This place is amazing! Such friendly service and really make you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. I needed a dress altered and it was done sew fast ha!

To those of you complaining about parking in a lot for one business trying to go to another, grow up. Youd be mad if someone parked in your driveway going to a friends down the block. To those complaining about being watched when you pull in, if your customers, be appreciative...we are trying to keep your parking spots...those of you parking here who arent supposed to, you can and will be trespassed. We do not need any other signage than the tow away signs. Thank you and have a wonderful day. 😁

I went there and the owner literally didn’t even greet me but growled at me, “are you parking your car in my parking lot? Are you going to Taco Dirty?” Actually, no. I was headed directly into your shop and I genuinely thought you were about to hold the door open for me before you verbally accosted me with that hostile tone. I didn’t even get to respond before she yelled, “I’m really busy so you need to get your car out of my lot!” I didn’t bother to say anything and just left. I’ll spend my money elsewhere, thanks.

I have a wedding coming up and brought my tux in that I bought from a website and he was able to make it fit me perfectly. It was done within the time he said for the exact price that he said. I am very pleased.

Very poor customer service. Whomever was working today at the front today was extremely rude, hostile, and unwelcoming. While I work only minutes away, I wont be a customer of this establishment anytime soon. *update*: I returned and the customer service was still lacking and appalling. My patience and consideration for this establishment is gone.

I had passed by a few times and need some jeans tailored, so I figured Id stop by. As soon as I pulled in, a lady came to the front of the store with a look on her face like she was creeping on me. I could clearly see her through the windows but I think she thinks I couldnt. I scowled a bit, and then she grabbed her phone and it looked like she was threatening me with the phone as if she was about to call the police on me. Im not sure what she was doing, but from previous reviews it seems like she has something against the taco place next door. She definitely wont be getting my business!

Clearly these people must not have much business. The woman was extremely rude. One of her clients inside was parked and blocking entrance into dirty taco. She basically said it’s not her problem and that I can’t park in her empty parking lot for a minute to pick up a to go order. Bad business practice and rude people. I needed a snap put on a coat for my husband and was told it was not possible by another tailor. Well it was indeed possible!! The staff was so pleasant upon my arrival and it was completed the same day at no extra charge. hard to find good caring people these days. This business shines

Sew Fast is an expensive, good quality tailor with “fast” turn around times.I had three men’s shirts brought in on the sides ($30 each), and three shirts darted ($20 - $30 each), and they all turned out really beautifully. I had a suit altered ($110 for the whole kit, pants, jacket, etc). As with most tailors they will recommend to you what they think you need, and will convince you that you don’t need what you want, so as always be aware and if necessary be firm on the types of changes you’d like. In my case, that was a suit jacket whose sleeves needed to be brought up. The suit changes were done as agreed and everything went well. For all of these changes, they simply had the clothes ready when they said they’d be ready, about a week after dropped them off.Overall, I would rather be safe than sorry when it comes to tailoring so I will stick with them because everyone is polite enough.Their mask-wearing policy should be better and that’s why I reduced the rating from 5 -> 4.

The owner of this store is rude. I pulled in to ask about additional parking so that my car would NOT be towed, and she quickly cut me off telling me the tow truck was on the way.

THEY RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!! And instead of being accountable or caring they told me they weren’t responsible. There are pulls and pulling ALL OVER THE DRESS. Despicable. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER.

The quality of work for dry cleaning is OK. I’ve never used them for alterations. The woman who works the front desk most of the time (specifically Friday’s when I pick up my dry cleaning) is just rude. I live two houses away and won’t be using them anymore. They are definitely higher priced so you expect it to be great. Sad but it’s a customer service business.

I was in Tampa for a wedding and found myself in need of a quick tailoring job....Nick and his staff hemmed a pair of pants for me and took a jacket in on the sides, all under 24 hours. Perfect job, and great guy to do business with. I really lucked out finding him on google. 100% recommend if you are in need of expert, fast, and friendly tailoring anywhere in the Tampa area.

Sew Fast has reliably and professionally rescued me from various rips and tears over the past few years on an urgent basis; most recently yesterday when my suit got caught on something and ripped -- they had it fixed within minutes before I went into work. They have never turned me away, and have always done a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

I was getting ready for a wedding and when I sat down, the zipper of my dress broke (brand new, had never worn it before). Luckily my mom was able to bring it to Sew Fast, and they replaced the zipper in less than half an hour! Truly amazing service, and I was able to wear the dress and dance all night with no other issue! Highly recommend, especially in emergency cases!

The seam in my dress started to rip and I needed to get a quick repair done. I called Sew Fast and Nick said to come in immediately. He fixed it (and reinforced the entire seam, not just the part that came open) and I was out in less than 5 minutes. He was awesome!! I highly, highly recommend this place if you need alterations done. They lived up to their name, thats for sure! A+ service!

You wrote a review for Sew FastA moment ago5/12/2019Stay away. Expensive and alteration wasnt done. Dropped off my daughters dress to be hemmed about 4 inches. When I picked up the dress, it didnt look right. After I got it home and she tried it on it was the same length. When I called I got nothing but attitude from who I assume was the owner. He then hung up on me. When I took it back, all I got was an argument and the owner was no where to be found. I was told they cut a lot of material. I showed them the hem tape at the bottom of the dress which would indicate that they did nothing. And charged me $35. Then, I was shown 2 black pieces of material that they cut. The material wasnt the same material as the dress and was cut in about a 5 inch width and a one inch width. She just went in the back and grabbed material from the trash. Guess she thought we wouldnt notice. At least I got my money back without too much hassle.

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming here for years to get my clothes tailored for homecoming, prom, my sweet 16, even after high school i get my jeans tailored here and they do a great job time and time again. I would recommend this place to anyone no matter how difficult the job might be.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen anywhere!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Tried other places in area and was turned away for short notice. Sew Fast not only accommodated my wishes but made the experience enjoyable.

These guys are great. Slightly more expensive than other tailors, but you wont be disappointed. They are customer focused and reliable. I highly recommend Nick and Sew Fast.

I left two items to be altered three days ago. I get there today to pick it up and they said they were working on it. I related I will wait, its important to me. (I thought no problem) Then while I was waiting by the register, a lady came in to get her item as well, and the staff said they were working on it. Then just in a few moments, they came out with my items untouched and asked me, What did want done now?I was in my Army uniform both times. Is this how they treat us? They didn’t even apologize and left. There Men’s suites looked well, but Im not buying there now. So, I went to another alteration shop (that was super busy too) and they did it on the spot.

Decided to give these guys a shot after horrible past experiences from the other dry cleaners around the corner. The customer service is awesome here. The guy who works there, Ken, even remembers my name. The prices are comparable to other dry cleaners. Theyll get repeat business from me for sure!

Firstly I take leaving a negative review for a small business seriously and generally would never leave a review despite the quality of service. That being said - I have been going to Sew Fast for 4+ years and it was the only place I would take my gowns/expensive clothing to get altered. A couple of weeks ago I went to pick up my gown a day later than requested - they didnt have it ready so I drove back later on to pick it up before closing. When they handed it to me I had to ask them where the long train on the back had gone and they replied it didnt look good so we cut it off. I was shocked but tried it on anyway and found it was about 2 inches too short. The seamstress and owner tried to tell me it was ok but couldnt really fight it as it was obviously far too short. I was pretty upset and at 5pm on a Friday had to leave asap to find a dress for the gala the following day. When I went to pick up my other alterations the following week they smiled and said it was fine in the end right? and then paid me back for the dress but not before up-charging me on the alterations they already had in the store (additional $35 for elastic, $45 random hemming not quoted on drop off etc) - I just wanted to get out so accepted the small balance for the dress, which they kept, and left.

Simply the BEST for impeccable service with a smile! Awesome, awesome, awesome!

Cant say anything bad about Sew Fast. Any dry cleaning is always done perfectly and alterations/tailoring is always spot on. Friendly staff as well.

I’ve been A customer for years, always reliable service and reasonable pricing for alterations and dry cleaning. Today my experience was exceptional, five of my most favorite shirts had mildew damage and they were able to completely remove the mildew from all five shirts. I could not be happier to put these back into the rotation, many hundreds of dollars saved. Thank you!!!

I came here to have patches sewn onto my ABUs and one time it was 2.50 a patch so i came back and now shes wanting to charge me 4.00 a patch
