I have lived at Mallory for 28 years, its a great community to live in. Quiet and safe and convenient to any location on the peninsula. They have a wonderful and helpful staff in the office, friendly, patient and caring. The maintenance staff is also caring and usually quick to respond to anything you need. The staff at Mallory Apartments make living here a pleasant adventure. Thanks for all you do.
Its a quiet residence not a lot of noise. Its a little cold around the windows. No garbage disposal system but they do have a dishwasher. Nice hardwood floors.Briarfield park is across the street and there is a nice playground, tennis courts and open areas.
I have been living here since 2019. I love the quietness. I also appreciate what our maintenance team does to keep us going. Very much appreciated. The ladies in the rental office have been very helpful and kind. I also have very good neighbors. Thank you Mallory team
Thanks to the Mallory rental staff. I appreciate your diligence in helping me with my rental needs. You guys were exceptional.
We’ve been staying here going on two months now, & it has been great. The leasing office is very helpful, & will answer any questions you may have! The neighbors are very friendly & courteous to everyone’s need for peace & quiet. When we first moved in, our apartment was flawless! No rodents, bad scents, etc. Please ignore all negative feedback on this wonderful apartment complex & come check it out for yourself. I promise you won’t regret it! I am very happy with our decision of staying here!
Best Management/Maintenance team ever!! Wouldnt want to have to find another apartment, love my little abode! But I have to say the team effort here to keep their residents safe and happy is the biggest plus of all. Great job Mallory! Been here 9 years, dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon.....
I have been living here since April 1995 and now I have a daughter at the age of 17, who was not born until March 2001. I love living here at Mallory Apartments because of the reasonable rent and the very friendly staff, that is why I am still here after 23 years. I had told my Aunt Helen Jones about Mallory Apartments and now she lives out here for about 3 years now. Thanks again to Sharon Mallory, Ms Jessica and the whole staff at Mallory Apartments for doing such a great job at making Mallory Apartments a wonderful place to live. Keep up the good work.
Mallory apartments is a great place to live. The rent is affordable and it is quiet. The property managers are fantastic. This is a Clean and safe environment to live in. The maintenance team here responds to work orders immediately. Maintenance team here is very knowledgeable about the property as well.
Nice community to live. I want to point out that the rental office is professional and takes the time to reach out to residents with any concerns. It is a refreshing experience to know that you can depend on your rental community. The rental rates are affordable. I would refer others to live here, as well.
I have lived at Mallory Apartments on and off for many years and generally my experience has been a positive one but for this past week. My current lease expired on 1 May which as it turned out was convenient because I was laid off from job because of the Covid. I wanted to move out but the lease requires a two month notice. Well, my lay off came quite sudden. I did not have any notice. Now I realize that my job situation is not Mallory Apartments problem but you would think that under the circumstances they would waive this two month notice rule or atleast reduce it to maybe one month. I suggested this but they would not even consider it. This is their prerogative ofcourse but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will not consider living there again.
This was once a quiet and friendly community for mature residents. The other day I saw fast food trash in the parking lot, a beer bottle in the mulch and a mattress laid against the door of the dumpster. Heartbreaking! Im not sure if its the property management company (usually a very responsive staff) or new relaxed screening/background checks of residents. Sadly, the community has changed.
I’ve had a decent experience here at Mallory. I’ve been a resident here since 2016 had a few minor problems from there to now all you have to do is contact the rental office and it should be an easy fix.
I am current resident and its a great place to live its a quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors.
My experience with Mallory appts by far has to be the worst while seeming like a open arm complex we were quickly proven wrong. While my brothers car was parked in a visitors park his tires were slashed (All 4)On top of that I use incense to calm my mind as an occupation as a writer but my neighbor thought I was doing drugs when that was clearly not the case I would have clearly informed Darlene that no drugs were being done. My neighbor even went as far as calling LEO on us multiple times for the incident. However, even after this incident our neighbor darlene would still fake and act like its not her reporting us and be all smiles showing all 32 teeth. With neighbors that want to see you fall and an office that will not back you up just because of me and my brothers age and skin color we are better off elsewhere.
When first visiting Mallory apartments I was almost certain it would be like all my other apt visits where I experienced rudeness, negative judgement, and being criticized. I believe it was due to the fact of me expressing how this would be my first apartment ever but when dealing with Rachelle Christian ( Burgundyish hair ) it was totally different. She treated me as if I was a good friend of the family for the last decade, Ms. Christian seen no race no age nor showed any judgement. Complete positivity the whole process and very informative of the property, parking, and the many different things they offer throughout the year. Even to this day as a proud resident she checks and ask if everything is fine with me and my first apt (6 months and still remembers), dealing with Ms.Christian feels me with warm to know that I am being taking care of and because of her my first apt feels like home :))
This place is all about lying too u n being nice to u till they get ur money n after that nice behavior goes out the window they rather lose a future resident for a $100 dollars. Manager of the property is the biggest liar out of them all. First off lied about them having a room. Then lied about it being prepared by certain date. Third lied about how much it was going to be to move in. Then got a attitude when i want to cancel . so glad i cancel this contract. It was going to be a nightmare if i move in here from where it was heading too. Im just glad im out 100 and nothing more. So glad i decided to move somewhere else n needles to say i will not be moving here n i dont recommend any one else to move here.
