Katie was AWESOME! The first lady tow truck driver I have ever known. The owner was kind enough to get my children and I towed with no problems. Katie was professional and empathetic from start to end! Wish she could of changed that tire I purchased would of saved us a few minutes!! LOL but really we appreciate you Katie! Thank you

Manager is extremely unprofessional, disregarded our concerns for vehicle not being properly strapped down or secured in anyway. States he doesnt have time for this, unless we are the cops. Extremely displeased with the way this man spoke to us regarding the issue that is ILLEGAL on DOT standards. Manager was speeding (going about 70 in a 40) down the road weaving in and out of traffic with the vehicle not secured. It is illegal to tow any vehicle without it being properly secured. It is unsafe on any standards.
