Very nice and clean place ! Decided to walk into this beautiful salon to have a pedicure and was taken care of right away. The tech, Lena Nguyen, was very good & pleasant . All the staff were friendly and helpful at getting me additional information about other services performed at the salon ie. Eyelashes tinting.When it comes to prices, they’re reasonable . You could stay basic or go into amazing treatments that would be more expensive.Overall: I had a great experience !

Cant say enough about this place! I was looking for a new nail place and decided to try out Creative Nails & Lounge in Hingham. I usually get Dip Powder on my natural nails. Julie did an impeccable job! She took off my old powder, trimmed, shaped, and cleaned up my cuticles. She was very gentle but efficient. I also love how thin the dip is, usually it feels bulky and thick at other places. They did a great job and have gained a repeat customer.This place is very clean and relaxing. Can wait for warmer weather to try out a pedicure!

Don’t waste your money like I did

Creative Nails is 2 for 2!! My second experience was my first pedicure ever in life, and I have to say it was a lot of fun. Very relaxing place, friendly staff greeted my wife and I right away, and got us to a chair within just a few moments. The service was excellent!!! I highly recommend giving it a shot!!

Tried to support this new local business.. Over priced to begin with and then try to upsell like crazy. The polish choices on the wall cost extra, I was told that the ones included were kept in the back and they would try to find samples. Sat for a pedicure and was told all the standard stuff was not included, like it is everywhere else. I told them there were 10 salons within 2 miles that charged less, gave more and did a great job and I left.

I got a new set of acrylic nails for vacation. Five of my nails broke and didn’t even last a week. I called asking what they could do for me in terms of refunds.. I was told that because it was past their three day warranty no refunds but I was on vacation and couldn’t come in. Being forced to get a new set free of charge when I’d rather have my money back and go elsewhere. Very disappointed because I heard good things about them and sad that their customer service wasn’t willing to work with me.

I have been to this salon 3 times. All for a regular gel manicure, and dip. I have been satisfied 2 out of 3 times .Tina has done wonders for the one time I have sat with her. But the other 2 times have been awful. I got a regular gel manicure and Dip by the same person and it was bulky and thick. I kept the dip on for 3 days before removing

Beautiful, new place with lovely ladies. I paid extra $3.00 for a “longer lasting” nail polish from OPI for my manicure, but after two days it started to chip and I don’t see a difference from any other nail polish I had in the past. Julie did a great job!

I had the most amazing experience at Creative Nails Lounge yesterday. I got the express manicure. The salon is very inviting and I felt at ease the moment I walked in the door. The nail techs are super friendly and the place is very clean. Overall very efficient service.

I need to express my dissatisfaction with your company. I have been going to Creative Nails in Hingham since they have opened. The team used to be very nice and used to have great customer service. I have sent 10+ of my friends and family over to you because I liked it so much. As of recently, the services have gone completely down hill. I went in not even a week ago to get my nails done with Rose. I got a dip manicure ($60.00). I got there at 6:30 and didn’t end up leaving until 8:30pm. I tipped her $20 for staying later then the store was open. Which was fine because I liked the shape and the color of the nails. 2 days pass and one of my nails break. I called, they said to come in and they would fix it. I went in, with my 3 year old, they fixed it and I left. Another day passes and another one of my nails break. I called and said another broke and expressed how frustrated I was. I spoke with the gentleman at the desk who told me to come in and they would fix it. I told him that I would be with my son and asked if he was sure that I would be able to be seen. He said yes. I drive another 15 minutes across town to the salon. As I am pulling into the parking lot, the gentleman at the desk called me and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I told him that I was now extremely frustrated because I can’t have my son wait for 25 minutes to get my nail fixed which would probably take another 15 minutes. So I drove another 15 minutes back across town to go home. I went in the next day to get it fixed. Now 2 days later not only 1 but 2 more of my nails break! That is now 4 broken nails in under a week of getting one of the most expensive manicures I have ever gotten. I called this morning to speak with Hannah, the manager who was absolutely rude, nasty and basically hung up on me because she didn’t want to hear the feedback that I was providing. When I asked for my money back, she said no refund and you can come get it fixed in the next week. I asked for your name and either phone number or email and she refused to give it to me. After repeated attempts she said to call her back in 10 minutes and she would give me your email. I am extremely upset, frustrated and honestly angry. I have been getting my nails done at multiple different salons for years and this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She should be embarrassed by the way she acted and if you want my opinion for someone that has been in the hospitality industry for 14 years, I think it’s time you replace your manager because 3 of my friends overheard the way that she spoke to me and said that they will never go back. She is going to drive business out of your store because she does not know how to talk to people or even be compassionate.

Lovely clean new spot - very convenient next to Marshalls. The decoration and set up is very classy. there was a slight wait and Hannah did my nails herself; the whole staff was very inviting. Prices are a little high ($20 for manicure) and according to the website it should have come with a hot towel wrap. Also the staff didn’t explain the different manicure options so the experience was a little rushed and sloppy.

Love love love this salon. Very clean and professional. Tons of nail colors to choose from. The new location is absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend going here.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a while.

I got my nails done here for the first time and all the ladies in there were super nice and friendly!! Definitely will be coming here again!

This place is so classy but down to earth. The staff is beyond amazing. I will keep coming here even if it’s out of my way.

Very nice place, clean and Ivonne gave me a relaxing and detailed pedicure, she was outstanding, everyone was very pleasant.

Can’t rave enough about this place! Went here today with my sister in law, we did a walk in and we’re taken right away. We got matching express manicures! They came out so cute and the inside was so clean, and they had great COVID precautions (plexiglass, hand sanitizer etc.) I got my eyebrows done also which came out great. Definitely my new salon. Thank you Julie! Would 10000% recommend this place!
