My husband and I had a membership with Spin Light for a couple of months for our sedan. The company was good when we initially got the membership and the services were also good quality. However, we traded in our sedan for a truck that would no longer fit in the wash so we decided to cancel the membership. The day my husband canceled, a gentleman called to confirm that the account has been canceled. However we are still being charged for the last two months since we canceled. We have called multiple times to get refunded and nobody will return our call. Now nobody’s answering the phone. We moved so we’re not even close to the location anymore to come in and talk to someone. Honestly it’s just annoying at this point.

I stop going. The brushes left scratch marks on the trunk & top of my car. I recently bought my car. When i got home & looked at my car. I can see a million little scratches. If they can change that ill give em a 5. I think free car air freshners should be included in the membership as a perk to keep customers coming back or customer appreciation days.

Vacuums plugged evertime you go. They will not answer the phone or call you back. Closed my account twice. Still got charged. Had to leave a message for the manager.

Super dissapointed in this car wash. Touchless is often closed and the regular never gets my car clean.

On 7/14/21, I was terminated for there entrance in the Car wash malfunctioning, it didn’t recognize my monthly sticker and I paid for a basic wash anyway as I had cars waiting behind me in line, once thru the gate, I encountered the Owner and told him what happened he got disrespectful and he told that he didn’t tell me to put my money in the machine and when I ask him for his name he got even more disrespectful and did not give his name, and then when I ask for the money back, because I pay a monthly subscription there, he told that he didn’t have any cash money and to top it off he turns around and pull the money out of his pocket and tells here is your money and I’m terminating your monthly subscription. I have never encountered a more disrespectful person in my life, let alone a owner of a business. Understand that I had a monthly plan there for at least 5 months but held no value to him.

I have requested 4 times to cancel the service and automatic debit. They have not stopped it.. I made the request 4/20/21 it is July and I just had another debit.. I dont even live in the state anymore.. I should not have to cancel my checking account to prevent them from stealing my money after I have asked several times to stop. I feel violated. My next stop is all there review platforms and the news. Not a reputable company.

Was impressed with the results after using the brushes and the touch less wash. Took my 2018 F150 super crew through the normal wash to finally blast the salt off and every inch of the truck looked amazing. Even the tailgate and bumper that most washes leave dirty was actually clean. No issue with side clearance like some people have said. If you have a truck too wide to fit... you’re truck is too big. lol. I took my Ford Escape through the touch less wash because the other line was just too long to wait. Again, I was thoroughly impressed with the results using the basic wash. I will look into their unlimited wash packages in the future.

I brought a fast pass about a month ago. It does not work and an employee has to come out and it takes forever. They have left several messages to get this fixed with the owner since he is the only person who can rectify this situation. I have called countless times about it but can never get in contact with him via the phone. A employee who works there told me to go to flying ace down the street🙄

Great unlimited deal--right now (April 21) their unlimited deal is pretty much the same price as their buy 2, get 1 free deal. Gets the car clean, except for the bugs on the front bumper. LOVE the free vacuum 😍!

Their prices were fair and became worth it with courteous staff who also prewash car (however price should be more competitive overall) . The quality of the machines washing is also great. I was most impressed about their powerful vacuum cleaner thats included with every wash. It was worth trying out this place first time.

I think this place is great! The vacuums are free and they work well!! The cleaning of the car was fantastic!! They have touchless cleaning for those of you who are worried about scratches!! My car looks just great!!

Quality of car wash horrible. Packages overpriced with meager options until top tier. Car Wash too narrow for vehicles requiring them to fold in all mirrors if possible. 1500 pickup truck mirrors had better fold in or you will hit the plastic dryer vents at the exit. Parking lot poorly planned people stopping at exit of wash for vacuum parking jamming cars up inside the wash. I had every intentions of getting monthly membership for all three of my vehicles like I have done at a different car wash for 6 years now but I absolutely will not be doing it at this location. I will be going to the other one locally

Only sprayed side windows and side mirrors with bug remover but not the front of the van so had to hand clean the front end suction to the vacuums sucked. Will never go back.

Not the best drive-thru car wash Ive ever had, they didnt towel dry it at the end, and the equipment caught on my now unneeded front plate and tore it off. Saves my man from having to remove it! 😂. Ill definitely go back.

Car wash was ok. Feel like flying ace gets my car cleaner for $1 less. Main thing wrong with this place is the exit. Only one way to go when exiting so if you want to vacuum hopefully nobody is behind you or you could hold up the line waiting for an open vacuum spot which can cause a wreck (lady was honking so I stopped waiting). Once you leave the parking lot you can’t go back to access the vacuum without going back through the line. Never using again. Flying ace atleast has the intelligence to have two exits for people who want to use the vacuum and people that don’t.

Please dont use this car wash. I own a Dodge Ram 1500 black. I purchased the supreme package which was $16 it sprayed tire shine chemical all over Both sides of my Truck. I drove a mile home & it dried and now will not come off. I took to a professional detail shop & will cost me $150 bucks to detail it & fix it.(The Owner was Rude & Told me to leave his car wash is not responsible for anything that happens to trucks or cars read the sigh. Huber Heights please dont give him your Business they are rude & does damage to your car but use it at your own risk SMFH!!

I got my car washed here for about a month before canceling my ultimate membership. The vacuums are very weak, the vacuum area is covered in garbage, and the owner is very rude and when I asked to cancel he told me to never come back.

This car wash is near my home and does a decent job at a very reasonable price. I would give it a 5 Out 5 rating if it was a cloth car wash.

My mother purchased the $35 UNLIMITED membership, she has had a similar membership ($10 cheaper) at Flying Ace, however at Spinlight they advertise an UNLIMITED membership. Meaning unlimited washes per month! However, my mother went through once and it didn’t clean her car very well at all so she attempted to go back through, however the machine said there was a limit of ONE WASH PER DAY. So how is that unlimited?? It’s not. At Flying Ace they have a truly unlimited membership, meaning that we can go through as many times a day, week, month as we want. The owner was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude and refused to acknowledge that he is promoting false advertisement. We have been in contact with the BBB.

After the 5th day of using the monthly unlimited pass I gave the guy the sticker off my car due to how rude the employees are at this place. I refuse to do business in a place that doesnt care about there customers and want to yell at customers across the parking lot rather then walk to the booth because there fast pass system is a joke and never worked and everytime i went through the carwash. Not one time that I went through the carwash did the fast pass system work. And the owner got rude with me and I just said take your sticker ill go to flying ace.

Fantastic carwash for the price. They use rubber brushes instead of the usual material. Puts serious pressure on your car to make sure it gets clean.Only cons was that the shine from the wax wasnt very shiny, nor was the wheel and tire shine.

Best place to have a car wash membership. The cost is a little more but it is extremely easy to get in and out...love it.

For 16 dollars and 3 people prewashing youd think the car would be clean. Only the face of the wheels were clean, soap still in my fuel door, salt around rear window, rear not rinsed very well. Bottom of front bumper not touched. You know what they say, if you want it done right, do it yourself however it was just too cold. They have a buy two get one free however you have to go through twice just to get the car clean once.

Very unprofessional and costs more then flying ace down the street. Honestly I went through this carwash multiple time everytime I went here and since switching I am alot happier about the carwash I give my money to and trust my vehicle with.

This place is a scam. They have a buy two get one car wash free deal, so I paid for three up front. Today I went for my second car wash and they informed me that it was too long ago, and that they would not be honoring it because I dont have some gift card that the machine was supposed to give me, but never did. They told me to leave and that they had no way of knowing if i actually purchased it, despite having the same debit card attached to the sale, and a sale number. Meaning they either dont keep records, or they just deliberately scammed me. I told them I will need to open a claim for the amount and they said good, go ahead. Stay far away from this place. Worst business I have ever seen.Edit: I went back today with the police and the police told them to either honor the washes or the owner goes to jail for theft of services, so they finally buckled and gave what was owed. Shame it had to come to that, my God, for something I paid for but it is what it is. They lost my business, and unless you want to go through a whole ordeal Id stay far away. The police seemed to just want to do the charges, but I wanted to give the owner one last chance.Second edit since they decided to pop back on and lie: None of that is true because I just moved from Florida and Feb 3rd was the first time I ever went there, but okay. Just another example of your dishonesty. Your machine never gave me a card, but you can keep repeating yourself like a broken record. Its a shame the police had to come force you to be honest and give me what I paid for. I hope you lose your business. I also hope this brings clarity to potential customers. Any further lies by this company to save face and I will bring libel charges.

They fold mirrors in an they dont get washed there is a lot of spots that It didnt clean example cracks or edges along window over all it does just ok. Have to stop an get out to move mirrors back an clean them an wipe the spots missed. If you clean it regularly Im sure it works fine it had been a few months sitting due to transmission was getting rebuilt. I think they should scrub the back of car better before it goes in the machine that where most dirt collects an seems to always still be dirty.

Tires looked great but the wash left a few spots I dont get when I go to my favorite car wash. I had been seeing this place, thought Id give it a try. It also cost 2 more than my favorite. It was $10.

Just took my 2011 Dodge Charger through. Its not a bad car wash however my front license plate was almost been in half to the rotating bristles. Thats the first time it ever happened in all the car washes Ive been at. Maybe its because the different kind of brushes theyre using.

I was charged $7 for a basic wash and the door never went up. It asked that I call a phone number for service and they never answered. I’m out $7 and still have a dirty car.Edit: Thanks for the response. I did leave my info and didn’t receive a response today. I’ll try calling in during business hours to get this sorted.

Quality carwash but just missing those small details to be a 5 star car wash. If theyd fully automate the brush wash I think itd be more popular but all in all for the price and quality they have my business anytime I am not up to the driveway scrub and spray

My car was clean but it cost me not only the price of the wash but also my license plate frame and time I had to spend bending front plate back in to shape. Now Im sorry I jumped on their buy 2 washes get one free deal.

The last couple of times I went through there I have been very disappointed in the cleaning their washers have done. The last time half the vacuums didnt work and the ones that did had no suction hardly. Very disappointed.
