plastic container I’m not sure how sterile this was and when doing my pedicure she cut so far down the side of my big toe that not only was it painful but I’m sure I will now get a ingrown nail. I will never go there again! I get pedicures all the time and this place was so below the standard I’m used to I can’t imagine they will stay in business long.

I just really enjoyed this location! They have never disappointed me w their skill! Everyone is so sweet and kind and helpful! Love the nails colors ! Also they last really long! Highly recommend

Had basic manicure here today and I was totally in love! My tech was efficient and patient with my nails and gel polish was applied perfectly. Definitely be returning!

Been there a few times for pedicures and always had great service. very clean and professional and they do not rush you. they really take their time to make sure everythings perfect.

Im in love with the place first time being there I met John. He was welcoming and comfortable to work with. His service is great, I got a gel acrylic full set... done perfectly. Also, the environment was great with beautiful decor, totally recommend !

Made an appointment for me and my daughter. No one was at the desk when we walked in so I put our name on the list.Waited half hour and they took my daughter while I sat with no manicurist. Every time you ask a question you get “half hour”. I was not able to get my nails done because of time constraint. Language barrier biggest problem and not having anyone manning the front desk.Not impressed and won’t be coming back. ☹️

The people were nice although the woman who did my toe nails didnt seem to be very investigated. However my nails looked nice and the polish stayed on for about 2/3 weeks.

Got a nail dip, usually lasts 3-4 weeks. After 6 days lost color on one. Then by day 9 lost color on 5! Riduculous!

I wish I could share my experience at Star Nails but.....I called yesterday, Friday, and requested an appointment for a pedicure for today, Saturday. I asked for 10am. They made the appointment. My husband had a rare Saturday off and we could have spent the morning together but, I got up, showered and raced over to Star Nails only to find they dont open on Saturdays till 12pm. SO WHY GIVE ME A 10AM APPOINTMENT IF YOUR NOT EVEN OPEN??So, here I am, 2 miles away at Weymouth Nails. Walked right in and they are now working on my feet and are doing a great job.Star Nails just lost a brand new customer!

My experience with the person who did my nails was great. Although my dip nails chipped after 3 days of having it done and the person told me that my nails would last up to 3 weeks just disappointed.

My waxing went really well here. Fast and efficient.

I Took my 6 year old granddaughter for a manicure.The charge was minimal and I know “you get what you pay for” BUT the technician talked on her headset phone the entire time. She didn’t soak her fingers and polished over her dirty fingernails. I had to ask another technician if she could please ask her to at least wipe her nail off.A very unfortunate experience for a 6 year old who felt extremely awkward because she didn’t know what the girl was saying or if she was ever talking to her.I got a manicure with clear polish and they only applied one coat of clear.Not a good experience at all.Terrible customer service.

$50 not well spent! I waited a while for my appointment. There were fruit-flies and flies flying around the room in November. They did not have the color selected for gel manicure. Decent job on the mani but terrible job on pedi.

Did the democratic sign in process and waited patiently for over 30 minutes and was then passed over twice by what must have been regulars by filthy male attendant at desk. Smelled pretty bad so left.

The nails were very rushed and when they found out May freinds who’s shorter than me was older they started laughing at her and telling everyone around them
